I used to go there when I was a drug addict but I am clean and sober 2 years and 7 months now but they are excellent. I still use their services because that is my doctor. That is my PCP

I cant say enough good things about idea! This place is a godsend and the entire staff are literally angels. I dont think Ive ever met kinder people in my entire life! Everyone there! They go above and beyond in their care for each and every person who goes there. Idea exchange is truly saving lives. This is a real safe place for people who need it most. Thank you thank you thank you I cant say it enough!💕💕

One of the most progressive and important advances regarding the opioid epidemic in Miami-Dade county to date. I am honored to have been a part of making this dream a reality for all of those who need it. I only wish that this had been approved on a larger (aka state) level, and that more people were reaping the benefits of an exchange in their area.

The IDEA Exchange has definitely helped the community not only the addicts. The distribution of Narcan through this organization has saved many lives this past year that Im aware of and its amazing. They provide wound care, etc. If you are not registered with them I suggest you do. The staff is absolutely amazing and Dr.Tookes is truly an angel and overall amazing person to create such a wonderful organization.

Impossible to find anything negative or bad about then. this service is crucial to our community to prevent HIV, stds and any other blood related passing disease. my biggest respects for such admirable type of work service.

I only wish I found out about this place sooner, before my endocarditis, before the unknown blood disease that is currently in my blood.Ive only been once but Im looking forward to meeting the staff this week.All the bestMarek

This is In response to the Ignorant 1 star review. The person is clearly in a lack of rational mindset to submit a review. Anyone who uses a syringe clearly knows better than to “trash” any used one. I highly doubt that clinic failed to advise how the program works. The name of it has the word EXCHANGE on it. This clinic is one of UM best philanthropist program and is highly recommended for the local community. Not only is this is free clinic but also servicing in an extraordinary way without commercialization or profiting. I am sure the rest of the patients of this clinic along with me are highly appreciative for this program.

These are the kindest people I have meet in the city . If you need them they are there for you with no judgment. I enjoy every visit
