My experience in this laboratory, Coral Gables location, was excellent. I want to thank Lorena, the phlebotomist who treated me, for her great work and professionalism. Highly recommended.

I came to this Anylab test now location in Coral Way for the first time as I usually go to the one in Doral where I have always had a great experience. However, I regret coming here. They couldnt get my blood drawn and instead Ive got two bruises on each arm. I have pretty good veins and I have never had this kind of experience in any other clinic before. You shouldnt allow to have an unexperience and unprofessional nurse working here.

I had a terrible experience in this place. Came to do a simple blood test. I have pretty good veins and I have never have any issues for someone to draw my blood. When the nurse from this place tried to stick the needle she did it completely wrong!The first try she inserted it in a way that blood was not coming out. (She told me it was because I was dehydrated (when in far I had recently drank over 1 gallon of water before)Second attempt was on the other hand and Vein was completely out and easy to get.So again she inserts the needle and this time blood starts coming out. Just for a few seconds as the needle comes completely out because she pulls it trying to change the blood tube. She justs tells me after that.. Oh! im going to have someone else to do it now. (I cannot describe enough) how unprofessional she was. Like if my veins were made of plastic!I got bitten twice just so that I couldnt even be successful and be able to get my blood drawn. Instead I got bruises on each arm.I had to go somewhere else.I do not recommend this location. Unless they hire different people

Service is fast and amazing but company sucks. 1 week to provide results because they ship blood samples to California to be tested. What a joke!!!

Spelt my last name incorrectly, but promptly adjusted the spelling as per my request with great customer service.Blood draw and ambiance was otherwise good.

The locations interior is beautiful and more importantly the Marteyls is very kind and informative. She was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with a timeframe of when I would receive my results. I went to this location at 8:30 in the morning and did not have to struggle for parking, but I can see how that may be a problem during busy hours . I will be visiting this location again for any of my lab testing needs

This place has very lovely staff who are very attentive. It was a smooth sailing and quick experience. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
