This place smells off and it’s hot, it is a horrific experience. The doctor doesn’t care about your wellbeing or the discomfort you are in. Walks in without a care in the world as if you’re just a number and what they’re doing is like having a dessert. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this place!

Despite the other reviews, I had a great experience at this facility. The staff is extremely helpful, kind and super tentative. They made me feel comfortable. The doctor is also great, cowboy boots and all. Overall my experience was awesome.

Went with my girlfriend to this location . Very warm welcome coming from the front desk and nurses , but while doing the ultrasound my girlfriend asked them to let me go in , as soon as I stepped into the room , saw a guy sitting in a chair using his phone , the nurse taking care of her, quickly I asked my g... if he was the doctor ?? The guy who was sitting and she nodded. I believe first impressions matter and specifically when you’re going through a situation like this . Doctor doesn’t make you feel confident about doing any sort of process with him . 👎👎👎 not recommended at all

I came in I was a a lot scared the front desk lady Karla was amazing very nice welcoming the other nurse was nice and calming in the procedure room the doctor was nice he needs to be more kind and welcoming but over all the experience was fast and non painful I do recommend here !

Very unprofessional place. The nurse and front desk coordinator was okay, but the doctor is very weird. First off, he wasn’t in scrubs, he was on the phone when I first entered the room. He was reading messages on Whats App. He asked a couple of questions and when it was time to do a pelvic exam, he jammed his fingers inside. Not once did he show compassion or cared that he was hurting me by being rough. He didn’t try to calm me down or tell me relax. I also noticed he had on cowboy boots and when he was done, he went back on his phone. The only reason why I went back to him 1 more time bc I had an urgent matter and the price seemed reasonable, but you really pay for what you get (sad face).

3 hour wait for an ultrasound check since doctor doesn’t come in till “11am -11:30am” but showed up at 1:30pm. Doctor doesn’t care about you at all, he took forever to get at the facility he rushes you out after ultrasound & nurse does everything for him so you can’t even ask questions since the rest of the women are waiting plus he always busy on his phone while talking to him. With the COVID situation they don’t care about 6 ft distance since you’re literally in one small room with 6 other women waiting with hospital gowns. Don’t recommend.

Terrible experience. Please do not visit this doctor no matter the urgency you have. He will treat you with no empathy whatsoever and besides hes diagnoses are far from accurate.Por favor no visiten este doctor sin importar la urgencia. Es lo peor que puede haber. I felt very safe in this clinic, the care was excellent and the staff was very professional, you just have to be patient because what they do is a great responsibility, it is not a slaughterhouse, you have to be patient and respectful because recovery takes time. some more than others, I recommend it 100%

Very happy for having chosen this clinic. The staff is very professional and they make you feel like family, they answer any questions you have without bothering, the clinic is very clean and orderly with first come, first served. With my eyes closed I highly recommend it. Happy with the entire procedure…. They dont make you feel less. Thanks girls!!!!

Well, the truth is, my experience was very good, the girls (all of them) from my aunt Cari to the receptionist, not to mention the girl who does the ultrasound, they are the best, they are always attentive to you, how you feel. If it hurts, they take your blood pressure 3 times, the attention is speechless, if you want to be well cared for, I recommend that you come here.

Well, the truth is that I am quite satisfied with my visit to this place, the nurses are a 10 and the procedure is quick and not painful... they also contact you later to see how you are doing or what you need and their telephone number is available 24 hours a day to any situation... the only drawback is the doctors delay in arriving at the site. I was waiting for 2 hours, but otherwise everything was perfect... I highly recommend them
