The call center the rudest and most unprofessional I ever seen! 0 costumer care knowledge and always mess up everything!!! Nasty attitude! The worst ever

Terrible service on the phone and in person as well I had multiple employees hang up on me while I was on hold and waited 3 hours just to pick someone up and plus all the phones in the crisis department were broken for 4 days straight so I had no hold of my boyfriend for 4 days

Banyan Health is very personable and has helped me on my journey in life. The staff was very concerned about individual care.. It still depends on who,But overall, my journey in life led me to Banyan to be a valuable encouraging foundation.. Thanks 🕊️🙏

Today I had an appointment at banyan health with Dr Sandra Fujita. I usually would not post reviews however, the experience I had was truly discouraging. I am currently looking for a new psychiatrist to help me with my adhd. Today felt like an interrogation/intervention more than a psychiatric evaluation. When I told Dr fujita about my situation and how I was looking to change my doctor because my previous doctor was in NY (where I’m from) and I’m currently living in Miami, I was instantly accused of having a substance abuse problem. I have been prescribed 30 mg vyvanse for more than two years. It has helped me tremendously in all aspects (relationships, career, mental health, overall well being, focus and happiness). Today, Dr Fujita told me that all this progression has been basically a distorted reality and I’m just on “speed”..she continued to push the fact that i might just be in denial and didn’t want to admit I was Bi Polar. The whole situation was extremely uncomfortable for me as a patient. She had a little puppet helper with her as well chiming in which made me feel like I was being attacked 2 on 1.. when I asked if the medication is so negative from her perspective why would Doctors prescribe it. She continued to tell me that some doctors are just in it for the “Buck”. Little does she know the doctor who currently prescribes my medication is an extremely reliable friend of someone I have a very good relationship with. He has bent over backwards to help me get better and toward living a fulfilling life. I also pay out of pocket and he cuts the price of each appointment in half, so I don’t think he’s just in it for the “buck”.. Overall, my experience with Dr Fujita was upsetting. All day I couldn’t help to get past this negative experience. She made me feel like I’m a bad person for being prescribed to Vyvanse. She was very rude and unprofessional with her approach. I felt judged, confused and sad after my visit and would advise others to look else where for help rather than at Banyan health. Especially, Dr Fujita and her apathetic and unprofessional old fashion practices. I left banyan today with more mental health problems when I was simply looking for help. Very unfortunate uncomfortable and unexpected.

Waited two months to be seen which i think has to do with the clinic being low on staff. I was very lucky they assigned me to Ana C. Carbonell. Ana honestly took her time with me and couldnt have been more patient and helpful. Ana and I hit the ground running. Ive felt listened to and well understood in every session. Ive never felt pushed to talk about anything I was uncomfortable with, but encouraged to address the issues that were causing me to struggle in life. Im very grateful for Ana and the methods she implements. Wish I had more time with her but this is a community clinic and other patients need their turn to be helped by her!

Great place to go to if you don’t have health insurance. Dr Sierra is professional, thorough, and smart! She takes her time and is proficient with assessing everything without rushing. She truly cares. The front desk was very helpful as it was my first time and I hardly had to wait. Even the phlebotomist was excellent, got my hard to get veins on the first try! So happy I was recommended to Banyan health!

I spent almost 4 months waiting for them to assist me with getting therapy. only for them to send me a later saying that they have attempted to contact me when i have 0 calls from them and 0 voicemails. they gave a certain date to reach them by or if not my case would be closed but i received the later days later and when i tried to contact them, it was impossible to get a hold of anyone. it’s not the first time i have struggled to get a hold of someone.

I had an appointment at 1:30 PM. They said I needed a COVID test. Then they had me fill in information on a paper, in which the woman filled in numbered bullet points for me… then, I waited for the appointment, or at least to be told that my appointment was cancelled. Instead they allowed me to wait there, on my Laptop, for over an hour. I had ended up vaping, then getting up the courage to ask what was happening. This is because the Security guard had been letting in multiple people and stopping others. She then told me that I needed to get my own COVID test — before coming back. I will be getting that COVID test but I will not be coming back. Why would you allow me to sit in a waiting spot… as I assumed. And then ask me to move out of the way from the door when I waited for him to open to ask the woman a… simple question about what I was waiting for.

Waited 8 weeks for an appointment they never set one up they called me one day at 8:30 saying my son had his appointment that day but no one ever called to schedule it or tell me about it guess I’m supposed to be psychic. So when I calledTo ask what was happening they said they could squeeeze him in a. Few days later due to a cancelation however no one calledMe so I had to call again meanwhile my child is shutting down things are getting worseAnd all he needs is a doctor or therapist to talk to but I guess they’re to busy for their patients. I will make sure to contact jacco so they can investigate this facility

Staff are unprofessional and clueless. Do not know what they are saying or doing. Waiting time for your appointment is Ridiculous! After waiting for 2 1/2 hours for my dr appointment via tele conference, they come back saying I had missed my appointment. I had called them 3 times and advised that was waiting for the doctor in which was told she was running late. After being disconnected, was told I was not going to speak with the doctor because the Intake department was going to contact me to confirm my information. I was never told this nor did anyone call me. CLEARLY THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS THAT TRULY NEED HELP!!! It’s BS. I’ve had enough of this place and moved on. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Absolutely amazing people who are willing to help at least in the crisis center.On the other side, appointments take forever. So if you have an appointment at 10am youll probably leave at 3pm and you only see the psychiatrist for 10mins. Im guessing it has to do with some of their services being free.On the bright side, Im seeing my psychiatrist for free and the prescription is literally dirt cheap.I call other places for an estimate; $40 vs $350, worth the wait.

Worst doctors office Ive ever been too. Everyone at the front desk is rude. I waited for over 8 hours for my first appointment. My 3rd appointment they scheduled me for a time my dr was not even there so I had to see a nurse practioner who wrote an unauthorized prescription which after calling for 5 straight days I was forced to go back in where they said I had no schedule another appointment but not to worry bc I would be the first patient when I got there I was immediately given attitude by another rude receptionist who spent more time talking about how much partying she did that weekend instead of helping me and after all that they tried to charge me for the extra appointment bc of their error. Then tried to schedule me for a future appointment. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE

This center doesnt even deserve a star. It it absolutely the most un-professional and worse clinic ever. My son has Dr. Gorelick, not too bad as a doctor, her assistant, Judy, super disrespectful she went as far as to tell me that she has no time to help me because her priority was not he any patient on the phone. I had been calling for 3 months to schedule an appointment and never received a call back or answer i just kept getting the run around from her. I called the director Ivanette Colon, to file a complain. As she was not in the office, and apparently majority of the time never is, I had to leave a message with her assistant. It has been 2 weeks and I have yet to hear back or an apology from the DIRECTOR. So as any concerned mother called the Supervisor, Adriana Hoff. Mrs. Hoff, one of the only people to take the time to actually listen said she will call me back and try to assist. Nonetheless, as this center consist of horrible staff, a week goes by and still no call from The SUPERVISOR. I call back furious as it seems they have not even looked at my file since they keep referring to my son as a girl!!. Mom, make notes of all the times you called and everyone you spoke to because it was the only reason I was even take seriously. After much deliberation with Adriana she was able to get an Intake Appointment for me as they had CLOSED THE CASE DUE TO NOT FOLLOWING UP!!! this is what the doctors fantasist put on the file. So 3 moths later (i have been calling the Judy since August!!) I was able to get an appointment to re-submit and re-evaluate my son in order to make an appointment with a psychiatrist. For Sure it wont be with Dr. Gorelick.

This place only hires Cubans . Is not professional at all. They do what they want. If you want help? Need help? Don’t come here. They all need to go back to Cuba. What a disgrace! this is Americ! Not Cuba!. But of course is Miami. Everyone working there is just getting paid by the government fromOur taxes. StopComing here they needTo close.

They do not care for the costumer time, I spent there a total of 6 hours in 3 visits and saw the doctor for about 8 minutes and they forgot to take my blood for lab … my 8:50AM appointment was not called after 2 hours waiting.Very Cuban style service, people are loud speaking on their phones, watching the novela on the waiting room tv and there is no clue on when you are going to be helped.There are two doors and someone partially open them and screams a name and people jump from their seats. Now I am trying to find a better place to have basic medical check-up and help.

This place sucks and not one single person understands or speaks English. Furthermore all they do is transfer your call as soon as they can, to a number where no one answers. This place is a fraud and garbage including the supervisor the representative Orestes if thats his real name? The employees do not know what services are provided and who does what. The wait time is all day anyone who says anything different is because they work at the place do not trust this place. They dont care its just another money guzling clinic sucking the life out of people. STAY CLEAR WARNING FRAUD ALERT...... FRAUD ALERT FAKE DOCTORS....

This place would be shut down. They have zero respect for customers time. They leave you waiting forever just like others were mentioning. I had a appointment at 3 and I ended up being seen at 4:30 by a person different from whom I had made the appointment with. Also they only have one person who is an actual doctor who went to medical school. The rest are just nurses.

I got my vaccine here. You just make your appointment online and they’ve got you on the list. Everyone is very friendly and the line moves very efficiently on a first come first serve basis.

They do not honor appointment times, wait times are long. Receptionist denied my insurance with Banyan Health name due to missing doctor name on card. They did accommodate for 5-8 minute with doctor just for results follow up.On the plus side; Doctors are friendly and young.

The people can be very disrespectful. I was with my grandmother at the pharmacy and the woman ignored my grandmother and walked away in the middle of my grandmother explaining something. Which bothered me a lot. The wait is very long as well... Not to mention that ive heard about the employees making fun of people with mental disorders.

Not quite sure what I did to deserve the MA snap the fingers at me instead of calling my name, doesnt even have the decency to treat a depressed person with dignity. I need to see my doctor I have to enter a depressing place, not nice staff just because is inexpensive. Maybe Ill go private. Is too way too depressing to seek attention here.

Banyan COVID vacine service is very well organized and Professional. The Administrstion and staff have done an excellent job of making everyone feel safe and cared for. They are to be commended for the tremendous service they have done for our Community.

I am suffering from depression & anxiety . I was refered to the Psyche ward side of banyan by their own DOCTOR and they refused to take me. Because I wasnt homeless or I didnt have any insurance .When they finally agreed to take me ,the Psychiatrist was incredibly rude she didnt listen ,she just wrote prescriptions to drugs that didnt help me .At one point she even yelled at me for not feeling better telling me nobody cared about my past just me because I wanted to. If you are suffering from mental disorders do NOT go here .When I asked to tranfer psychiatrists I was told I would have toto speak to billing ,when I tried to do that they said I had to speak to the supervisor who never answers.

Mental health? Long wait to see a doctor either in person or virtual. Waiting list for some services. Sudden change of employees and doctors. They do not confirm appointments. This place has lost a lot of quality.

Dont bother calling they take forever to pick up and when they do you get transferred anywhere. Went in person and the place is pretty filthy. Never went to meet with the psychiatrist because of the low reviews. If you can afford to go elsewhere please do.

They dont answer phones. Almost impossible to make appt, overbooking and excessive waiting at every appt. The actual appt in 2 mins and out the door. I already complained to administration.

They have medical and mental health services. Depending on your income you can pay $5 to $0. The doctors care and help. Highly recommended. Only down side to some ppl is at times theres a wait.

I will never forget this place how I was completely lost mentally for abusing substances and this place helped me with medicine and a clean environment to get back on track it took about five months I will always recommend this place!

Dr.Carlos Custer the best pediatrician a child can have..Well known in Miami children hospital..very good with parents..THE BEST.

The Banyan Health System has only top group of professionals working at this location. They not only know what they are doing, but are also very caring.

Got the vaccine, super easy online and the wait wasnt long once I arrived.

Not a good experience at all. Our appointment was at 11:00 am and got out of that place at 5:00 pm. Never go to that place. NEVER!!!!! IT SUCKS!!!!!

My son was admitted to this clinic, and they treated him very well, from security, nurses, kitchen staff, excellent psychiatrists, they gave me medications that have helped him improve, I am very happy with their excellent staff, thank you very much Banyan Health Center.

The people at the pharmacy are rude, you dont answer the phone when they do, they speak badly and are rude and they dont resolve things in a good way. It is the worst service I have ever experienced and when you go in person, the entire pharmacy department is even worse. It doesnt work. If you dont like your job, leave there because they make the place a bad experience, what a shame.

I have been at this clinic for more than two years but lately everything is a problem, the workers do not want to do anything and they treat you with tremendous rudeness, especially a certain Alejandro who works in the office on Flagler and 38th. If they continue like this, they will continue to receive this type of comments

My opinion is that when you have an emergency that arrives without an appointment, they throw you from one or another to another and leave you waiting for more than two hours and it is only to send a reset to the pharmacy, something that is only so simple to send a prescription to the pharmacy I did not want something more than what is already in the medical history for pressure and dizziness, I think that in this aspect I should do something innovative when only a prescription is required plus the treatment of take it or leave it because I do not have an appointment, I hope that in the future they will find faster ways to not make you wait so long, more than 2 hours, just for a reset.

Terrible, I have an appointment scheduled for 11:00 am, I arrive at 10:50 am and they tell me that they can no longer assist me because I was late and because I had to be there 30 minutes before, where can that be seen, incidentally they called me 3 times the day before to remember the appointment and at no time does it tell me that I must arrive 30 minutes in advance of the appointment, they waste your time, I do not recommend them!!

The appointment was for 12. They called to cancel at 8:30 in the morning of the same day, of course it was not confirmed the day before, they decided that it would be at 11 thanks to poor planning. The service at the front desk was terrible, luckily we did not have the opportunity for the Doctor to assist us because I am sure they are aware of the poor functioning of that office, especially when it comes to patients with those types of conditions, so I do not recommend it.

The worst health experience in this country, I do not recommend it to anyone who does not have good insurance that pays well because I am more than convinced that they will have excuses not to treat them; The appointments are not definitively confirmed, the human value is not known in that office: we did not have the opportunity to meet the Dr but the saddest thing is that he must be aware of how poorly the work is done.

There are few professionals, my depressed daughter was treated very badly when she went to the consultations, she came out more depressed due to the poor treatment.
