EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF EVEN THE SUPERVISOR HELICE HERNANDEZ! The receptionist MORENA & Jocelyn were the worst! Very NASTY over the phone, giving wrong information, cutting me off & hanging up on me!What a horrible experience! I was waiting for so long to get the appointment with Dr Frankie and these women that work at her office messed up my appointment big time! Im suffering from heavy menstrual bleeding & ovarian cysts horrendous pain/symptoms that I need surgery but because of these UNPROFESSIONAL, INEPT & NASTY STAFF members I must look somewhere else!

Stay away. You cannot reach your doctor for any medical concerns. There is no direct line or messaging system. Expect hang ups, disconnected numbers, and extremely long wait times before reaching the office (if you even do reach them... the appointment scheduler actually told me straight up some departments at Jackson ignore their phones). If you miss the call back, you have to go through the whole thing all over again. I have a health issue and have not been able to speak with my doctor for several days. Two stars only because my actual doctor is wonderful, its just a shame the system is not set up for her to provide an acceptable level of care for pregnant and postpartum women.

Very poor service. I waited for 3 months for my appointment - had to cancel my work and showed up - apparently they canceled my appointment and only available to see me in one more month. So terrible. Waste of time and money!!!!
