Truly great experience at Conceptions Florida. The staff are all welcoming, kind and helpful.Dr Shah is very knowledgeable. She listened carefully to my history and past experiences and answered all my questions.Alex, who does my ultrasound monitoring, is incredible. She is truly one of the best medical professionals I ever met in my life, and Ive met so many. She is a beautiful inside and out and really cares. She is very accommodating and amazingly good at her job, and is very responsive over email and messages. She explains things when performing ultrasounds, and her expertise, compassion, and calming presence made this emotionally difficult journey much easier. She has great bedside manners and I am just happy every time I see her because of her contagious positive energy. The road is long and can be frustrating but she made such a difference in my experience.And I want to thank Rose. She does my bloodwork and she goes above and beyond to make sure I get the results on time, especially since I have to use an outside lab due to my insurance. She truly cares about patients and is great at her job. I feel so taken care of by her, even though they are always so busy.And a shout out to Maylen and Alejandro at the front desk. Maylen knows my name and is always pleasant and accommodating. Alejandro is always so happy and smiling, amazing attitude. They both make me feel special and answer all my questions.I 100% recommend conception Florida and I am so grateful for them.

Dr. Hernandez-Rey for the win 💎This experience can’t exactly be pleasant but my time spent with the nurses and doc were easy as it could be.Yes it’s crowded, yes you always have to wait in the waiting area for your appointment but my results and the process was nothing but fruitful and great.HIGHLY RECOMMEND for women looking to have science help in any part of the fertility process.

Incredible experience. Dr. H and the entire nursing staff made a very stressful process a little less stressful. I felt very taken care of and they were great at communicating. Highly recommend for your fertility journey. Marlene is the best nurse, too :).

Where to even begin, Maggie G, PA, is great no complaints about her , doctor Hernandez I only met him once and it was the day of the laparoscopic surgery and never saw him again. He didn’t even see me post surgery to tell me what had been done. The people, the staff , and administration is a hot mess. Getting a call back, wasn’t easy, but nothing like the way they make you waste your time. You’re supposed to call when you’re on your period because everything is based around that, but only if you’re lucky do you get an appointment on time. One day, after I had my first ultrasound post surgery, and asked if it was the right time to start taking the medication , my nurse Anay in Miramar had no clue and got defensive the more questions I asked. Mind you it was my first time starting any fertility treatment and I needed education. She was super unprofessional, and I came out of that appointment more than confused and overwhelmed. Apparently the system was down at the time and no one can give me an answer, come to find out I should have started the pills on that day so there went another month wasted. Then one month later, I go in for another base ultrasound again, as soon as I got there, to my surprise, there is bloodwork that needs to be drawn right after the ultrasound. I go and check in a couple of times to see why I was waiting so long (I waited 2 1/2 hours) the girl at the counter would always tell me I would be next. by the third time I went to the counter, She dug a little bit more into it and then she finds out that I did not need bloodwork that I had already completed my ultrasound and I was ready to Go. they made me wait 2 1/2 hours, I was late to work, and not even an apology. Again the staff and the administration lack so much knowledge, it’s surprising to me how a prestigious doctor in the middle of Coral Gables who is so expensive, has staff that is so unprofessional, and have such a little knowledge and empathy in the subject matter. The turn over is crazy too, every time I went I dealt with new people. On another visit, they drew my blood work under the wrong last name, so she tosses the lab tubes and pokes me again without explaining what was going on. It wasn’t until I insisted and she hesitated and sent me back outOne thing I found peculiar was that they gave me no choice, but to use their specialty pharmacy :SMP. This pharmacy is cash only they rarely take any insurance, so good luck paying all of your expensive fertility medication‘s out of pocket. I had asked about using my insurances pharmacy which covers Fertility drugs, and apparently I couldn’t use them. Typical Miami Scammers!!!!I got lost in the mixAll I want to say is don’t settle for bad service. Fed up with the awful quality of customer service at conceptions, I found another clinic, the staff is respectful and actually knowledgeable. I am able to use the specialty pharmacy covered by my insurance at no cost to me. I am more in touch with my doctor and staff.Grass is greener. Never settle for bad service.

I cannot say enough good things about Conceptions Florida. I am a young girl who had trouble getting pregnant, we came to Conceptions after 8 months of trying- I originally saw Dr. Shaw for my first set of tests. After she took a small leave I was seen by Dr. Hernandez, both doctors were outstanding and took the time to explain and talk with me and my husband at length until we felt comfortable with our plan moving forward. I did a few short steps and decided to move forward with an IUI. This treatment worked for me on my first try! My nurse Alex was above all the most helpful, sweet, kind, and caring person in the whole facility!! I owe her a million dollars and MORE! She answered every email within the same day, called me back immediately whenever I felt I needed her, took notes for me, and held my hand through many of the procedures. She even prayed with me and my husband after our IUI procedure. Whenever I came to the office, I was so excited to see her, and she made me feel totally at home. I was sad when I graduated and knew I no longer would return to the office because I miss seeing and speaking with her. We are so happy with our journey and outcome and I will recommend to all my friends in the future! If you are hesitating to pick a place to start your journey, do not think twice and pick Coneceptions! Best of luck to all the future parents!

Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic is awful. Not only the results were incorrect, but they reassure that they never make mistakes on procedures and results in a very unprofessional way. My blood work came back with 2 results that I had never got before, and impossible to have it, plus the response was that they never make mistakes and those were my results. On my visit day starting with front desk even the nurse in the back were all over the place, very unorganized and not paying attention on what they were doing. Their mistake seems to be very careless since we are talking about conception, and they might be clearing other patients incorrectly. Dont recommend trusting this clinic. On top of everything HIPPA is not follow correctly.

About a year ago, I went to Conceptions for a consultation and from the beginning, I knew this was the right place to help me start my family. The team is incredibly professional, kind, caring, knowledgeable, and supportive. IVF is a long and taxing process and I knew that the team was truly rooting for me and there to answer every question (and I had a lot)! I have to say a big thank you to Dr. Shah for being there every step of the way! Dr. Hernandez-Reyes, and Maggie for their care. Marlene, my IVF nurse, was my guiding light through the whole process. And shout out to Melanie and Yissell for their support as well. No one loves getting blood work, but I looked forward to seeing Rose and hearing her words of encouragement at every appointment. The front desk team- Paulina and Josefina were always so welcoming and patient. The surgical nurses, Alexis and Nathaly, were the brightest and warmest people particularly in those scary moments. And Morgan, thanks for coming in on a Saturday to do our embryo transfer!Hands down, I would recommend Conceptions and particularly the Conceptions team to anyone seeking infertility support. Thank you for everything!

To the public, I am highly recommend Conception Florida for your fertility treatment.I was blessed enough to be able to afford such a wonderful clinic, to be seen by such great Doctor and nurses.My experience with conception Florida was beyond excellent doctor Hernandez was amazing. I will never forget my first visit, that day after consultation He told me that I had 2 beautiful ovaries and a beautiful uterus ready to receive a child that I have 40% chance to bring an healthy and beautiful baby to the world ! Those words were all that I wanted to hear after I have been failed 2 IUI circle with some other fertility clinic, I been trough a lot because of my infertility, I was so depressed before I meet conception. The treatment was effective because they didn’t wait for me to failed before they applied high mesure and cares, my nurse Anay Verde was so focused on helping me succeed the treatment, her professionalism and friendliness was extremely helpful, she treated me more like a family than a patient, even though she was always busy, she will find time to listen to my concerns and worries even support me emotionally. Always return my calls or reply to my emails. Miss Angie thank you so much for your help and support, I had been at the Miramar location and everyone there was amazingly friendly. From the reception to the ladies that are doing blood draw, nurses and Doctors. The service… I didn’t find anything to complain about. I sometimes had appointment at the coral gable location and it’s the same there, I have some nurses that I wanted to thank but I forget their names I am sorry ladies 👋 I had a great experience with them during the eggs retrieval and also during the embryo transfer. Thank you ladies keep up the good work.At age 40 the miracle happened, I am a mother for the first time after I lost one of my tubes due to an ectopic pregnancy and my husband was azoospermia .The journey wasn’t easy but thank God for Conception Florida now I have an healthy an cute baby boy.Keep it up Conception and congratulations 🍾 for all the joy you bring to some families out there specially mine.Below is a picture of my bundle of joy 🥹

What can I say. Since the moment I stepped into Conceptions Florida it felt like home. Dr Shah, what a great doctor, explained the whole process, she was there with us all along the way. My nurse Jenny, lover her so much, always on top of me and assuring me all was ok. Cant leave out my OR nurse Alexis, what a beautiful soul Keep it up, thank you all for making our dream and journey so pleasant .

I have had such a wonderful experience at Conceptions Florida. I have been seeing them for about 2-3 years and for my entire journey with them, they took such good care of me. The nurses are very loving and nurturing, treating you like family every step of the way. Dr. H was the best, he did everything he could to help my dreams come true. My nurse Jenny was always available to answer my millions of questions at any hour of the day when I was going through a cycle. Rose was so wonderful at cheering me up and when it came to getting all my bloodwork done very early every morning. And the rest of the staff was always so welcoming, smiling, and rooting for me with everything I went through. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did for me over the years. I will definitely be returning in the future for all of my fertility needs ❤️

The place is clean, staff is well trained, but if you are asking for sample , put some magazines in that room to help. i m already in a 4x4 room , nervous , not home . a magazine would help get the mind there

We had an amazing experience at Conceptions. We changed our previous clinic because the only way of communication with the doctor or nurse was through a portal, so having a dedicated nurse is a blessing. Dr. Shah was not wrong when she said we will have someone by our side every step of the way and our nurse Yissell was that and more! She was always there for us and we cannot thank her enough. The OR staff are such caring people which is exactly what you need in those scary moments. I will 100% recommend Conceptions.

I want to say that the entire OR team at Conceptions is wonderful! This review is specifically for the nurses. I had an egg retrieval on 10/19/23 and I was so nervous. Amanda was the one that walked me to the OR and she reassured me that they would take great care of me. I then met Nathaly, who I had already spoken with during my stims injection calls. I could already tell I would really like her due to her warm and welcoming nature. She brought me into the operating room and was very gentle with the IV and the entire set-up. I met Alexis in recovery, but I had already spoken to her during the prep call for my trigger injections. She was also so great answering my questions and being so reassuring. When I saw her in recovery she was there for me the whole time. Offering me something to drink and Tylenol for any discomfort. I was able to hear how they were with the other patients and they all were kind and really listened to everyone. I had to have a polypectomy on 11/15/23 and I looked forward to seeing these ladies again! I wasnt disappointed at all, they gave me the same level of care, which I appreciated. Next, Ill see them at the transfer!

My doctors are at Yale in Connecticut. I needed a place to do outside monitoring. So I found this facility with the help of my insurance company that could do my ultrasounds and my blood work. I had 4 myommectomies for the removal of fibroids and benign tumors. I suffered a horrible miscarriage and the outfit I was going to in Pembroke Pines was not managing my care properly. I resorted to go to Yale. As I reside in Florida, I needed to have monitoring done efficiently, timely and professionally. I could not have found a better location. I know I only go to Conceptions Florida for outside monitoring but they are the absolute BEST. The customer service is phenomenal. Alexandra who does the scheduling is super efficient and nice as they come. She works with my Yale team to get me on the schedule ASAP. It does not matter that I am not their direct patient. They treat me as though I am priority. They are the nicest set of professionals. I mean, in less than 24 hours, I am scheduled once Yale sends in the order. I am greeted by the most amicable staff and the technicians are awesome. They provide insight and knowledge that I never had at the other Florida facility. They phlebotomists that take my blood are fast and ALWAYS have a smile. I am just so grateful for the little things. Thank you so much Conceptions Florida. Alex... you are an unsung hero. I know you work behind the scenes but without you we would not get scheduled. Thanks for all you do...

My husband & I met with Dr Hernandez many years ago, we would have remained a patient but our journey took a different path. As a result we have only been able to be outside monitoring patients. This journey is tough, doing it out of town is a whole different challenge & I don’t know I could have done it without the support & help of Alex, she has always helped me when I’ve needed it. Even though I’ve seen her more times then I hoped Alex is a really lovely human, always friendly & happy making an uncomfortable situation bearable. Please know I am truly grateful for you Alex

My experience at Conceptions was truly exceptional! Dr. Rey and his team are unparalleled in their excellence. I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Dopazo, who proved to be a star in her role. She was incredibly polite and consistently prompt in addressing any questions or concerns. Whether through a phone call or email, she was always just a message away, making the entire process remarkably smooth for us.I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

Unfortunately our experience with Conceptions was awful. The first appointment was okay even though we had to complete the same forms over again as we had online before the appointment, but every single interaction with someone at Conceptions following the first appointment was disappointing and scary. The second appointment was an IUD removal that no one knew about when we got there and wasnt noted anywhere in the clinics files. They also charged us incorrectly. Also, the first nurse we met with never sent any information and then never responded to a single email. The second nurse we were able to connect with did not write in full sentences and was unable to provide basic updates to us. Every time we called we got someone different who was confused as to what to do with us or who we were. We finally asked for Dr. Shah to give us a call directly but she never returned our call. Theres so much more, but we felt like no one cared to help us through this very stressful process. We have ultimately decided to go to another clinic even though this one is close to home. The whole experience was incredibly alarming and we would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I thank Conceptions Florida everyday for making our dreams of expanding our family a reality after struggling for over a year. Jenny Dopazo was my nurse through my whole IVF cycle and she always put my fears and paranoia to rest during the stressful time that is an IVF Cycle. I also thank tremendously Iliana & Amanda at the Miramar office for also contributing to the positive experience I had. Dr. Hernandez-Rey for being the man behind our entire cycle & making our transfer memorable. And lastly Dr. Shah who performed my retrieval & my polypectomy. All the OR nurses including Natalie Alexis for being so sweet & comforting everytime I was back there. And I can’t not mention the embryology team, Morgan & Michael. Thank you for watching over our babies!

We were so lucky to be paired with Nurse Jenny during our IVF journey. She is the BEST and made the most stressful months of our lives so much more bearable. She truly cares about what she does and wants the best for all her patients. I trust her 100%. All the waiting was worth it!

Success story! We just welcomed our beautiful conceptions baby girl two weeks ago. From the moment we met our nurse, Jenny D, we had an instant friend for life and amazing advocate for our entire fertility journey. She is super responsive, helpful and calming.

The care and attention that my nurse Marlene Prada provided will be forever appreciated. Throughout the IVF process, she was there to answer any questions we had and to provide reassurance. The expertise and compassion she displayed made a significant difference to our situation. Our sincere gratitude goes out to her for all of her assistance! Dr. Hernandez and his staff at Conceptions are the BEST!!! I was referred to Dr. Hernandez after struggling to get pregnant and let me tell you, going to him was the best decision of my life!! My IVF transfer was successful and I now have my little miracle baby. I was so nervous about doing IVF, but Dr. Hernandez and my two nurses, Annette and Anay really made the process so easy and smooth for me. They made me feel like I was family and not just another patient. They walked me through EVERYTHING and were always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. They truly became family to me, but were so professional. I HIGHLY recommend going to Conceptions and Dr. Hernandez if you are struggling to get pregnant. I am so so thankful for them and everything they did for me!

I went to see Dr Hernandez a year ago for egg freezing. He explained that although I look young, my eggs didnt know that. He explained that at 43 years old, he did not recommend it. I asked him how would he know that without any bloodwork or ultrasound. At my request to do labs, he did them that day. His nurse called me a few days later and explained that he maintained his position that I shouldnt proceed with egg freezing beacuse I was peri-menopausal. I asked to have an in-person consult with him. I paid a follow consultation fee of a couple of hundred dollars and went in to see him. In the follow up, he compared me to a vintage car (because he likes cars) that has its engine revving. I explained that I understood that I was not the ideal case, but that If I were of ideal age, that I wouldnt need him in the first place. He again commented that I look good and was in shape and with very little body fat(to which I responded, that was not the purpose of my visit) but that my eggs dont know that. He then assured me that he would take good care of me if I decided to proceed. I left and went to see my Gyn who ran more thorough labs (my AMH which he didnt do)and stated that I was in the low average range, but still Average and was not peri-menopausal as his nurse stated. My Gyn also told me that he sent her a letter, which read that that I didnt know what I wanted to do when in fact HE was the one discouraging me. I then started seeing Instagram ads for CNY Fertility and decided to give them a call. What drew me to them was their amazingly positive outlook that no case was too difficult. I realized that they were the right clinic for me. I started prenatal vitamins( no crazy meds), and now, one year Iater, 1 year OLDER, and 10 pounds slimmer, I have 8 MATURE OOCYTES FROZEN! If youre an older woman (40s), do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Luckily, I was smart enough, and confident enough not to accept being written off by Dr Hernandez-Rey. Im just sad for any other women who may have lost an opportunity due to Dr Hernandez-Rey.

My dreams of becoming a mom came true thanks to this amazing staff! We struggled with infertility for many years and we decided to come to this office and I’m so glad we did. Dr Armando Hernandez Rey is so nice, he explains everything to you in detail. The nurses are the best, super caring. We are going back soon to make baby #2. I’m so excited.

Our experience in Conception Florida was great. From day one all our questions and doubts were answered to the best of the Dr. Hernandez Reye ability. We felt hopeful and confident. The staff was always helpful and friendly. I was assigned Brittany as my nurse, she was amazing in every way. Answered every email (and I sent a lot) and was always very positive and had great energy. My husband and I thank God for each and everyone in the office.Mommy to be in June

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The Dr. gave incorrect results. Not only did he keep me waiting on a zoom call for over an hour, but he told me I was getting menopause and that I can only have a baby if I use new technology in Japan that wasnt released yet. I went and got a second opinion and I am more than fertile. Further, I was left with a bill of $1900 bc they ran test that they never informed me of that wasnt covered by my insurance. This dr. should not be in practice and is a complete and utter FRAUD.

As a donor, everything is transactional with them. I had OHSS for multiple days after my procedure and not a single person checked in on me nor gave me the proper steps on how to 1) identify it as OHSS and 2) find the right care. Couldn’t move, use the bathroom, or lay down for 4 days. When I finally got to a weekend nurse on call they said to “take a Tylenol”.I’m still scarred from the pain and lack of care I experienced over a year later.

WOW! Amazing experience! The staff is not only incredibly professional, but they are also extremely knowledgeable and so easy to contact. My issues with other previous doctors was that they wouldnt be responsive enough with me and I would always have to go in and pay $100 consultation fee and take time out of my day just to ask them a simple question in their office. The staff at conceptions FL is so accommodating via email and they REALLY CARE! Shout out to Courtney Moore. She has helped me with every little concern and answered all of my little questions in a timely fashion via email. She is really a rock star and provided the best care for me. I hope everyone can experience this type of service. Thank you!

Dr. Hernandez-Rey is an outstanding, caring and knowledgeable doctor! I trust him so much and I know, without a shadow of a doubt, that hes going to be the one to help us get our little miracle. Despite how hard its been he provides comfort, hope and assurance. The physician assistant: Maggie is also such an incredible human being. She truly cares and is always so welcoming and positive. This is so important when youre dealing with something as heart breaking as this can be. I love this office!

Dr. Armando Hernandez-Rey was unbelievable overall. His whole staff is amazing throughout the whole process. He made us feel welcome since day one and also made us feel extremely comfortable throughout our visits. At the end it turned out that we were lucky enough to have a spontaneous pregnancy and they took care of us the first couple of weeks. The level of attention and feeling that this Dr. makes you feel as a patient is by far the best we have ever encountered. Dr. Hernandez-Rey has been amazing from the beginning of my journey trying to get pregnant. He was able to correctly diagnose and treat me and 4 months later I was pregnant.A few months back I had a miscarriage and D&c and complications from it. I saw my OB and several other doctors and each one was dismissive of my pain. Dr. Hernández-Rey and his right hand Courtney took the time to truly listen to my concerns and carefully evaluated me. Courtney has been amazing communicating with me via email. Maggie , the PA, was so thorough discussing my surgery procedure with me. I am forever grateful for this team and highly recommend them!

I don’t know where to begin other than I am pregnant after my third iui. My iui coordinator Alex was god send. She was exactly what me and my husband needed in the most sensitive time in our life. She was available to me for the smallest of things every step of the way even when I got discharged. Dr. H is amazing. He’s very straight with you and doesnt tip toe around anything which is what my husband and I liked. Our third iui was our last try and they did everything possible to make it the one that worked. By the grace of god it did! Being discharged was the saddest day for us we were not ready and felt so attached to them. For all the women going struggling with conceiving, conceptions is god send. Now I’m 12 weeks with a healthy baby boy and I couldn’t be more grateful.

From the moment I met with Dr. Hernandez-Rey, I knew I had made the right choice. He was honest, thoughtful and courteous. The nurses, doctors, and office staff were exceptional throughout my whole process, they even surprised me with a “happy birthday” banner on my transfer day. (Transfer day landed on my birthday). My husband and I will be forever grateful to all of you for helping me conceive my beautiful baby boy, when my chances weren’t too promising! I can’t wait for Luka to meet you all! Conceptions Florida team was unbelievably amazing. After trying naturally for over 1.5 years, we turned to them for help to get pregnant. We got pregnant for our second round of IUI and the team couldnt have been better. They walked us through all of our options, helped us understand pros/cons and were patient and helpful the entire way. Alex was our IUI coordinator and we were so lucky to have her support. I 100% recommend everyone who is considering help to turn to them.

Two of my friends have also been to his office and are very happy with the care they received! The sweetest and most professional staff. Dr. Hernandez took the time to explain everything, he gave me confidence since day 1. In my case my AMH was really low for my age, I went through a lot of exams and every nurse was very caring and patient. I resulted with unexplained AMH levels but finally got pregnant. Im 3 months now I just got the release from the doctor last week and I was kind of emotional I felt happy for the outcome but at the same time I will be missing every person involve in my journey. I thank Andrea (my nurse) for all the time a patience she had, she always responded to my e-mails and phone calls. I highly recommend Conception Florida.

The last person I saw before the pandemic and the world closed was Dr. Hernandez-Rey.I started my journey to grow our family during a global pandemic. Even through the chaos, Conceptions found a safe way for us to get all our testing done that was required.We then proceeded to work hand in hand with Dr H through 3 egg retrievals (tweaking protocol each time in order to improve our outcome) and two transfers in order to get our miracle babe.Most appointments can be done before normal work hours and the office typically sees you quickly. Also, if you have conflicts they find ways to get you on for the first appointment so you can get on your way.The staff and nurses are all amazing. I actually teared up when they released me from their care because I have been so dependent on them for the past year sending emails at all hours and getting answers back to each and every question.The infertility process isn’t easy and typically isn’t a straight line, but working with the team at Conceptions made a difficult process bearable. They hold your hand while you cry and cheer on your successes with you.From the girls taking your blood, doing your ultrasounds, administering IVs, with you on surgery days, checking you in and out, everyone feels like family.I would recommend Dr H and the team at Conceptions for anyone in the area looking for medical intervention to grow their family!

I just had my first appointment at Conceptions and I am so happy with everything! Starting with Elda , she was amazing helping me with my appointment, she called me a couple times just to give me earlier appointment dates which was awesome. Fifi at the front desk was so nice and so sweet. Celi was my medical assistant and Maggie was my PA , they were truly amazing! They gave me so much information and I felt so comfortable with them. They really are the best!

After many IVF specialists visited over 20 years Dr. H and his office staff were the only ones to see and treat me as a human with love, compassion and understanding. We werent a $ sign we were a couple whose dream of having a family was their mission and they went above and beyond to guide, educate and calm us. They cried with our miscarriage and celebrated with our twin pregnancy and sent us to the best follow up high risk doctors. Infertility can be so isolating and cruel. Thankfully my OBGYN referred me to Conceptions FL to see Dr.Hernandez-Rey. I was treated with the utmost respect and care. My husband and I had a great experience with Dr. Shah and the entire staff. They were very patient with us and explained everything very thoroughly. We are expecting our first child this summer thanks to Conceptions.

Unprofessional and poor communication, like they have too many clients to handle and you are just a number. You have to follow up a million times for your results, medical records, etc. Still haven’t received my medical records from them after weeks of requests from my doctor and myself. Not a great experience at all- very disappointing.

The staff are super kind and knowledgeable, but just be prepared to wait at least an hour before being seen for every appt. My first visit, I was seen immediately (not sure that was a coincidence), but once you’re an established patient, visits will involve at least an hour wait. Just be prepared.

I had an amazing experience at Conceptions Florida. I visited their coral gables office and met with Dr. Hernadez Rey. After our discussion and an evaluation it was explained to me that I fell in the category of unexplained infertility. Of course one trying to get pregnant would be extremely frustrated and discouraged with this diagnosis. However, Dr. Hernandez-Rey gently answered all my concerns and questions. We did not jump into any treatments at first but went through various procedures to narrow down my issue and to determine the best route for my husband and I.Each procedure I was blessed with the PA Maggie who is an angel. It was comforting to me to know that each procedure I had she was the one either administering it or assisting Dr. Hernandez-Rey.After my last procedure which they removed polyps and searched for endometriosis we thought it was best if I waited at least 3 cycles before choosing a treatment. My prayers were answered and after my 2nd cycle I was pregnant.The amount of gratitude I have to Conceptions Florida can never be explained. Although my journey may not have been as difficult as others, it still took a tremendous toll on me emotionally and mentally. The office staff is great, scheduling was never a problem, insurance was always taken and made clear and most importantly I felt valued. They helped make my dream of becoming a mom come true and I will forever be thankful.

My wife and I first met Dr. Hernandez-Rey back in October 2019. COVID then happened but nevertheless we moved forward slowly as our safety was their number one priority. He came highly recommended from a previous physician I used to work with and as a LGTB+ couple we wanted to feel comfortable on who we chose. My Wife and I couldnt be any more anymore happier and thankful to Dr. H and the entire staff. The many appts and blood work we needed were always met with a smile and professionalism. We cant thank enough our wonderful nurse Anay who answered every email and every phone call we placed with concerns or questions we had. She was patient with us and explained the process thoroughly. We are beyond overjoyed to announce we are now 26 weeks along and looking forward to our little one arrival. We will most definitely use them again in the future for baby #2!! I had an extremely positive experience being a patient of Dr. Hernandez-Rey for more than a year and a half. He is extremely thorough in his diagnostic process to determine why a couple is struggling with infertility. He is honest with his findings and lays out the various options available to make your family a reality. The office staff is organized, professional, and welcoming. I had surgeries, an IUI, and a round of IVF while I was a patient. The process was very difficult emotionally, physically and financially but I felt so safe in their care and confident of the treatment I was receiving. Appointments are easy to make and usually early in the morning so it does not affect your work schedule. They have a patient portal which gives you all your appointment information and treatment plans. The nurses are knowledgeable and accessible to the patients at times to answer questions and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Conceptions Florida to be a part of your journey in starting a family.

I read the reviews and decided that it was important to provide my own. My appointment was yesterday May 24th, 2018. I checked in, the front desk was very friendry and helped me do my portal. All representatives greeted me with a smile. The office was huge with countless rooms behind for patients. I met the Doctor and he listened to everything I said at my consultation, took down notes ad was funny, warm hearted and professional! Just in the consultation he did a lot that I did not expect to happen, as some offices will set up many visits to cover many different procedures to prolong treatment. This doctor was different! He told me the truth point blank and created a plan to fix my issues! Even after that point, all representatives were kind and caring with smiles and went out of their way to assist me! I was never really alone in the whole process, there was always a representative available to see if I needed anything. I have never had this experience in a medical setting before! I am very impressed and will continue to see him for treatment! Thank you staff at Conceptions Florida!!!

My case wasnt an easy or very common one thats for sure. But Dr. H with his team at Conceptions Florida made my dream of becoming a mother possible. Not only the professional treatment was outstanding but the human one too. They were always super empathetic, supportive and helpful during our process. This is the most organized and thorough clinic I had ever been. Since day 1 they explain the list of steps necessary for your case and they connected me with Andrea to answer any question I might have along the way. I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Hernandez-Rey and the whole personnel at Conceptions Florida. I recommend them 100%. After years and years of trying to get pregnant and a very negative experience with another Fertility Doctor which made me waste 1 year of my life and left me completely devastated, my OB-GYN recommended Dr. Hernandez-Rey and I am so glad I listened. Since day 1 Dr. Hernandez-Rey listened to me and took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions and I am so happy to say that after one IVF Cycle, I am now 9 weeks pregnant! I was starting to lose hope until I came to Conceptions Florida. They have made my dreams come true and they were so pleasant in the process. I suffer from PCOS as well as tubal defect so there really was no other logical choice for me but IVF; yes it is expensive, yes it is time consuming and yes it takes a huge toll on your body but if you are going to go through something so difficult you better do it with a Dr. that you trust and the IVF personnel that are there to answer all your questions and hold your hand throughout the whole thing. I can honestly say I could not have done it without my IVF Nurse Ekho, she was there for me for the good and the bad, she became more than my nurse, she became my friend and my advocate, and she answered all my emails and calls even on the weekends! So, if you are thinking of undergoing fertility treatment believe me you will not find a more caring place than this clinic. Now don’t go at it with your eyes closed, it is a boutique clinic and you will get charged for it but to me it was totally worth it for the results and the good experience I had.

Everything about this clinic is 5 star and above! I was a patietn at the Miramar clinic and from the moment you walked in, Ileana was such a warm welcome. Millene, Andrea, Alexandra were all super responsive via e-mail and helped me through anything I requested. Dr. Antero was extremely patient and saw me weekly when I found out I was pregnant and had some scares in between.10/10 would recommend Conceptions FL to anyone TTC!THANK YOU for making my wishes come true.

Pretty and clean office. Friendly but unorganized staff. My two stars are for Anay and the actual OR which is the only place were you don’t feel like a number. They refer to patient as “batches” and treat you like a number. I liked Dr. H personality and trusted him with my eyes closed. After deciding to take a break and find another Doctor I realized how much time and money I wasted at this office. To the patients reading this: question everything! Advocate for yourself! If something doesn’t look right, is probably not! Find a second opinion before committing to treatment.

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Jessica Bauer and I’m so glad I chose this office and group to help my husband and I conceive. We have been trying for a few years and decided to seek help. Dr. Bauer was very professional, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and I’m feeling very positive about the whole process.

I attended both locations but mainly the Miramar office and the staff there could not be more professional, attentive, and detailed. I came to Conception Florida after horrible experience with other IVF doctor in South Florida. Dr. Hernandez was amazing since first appointment : he reviewed all my records from first IVF ( in different practice) , he suggested couple of options and we started our journey. In my case I have low AMH level and at the start I was 37 years old. My situation was’t very promising . I had 2 more IVF cycles and recently pregnant with my baby boy ! That was a miracle ;))))I want to say thank you to all people at the Dr. Hernandez office : Anay Verde my IVF nurse ( she is an angel), embryologists, anesthesiologists and all nurses who was involved in the process and Dr. Hernandez personally!P.s. I saw Dr. Hernández after reading great things about his practice. He diagnosed me with unexplained infertility and even told me the fact that I smoked cigarettes in my 20s (one pack a WEEK mind you) contributed to my infertility which made me feel horrible about myself. I agreed to 3 IUIs even though I was 39 because I didnt want to jump straight to IVF. I was so disappointed that he never changed my treatment plan after number 1 and number 2 failed. After the third failure, we spoke to him about IVF which he agreed was our best option. We then told him that we planned on doing IVF in Spain which he discouraged. He then told us that if we were going to do IVF in Spain, then we should go to his friends clinic. We didnt use his friend.We went through with IVF in Spain. We paid 6K compared to the 25K Dr. Hernández charges. And guess what? I got pregnant on my first cycle! Writing this review as I watch my baby sleep. If interested in who I used in Spain, look through my reviews. I gave them a stellar review.

I saw some negative reviews regarding communication and appointment scheduling but decided to give Conceptions a shot. I made an appointment with them and received a call over a week later to inform me that my appointment had been cancelled. When I asked about the possibility to reschedule, appointments weren’t available until January 2021. My appointment was set for December 18, 2020. They didn’t provide me with any other options other than rescheduling it for the following year or at another location (very far). I think that trying to conceive is a delicate thing and stuff like this should not happen. Upon reading the negative reviews, I noticed that no one typically responds to them. I think this also shows a lot about the clinic and how feedback is handled. I am very disappointed.

After trying to get pregnant naturally for a couple of years with no success, my husband and I decided to look for a specialist. Back in 2017 we went to conceptions Fl in coral gables where we met dr Hernandes Rey, we had a good conversation, and some time down the road we discussed about “unexplained infertility”, the word unexplained is not encouraging at all, specially when you want concrete answers for Wht is preventing you of becoming pregnant. still, at 33 it was good to know I had options that I could try, the dr answered all our questions, he was always very honest and clear about everything, we decided to try some rounds of IUI, but it didn’t work for us; we tried 3 times, no success; deep down I knew that if i wanted a “positive” I had to think positive; it was time to try IVF.“”IVF “” if I had to describe it In a few words, I’d say: It’s a journey! during the process I was diagnosed with endometriosis, as the dr suspected since the beginning, but that wouldn’t interfere in the treatment which was good to hear.Today I can only say dr. Hernandes and his team are simply amazing, they are extremely professional, and very helpful, it felt great to know I had an entire team ready to make magic happen. The Ivf process can be painful, physically tiring and emotionally intense, and it was; but for each injection taken I put a smile on my face, always thinking: this could potentially being bringing me closer to my “positive”, so I embraced every step of the process as a great opportunity to feel happy for having such great people helping me to make my dream come true ... and guess what? I’m 9 months pregnant now, tomorrow is my due date and I couldn’t be happier! it was worth the journey! my baby boy will be here in no time; we can’t wait to see his face.Thank you Dr. Hernandez for all your help, you have an incredible team! I feel very satisfied with the clinic. Dr. Hernandez Rey is magnificent, has excellent preparation and provides a lot of security as well as all the assistants, the treatment of patients is formidable, very professional, in truth it is a clinic with excellence!

Do not go here! Poor communication!I canceled my telemedicine appointment last week because my insurance did not cover it and the front desk reschedule it for this week since they said they are opening face to face. I get a call in the morning for telemedicine and I had to remind them they scheduled me for face to face. Then they say I have to pay $40 for Covid testing. Lack of communication, do not go here and waste time. I called out work to come to this appointment. This is disrespectful

I feel like this clinic has way too many patients and see people as numbers rather than people. Doctors are nice when you meet them but they barely treat you because of the amount of patients they have. They have their staff treat you instead. It needs more doctors to be able to provide personalized care.

I saw many great reviews from patients with successful IVF experiences, so perhaps the explanation for my horrible experience is that this practice does not care as much about chryopreservation.I began seeing Dr. Karipcin at the Conceptions practice with the intention to do chryopreservation (egg freezing). My experience with her was that she was casual about the whole thing. Even after reviewing my ultrasound blood test results, she did not tell me anything specific about my specific situation.The staff handling the finances (Jannette, Angie and Anelisa) proved to be incompetent. They told me that everything was covered by my insurance and then proceeded to invoice me the co-pay amounts (which proved to be incorrect and too high).It turns out that my insurance did not cover chryopreservation, and that Conceptions had told me that I was covered without speaking to my insurance company about my specific policy. They had also over-charged me. In the end, I lost 2 months of time, and had to go back and forth with them to get almost $4,000 returned to me.When I made Dr. Karipcin aware of the issues that came up, she said Please dont involve me in that. I am just the doctor

Had an AMAZING experience with everyone on this team but I have to give a shout out to Celi who went above and beyond for me! I was extremely nervous throughout my visit and she was really there to calm me down. Will definitely be returning :)

I specifically told them not to redo the blood work that I have just done at another clinic ,Ashley promised that it will only be few extra tests, it was all lies , all they care about is charging the insurance as much as they can ! The IVF journey is not always an easy process and they made it go so smoothly on their ends, did what they had to do, and helped create little miracles for us. I was treated by Dr. Armando Hernandez Rey..I had endometriosis which could be removed by surgery only.I didn’t know much about endometriosis and it’s later consequences.But this doctor didn’t guide me to the right track instead showed the wrong way which was IVF and told me this is the best solution else you might loose your ovaries ,tubes and might have to end up on donor eggs..He scared me so much that I had no choice than going for IVF,which I did and in first attempt it failed and I had to undergo emergency surgery where the surgeon found 1L of abscess in my stomach,my lungs got filled with water,I was almost on my deathbed but still Dr. Hernandez rey didn’t even accept whatever happened was the outcome of IVF and he made a wrong decision for me.Had a very bad experience with this doctor, no less than a nightmare...!!Over that Nothing was covered in my Insurance,I would never recommend this doctor to anyone,if you love urself and really want to conceive please do not go here..This place is a mess and full of liars..All they know is how to convince a patient for IVF even if their health dnt allow ..Money is the actual mantra for this doctor,he is hardly concerned for his patients and the staff is also extremely unprofessional..!

Office Staff is the worst and the nurses super rude. I was a patient of Doctor Sinen and she is very very nice. It is sad that your experience with the doctor is about 10% of the time and the rest 90% with the staff of hell!!!

Thanks to them and their excellent work and dedication, today I can say that I am 9 weeks pregnant and without their help I would never have been able to achieve it due to my health condition. Very poor organization regarding customer follow-up. Im going to be attending appointments for 2 months and if I dont call to check on what else is missing they dont call me. Whenever they give me an exam, the final response is: “we are calling you so we can continue payment or give you the results.” That call never comes. I feel like they are just looking for a way to get more money out of the insurance by doing one and another and another test. Nothing is logical. They are playing with the time and hope of a client who looks forward to them. I am being treated at the Miramar headquarters. Another discomfort is that they make an appointment and they see you 40 minutes or 1 hour later. Besides, they dont tell you what procedure you should be accompanied in because they are painful. I am now going to finish 2 more exams that I need but they have lost all credibility. Humanity lost its love for serving with a vocation. I dont recommend them.

I have received the worst service at this clinic! Do not go to this clinic if you are not rich! They only serve wealthy and millionaire people! 2 years ago I took some tests, I have requested the results more than 7 times (I have sent the consent more than 7 times) and I still havent gotten my results!

My time at Conceptions Florida left the greatest blessing I could have in my life, being pregnant and soon to be a mother. The attention is very terrible, my wife and I have gone twice. My husband and I just started treatment for IVF with donated eggs at the clinic and so far we have received very good care. Dr. Hernandez Rey has been very clear in his diagnosis, saving us time. Dr Maggui performed it on me but her name is Magdalena like my mom, she is the sweetest doctor I have ever had, she is a loving person, she took my hand At the end and I will never forget that, the nurse who assisted her, her name is Sarahi, super sweet too and the other nurse I dont remember her name, the girl at the reception also had incredible treatment..!! I recommend Conceptions Florida with my eyes closed, everything in the office is very clean, smelly, I was in the Miramar office...!! Please, if you are looking for a site that has excellent references, believe me, this is it..!! Thank you very much and super grateful to everyone..! Super bad experience in this place, Dr. Armando Hernández Rey what he did to my husband and I was terrible, he played with our mind, money and my body, they did my tubes cleaning and as a result of that less than a month I had a fungal infection and now they have to operate on me and remove a tube because of all this from these people! There they steal peoples money and play with your mind so that they do the most expensive treatments! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE
