This place is so disgusting and disappointing. I came here with my partner this morning and upon entering the cold, depressing waiting room the receptionist wouldnt even open the window for us to check in. When she finally did, she only cracked it open and was so rude and dismissive. We had an appointment but didnt even stay another minute, why would I invest my whole future here when the first person who greets me here cant even be friendly and help us. The waiting room is also so sterile and gross with the price is right playing in the background. This place is just sad overall, so many better options.

Dr Christie is the BEST doctor that we’ve ever had! Alongside Eylin! We are beyond grateful for this Amazing team of professionals who have been with us throughout this very challenging journey.

There are not enough words to describe the compassion of the IVFFlorida Coral Gables office! Every time I come in, I am treated like an individual and not a number. Nisha does a fantastic job with labs…quick and painless. Noami is friendly and positive during ultrasounds. Johanna is timely and patient when replying to my email questions. Dr. Hoyos takes the time to call to answer questions and ease my nerves. This office has given my husband and I peace of mind.

Trust me… do not go to this clinic. I’ve never left a review in my life but felt strongly enough to do so here. A few notes: you’ll literally never meet your doctor in person, after fertility treatments they don’t follow up with you (ever), they don’t give you pricing upfront and will do things to force out of pocket payment (doing labs in-house vs having you go to quest or lab corp), and they will be around 1 hour to 1.30 hours late for every single appointment. I have additional complaints, but this is likely enough! I’ve been to other fertility clinics when we lived in another state and they are night and day to this. Run run run!!!(I will say though, many of the nurses and phlebotomist are nice. Just painfully understaffed.)

No words to describe how grateful I feel with everyone! Noemi has been so helpful in this difficult process. The staff has taken into consideration all of my worries and has made me feel extremely comfortable with this whole process.They all an amazing team… :)

Absolutely fantastic experience! In such difficult times, dealing with the struggles of infertility was bearable because I had such a strong team pushing me forward. Dr. Hoyos is a fountain of information, patience and caring. Nisha is just an angel and Priscilla was always a source of support and a kind word. Leidy and Berthine always had a welcoming smile. Johanna is such a beautiful human being, she is caring and goes above and beyond for her patients. Claudia was just an extraordinary! And Noemi, what can I say, she made me feel like family. The whole team; that’s the magic behind them, they make you feel like family.

Out of all the ivf clinics I have been to, this place is tops. From the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out you are taken care of 100%! Nisha in phlebotomy has angelic hands! Im very happy with the care and competence of everyone at the Cora Gables office. Dr. Hoyos is knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding while also realistic. My recent experience at the clinic of Dr. Laurice Bou Nemer, MD, Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility, located at 126 Aragon Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134, was profoundly disappointing and distressing. After taking a day off work and meticulously filling out all required paperwork on their portal, I received a last-minute cancellation of my appointment.Efforts to seek support were futile as the supervisor was unavailable. The clinics lack of organization and accountability was evident, and it was disheartening to see how little consideration was given to patients time and emotional well-being. Despite requesting Dr. Bou Nemer to reconsider the cancellation, my plea was denied. Dr. Bou Nemers response was notably insensitive, displaying a lack of empathy towards my situation. Shockingly, I learned from the front desk that my slot was filled by another patient within half an hour of my appointment being canceled, for no reason.This experience highlighted a glaring lack of empathy and professionalism. The clinics staff, including Dr. Bou Nemer, appeared indifferent to the significant impact their actions had on my life. Fertility treatments are inherently stressful, and the additional burden caused by such incompetence and insensitivity is unacceptable. Patients undergoing such a vulnerable and challenging journey deserve compassion and reliability, neither of which were demonstrated by this clinic.I strongly urge anyone considering this clinic for fertility treatments to look elsewhere. The emotional and logistical toll of dealing with their inefficiencies and lack of patient care is simply not worth it. This clinics disregard for patient welfare suggests it should not be operational, as it fails to provide the supportive and understanding environment essential for fertility treatments.

I wanted to commend the entire team at IVF Florida in Coral Gables, who always make me feel at home and like they are rooting for me throughout this entire journey. From being greeted by Leidy in the front desk to having Nisha or Priscilla do the bloodwork to the friendly demeanor and positivity from Noemi in the ultrasound, and then ending on a high note with a chat with Johanna, who is always willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions and check in with Dr. Barrionuevo. I am very appreciative of their incredible positivity, and friendliness. I would recommend this team to anyone who is embarking on this emotional rollercoaster, as you definitely need the best people in your corner, and they certainly are some of the best :)

The receptionist Leidy was beyond amazing and helpful. I arrived for my produce and was told my appointment couldn’t be found. Leidy went above and beyond to accommodate me and squeeze me in. Dr. Hoyos was also very pleasant and incredible bedside manners.

Save yourself the time and the headache. We come here in the hopes of being able to start a family. They play with your time and your money. After countless testings and thousands of dollars later all they told me was I had a uterine fibroid which could have been detected with a simple sonogram. I stopped going I paid every visit in cash and 10 months later I received a bill for a telehealth follow up! 325$ for a phone call? Does that sound right? Just find another clinic because I’m not sure how this place is even operating with all the negative reviews. FYI they didn’t help me with my journey it was a complete waste of time

Nisha, in phlebotomy, is extremely careful, gentle, and accurate. She made me feel calm, comfortable and never missed! Naomi in ultrasound is caring and gracious. She was kind, encouraging and respectful through the whole process. Nisha and Naomi made me feel ready to come in to my appointments every morning and not dread the process! Johanna, the nurse, was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. She went above and beyond to help me get done what I needed. Dr. Hoyos was kind, helpful, patient and answered all my questions.

This is our first cycle and yes is a lot of emotions and roller coaster of exhausting labs/tests etc. The coral Gables office is very very busy. If you are a busy woman you would need the earliest appt and be there before they open.Nisha will be your lovely phlebotomist there and she is great and does an excellent job. I of course hate needles but she has helped me in every appt.The NPs, PAs, RNs and MAs are also extraordinary. I had my saline HSG here and it was not painful at all. She explained everything during and post. It was a great experience.I dont see any of the MDs assigned to this office since Dr. G follows me close home in their Jupiter office.

I started with a phone consultation since doctor only does phone consultations. It was for around 10-15 minutos tops. He was the rudest doctor I have spoken with. Every time I asked him a questions he responded me with that information you can find on Google, look in Google there is plenty of information about that there. I know I can find it on Google but the whole point of a consultation with a specialist doctor is to let me know the right information moreover when this is such a delicate topic. He also keeps pushing me to go into his office for testing but didn’t want to answer any questions! How can I trust a doctor to run tests on me if he can’t even spend the time to explain me how the process works or any simple question I have. He had attitude the whole time and didn’t make me feel like he care about his patients. No empathy or welcome feeling at all. The whole call I just wanted yo hang up. Plus he was doing other job and speaking with someone next to him the whole time so his attention wasn’t completely in our call.The worst part is that I tried many months ago to do this consultation and the accounting department never called me to confirm if the consultation was covered under my insurance so I cancelled. Months after I tried again and 4 different accounting people called me to confirm it was just going to be $10 copay and to not worry since it was just a phone consultation my insurance will cover it as a specialist - that they confirmed with my insurance. Even the day before the consultation one called me and I asked again and told her if I will get a bill afterwards and we aren’t 100% that it will be covered please let me know so I can cancelled and she said that they have confirmed many times with the insurance to not worry. A month after the terrible phone conversation I get a bill over the mail for $400 I called them and no one answered me and left a message saying I believe it was a mistake and I explained what I have spoken before consultation and what the 4 accounting people told me. No one’s called me back. Another month, another bill in the mail. Someone finally called me and I explained them it should be a mistake because there is a really mad miscommunication in their office. This person said yes do not worry probably it was the code that was sent wrong. Another month passed I just got another called and I had to explain all over again and she tells me I’m the only one in accounting and I never confirmed it was 100% covered not sure who you spoke with but now your bill is overdue. THEY LIE TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT COVERAGE WHEN THEY ARENT even sure and they tell you yes is 100% covered by your insurance we already confirmed 4 different times you are good to go! Imagine if I had gone to their office to run tests thinking they did their job confirming and then started receiving bills and bills? It’s really unfortunately. I was going to travel overseas to see this doctor but after this there is no way. Bad communication and no empathy with Dr Barrionuevo and the worst communication with their internal nurses and accounting department.

My experience with IVF FL has been great, Dr. Laurice Bou Nemer was my doctor, she is an extremally nice doctor, very knowledgeable, always kept my feet on the ground and guided me to finally achieving my dream of getting pregnant. I am now almost 26 weeks, and couldnt be more grateful. All the girls in the Coral Gables office are amazing, very sweet and caring. Communication through the patient portal was excellent as well. The retrieval takes place in the Margate office, and the retrieval team is excellent as well.

The worst and horrible experience ever!I had an appointment at 9 am - I went to the procedure at 10:30. The lady Ms. Donna should NOT WORK there. She was running from room to room forgetting everything, asking the same questions over and over, always complaining about everything, plus it’s not her room where she usually works, so in the middle of ultra sound she just left and trying to exchange rooms, where patients in the middle of procedure. You can imagine - you are in the table, with gel end everything and she just decided to swap rooms, because she doesn’t like it. It’s highly unprofessional. I don’t recommend this office to anyone of you don’t want to waste your time and money.Plus, I spoke on the phone with lady who scheduling appointments, and when I came to the office half of the info was inaccurate. Regarding everything, starting about insurance info, finishing how much and etc.It’s just unacceptable service!

Honestly, I do not understand why IVF Florida, Coral Gables has such poor reviews. I will admit that I nearly went with the local competitor, Conceptions Florida, because their reviews were far superior on, Google. However, if you do end up viewing both clinics reviews on Fertility IQs website ; they are both comparable. Well, the reason why I am giving 5/5 stars is because of the following: ease for setting up appointments (even last minute appointments), easy check-in process via your smart phone, good customer service, easy to make requests, weekend monitoring available (if needed), and easy metered parking in front of the office. I am an outside monitoring patient that will be completing my transfer with an out of state clinic. I do want to be clear that the only reason why I am completing my transfer out of state, is because I recently relocated to South FL. My remaining embryo is with my lab/clinic thats out of state and I really do not want to risk transferring my embryo and having to pay all the associated expenses. I am so glad that I found this clinic and really feel good about my entire experience. Everyone from the call center, the women at the front desk, the phlebotomists, and ultrasound technician are professional and sweet. I had a horrible experience with Conceptions despite their gloating reviews. So, if youre second guessing where to go-- I highly recommend IVF Florida.

We had a great experience using IVF Florida. Doctor Christie is the best of the bests! Very kind, delicate and knowledgeable. The portal worked well for us. The nurses are all very nice.I did not love the fact that you have to go to Margate to do the Retrieval and Transfer and the clinic there is not as nice as the Coral Gables, I think it needs a renovation and more privacy. Otherwise we got pregnant at first round and we now have an precious and healthy baby girl.

Doctor Bou Nemer is pretty good, she gives time to her patients and makes sure your understand the whole process. The nurses are very polite and knowledgeable, I was mainly talking with Marlene and Ali and the front desk people are helpful. Unfortunately they didnt do all the tests they could have and after 2 treatments I decided to switch to another clinic, the new place I went to found out I had 2 polyps on my uterus and a thyroid condition which IVF Florida completely missed and wasted 2 of my embryos in the process. Thankfully I was able to get pregnant after 1 treatment with the new clinic I went to.

Its truly a shame that some people have chosen to poorly review IVF Florida, because I can say with total conviction that this is, without question, the absolute best place for fertility treatment in South Florida (and well beyond). I went to several first appointments at a number of other clinics before finding IVF Florida, and each was more disappointing than the last. By the time I got to IVF Florida, I was feeling defeated and discouraged about my chances of conceiving. During my first appointment with Dr. Hoyos, I cried with relief and gratitude, because for the first time, I felt heard and understood. I felt that there was hope for me, that I had options, that my preferences mattered, and that I was in good hands. My opinion never changed. Dr. Hoyos remained patient and encouraging all the way through my journey. And the entire staff and nursing team made the experience as pleasant as it could be. My husband and I decided that we werent ready for IVF, so Dr. Hoyos crafted a personalized treatment approach that worked with our preferences while still giving us the best chance of conceiving. Earlier this week, we graduated from IVF Florida, because we are expecting our first child! We couldnt be more thrilled or grateful to this team for their instrumental role in making it happen. They supported us in doing it, but most importantly, in doing it our way. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to find a doctor and facility that demonstrates warmth, professionalism, respect for the patient, and creativity in treatment planning. Dr. Hoyos and the team check every box.Wishing all the best to every woman on this challenging journey!! Trust yourself and trust this team! They truly have your back

I am so surprised to see all the bad reviews when I had nothing but an excellent experience with Dr. Christie and his staff. They are amazing, and caring. They made sure I was taken care of and was always treated respectfully. I also conceived my baby on the first round. I’m now 16 weeks pregnant with a little girl. Thank you, Dr. Christie and staff!!

This is the worst medical experience I have ever had in almost 40 years! . My first appointment was with Doctor Barrionuevo. Apart from the 1 hour waiting the doctor was very kind and explained the details of the possible treatment in a very clear way. I have also a test done, everything was good. I was told someone from the financial services will contact me . After a few weeks waiting for the call I called about 4 times before being contacted back. Before the financial call I had an appointment for and ultrasound. When I arrived I was told about another exam (genetics) that need to be done and a nurse took my blood for it. When I asked if that was covered by the insurance she didn’t know and said the financial service should provide me that info, I asked a second nurse and got the same answer. When the financials team called me they haven’t check at that point my insurance coverage. When I asked about the specific cost of the genetic test the lady explained this info needs to be provided by the nurses..., she offered to contact the nurses and write back to me (which never happened…). Today I had an appointment to do another test (HSG). I asked to see the nurse to get clarification on the cost of the genetic test. She explained to me this was done by an external company and only that company can provide me costs. I understood but told her I would have appreciate someone would have explain that to me before taking my blood (a day I was going for another test.). The nurse became frustrated and looking angry at me, raising her voice telling me “this is the way it is”.But the worst started when I was called to the room to do the (HSG) test. I was asked to get in a little room , get half naked. When I tried to enter the next door for the test another patient was still having the test so I was asked to keep waiting in the little room for almost 10 minutes while hearing a lady (doing the same test I was about to get done) yelling and crying like she was been tortured. I, by any means , trying to say the pain was the fault of the medical team, I understand each person has a different condition or level of resistance. But when if finally was my turn I was scared, shaking, fearing the pain that could cause me the test. I told the team that it was a very uncomfortable situation and that I wished I haven’t heard those screams, I wish they would have made me wait in another place. The doctor there told me it was not common to have people yielding in pain that way. I told her I was very nervous and if it started hurting much to please stop, and she agreed. She started with the speculum and her first comment was “you are too tense, the speculum will break, you need to relax’’. Easier said than done. Not sure how they expected me to be relaxed after all I heard, so I told them I was done and to please stop the test. I got back to the toilet to get dressed up, and I left the room. On my way out I asked the reception lady to please give me a follow up appointment with Doctor Barrionuevo, After waiting for about 5 minutes I told her I was nervous (shaken) and I have been there for too long so to please call me when she had the appointment booked, her answer was No, you will have to call the appointment center.I felt horrible, totally discouraged. In the afternoon I received a call from Doctor Barrionuevo, he wanted to talk to me about what had happened. I was shocked to hear apparently all the nurses have accused me to insult them, smashing doors, breaking a clothes box! So not only the whole experience was frustrating enough, and instead of have a bit of empathy they just made it worse inventing false accusations to cover themselves of a job poorly done. Doctor Barrionuevo told me that due the circumstances it was better for me to move to another clinic, he offered to send all the info he has on my case, and encourage me to keep going with my treatment somewhere else.

Dr Ory, nurse Ali, nurse Andrea, the medical assistant, the front staff at the Coral Gables location are excellent; he Margate crew as well. Theyre all caring, professional, very nice. Communication via the portal is very effective. Im still able to speak with the dr. after hours. Appointment system very easy and convenient. I cant wait for the miracle that GOD is about to perform in my life with this team as a part of it.

I am so glad there are more one star reviews on here. This place is absolutely awful service. They’re doing you a favor to let you visit. Don’t forget that or you’ll be asked to leave. A woman called to let them know she would be late because of rain and they just canceled her immediately. With no emotional or sympathy or even feeling of thanks for her being considerate of their time. But of course they’re running late so I am waiting past 10am even though my meeting was at 9. It’s not even that. They’re all just rude about such a sensitive and important topic. Please whoever doctor refers to these people, stop!!!!

I had my baby dream with IVF Florida Team , Dr. Weizmann was amazing and all the nurse staff from Coral Gables office was super nice with me and my husband , also super supportive during the process. We are so thankful we got our baby boy!!!!

Worst experience!!!! I am in a PGTM AND PGTA process and it’s taken more than 6 months to get a DNA sample!!! A lot of 3rd parties are involved when they could do everything through one company. They dont follow up with you nor the 3rd parties; I wonder if they’d even notice if I didn’t constantly reach out myself trying to get information! This is extremely frustruating and to be honest very dissapointing! after 7 months of back and forth we decided to look elsewhere and change clinics! I just can’t believe that we waisted all this time with people who do not seem to care!

This place has the worst business model ever! First they do not return phone calls. second their patient portal is a useless form of communication. I sent a couple of messages asking for some information, no reply, and no call-back. I had done some labs and I think I still owed them a small amount of money, but I had called and asked for results several times. No call back. At least call me back and say, sorry please pay bill, and we will give results after. Nothing, no follow-up. I get it, me and my wife are probably not the best candidates, since we are over 40 years, and IVF with us could bring down clinic percentages. However, we deserve a phone call.

Visiting this office ruined my day. Front desk receptionist is unhelpful, impolite and unapologetic. I am a physician and I left terribly disappointed. I do not recommend this practice for fertility services. The front desk receptionist needs empathic skills training. I will go elsewhere--I recommend you do the same.

IVF was so rude to my husband who went for his testing. They refused to take our script but was happy to take our co pay. IVF over the phone were extremely rude to me and refused to help us and made me feel horrible. Don’t they realize people come to there facilities because they are facing the hardship of not being able to get pregnant. Stay away from this place.

After specifically asking of my Dr. needs to fax or email them my Script directly, they said no its ok only a Print out will be fine. Now here before my appointment they are telling me the opposite. Typical incompetence.

I shouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you do not have a job and have all day to go for a visit . Even when you make appointments , the team keep you waiting for hours. They do not respect patients time at all. I had an appointment for this morning at 9:00AM .. it is 10:30 and I am still waiting for the doctor who keeps walking around and talking to others but me . It is really uncomfortable in here. It is always this way ! So sad it is !! 😞😞😞😞

Avoid this place like the plague. Incompetent staff at the highest levels, drove over an hour for a simple test and was turned away after an hour wait because their fax machine did not work. Can only imagine the quality of care.

EVERYONE in this office are so nice! Especially Gabriela, the receptionist! Dr. Christie was very professional and kind! and their prices are very reasonable compared to others!

What I previously saw as so far away and so impossible today is nothing more than a dream come true, after 9 long months today I graduated from IVF Florida. IT WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL! It is impossible to communicate by phone with the clinic (in English or Spanish), all communication is complicated and centralized to a server that never answers. The doctor, in order to gain new clients, advised us on a procedure and had no idea of ​​the legal consequences that the process would have (surrogacy), we were on the verge of losing thousands of dollars on a procedure that we could not legally use later. Administratively speaking, after literally 3 weeks of exchanging emails and failed attempts to communicate with the manager to request a Skype call (instead of an in-person visit) so that they would only give me the prices of the processes... they were not flexible and they made us travel to get there and discover that in fact they could not legally offer the service they offered... also, I continue to receive a bill every week from an account that I paid since my first visit for 35 dollars and we continue to pay attention to that because like no one else answer the phone, there is no way to settle the bill. ZERO RECOMMENDED, clients are just a dollar machine. I think that due to their ambition to grow they have left aside the human aspect that an industry like this must have, apart from that I dont know if I was the 1 in 1000 of the unlucky ones who went on the day with them but there is material to think about that I They tried to scam. I was calling back 📲 to confirm my appointment for Friday and after waiting 45 minutes on the phone for them to answer me in Spanish, the woman answered, super rude and unfriendly, she blocked the phone because apparently she wasnt listening well!!Friday is my consultation and if the attention is already like this by phone, the outlook does not look good at all!
