If you have a life and somewhere to be and can’t reasonably spend 2+ hours waiting around, don’t book here. Went in for an appointment at 11am, they took me back around 11:20 and I undressed. I sat naked in that little paper shirt for over an hour. No one came in to check on me or update me in all that time. At 12:45 I had to walk out because I had another commitment at 1pm. They explained they only had one doctor on Mondays and that’s why they were late but if you know you only have one doctor why book her more people than she can reasonably see? Why not call patients and let them know she’s running close to two hours late? Why not tell me when I checked in? Or even after they took me back and did my blood pressure why not say “hey, we’re running behind, you might be sitting here a while.” Why not give us the option to reschedule before wasting our time? Or I could have left and come back when it was closer to my turn. The doctor (or maybe she was a NP?) seemed very stressed and upset. I wouldn’t want to be seen by someone who is over worked and frustrated like that anyway. Especially when it involves being naked and probed. I highly recommend reevaluating how many patients you book per doctor and also implementing a policy to alert patients when the doctor is running over an hour late. As a patient, I always expect things to run a little slowly, but this was way too much and moreover, had I not come out of the room to ask questions after an hour, I don’t know how long I would’ve been left in there, naked, without any communication. It’s is very inconsiderate, disrespectful, and uncaring.

Good doctors but the Billing department needs to improve. I dont go there anymore, Im tired of them inventing services that I didnt receive to increase the bill. Recently I received an invoice for 2021!!! Three years later!!!

Gynecologist visits are usually stressful for me. My blood pressure even went up in anticipation of this visit.But starting with the medical assistant, she was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr Norris was very professional. The papsmear was done without any discomfort, something i usually dread.Edit: I had to take back my 5 star review after i was called and woken up ( I work at night) for my outstanding balance of $0.22. Yes, you saw that correct 22 cents!I got the bill in the mail some months ago, a case where they are being in my opinion, pound wise and penny foolish,( a postage stamp is more than $0.22) and I said ok I will settle on my next visit. Only to be called about my outstanding balance, I could not believe it, i paid but he lost a patient because that left a bad taste in my mouth, very distasteful!

The office is located in a nice building, when you walk into the office— it’s super clean. I enjoyed my visit and felt like they did pretty good on timing. The staff were nice and I would say my only complaint if any — is that you don’t see the doctor , I only saw the NP and although she took her time with me (I didn’t feel rushed at all), but she didnt seem really experienced, the other girl in the room with her (not too sure her position) — but she seemed be throwing in responses for her when I asked questions or when she seemed a little unsure of something. Overall, I would continue to go back.

Dr. Norris is exceptional!!! He is kind, extremely knowledgeable, and makes you feel at ease. Please do not hesitate to go see him. He takes the time answer each of your questions (and I had many) and makes sure that you are comfortable with his treatment plan.The office is also run efficiently and the staff and nurses are patient and kind.You cannot go wrong!

Dr.Norris & his NP are excellent practitioners. Their office staff is always nice when I am there and I have a thorough and quick visit every time. We forgot to discuss treatment options for one of my complaints and I thought we would just discuss it during my follow up appointment but Dr.Norris took the extra step to call me to discuss my options right away. I really appreciate the care I get at this office & referred my friends.

Dr. Norris is such an AWESOME physician! In all the years I have been his patient, his demeanor and level of service and engagement is consistent in that he has a genuine care and concern for his patients. He is always kind and professional and willing to provide recommendations that effectively address the patients health matters. I would highly recommend him to any one seeking an OB/GYN.

Dr Paul Norris is a caring, gentle and thoughtful Dr. He is interested in his patients and wants them to be comfortable. He is a good listener and try’s to help with your problems. I have recommended him to my daughter in law and she felt the same way. I have been his patient for the last 4 yrs and highly recommend him to anyone who wants a great GYN.He has a Good staff too.

Extremely disappointing the way they handled my situation. Went to the clinic on August 5 and the charge at the time was approx. 190USD. They had to reschedule the procedure and, at the time, no further information was provided, only that i needed a person to be with me. Arranged everything at my job, and my husband did the same. 3 HOURS prior the appointment, I CALLED the place to ask if my husband needed to check in with me and i was informed that the procedure would cost me USD 2K. If i have never called the place to ask the question, i would have knowledge by the time that i arrived there, maybe even after the procedure. Took me 20 days to learn how it would cost me, and only because i called the place. Absolutely frustrated with the clinic.

This was my first visit with Dr. Norris and the visit was very pleasant and the staff were welcoming. Dr. Norris takes his time to listen and asset my concerns. I am glad I decided to go with Miami Beach OBGYN Associates. I would refer my family and friend to his office.

Dr. Norris and his entire staff was truly amazing. During a very trying time they were all professional, compassionate, and comforting. I would recommend their practice over and over again. Thank you for all that you do.

I never had a permanent gynecologist, I would switch around from doctor to doctor. But since I first came to Dr. Norris last year, I can honestly say Ill stay put here with him and his friendly staff. Dr. Norris is very professional and very funny as well. Coming here makes me feel at ease. I recommend his all-around excellent services.

All the staff is extremely nice, understanding and respectful. I’ve been a patient for 5 years and I recommend Dr. Norris without a doubt. I’ve been through difficult situations and his attention and support were lifesavers.

BEWARE! I just showed up for my appointment on time to the same location I appeared at 3 weeks ago, there was a handwritten sign on the door saying they had moved locations 30 minutes away. I received two confirmations yesterday for my appointment, and in full transparency and come to find out, a third from a different number that within a long body of text included the location change. Now Ive been told I will incur a $50 cancelation charge because I could not make it from one location to the other in time for my appointment. Again, showed up at the office on time. But missed a text message yesterday that is going to cost me $50 and the need to find a new doctor. This is the most horrific and yet such typical Miami nonsense I have ever heard. On to find another OBGYN.Otherwise, always thought the staff was friendly. Just apparently not in the business of taking responsibility or caring about their clients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Norris for over 20 years. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient and very kind. I cannot say enough good things about him. I do not trust my care with any other physician.

I love being a patient here. The staff is very efficient and welcoming. Dr.Norris and Sidney are amazing. Brittney always has a smile on her face, Julissa is always there to help and Dania makes you feel at ease. Awesome office!!!!!!! Five stars across the board!!!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Paul Norris for over the past twenty years. Dr. Norris is one of the most distinguished OB-GYN physicians in the country. He is an extraordinary physician plus a skillful surgeon who commands great care with an excellent bedside manner. Dr. Norris also has a great office/staff who are always ready to assist you in all your needs. As for my recommendation, Yes, he is A+ #1.

No matter at what time of the day is my appointment, the doctor is at least 1h late. I tried first appointment of the day, and while waiting I saw him coming in 30 min late!Last time I was waiting 2 hours. I decided to change a doctor because I’m a busy professional and between getting in and out of his office, is taking me 3 hours minimum for an appointment that is usually 5min. He is a good doctor I guess but lack of respect for his patients schedule is unacceptable for me. ☹️

I recently moved to Miami and stumbled on this office and was genuinely surprised how well they handled my visit. Coming from Germany I know that I am a little spoiled when it comes to healthcare but Dr. Norris seemed very knowledgable and is very caring and a lot of fun as well! I highly recommend!

The nurse practitioner at this location is always on time and is efficient, I can schedule an appointment during my lunch time and get my issues resolved during that time frame. The front desk assisted me with my HSA account even though I have had multiple issues because I do not have a physical card, great customer service!

Horrible experience personally. The receptionist was extremely rude. She was telling me that I HAVE to get a probed ultrasound that is an extra $200 when I specifically said I do not want that done to me today and she tried lying to me and told me it is the only way to tell if I’m pregnant. Finally, they allowed me to just have a pelvic exam and blood work, which is all that is needed to test pregnancy. I was not even seen by a doctor, I was seen by a nurse. The nurses were kind, but I expected to see a doc. A huge waste of time and money, I felt disrespected and sad leaving that place. Would never recommend to anyone.

They were accommodating for an appt but when I had to reschedule due to an emergency I was told I will be charged a $50 fee.. as a new patient that had not even seen the doctor yet, I find that odd. And that information should be disclosed the day you schedule.

A terrible place for prenatal care. This place sent my blood work for the Cystic fibrosis test without telling me, until the lab sent me a $655 bill for the test after insurance. The front desk also charged me $350 before I saw the doctor, I was 4 weeks pregnant but they did the transvaginal ultrasound on me and found nothing! Then a week later, they tried to charged me again for the items I had done on the first day, the only difference was the total of the test items is less than $350!! This place is very unprofessional and lack of management. AVIOD!!!

Avoid at all costs. They overbook and make you wait for hours past your appointment time. Plus they tell you one price and then change it at last moment when you come for the procedure. So it’s too late to shop around. A typical Miami shister con man with a God complex. Don’t even think of coming here.

The service I received here was subpar. They left me waiting to see someone for long periods of time. They were not friendly or professional. The sample collection box has not been emptied when went to deposit my urine sample and the hot water was not working. I overheard the staff complaining about how they hate the job. The exam itself was fine but I think you can get better service elsewhere.

I have been visiting this gynecologist years now. Staff is very proper and helpful however I asked before I left to make I had a prescription sent to my CVS pharmacy and it was never done. Disappointed is not the word.

I dont even want give any rating this provider because the billing depart changed a 591$ amount even after submitting my insurance and my insurance covers copay of 40$ but they charged me 591$ and i requested for Itemized bill but they are not willing to give Itemized bill so they did some fraud and they are not responding.

I had a great experience here for a procedure. Staff made me feel at home the staff was great and helpful. They took time to answer all my questions, very professional, & the office and supply’s are overall clean.
