This is my 3rd time visiting this office. The customer service at the front is great. They are friendly and Polite. BUT the wait time is ridiculous. This particular time I waited over 3 hours to be seen. When I was finally seen By Dr. Lauture, I was disappointed that she didn’t acknowledge my time wasted. She simply walked in as if nothing happened and gave me my results (3 hours for JUST RESULTS). Also, She didn’t even ask my permission to allow a student in the room. I was so frustrated, that I just took my results and left. Having to communicate while Upset wouldn’t have went well. Anyway I’m just grateful that I got my results and that I have the financial means to find another office that will respect my time.I won’t be coming back where I’m not valued. If you value your time, this is NOT the place for you. Communication and Respect are part of the Care Plan too!

The Doctor was great since 3 stars. But this place makes people wait for so long. No matter what time you have the appointment you will be called inside only an 1hr and 30mins after. Also I almost paid $170 dollars first visit because they weren’t sure about my insurance. I had to call my insurance and make them understand that I didn’t have to pay that much.

My experience at this clinic has been amazing. The Staff there is so attentive, friendly and competent. I felt really safe which was so important as it was my first pregnancy.Dr Lans and Dr Lauture are both INCREDIBLE! They both saw me during my pregnancy and post partum.I cant recommend this clinic enough! If I were to have a second child, I would go to them again!!

Great office! Dr. Lateur was thorough, patient and easy to share my concerns with. She made it a point to emphasize her accessibility and takes a proactive approach while keeping it 100% real. I truly felt like she had my best interest in mind. While some doctors I’ve had in the past have appeared rushed and rude, this was not the vibe at all in this office and I greatly appreciate it.

I came to this location due to being frustrated with my previous doctor. From the very first call, speaking with Micah, she calmed me down from having a bad experience with another provider. To speaking with Marie, who is God sent! She scheduled me for surgery keeping me calm in the process as well as checked on me the day after surgery to make sure I was ok. The office manager Jean is incredibly funny and will put a smile on anyone’s face! Last but not least, Dr. Lans is the best doctor on EARTH! He’s communicative, understanding, hilarious, and truly cares for his patients. I can’t imagine being with any other provider after the care I’ve received here. Thank you for all you do!~ Janitra

The Staff are all great, from the first visit up to the delivery and post follow up. I thoroughly enjoyed being a patient of Dr. Lans. Full Disclosure he is very sought after so wait times can vary during different visits but it’s worth it once your little one is here & well taken care of! Thank you Dr. Lans & Team !

Been coming here since 2017 and they never fail me , feels like family ! Had my first child in 2023 and Dr. Lans delivered my son , no regrets .. simply amazing!

Highly recommended, the staffs are nice professional and helpful. The time wait is less than 20 min. Results are well explained. Follow up reminders with messages and calls. The environmental is neat and clean. A friend referred me to that place and I’m satisfied.

Thank you is not enough to tell you. I didnt regret choosing TWWC, the staff is special, let me tell you, Marie is a golden person, that says it all. Dr. Lans is a very kind, patient and understanding person. He knows what he is doing and knows how to take care of his patients. Patience and trust lead to good results. TWWC is guaranteed satisfaction.

I love it here. Wait time is like any other practice. All the workers are nice. Dr. Lans is quite funny and very intelligent. I definitely plan on keeping him as my OB and future GYNO

I’ve always had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lans, he is very informative and has a great sense of humor. The staff as well are very kind, and answer any question you may have. I’ve been using going too the office before my son was born and afterwards; and I will continue because they are caring.

Everyone was so nice and friendly it was actually a good experience. Dr Lans treats u like an actual patient and all his staff were comforting amd friendly. There was a bit of a wait but its like that at most dr offices. I will definitely be back!

I really like this place, it is better than the other place I was going to. The staff is a little chatty but they are talking among each other. I have not heard the staff be rude to them and nor was patients rude to them. (Maybe everytime I go, it is a good day). My wait time was normal, ppl say it was a long wait, but everytime I go, I stay no less than 2 hrs. (Remember, there should not be no rush when u are seeing any Doctor) I LOVE my doctor here, (Dr. Etienne) she has patient with me and listens. She speaks clearly, anything I don’t understand she explains to me, without feeling stupid. I will update if there is any change.😉

I LOVE DR. LANS & ALL THE STAFF AT THIS OFFICE!I was soooo happy to know that this was a black HAITIAN owned office.My PC(Dr. Durandis) was the one who referred me to this office & I never had an issue with them throughout my whole pregnancy. Everyone is welcoming & very professional! Yes, it may take a min to see the provider but that just goes to show that no patient is rushed out the office. My fav provider was Dr. Grace who made me felt heard & was very nurturing when I explained certain concerns❤️ Dr.Lans himself is a breath of fresh air. His spirit is high & absolutely made my first time L&D experience very smooth. What was 48mins felt like 5mins with him. He was energetic, consoling & I would have 15 babies back to back just to have him as my Obgyn again❤️10/10 recommend!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr.Lans, a few months ago. He is delightful, Knowledgeable and very comfortable to speak with. I left the Dr.Office feeling confident and his ObyGyn experience speaks for itself. He informed me of lots of things I didnt know about. Im grateful to have him as my Gyno. The staff was exceptional and Jean Lans, Office Manager, was delightful and his hospitality was greatly extended . I look forward to bringing my friends and family to this establishment.

Saw the packed waiting room of women waiting for their prebooked visits. 2 hours she said… glad it wasn’t an emergency because that could have been scary…Left before my first visit 🙁 I think someone said “maximizing insurance benefits” below and I agree. Everyone losing!

Each of my visits were by appointments and I am pleased at how quickly im called in. Everyone that Ive been in contact with at this facility always wore a smile, were very pleasant, they listened attentively as I answered all of their questions, and the doctor always clearly explained each step of every procedure to me and the purpose for each one. At the end of all of my visits, the doctor always asked me if I had any questions. Each of my visits at this Total womens center has been very pleasant!

Waiting time is terrible over 2hrs. They get you back and leave you in the cold room, never checking or giving you an reason for delay. You can hear the staff personal conversation about their lives and other employees. The best thing is theDr. Lans despite the wait he makes you feel at ease during the examination and explains your options. Great place for elderly patients.Need to improve wait time ( 4 stars for Dr. Lans, 2 stars for the office and wait time)

If you’ve got 3hrs of your day to spend waiting to be checked in for an ultrasound and have your baby delivered by a doctor that you’ve never interacted with go to these people. I usually don’t write bad reviews but after 5 months of going there, here I am. It’s absolutely ridiculous in there. Good luck!

Do not go to this place! i had an 11:30am appointment and wasn’t seen until almost 2pm!!! This happens every single time i go there and they always make up some type of an excuse. If you need help hire more staff to get your patients in and out!!! People have jobs and other engagements to attend instead of waiting 2 hours just to be seen not including the time spent in the room with the doctor! That lady doctor with the green contacts is horrible. she lacks a lot of knowledge when it comes to knowing certain things as a “doctor” . if you go here make sure dr. lans is there he will make sure you get handled correctly. other than that do not waste your time going there unless you don’t mind being in there for atleast 4 hours!

Let me start by sayingI REALLY liked Dr. Lans. The wait time is outrageous and there is only one girl in reception that has been sweet. Otherwise they suck. They hand you appointment cards without asking what day or time works best for you. When I first went initially, for my second pregnancy, they took labs but never explained or told me my results the following visit. On Tuesday, I went in and spoke to the office manager, Jean Lans, who is the doctors brother. Very sweet man. I told him that the lack of communication was worrying. I also told him I didn’t like that I only saw my doctor once in the initial visit. He explained that Dr. Lans did a lot of deliveries. Ok. He also apologized for the lack of explanation of my labs and my natera test, which I had to go find the results of myself, online. I thought that after talking to him things would’ve gone differently in my appointment. Let me add, Vanessa, the nurse practitioner, is very sweet. I told him so, but when she came in for my appointment on Tuesday, her attitude sucked. She wasn’t gonna explain any of my labs until I finally asked her. She said oh yes we did detect HPV. Now, I am aware HPV goes away on its own. However, I’ve had abnormal paps for almost 3 years now. I was floored they hadn’t told me two months prior. Before leaving, I went to use the restroom. Disgusting and still had a Urine sample on the toilet. Now that I know I will be able to keep my private insurance and not have to switch to Medicaid, I will never step foot in this office again.Update:I switched to a new OBGYN. The records they received from Total Women’s Wellness were innacurate and missing information. A lot of the dates were off. Stay away!Another update!This office had me do the Natera test for genetic/gender testing. I was told it was covered under my insurance. Wrong!! They billed me for over $700!!! Shame on you Dr. Lans for running a horrible office.

Dr.Lans is a good doctor . He was very supportive and he guide me every step of the way with my condition . He is a very caring doctor with a great sense of humor . I wish I can give the clinic 10 billions of stars.. great office with friendly staff ....

This had to happen around 9:30. The worse experience ever I called in before I could walk-in and was told I would be able to come in. As I’m walking to the representative. A man shouting(definitely not confidential) why are you here, give me your ID in order to see the representative instead of letting them do their job. I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed. Definitely will not ever see me back there again.

Great experience with the staff and doctors of Total Womens Wellness. The staff are great, organized and make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend using this center

Dr.Lans is the BEST!!!!!!!!. He delivered 3 of my beautiful babies and counting. I would highly recommend if you are looking for an Obgyn who is experienced, knowledgeable and caring.

On 12.20.17 I went yo see my Dr.Thomas Toussaint to follow up on my condition. Since I am a cancer survivor I was really worried .My primary Dr.send all Cts copies to Dr. Toussaint and had me an appointment at Total Womens Center.what A bad experience and dissapointement I wait almost 2 hours to see the Dr. 5 minutes .He told me that his receptionist was going to call me for a procedure ,so I ask her (Tatiana)to check if she had received my primarys doctor fax, in a very bad attitude she told me No.you have to wait.I didnt wait I left ,2 hours was more than enough! Next day I went to see my primary doctor and told her what happen to me at Total WomensCenter, she fax one more the results from my Cts. I called Tatiana to ask if she had receive it and as always she answer to me in a unprofessional matter . I demand to speak to a supervisor and Phatima answer me telling me that she had receive the faxes and that she was going to ask the doctor and call me back.She never call back! I call back on Monday asking for Phatima , she was rude and very unprofessional ,she told me I was not the only one waiting for an appointment and if I had a complain I could call the manager John and she hang up on me! I call back to speak with her and tell her what a bad service I was receiving but she did not answer so I spoke with Karina who told me she was going to give my message to the Office Manager for him to call me back. NO BODY CALL ME. I am so worried because I have a lot of pain and my primary doctor is not here till next week. This is the kind of service you receive at Total Womens Center. I dont recommend it to no one!

This Gyn is so friendly! I always leave feeling better than I did arriving. I don’t even mind the wait when he has to run out to deliver a baby!

Prior to Doctor Lans i have Went and see so many specialists for my pcos condition,i had so many door slapped at my face due to the fact that i was a cash patients,and infertility in Florida is expensive,i was so discouraged,until one Day one of my husband coworkers tall him about Dr lans that i went online did my research,but wait i tall my husband i know him he is famous on Tv and magazines (inside jokes) first visit was amazing price was affordable,from front Desk,MA Rose,Debie ect Midwifes Dr V,Dr M ,managements,not forget TheCompassionate and understanding Doctor Lans through my infertility,6 months after following with him i was pregnant with my first ever pregnancy Cant say enough great things about this doctor.you have to make a trip for your selfdelivered our son this month and I couldnt be more appreciative of him for the level of care and expertise he has provided before,throughout my pregnancy and delivery!! Doctor Lans and is staff are simply the best.your only complaint will be the wait at he is office,if the service is good of course you have to have patience im sure no ones wants to see a doctors that will only spend 10 minutes of they times with you.if you need good stuff there’s a price to 💰

I have been a patient in this clinic for almost 3 years , they always take a long time to bring the patient in and be seem by a doctor , but today is unacceptable im not returning to this clinic EVER AGAIN if i could rate this place a negative 3 i totally would . My appointment for today was at 3:15 its currently 4:47 and im still in the waiting room, staff does not give you update on why they are taking so long or why. Front desk lady is very unprofessional.

I think they should closed them those people are not honest they greedy for money, they put money before life. they told me I had to come up with 5350 $ in cash in a amount of 2 weeks time and they wouldnt accept payment,, also they charge me 450 $ for a test when they supposed to only charge 71.11 $. what ever you do dont go there people ....that place is really bad Im Praying that they shut them down very soon.

All the Drs are great , they are very attentive and treat you like family. They make sure everything is how its suppose to be , they are always on call and the nurses are just wonderful !
