Dr. Palmerola was absolutely amazing. She took the time to get to know me and my past medical/surgical history. It was my first appointment and I am looking forward to working with her and her team!

Dr. Palmerola herself was kind and made the initial process simple during my first appointment. However, after that I never got to see her again due to failures by her team over the next 4 months. They did not manage to get the process working, plus requiring me to retake all the testing and pay more than 40k$ than what I should. I finally quit.Despite having good insurance, her team including my assigned assistant Gricel did not help at all with obtaining pre-approvals. This led to being quoted charges of $40,000 more than the procedure should have cost. I contacted them over 50 times via the app, phone, having my insurance company call, and email - all with no success in getting a second appointment or the pre-approvals.After this incredibly frustrating 4-month runaround, I decided to quit pursuing the procedure with Dr. Palmerolas practice.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this doctor for anyone looking to actually complete a procedure within a reasonable timeframe and without excessive charges due to the inability or unwillingness of her team to handle administrative aspects properly. The doctor seemed competent but her staff failed to follow through.
