The customer service was amazing. The staff was very pleasant. The OBGYN Doc is very pleasant amd knowledgeable in what she does. If you are looking for a family doctor I think Bazile Medical Center is the place for you.

The staff is very professional and also attentive to my needs. My PC, Dr. Alexandre understands my physical conditions and works with me to find the specialists that I may need.

I love coming to this clinic! The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. The Nurse Practitioner there is so nice and is always so patient during my visits. Ive sent over a ton of my family and friends here. Never any bad experience with them.

BEWARE !!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM !! Worst absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Came here for a consultation for an end of pregnancy and the nurse who took my ultrasound scan used a very dated machine and told me I was 6 months pregnant instead of 4. My cycle has always been correct and I know my body well but she insisted I was farther along than I actually was. When the so called “doctor” came and did his own inspection he just walked right into the room put his gloves on and stuck his fingers inside without saying a word, such an uncomfortable experience. After he was done he spoke with the nurse in the other room and proceeded to come back and tell me I’m 6 months and that I needed to do the procedure right away if I wanted to go through with it. The procedure for anything after 16 weeks was $400 higher than it was for an earlier termination. He swore that everyone’s body is different and that even though I was still getting my monthly cycle, that I must’ve been pregnant the whole time. Which made no sense to me. I told them I’d need to get a second opinion and of course when I did it, I had 2 more ultrasounds that proved that I was 4 MONTHS !! i immediately told them the results but they insisted I should stay with them and do the service. I refused but they still charged me $300 for the ultrasound service which was COMPLETELY WRONG !!! Don’t know what kind of clinic this is but it is a complete scam. Small things like routine check ups make sense here but if you value your life do not ever make an appointment here for larger services . Will be contacting my legal team , I pray no mother in need of help, has to go through this. BEWARE !!
