Emmanuela Wolloch MD FACOG

Even though Dr Wolloch is a great Dr. Her staff are just are rude, angry and inefficient. The office manager, Tina is definitely in the wrong field for her awful and abrupt demeanor with patients.

I have been seeing Dr Wolloch for many years and she is great. She is an MD that considers nutrition and other things to take a holistic approach to health care. She is very particular about the details and doesn’t work with insurance so she is a direct pay and worth every penny!

The receptionist was very rude when I asked my paperwork so I can see endocrinologist for the second opinion. She was giving me a lot of excuses. Finally for the third day of “fighting” I went to the office to pick these up by myself! Since that was the only way I could get them. The Doctor is good at this office she is very kind and welcoming.

I called because I wanted more information and the receptionist was very rude. They actually lost a more than a possible client because of costumer service. To spend $500 in a doctor these days is almost a luxury and to know exactly what you are paying for is more than understandable. Also, more if you are a person that has not found a doctor that actually wants to help you find out what is wrong. I am not questioning Dr. Wollochs expertise so that is why I give a 2 because if she is actually a good doctor her reviews shouldnt be directly affected by her rude staff.

Very kind and knowledgeable; laid all of the information and options out plainly with grace and great care. Taught me some things to look for on my own as well as helped me set long term and short term goals, including the avenues to achieve them. She is a wonderful doctor!
