Dr. Lilliana Vazquez-Rivera is the best and most professional doctor!! Always attentive and listens to all your concerns and makes sure she addresses them. The front desk staff is always polite and professional. Calls are always answered and you can speak with a real person every time! If I could give 20 stars I would!

I absolutely love this doctors office. The doctors and a nurse practitioners that they have at this particular facility are excellent and above and beyond. Also if you ever need anything the lady Maria at the front of the office is perfect she’s authentic and she knows her work. The rest of the ladies working at the front office are just as good. Any medical problems this is definitely the place she would love to be at. I give this place five stars

If you want to get tested and actually get your results go somewhere else. I went to this place on the May 16th, staff barely speaks English, theyll give you form to fill out which is in Spanish, so its your problem if you dont speak Spanish, they gave me wrong number to call for resaults, so I Googled correct one and has been calling them every week since I got tested there and 1 MONTH passed by today and I still dont have the results. Thats why they say you get what you pay for. Here you pay nothing and you get nothing as well.

Glades has the most AMAZING staff. Professionalism at its finest. A welcoming atmosphere with top rating medical professionals and staff. I highly recommend this facility and you won’t regret the decision.

The Doctors do not care about their patients, you set an appointment with them even if you come on time they’ll make you do 2-3 hours wait. Worst thing about them the don’t even refill prescriptions on time even if you keep calling in, they like making people wait.

Terrible experience they literally sent me into a panic attack. I tried to set up primary care I wanted to be seen by an MD. They told me that’s not how it works that I had to be seen by a nurse practitioner. when I was trying to explain my health concerns, they were not listening to me. They were over talking me I didn’t feel like I was being listened to. I didn’t feel comfortable the one great person that was there was the sweet receptionist when she seen that, I was literally going into a panic attack. She pulled me to the side and just started talking to me. by far the worst experience I’ve ever had don’t recommend.

Hello my name Antoinette Harrell Huff when i tell you this Medical Center has a place of compassionate employees. I was a new patient on last week. I had problem with my insurance provider, but the young lady at the desk went above and beyond. She called the providers and made contact with the correct person. But before she got the correct provider she called so many numbers never gave up. This younglady could she i was not well i had recently been discharge from the hospital. The providers said they could not approve my visit until 10/01/22. She explain that i needed to see a doctor asap and i was on the office. About 10 mins later i was ready. Its hard to find people like her anymore. And they have a nurse this younglady is very caring and friendly. The staff is friendly and attentive.. They offered me a closer center to my home i decline, because i felt the care from this facility. Cant leave out the doctor explain everything to me and very friendly. My exiperience the best.....

I went last year and it was a very good service.

I had an appointment for 10am (called in at 8:30am to verify the traffic for this time and was assured prompt service), it’s now 11:30AM and I am still waiting outside. Only two people here with me. Have in mind I got here before 10am.**UPDATE**I have updated my star review from 1 to 3 becuase of the great service the black female doctor provided. She was attentive, professional and kind hearted. I would go back here again just for the doctor.Thanks

Absolutely love this place. They truly care about ones well being. Not only do they check everything from head to toe but the doctor gives great enlightenment advice on not only health but overall lifestyle fixtures. The staff is amazing expecially Karla she made sure I was in and out and had a pleasant visit. Will definitely be doing every check up here.

Took my mother in for her checkup and a quick visit made for a great experience. I was seen a few minutes after my scheduled time and was explained everything in pain English for us understood. Staff really cares and goes out of their way to ensure your complete satisfaction!.

If could give 0 star I definitely will do it....They are the worst... We used our medical plan that covers blood work, but they apparently used a different laboratory and make me paid the services and they did not advise me before doing it. Now we are in a debt collector because of Glades Medical Centers. BEWARE!!!!!. scam. Do not trust this people.

Dr. Cabrera was so wonderful! It was my first time seeing him and he was so kind and welcoming! Highly recommend!

Staff was nice but do not go here. My appointment was originally a for Friday, Feb 15, 2019 and they called to say that my appointment will be moved to Thursday, Feb 14, 2019.My appointment was at 10 AM and it is currently 11:29 AM and I have yet to be seen by the doctor. To make it worse, today is Valentine’s day and I am running late to a lunch date with my husband. Talking about no respect for anyone’s time!!!!!! I had to talk to the nurse and tell her if i was not seen right now, I would like my money back and rather not be seen at all by the doctor. It’s ridiculous to wait for 1 hour and a half for an appointment that was already scheduled and I wasn’t late for.

Never have I ever received such attentive care before. The doctor took his time to understand what was going on with me. The front staff was also super nice and helpful. As a new patient they won me over.

The worst experience ever!!!!! Dont go there. I scheduled my first visit but unfortunately in the morning I received a positive resul for Covid, so instead of going I called and asked for a doctor who can give me general advice on how to proceed and the response ....Im sorry we dont have labs or any information on you. it doesnt matter, I knew that all I wanted was generic advice to take care at home while Im not feeling that bad, only feels like a common flu. I never ever will call that place again. HORRIBLE customer service, the voice too sweet but what was saying was basically take care of your self and call someone else 03/30/2021

I am Doctor and I went to this place because it was one of the options I have with my insurance. Hope people read this review because is important to know that been a doctor is not only to medicate but to be human and have values.They dont respect the schedule, my appointment was at 8am and we where only 3 patients waiting and 2 doctors assisting, left the place at 11am. They never answer the phone and when they do they are never available. The lady at the lab was unprofessional without the appropriate knowledge of what she was doing on a regular consultation. The Doctor which was a lady was extremely unprofessional too, my results came out wrong do to a mistake on their side and I confirmed this by repeating my blood work in a different place with a different doctor, her diagnose was a possible blood disease or an auto immune disease. She shouldnt give possible diseases to a patient without having a second blood work that confirms what she is thinking ( I am assuming she is a nurse not a Doctor). To make the story short I went to a different place. Please avoid visiting this type of places and I hope they dont delete my review and if they reply back I am sure it wont be a good response.Soy Doctor y visite este sitio para un control basico . La espera fue terrible, no respetan el horario, eramos 3 pacientes y hay dos doctores disponibles. Nunca responden el telefono y si lo hacen debes dejar un mensaje por que permanecen ocupados. La persona del laboratorio fue poco profesional pues carecia de conocimiento medico basico sobre preguntas para las cuales deberia tener entrenamiento previo. No obstante, la doctora que me atendio me diagnostico una posible enfermedad en la sangre o una enfermedad autoinmune basada en los 1eros resultados que fueron alterados por el laboratorio o el mal manejo de la muestra. Lo anterior lo confirme por que repeti de manera inmediata los examanes en otro laboratorio y consulte otro medico. Por favor sepan que estamos hablando de la salud y sin importar tipo de seguro o la condicion de cada paciente, el sitio al que recurren debe ser profesional en todos los aspectos. Espero les sirva de algo este mensaje y peinsen en su salud antes de acudir a un sitio como estos.

Very bad experience whit this location !!! I dont recommend to anyone to go there...Unprofessional stuff..The pharmacy call the Doctor for a week to approve my prescription and she never answer the phone !!! The Doctor change my appointment day and nobody let me know !!! I spend money for test and I never see the result !!! But when the pay day show up I receive like 4 call and 2 text messages to make payment ... Just looking for money dont care the persons !!!

Terrible service and treatment from the doctor who treated me, rude, does not listen and has terrible manners, they have been negligent in delivering the exam results, a nightmare, definitely the worst service I have received in my life I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
