USELESS. They never pick up the phone, I have tried calling over two weeks, to get a copy of my daughters physical exam and they NEVR ANSWER. Incompetence at its finest.

Dr. Sepe is excellent His assistant Javier is great. The rest is typical government workers. Everything takes for ever. Even a return phone call.

I like the Drs there but they are getting a 1 star rating from me simply because they dont answer their phones and its hard to get in contact with any of the staff. What is the purpose of having a phone if youre not going to answer it???

Mary on the appointment line is so rude! How is a person who works taking phones doing this trying to give me medical advice ? I’m asking a medical question and if I can speak to a nurse here and she keeps telling me her advice . And got bothered when I asked to speak to my 1 year olds nurse . Next time she will give the wrong advice someone will listen and get hurt .

Came in at 3:30 after driving from Broward county to get my daughter a physical so she can attend school. I was turned away saying no more walk ins . The office close 5:00 pm wow. Working single mother just trying to get the required forms . Please time is important

Staff was rude. I came earlier to my appointment, I was told that even though there no one in the waiting room or outside where I was told to wait to be called, that all the doctors go on lunch at 11am and do not return until 1pm. Now its 3:10 and my new 5 day old daughter and I are still waiting to see the assigned doctor because I was told I cant see an alternate doctor or first available. ☹☹☹

Staff was rude specifically the old guy on the from desk. I came 30 minutes early to my appointment, I was told that even though there no one in the waiting room inside I have to wait outside on the sun and He didnt care putting pregnancy woman waiting standing outside. Very rude guy and my worst experience everThere.there. Plus waiting hours inside to see the doctor. Honestly no deserved even one starts but is required to poste my experience thats why

We certainly love this place, my mother Maria Martinez, has been going to this clinic for at least 10 years. Dr. Maurice Sepe has taken my mother as if she is family he gives her, top notch service. But hands down, Javier, the nurse goes above and beyond to ensure that my mom is taken care of. Im extremely pleased with the service that we get in Jefferson Reaves. Thank you

I went with my wife to two appointments and she came away with poor and no results to resolves her issues and we both was very disappointed with the sense of doctors didnt care and no feelings of care. I personally wouldnt make an appointment with them.they act as if patients are addicts and are addicted.

As you can see everyone of a Hispanic background has had a good experience with this clinic, they literally suck at service. Everyone is an ADDICT to them.

Worst experience ever. Bad quality doctors, bad quality front desk staff. Not coming again. Ever.

I just gave birth and the pediatrician who cares for my daughter is excellent, very kind, the nurses are the same... she always answers all my questions, very satisfied. Thanks to them for the great work they do..

My doctor supervises the senior nurse but there is no way to communicate, for a review I have a thyroid and I have almost no pills left

The place is clean, the staff treats me poorly. I dont know why.Others, today I came I feel bad I have pain they send you to wait outside you cannot enter the wait is under the sun there is nowhere to sit what a shame so much money is spent in these places and the staff makes you feel worse than the illness inside there are seats and place but it is only for those who have an appointment. What a shame that these programs that help the community are run by people who do not deserve to be here. A lot of money is spent on a patient but most of it is on bureaucracy and bad people.

I have no complaints about my doctor and my nurse, they are 10 stars. But I have been calling the clinic for almost 6 days and no one answers, terrible customer service, my wife has covid19 and no one answers my phones. I need to talk to my primary doctor and there is no option. Very bad job.

I have had my pregnancy treated at this clinic and all the staff always take good care of me.

It is a very good place. I recommend it. The treatment and service are very professional. They are excellent. A great team, from the reception and the entire team of doctors, Javier from the laboratory, everyone, I am very satisfied, thank you for being so special.

Two hours of waiting to do some laboratory tests and in the end they told me that the order was not in the system and that I had to return another day, through an appointment, for my doctor to issue the order again.

The service is very good and everything is fast, they just need to have new equipment.
