I can honestly say that this office is an extended family for me. Dr. Dowdy and her team have been by my side since my first visit back in August 2021. They take the time to know you as an individual and not just a case file. I’ve had financial downfalls to the point that I couldn’t afford insurance and my HIV prescription was way to expensive to even purchase a month supply, but Dr. Dowdy and her team have seen me through this downfall and they’re a blessing each and everyday that I step into her office, they have helped me to connect to the necessary resources available which til this day I have not miss one day of my daily prescription and they have given me guidance throughout my life from good healthy eating habits to eliminating my smoking habit. Dr. Dowdy and her team will treat you like one of their own family members. They are extreme professional and respectful. I would like to recognize the amazing medical assistants (Maro and Kayla) at the front desk reception for always being kind, caring, and attentive. I will also like to recognize Naomie the case manager for always going above and beyond. Nonetheless, Dr. Dowdy for always being compassionate and understanding. They will always be the best of the best! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dr. Dowdy and her amazing staff at Midway Specialty Care Center. I’m above grateful that I found y’all in my quest to find specialists. My family has always been grateful since I walked into your office and I’ve been in good hands.

Mid November, 2022, I recieved some of the worst news I ever had. Being diagnosed with HIV can really make you feel like life is over and that no one will care about you, that youll be an outcast. Dr. Raj, however, has shown through his medical practice and his staff that that thinking is wrong. Hes been, aside from my wife, one of the most comforting and caring individuals that Ive ever encountered. He really does care for his patients, were not just numbers. Im very thankful to have been placed in his care. I was on my death bed and he was there every day for 2 and a half months to see that I came back to life so that I could love my family longer and have my life back.His in office staff are wonderful as well. Very friendly and very helpful. Without insurance or being in a program, my medication costs over $3400 a month. I pay next to nothing mostly for everything because his staff put in the work to help me get what I needed. I wish I could give them 6 stars.The whole crew is a blessing.

I do not have enough words to describe how blessed i feel to have met Dr. Raj and his Amazing 3 girls team . They made me feel very cared and explained EVERYTHING i needed to know So detailed.! You can go to see them even if you only have any doubt about your situation or if you have questions .They can teach you many things that exist and you simply are not aware of .I can tell Dr Raj is one of the best person with the kindness soul i have met in my whole life , he is also a very knowledgeable and experienced professional .
