My dear sister and her friend went to him at different times. They experienced the same. My sister endured 3 failed IVF attempts after experiencing a lot of the same thats mentioned here. Eventually she went to someone else and got two beautiful girls on the next try with a different doctor. After losing tens of thousands of dollars the first 3 times.

One of the best experiences of my life. After having issues with ovarian cyst & multiple surgeries, I wanted to try and conceive. The first thing that Dr. Jacobs said to me was that he wanted to take care of my health and issues before we even tried. He was the first Doctor that showed concern with my well being. Rather than talking about money of cycles and drugs. For the first time I felt at ease. Previous doctors were so quick to schedule surgery and prescribe. I was pregnant within a couple of months from a simple procedure to open my fallopian tube. Blessed! Ready to try again and Dr. Jacobs was the first person I called. Did not get to see the doctor yet but so far the costumer service had been horrible. Called the office more than 3 times trying to make an appointment to start IVF. No one would even bother to answer the phone, goes to voicemail with an automatic response that they will get back to you. Left voicemails, and already 5 days waiting for someone to call me back. if this is how they answer before you actually became their patient ( and they took your money :)), then how they will treat you after you signed all the papers.Will be going to another clinic.Sad, heard great reviews about Dr.Yacobs

The clinic is chaotic, and there appears to be an absence of effective patient follow-up protocol and control of clinic processes. Several times, we received multiple phone calls from various clinic personnel regarding the same issue. These phone calls were lengthy, and the majority concluded with, well, we were already contacted to perform the process. This is a complicated process, which they made (for us) even more difficult to navigate. Doctor is ok; he is neither bad nor outstanding.

Dr Jacobs is very knowledgeable of his profession and gets results. The stuff is very friendly and the nurses are caring and available all the time for questions and support. I personally recommend them cause I was pleased and felt I was being personally treated and had fast results.

He never adjusted my wifes fertility medicines based on her hormones levels which resulted in failure of the procedure

Best doctor ever , thanks to him I was bless with a beautiful baby boy
