Went for my vasectomy with Dr Robbins, was honestly such a pain-free experience, pun intended. From the consultation to the actual appointment was very seamless and Dr Robbins was extremely nice and easy-going, just confirmed I genuinely wanted this and was good to go. The procedure was very fast and painless too, Doc Robbins was good at conversation to distract from the procedure at hand.Now a few days into recovery and everything is smooth sailing, the doc even checked in to make sure everything was alright!

Dr. Robbins has so much experience doing vasectomys that it shows in every way. He uses the smartest and latest techniques to minimize discomfort. I barely felt anything, and feel much better about doing this procedure. Dr. Robbins is incredibly professional as well as helpful with any questions you may have. I just did this procedure 6 days ago, and even though there is a bit of discomfort, you can just lay down and the discomfort subsides.

My experience here was by far the best as far as a specialist goes. The office is pristine, clean, staff is nice, and Dr. Robbins was super friendly. You can tell he cares about his work. My procedure lasted about 15-25 minutes but it honestly felt like 5 minutes. Skills and proficiency shows. Highly recommend!

They explained the process in detail, sent regular reminders, and it was overall pretty quick and easy, i would choose them again but you can only cut your nuts once.

Doctor Robbins is a beast. I had a very complicated procedure because my testicles don’t hang much. He was able to do it in less than 20 minutes. Says a lot about experience since this doctor does so many vasectomies. Definitely recommend him, great staff, great experience.

I had my procedure with Dr. David about 3 weeks ago, before that I went to his website to learn about the process and keep my expectations balanced. Everything went well from my first appointment. Clear and professional conversation and guidance. The procedure was very quick – about 15 minutes – and painless. After a few days I notice swelling and a little pain - no need for medication - which was expected on my part. 3 weeks later, no swelling or pain, just internal healing on the cauterized parts. A few moments later I was placed in one of the procedure rooms where Dr. Robbins performed a painless and minimal invasive vasectomy. The procedure took approximately 25-30 minutes. Nothing but positives from my experience with Dr. Robbins. You know he’s great at what he does if his procedures are booked 2+ months out (I had a vasectomy). I had it done Friday afternoon and was back to work on Monday (not an office job btw, fast pace). Again, no swelling, no complications, no discomfort. Im into my two weeks after the procedure and I have resumed my gym time to light weights and cardio. I feel no discomfort. My husband had the procedure done a few months ago. But it wasn’t successful and the doctor doesn’t know what went wrong. Dr. Robbins wants to reinforce it at no extra cost. However, my husband was charged a $100 fee for the appointment. During which the electricity went off. At this point we both don’t trust this place anymore. And my husband doesn’t feel comfortable going back.

My experience at Urological Consultants of Florida was a pleasant one. From the friendly staff when you arrive, to meeting Dr.Robbins himself I felt very comfortable. He explained the procedure in a thorough way which made the final decision to go through with the operation easier than I expected. The Operation itself was very quick and almost painless. We talked threw the operation and it was over before I knew it. The recovery was a little painful for me cause my terrible two year old would not allow me to get my needed rest. Going to write a quick recap of my complete experience here with doctor Robbins.Setting up the initial consultation was a breeze, the front desk was very helpful in setting it up and answering my questions on insurance. Day of the consultation I had to wait very little, Dr. Robbins is very open minded and didn’t try to change my mind or turn me away due to my age. After a brief visit i was all cleared and I set up an appointment for the Vasectomy. Day of the vas- I opted to not take the Valium, I personally wasn’t that anxious as I had mentally prepared for this, and therefore only took the antibiotic before the procedure. I only had to wait about 10-15 minutes extra past my procedure time, which wasn’t bad at all. Once again the front desk was helpful with helping me pay beforehand and answering questions. Procedure time, Dr. Robbins was extremely precise and careful, making sure to grab the vas in a way that didn’t hurt at all, we talked through most of the procedure and felt only mild pains infrequently. The entire procedure was quite literally pain free for me. Took only around 20 minutes, total, Including getting undressed and getting prepared with iodine. I drove myself home (manual transmission car, little to no discomfort unless I hit the brakes for those pesky Miami drivers) and immediately got to icing, precisely 20 mins every 2 hours for the first day/night. Taking some ibuprofen every couple hours completely got rid of any potential pains. The days after that were smooth sailing, pretty much pain free, of course stay inside and relax and lay down as much as you can, it definitely helps out. Returning to work was a bit of a pain, mostly due to uniform pants being uncomfortable. If you’re a mechanic and have to walk around, I suggest taking some extra days off just for comfort sake. Now I’m writing this review after 7 days exactly, any discomfort now is basically gone, im working as usual. I still can’t really lay on my stomach yet, but that’s cause the big boys get in my way. 10/10 experience, if I had to do it again I’d do it with Dr. Robbins anytime. Already recommended several coworkers and friends who are interested in a vasectomy, I’ll make sure they say Frank sent em’⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was nervous about getting a vasectomy. Dr David played relaxing music. He was very professional and made conversation to ease my mind. He assured me that everything would be okay. I had a great experience overall. He also provided great information. I would recommend him to others.

I had my vasectomy done by Dr. Robbins earlier today and its now been about 6 hours and I literally have no discomfort!The no needle no-scalpel approach means that this is a very easy procedure and I was surprised by how easy it all was.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Dr. Robbins for anyone who wants a vasectomy. Going to the Dentist is a more grueling experience than this!Thank you!

As far as getting a vasectomy procedure here I would highly recommend. It was essentially painless, quick and easy. As for the front desk staff they dont seem like they want to be bothered which seems to be the going rate nowadays no matter where you go. For a place that performs such a great vasectomy I was a little surprised that the waiting room felt like I was sitting in Saul Goodmans waiting room with the type of patients that came through the door. I also would have liked to have my wife with me during the procedure but its not allowed. Not sure why its not allowed but it would be nice to be able to have your support in the room with you. As I said I would recommend a vasectomy here but cant say the same about anything else. The reason I give 4 stars is because I received a very good and professional vasectomy, as for everything else there was a lot to be desired.

The procedure was practically pain free. My discomfort level was a 1 out of 10 (10 being the worst). Dr. Robins was extremely professional and informative regarding the procedure. His office was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wishing to get a vasectomy.

My husband and I went to see Dr. Robbins in November 2018. Dr. Robbins gave a thorough explanation of what a vasectomy entails (pros and cons), he spent time with us making sure that all of our questions were answered.My husband scheduled his appointment 2 weeks later, on a FRIDAY, which was AWESOME (it gives weeks time for recovery)In December, we followed the pre-procedures as followed and arrived for his surgery. My husband was in and out in less than 45 minutes. It took us longer to get to the doctors office than the whole procedure!Post surgery, my husband followed Dr. Robbins orders and had minimal pain after his vasectomy.Its been 3+ months, my husband completed his post vasectomy obligations, (one would understand after researching what that means) and its 100% a done deal!Dr. Robbins is professional and did fantastic job! We highly recommend him!

I had a very great experience! I was very nervous about the pain part of the procedure but the pinch was really nothing. The procedure took no more than 15 minutes and it was done. The whole process was quite easy. From the first visit to the vasectomy I felt like I was treated as a patient and not a product on an assembly line. The actual procedure was quick only taking about 20min. And, Dr. R was cognizant of any discomfort rather than waiting for me to mention anything.I generally don’t respond predictably to local anesthetic so I expected to feel more than I did, but he was quick with additional applications.

From start to finish I felt cared for and informed as I embarked on this new journey. The entire staff was personable and warm. Dr. Robbins sensitivity and expertise clearly set him up as the go to person for such a significant life changing experience.

Dr Robbins and his team guided me from beginning-i was scared to death to end-happy as I can be, with care and professionalism. The procedure itself short simple effective zero pain. Now resting and ready to enjoy the results.

Had my vasectomy performed by Dr.Robbins today who made me feel comfortable through out the whole procedure. Virtually pain free since my procedure today about 8 hours ago. The drive to his office took longer than the actual procedure, I live about 30 minutes from his office. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a Urologist.

Frezy P. I just had my procedure on nov 12th, it was great less the 20 minutes it was over, sitting in the lobby waiting to be called took longer then the procedure. The procedure was a little pain just two cut and it was done during the procedure doc Robbins communicate with me keep me calm and giving me a play by play what he’s was going to do next to my twins. The doc was very professional, knowledgeable answered every question easy to talk too a very nice, cool guy and a great staff . Later on once I got home it was a little pain and discomfort not that great of pain that had to lay down I just continue my day like any regular day but I was very cautious. the next day only had one side of my twins had little discomfort and pain, I’m writing this on nov 15 three day after my procedure I feel great barely any pain. It not expensive, it depends what some would consider expensive I understand time is hard because of the COVID-19 but I paid $750 out pocket. Overall it was great a recommended doc Robbins and his staff very professional, knowledgeable and great atmosphere.

Dr. Robbins took the nerves away that I had from getting a vasectomy. It was a quick and painless procedure. Dr. Robbins took great care of me. I would definitely recommend.

As much as you can for an operation, I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Robbins!! He explained everything and delivered on it. Contrary to what my regular urologist said (have kidney stones), it was a quick and almost pain free operation for me. Im sure it could be different for others but even the post operation pain was minimal but that may have something to do with me icing it aggressively from the start even though I didnt have pain at the time. The toughest part was probably getting rid of all the pubic hair since I elected to pluck instead of shaving.

Had my vasectomy done 10 days ago. Dr.Robbins saw me the day before and explained in details the procedure. The actual vasectomy was done in less than 10 minutes !! i didnt feel anything and was surprised to hear that it was completed.I was able to fly home the day after and have not experienced any complications since.Dr. Robbins and his team are true professionals and i highly recommend their services.

Everyone’s health is personal but it doesn’t get more personal getting a vasectomy for a man.
