The reason why I give it 5 stars even though it need an upgrade and the doctor did wear cool sunglasses walking in lol. The staff was very nice and informative. The price was affordable. The doctor was nice both days. And it was very clean and neat. Which I liked. I mean that’s all that should matter and he got the job done very professionally.

The doctor is not licensed and they will give you pills that don’t work and they know will try to get more money out of you for further unnecessaryProcedures. Came for an abortion at 4 weeks and I’m still pregnant at 8 weeks because no office will touch me because they reviewed the medication this office gave me and they never seen such a practice done before. The lady that will respond to this like she did with the other bad comments this place gets is very ghetto and unprofessional in real life. She will LIE TO KEEP THEIR SCAM GOING. Horrible service, pills didnt work and went two time to this office with pain and brought my OB test results and recommendations and doctor ignored what I told him. End up in ER with a lot of complications. Be aware of this dusty and ugly place. I Did ask to refun my money, the guy asked me for patology report from hospital and even with that denied me to return my money back. This is a big scam guys...

Called on short notice and the staff accepted me right away, the ladies at the front desk were amazing, the doctors were extremely nice and did a very well clean job. The staff made me feel really comfortable and like I had nothing to worry about. The process was super fast and they had a recovery room for me where they offered me warm tea and a warm pad for any cramps I get.

Not sure why the reviews are so bad. Never had an issue getting a pill and they usually talk you out of getting an abortion. Abortions also shouldnt be cheap because you shouldnt be having them. I have also sent my friend there and she did not have issues.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE ! Very traumatic and caused emotional distress !! I went in to get my ultra sound done and the doctor doesn’t even acknowledge me.. and has on sunglasses as he abrasively inserted the vaginal ultrasound in my cervix !! He roughly put his fingers into my cervix as well !! And then had a bucket of rusty speculums used to open the CERVIX !! in a tray. Then he LIED AND said I was 11 weeks to get more money out of me when I’m clearly 9 1/2 weeks confirmed multiple times with my OGYN .. I DID NOT get my abortion done here . THANK GOD . When I asked for my money back because I knew I wasn’t returning I was denied and shown no sympathy!!! He walked off while I was crying. I do not RECOMMEND THIS PLACE DO NOT COME HERE

As someone who has had pleasant experiences in places like Planned Parenthood when accompanying friends, I figured when it was my time to go through a very traumatic experience I would go somewhere that I know friends have been. The friends that referred me here hadn’t been in years and it seems in that time that the care in this facility has radically changed. The staff was callous, the doctor was on the phone while preparing to give me the procedure, including the ultra sound and did not warn me before impaling me for this ultrasound, which lasted 3 seconds maximum. It seemed very rushed and as a result, they hurt me several times in trying to find a vein (pictured in this review) and left me bruised. The anesthesia leaked and caused me to scream in pain that it was burning me. I have had surgery before and nothing compared to this type of pain. They did not prescribe me painkillers, not even 800mg ibuprofen, only the antibiotic which my primary physician then fixed to a better antibiotic in case sepsis/infection could occur via any possible STD. I am urging any woman who is seeking comfort or warmth in what is a difficult time for any one of us to please NOT COME HERE. I understand that this is not a primary care facility but if I owned this establishment I would try as hard as I could to give women the best possible care.

I honestly WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They didn’t really care about my wellBeing or how I felt , this place honestly left me traumatized. I went in for my procedure I was strapped down to the bed with belts , and I was giving anesthesia that did not work It did not put me to sleep at all an I was up threw the whole procedure I felt EVERYTHING I WAS IN PAINNNN SCREAMING AN CRYING THE WHOLE TIME WHILE being strapped to the bed with belts and all the dr did was tellMeTo stop screaming I’ll never go here again

Horrible and rude staff, including the doctor. You would think that looking out for the best interest of the patient is the best practice. NOT HERE! Ladies, see a provider that treats people like human beings, not one that is obnoxious and rude in which his tacky staff follows suit. There are better options out there.

I came to this clinic today to get a surgical abortion done & I couldn’t be happier that I chose this place. The receptionist/nurse was the sweetest she really made me feel more relaxed & comfortable. The doctor is very nice & experienced. Would definitely recommend

First thing, the building doesn’t make you feel like you would want to have a procedure done there. There is dust and an obsessive truck/car collection which is odd for an abortion clinic. Second, the doctor who wears sunglasses the entire time walked in and told me I’m 5 weeks without doing an ultrasound or blood work, proceeded to tell me he can’t perform a surgical procedure because it’s too early and i need to do the pills which was an extra $115 on top of the $360 i paid. I’ve had one done in the past at 4 weeks with no problem. He is pure LAZY, RUDE and only wants your money!! I would never recommend this place and pray it gets shut down so no one has to feel like I did. I was in and out in less then a hour for nothing. This office will be sued and not around for long. Do your research please!!

The place is a little strange, very old facility, definitely needs to be renovated. The doctors toy car collection inside the office defiantly needs to go, its a little creepy. Aside from that the doctors should wear scrubs as well. Normal clothing didnt feel professional. I was instantly kind of scared. But before I knew it, it was over. Reasonable price but the place should be a little cleaned up and more professional.

Please DO NOT go to this office family had a bad experience with this office all they want is your money$$$. The office is unprofessional the staff and doctor does not know what theyre doing. Do not waste your time in going they will steal your money and not provide adequate services.

I did a treatment with pills with them, they did a preliminary echo the first time, a week later I had still not had bleeding, I went they did an echo again and they told me that they did not see anything, to come in two weeks, after I had bleeding and when I went later, they only did a urine test and they did not want to perform the echo, to determine if I had expelled everything. Their attention is very dry and more in the end when you ask for something that they dont want ... I was a little disappointed with the attention

I’m very disappointed with the way they robbed me and stole from me. I called and I was told that I would be paying $330 for the procedure, next thing I know they charged my card $525 without even consulting me. Very unprofessional, no ethics. My wife was 8 weeks pregnant, they told us 12 weeks so they could charge us extra. She had her period on 4/25/2020 and she did the surgery 6/27/2020. Please do the math, how can it add up to 12 weeks? There’s no honesty there. Not recommended

First this office is janky. I was on vacation they took 525$ just for me to come back home and still be pregnant 3 weeks later with the same babyy . Im currently in the Er with severe hemorrhaging and they refuse to send me a copy of my medical records. The bootleg dr was very disrespectful to his staff and myself as a patient. Barely showed any care or regard for my ultrasound. He never explained anything himself. I will be getting my money back. Considering my health is now at risk and no help. And if the disregard continues I’m suing for everyday I’m admitted in this hospital. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL

I do not recommend this place to anybody! The doctors assistant isnt certified and they are very unprofessional. You will feel every bit of the procedure , and not to mention the doctor didnt wear gloves while inserting my IV. This place is cheap and I know why. Go anywhere else but here I beg you guys!!!

I was able take an appointment quickly and the procedure was fast. My appointment was at 9am and by 9:40am I was leaving the office. The aesthetics of the office could look a bit more modern, however everything was clean. Tayana was extremely kind and helpful.

❗️🚫I plead with any female who sees this post NOT to go to this place. A few years ago I found myself here and the doctor and staff tried to scam me .. during my ultrasound I was told the I was pregnant with twins and that the procedure cost would go from under 500 to 800, given that I was younger at the time I think the staff took full advantage of how unfamiliar grounds this was for me and seized an opportunity. I did not go back to this place, after speaking with planned parenthood not only was I informed that I was never pregnant with twins, they told me that twins or not the procedure price should be the same. Im not sure if one girls experience is enough to warn off any future potential clients but I really as a female perspective can only tell you that I still think of this place and cringe. The doctor came in wearing a Hawaiian shirt, smelled of cigarettes and answered his Bluetooth while setting me up for the ultrasound. It was an all over experience I wouldnt wish on any female caught in the same predicament.

I would definitely recommend this place to any women looking for help. The staff and doctor are very kind. Reasonably priced and you don’t have to wait forever to get medical attention, they do follow up to make sure you are doing fine after the procedure you choose to undergo.

Today i went and did a surgical procedure, i spoke with the nurse before i started i told her can she let the doctor know to start the procedure when i fall asleep so i won’t feel nothing she stated to make sure i let him know when i get in the room , ok cool , so he gave me the anesthesia so i can sleep i told him can he wait . he didn’t responded with anything, and he still push through with the procedure, when i said i FELT EVERYTHING I MEAN EVERYTHING!!!!! i paid my hard earn money for me to get anesthesia with the procedure so i’m not understanding why i was cheated from it , i will be filing a lawsuit with this place , I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY AT ALL . but over all the NURSE SHE REALLY HELPFUL SHE EVEN APOLOGIZE TO ME ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED.

This place is very dirty and old. the doctor wasnt even dressed like a professional doctor. he had sunglasses on, jeans and he didnt even wear gloves. I dont how people would want to do anything there. after I saw not only the doctor but the condition that the rooms and materials were in I left as quickly as possible. I didnt feel safe to do anything there. I highly dont recommend this place at all.

I dont know why there is such a bad review but they served me super fast and well. I want to highlight the work of Corina, who is the nurse who cares for you, I arrived very nervous and she calmed me down with a lot of love all the time, she accompanies you throughout the entire process. The doctor rarely wears sunglasses and the place is also unusual because of the collector cars, but he was very professional. On the same day of the surgery, at night I had a fever and called him and he treated me very kindly, saying that it was normal. He told me what I had to do and told us to call him if there was a problem.I would only recommend changing the aesthetics of the place a little but they are very professional and I think that is what matters at the end of the day!Many thanks for everything.

Hello, I just read all the opinions of the patients who attended here and I totally agree. I feel horrible since I got there, everything is old, dirty, you feel insecure and not to mention the famous doctors car collection that does that there in a The clinic is fatal. The truth is, they charged me $200 for an ultrasound that didnt last even a second. It was literally something super strange and they wanted to give me 12 vaginal pills when the normal thing is 4 maximum, according to them, a new law, but to avoid being left with or in doubt, call a a real specialized clinic and they told me thats not the case, its strange, I wont go back there, God knows what those 12 pills are, I probably wouldnt survive any of that if I put them in, that place really scares me and the doctor is even more He was wearing glasses and his shoes were dirty, who goes to a clinic like that, no one!!!! …Ah!!!! The truth is that when I read the comments I was a little scared because of the horrors they said but the truth is that the treatment was super good and I didnt find out anything about the process everything was very fast and the girls there were super kind to me and treated me brilliant.
