All of the nurses and doctors are very kind and helpful. I recently went through a very hard experience and they were there to support me when I needed them at any time. I trust their advice and feel comfortable in gynecology appointments since most of the staff are women. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

On short notice I came to this office seeking help/second opinion for a procedure I needed. The three ladies in the office were compassionate, welcoming, helpful, and informative. I’ve been so stressed dealing with everything I have going on and today I finally felt relief knowing there was a staff and doctor I can trust .

My experience at Women & Teen has been absolutely amazing. The staff and Drs.are so knowledgeable and caring. The office is super clean, and I feel very taken care of when I go. I feel like family when Im there, I highly recommend W&T

False information posted on Google Maps, on their website and with my Florida Blue Healthcare. It states that its open on the weekends but they arent.... Thanks again for misleading me.I had to come back and add that if you take a look at the rest of the reviews, their management team doesnt even try to rectify any situation; its seems as though they are essentially saying sucks you had a bad experience with us, Bye!

AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COST. My daughter had an IUD placed, few days later she started experiencing severe pain and heavy blood clots the clinic dismissed it as normal, they finally took her in four days later to find that the IUD just slipped out it was placed incorrectly by Dr. Torres four days later she’s in the hospital for an infection and her left ovarian tube. This clinic should be reported and shut down. Sure they’re quick to take in walk ins to kill babies but for actual women’s health this is not the place to receive professional care. Not to mention they don’t even call you to set up appointments to discuss your testing results and ultra sound results when clearly there are complications. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I have gone to this office twice now and the service was absolutely fantastic. The ladies working here are so kind, supportive, and happy to answer all your questions. I felt really comfortable here.

I had to leave a review .. very professional.. the dr saw me and was able to help me with my needs .. I’m afraid of needles and the girl who did my bloodwork was sweet and funny and made me comfortable and relaxed.. the front desk lady was super friendly welcomed me as a new patient.. just my overall experience was great i dont know how else to really explain it.. This place is horrible apart from them not being very friendly/understanding. I’ve noticed they take people quick for abortions, but anything else you’ll be waiting a while as I went in for an std test. As I was waiting in the room I had my vape in my hand out of habit, Dr Torres came in implying I was smoking in the room and that it wasn’t allowed. Yes I shouldn’t have had it out but I was in fact not vaping and told her many times, she kept trying to little girl me and gaslight that I was because she “ smelled “ it. Aside from that she was very cold and not caring whatsoever and that’s usually the case with every obgyn here in Miami, they start getting less empathetic after working in the field for so long.After I was done with the test, they didn’t say anything else so I assumed to go to the front desk asking the girl if that was all and with an attitude she said “ yeah you can get out of here “.

Worst place ever. I had so much going wrong during my pregnancy & my doctor never mentioned any problems to me. I had preeclampsia & I went to see my doctor & she didn’t show any type of care & disregarded my problems.You guys definitely had me as a patient in 2021 & 2022. That’s crazy you lie about not having me as a patient.

Lack of urgency, unaccomodating. Staff seems overworked. I left after waiting over an hour past my appointment time. They also lack compassion and empathy towards irrate customers waiting longer than expected. People have other things to do with their time. Hire another OB, please. Dr. Torres can’t do it by herself and has tried to for years.

The doctor that was there before he passed away, he was my doctor he was amazing and very kind another female ob GYN was also very nice the staff in the front not so much. There rude over the phone, and have attitudes for no apparent reason. But when there in good moods they are polite and thats very appreciated.

Dr. Torres and the rest of the staff are extremely caring. I highly recommend them!

Never had an issue with the front desk or checking in but the ob dr.torres needs a reevaluation as a medical provider. She can make conversations very uncomfortable and unprofessional. For someone that needs to put their medical needs in her hands she is very discomforting. She threatens to close charts and not see you. I would rather wait at a hospital for 7 hours than be in this office.

Worse doctors office ever !!!!!! They have you sit in the waiting room for the longest and then the medical assistants they have DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DRAW BLOOD ! Then the doctor does not make it any better because she makes excuses for the poor work and then they also charge for paperwork and do not document the paperwork correctly !!!! Today is the last day I ever see this clinic. I started seeing Dr. Torres for my annual check up in 2014 and the auto refills of my birth control pills. On my third year, she down played a very serious and potentially fatal result. Luckily, her two bosses walked in during a follow up appointment and they were the ones to inform me of the seriousness. That’s when I started seeing Dr. David. He saved my life. Two years later, he delivered my son and saved both of our lives as I stopped breathing during labor and delivery. Two hours to stabilize me post partum. Unfortunately, Dr. David Aguilar passed away last year and I had no other choice, due to lack of time to start somewhere else, but yo go see Dr. Torres. She messed up my birth control prescription which I use solely for the purpose to regulate my menstrual cycle. She didn’t fix the problem with the pharmacy. Then they called the wrong number. When I followed up, she wanted to see me and didn’t want to say what results were stating. She stated I had an STD, which is a lie because I’ve been abstinent for 5 years. But by that appointment, February 21, 2023, I had been menstruating for 31 days. She prescribed meds for that and antibiotics. Before I took the antibiotic, I went to another doctor that day and they stated that they found no such bacteria or STD. Today, I called to inform them that I’m still bleeding and Dr. Torres simply said to go somewhere else or the hospital.They said she’s the only doctor that sees patients now.If you care about your life… do not go to this clinic because the same doctor that performs the abortions, the same doctor that does not know that testosterone in women is called progesterone, the same doctor that thinks most everything can be solved with an antibiotic, is the same doctor that you’re supposed to trust as a woman and as a mom.This doctor is an idiot. And by the way, I’ve been a middle school science teacher and know more than Dr. Torres about hormones and medicine.She should lose her license at this point.

Ive been a patient of this office since 2013 and have had all my prenatal check ups done here. I always have a pleasant experience with staff and doctors. The facility is very clean and welcoming. As constructive feedback I do wish wait times were MUCH shorter. Ive experienced waiting hours to be seen by a doctor and after finally getting called waiting another hour before Dr. attends to me. Other than extended wait times I have no other concerns.

Horrible! I cant give zero stars, but thats what they deserve. Front desk are very uniformed and incompetent , the girl called Lizbeth does not have the bare minimum knowledge of her job let alone customer care, all she says is I dont know, thats your problem. Her manager, Lora Arroyo is not capacitated to either train or handle situations as she just repeats what the front desk girl says. The other employees told patients they always have the same issues with patients complaining over the same thing every day. They had me wait hours to tell me they couldnt see me because my insurance, which out of common sense you could tell they were incorrect but still turned me away out of laziness, so they wouldnt have to do their job. I dont understand how this people still operating like this, if this is how they handle the administrative part of their business, I wonder how would their medical part will be handled, theyll probably mix results or perforate your ovaries, Im glad I wasnt actually seen.

Every appointment i have at this place I’m there for hours lingering ! Today i had a appointment and the lady asked the patient before me do we have Medicare . Like why would i? I’m not over 65 nor am i disabled ! Neither was the girl . She told me she has to call my insurance to verify . I had the first appointment of the day which the doctor set herself because the previous complaint ! I got there 8:30 the office opens at 9am and the staff came in around 9:10. They called two patients before me. And i was there before them. The rude lady at the front desk tells me about this insurance issue and the denial of my previous claim was gonna delay my appointment . I was there 2 weeks ago this matter should’ve been handled why wait until i drive across town to tell me this on the day of my appointment . She was very rude ! Insurance verification should be done prior to appointments ! Billing matters should be handle before appointments not last minute things ! I’ll never go back to this place in between the long appointment time and the rude staff it’s horrible and the doctor is actually nice ! Sucks her staff will continue to tarnish her establishment

Dr Torres is horrible very sarcastic very rude.the office was very unhygienic I saw pubic hair all over the floor!! and when I called her she had the audacity to hang up on me so I already reported her to Humana she doesnt even deserve the one star

I can’t believe these bad reviews are on here about this clinic. This clinic offers the best care and service to all women. I love the staff, and doctors. Ladies it’s all confidential and safe. So thankful for the service you offer!!

Do not go to this Office.At first this office was pretty decent.I have been a patient to this office for a couple of years.I admit that I have continued to go for the convenient location.The office that handles the paper work and scheduling is a joke.They are very unprofessional. There is one girl that is decent but because they dont tell you their names I cant really speak on her. The rest of the girls in this office are trash. I have had to call several times to get assistance because they leave you on a hold that is out of this world.They refuse to send you results to your email. You have to go in, be charged, then get your results.They have given me the wrong IUD before.I was suppose to have the Copper IUD. They put the mirena instead.I was going through all sorts of weird and uncomfortable body changes and then I received a call from Dr. Torres telling me to come in because a mistake was made.This is a terrible office. Do yourself a favor and pass this place right on by.

Friday June 9th, I was appalled to hear this news from a very dear friend of mine, so much that I felt I had to write this review, I am highly upset and disgusted with the news I heard my friend was treated with at this WOMENS and Teen health facility. This is supposed to be a welcoming abortion clinic for women but she was treated with such discomfit. Dr.Torres has to be one of the WORST doctors in her field and should put her skills elsewhere, she shouldn’t work at an ABORTION clinic if she is undeniably pro-life, my friend went in that morning for a pregnancy she’s was unsure about keeping and after blatantly informing Dr. Torres of that, she proceed to let my friend hear the babies heart beat. NOT OKAY. She then told my friend if she didn’t want to be pregnant she should’ve got on birth control or used protection. AGAIN NOT OKAY. Not only this but she felt the need to let my friend know if she keeps the baby she’ll have to find another doctor to deliver it because she wouldn’t do it?!?!? Who says that?!?! This pestering and immature behavior (from a doctor who should be more careful considering where she works) is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE

This place is definitely a NO GO.If the staff is cold & nonchalant I can only imagine what the doctor is like? I didn’t even get to meet the doctor because I was so disgusted by the ghetto mentality that the staff had. I literally never felt so uncomfortable in my life especially during a vulnerable moment, I regret stepping foot into this place.Planned parent hood is a better option.I did not write this review under my actual name but I was there on Thursday at 9am ...The reviews on yelp seem more legit than on google FYI.

I went in for a the medical pill and from beginning to end I had a great experience. Front desk was nice and my medical assistant ( Irma ) was phenomenal ! She made me feel calm and comfortable and explained everything in detail. Awesome Team !

I really love this clinic and love my doctor. The staff is very friendly and supportive. I will come back if i get prego again. I was not aware of what the previous poster is saying and if she is talking about the girl in the front or a doctor. I have had a good experience here overall.

Avoid this place at all costs! I highly suggest ladies if you have health insurance, go over your plan to know what are your financial responsibilities. The fair skin Spanish receptionist charged me $40 specialist copay for a pap smear visit. My insurance clearly states I do not have to pay for doctor visit. I spoke to the Indian doctor, she told me that they are a specialist. Ive been coming to this clinic for almost 10 years for my pap smear and never paid a copay, let alone a specialist copay. I contact my insurance and they in fact confirmed I wasnt suppose to. I received my statement and took it to W&T for the officer manager (Spanish) to lied bold in my face they did not receive the check from my insurance so they cannot refund me. On the statement it shows when they sent the claim, when my insurance processed it, and when the check was sent off. I immediately called my insurance to be told they are lying and that it shows in their system the check was sent and cash. My insurance representative contacted W&T for the rude receptionist to lie to her that the office manager was not in, which is a lie because I spoke to her. From their hesitant behavior of trying to locate my file and lie that the insurance never sent them a check tells me this is something they are used to doing and Im just the first person to know what my plan covers and what I am responsible for and to challenge their dishonesty. I will be pursuing legal actions if I am not refunded my money. To some, $40 is nothing but it is the principle. And the fact they lied in my face when the insurance statement shows I do not owe the facility any money and they received their check. If this clinic is dishonest when it comes to this, I can imagine what other dishonest acts they have done. For all we know, they could lie to us about our health conditions just so we can come back and they can charge our insurance. Few years back, you didnt have to come in for your results if they did not call you. If its negative, no need to come. Now they are making you come in so you pay the copay and they send a highly overpriced claim to your insurance.

I have been going to women and teens for years and have always had a pleasant experience. The doctors are amazing and knowledgeable and have always treated me with respect. They are board certified doctors that I can trust. The MAs always have a smile on their faces and are very professional. The staff has always made me feel comfortable. Women and Teens is the perfect place to go whether youre pregnant, need a Pap smear, or any other women health issue. Highly recommended!

The staff was insensitive and rude. I expect when I am going somewhere to make the hardest decision of my life that the doctor would take the time to answer questions. The doctor made me feel rushed and was not sensitive to the fact that I wanted to know more information. The place was filthy with loose hair and dirt on the ground. Also, if you make an appointment online , no one tells you that you need to show up way before your appointment for certain services. They would not honor services for a 330 appointment if you do not get there before 3 pm.

Dr. David Agorvor is amazing and I actually following him after he left North Shores Hospital plus my previous doctor at Jessie Trice said I was not going to have my first born when I met him he was so reliable, encourages, generous, make me confident even when I was very scared on giving birth, he’s a caring person who admitted his patients. I had a second chance for him to be my OB 👨🏽‍⚕️ again for my son birth which I couldn’t trust anyone else so I thank God for everyone that I met on this office because they are wonderful, caring and loving people. I enjoyed to go there. The other doctor is nice except I don’t like any women to touch me so I don’t like or allowed the lady doctor to come near me because of my previous experiences even though I’m a women but I feel she always on her bad mood whenever I see her so I rather wait for Dr. David Agorvor because I can’t stand her mood😆 therefore it’s just my opinions so don’t judged me after that I appreciated all of them.

I don’t typically write reviews but i have to in this occasion. I am actually pretty livid at my experience there recently.i went in for an appointment, everything was fine.i had a follow up appointment, i was told call about 3 days before to confirm if you still need to come in or if the doctor deems it unnecessary. ok i call i’m told i have to come in and see the Doctor, i confirm my appointment. the receptionist, older light skinned hispanic with dark hair has absolutely no manners and starts with the nastiest attitude. i have worked as a receptionist for many different locations, the basic job description is to be welcoming and greet guest/patients amicably, she lacks all of it.my follow up appointment is at 9:15 am i arrive at 9 am i’m not attended by the receptionist until 9:30.when i arrived at the window there’s no pen, i ask for one she gives me a distasteful look while pointing its “right there”, right there means it’s attached to the clipboard but i have to reach for it while she tells her coworker that she needs to make an appointment for her child bc of some rash, picks up the phone and makes an outward call while i’m still standing there. to me that’s extremely rude.i wait another couple minutes before being called so i could be charged and finally at 9:40 i am in the room. why was i there for 40 min in the early morning for the supposed first appointment?? when the doctor comes in she ask me what i wanted to discuss which is where my confusion and annoyance really kicked in. I did NOT have to come, who ever and i am upset i didn’t catch her name when i spoke to her on the phone to confirm the appointment got the information wrong.HOW DO YOU GIVE THE WRONG INFORMATION. i called on a thursday, my appointment was the following tuesday. I spend A WHOLE WEEKEND stressed about what could be wrong with me while there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. you are in the medical field and you messed up. imagine if it was something life threatening?Allow me to recap, i took the morning off from work UNPAID to spend an hour in the office for an appointment i did NOT have to be at.the office staff is trash. there no other way to explain it but simply TRASH.the doctor, Dr. Anabis Torres is wonderful. Super patient and understanding. the rest of her office staff needs to be fired.i was given a refund, which the extremely rude receptionist took 10 whole minutes to make happen. refunds take less then a minute to make happen, it’s simply entering the card again into the reader, enter the transaction number and canceling it. she actually made me sit down and wait from 9:40 to 9:50. on top of everything she called the patient that followed after my appointment to begin her intake process. no you already had me in this office for no particular reason and you want me to wait another 10 min to be given a refund?? are you ok???Literally the absolute worst office i have ever been to. Specifically with the receptionist ugly attitude.

I normally dont leave reviews but I am hoping to save someone the stress of having to deal with this place. It is the worst place for prenatal care or anything else. The front desk staff are literally a waste of space. They are uneducated and unprofessional to the utmost level. Only go to this place if you wish to have your appointments cancelled without them informing you, or if you want to waste over 3 hours to see the doctor. The coffee machine are filthy, just look under it and see. The only reason I have put up with this place is because the doctor is ok but if he hires a staff like that, you have to second guess his judgement. Save yourself the stress and find a decent doctors office from the get-go so you wont have to end up switching doctors in the third trimester.

Great customer service, reasonable price if not insured, most of all Dr. Lans was the BEST ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL GYN Physician; very professional and has a great sense of humor. All the Medical Assistants are super respectful and very professional as well. The atmosphere of this clinic makes you feel very comfortable, you wont regret it.

Dr. B was the best!!!!! after he left this place became the worst in south Florida. The staffs are soo rude. This girl in front desk think she owns the place and acting so rude all the time.. thank God there’s another clinic a block down from them.

I had absolutely the best experience with Dr. Agorvor! I have never felt so comfortable with any other obgyn. He really took his time to answer all my questions, and even before I went into the exam room my husband and I were sitting in the waiting room and he walked passed us and said hello! I’ve never experienced any other doctor acknowledging you when you aren’t in the exam room. I am thrilled that I found him, and will be happy to return in the future. I highly recommend Dr. Agorvor!

Coming to the office is always a pleasure. The staff is super pleasant and helpful, the doctors are super informative and they are always accommodating .I never have a problem getting an appointment and if I leave a message I always get a speedy response.I would recommend this office to a friend or family member.

This is a place that claims to provide great care to women and teens. How can anyone feel comfortable walking into a place where the staff is rude, nonchalant, and belittling. When calling the appointment line, either the phone is picked up and hung up or no one answers, leaving the phone ringing endlessly in your ear. Check-in is an even bigger disaster. The staff there to greet the clients are very unpleasant. Kept us waiting more than 5 minutes at the sign in window, while on a personal call and then when she was done proceeded to speak to us as if we lacked education and/or resources. The most uncomfortable Ive ever felt at an establishment. The body language, facial expressions, and level of communication was extremely distasteful. The lack of professionalism in this establishment was unbelievable. The staff would benefit gravely from customer service and professionalism training.

I was a little nervous because of the reviews! The ladies were not rude they were definitely about working and getting you in and out! I like that! Dr. Torres is so nice! I had a great experience!

Its exstreemely slow service! You book an appointment and 2 hours! What the point to make it? The worst medical clinic in all my life! Shame on you dear owner/manager/ director! And the good side of this clinic is a professional service, go there is you have plenty of time to wait. I was happy with my surgical procedure.

I don’t understand why this place has so many bad reviews when the place is very good, clean and safe.I had a great experience with all of the staff and all of the medical procedures. They gave me the necessary medication for pain and also antibiotics to do a safe abortion as well as an ultrasound after the process to check that everything came out good without an extra fee as common in another clinics like these. Highly recommend.

It honestly felt like one step up from an underground abortion “doctor “. I came here for an abortion. They do not provide you with the pills you need to not be in excruciating pain. I had trouble walking and the cramps were unbearable. Although I went for my follow up and they told me everything went fine I ended up having complications so serious I ended up in the hospital. It’s almost a month now after my procedure. I’m still bleeding and cramping I have doctors appointments lined up to figure out what’s going on. At the follow up appointment I was spoken to like me needing an abortion was so irresponsible, she was very judgmental and belittling. It’s almost like they don’t support abortions so they make the process as painful and uncomfortable as possible. Any teen or women should really avoid this place.

This clinic is by far the best place Ive ever been too!! All the staff is super polite and cool. I went there for my 2nd (2013) and 3rd (2015) pregnancies and my doctor was Dr. David Agorvor. He was the doctor that assisted me in the labor of both my 2nd and 3rd pregnancy at the hospital. He is the best OBGYN Ive ever had!!

After having a positive pregnancy test having vaginal bleeding I was recommended by the ER to visit a gynecologist for follow up. As soon as I walked into this Health Care Center, the receptionist was on her phone. There was no form of greeting or acknowledgement, I asked her if I just sign in or do I need to fill out anyting. She seemed bothered that I was there and everyone else after me. Later they put me in a room to have a ultrasound, naked from the waist down for an hour and a half. I put my clothes back on and step outside and asked if anyone was coming in to assist me. The doctor on the other hand was very nice and polite. He prescribed me some medication and asked to have some blood work done. The girl doing my blood work was very unprofessional and ghetto, she could not gather the blood work could not find my veins and send me to a lab. I went to CVS to get my medication and it turns out that it was not sent correctly I spend an hour and 45 minutes at CVS waiting for the doctor to send my medication over. I called the doctors office several times being hung up on. Natalie assured me that someone would call me back she refused to put the doctor on the phone and then told me that I would not get my medication because I was pregnant which made no sense because I was having a miscarriage. And the doctor himself prescribe me the medication. She was laughing, I told her it was not funny and I was going to write a review. Customer service is horrible!! Unprofessional, careless, nonchalant and ghetto. I was very concerned about my health and was wanting to know what was going on that I totally forgot to look at the reviews. Neveragain, I learn my lesson coming here. Dr. Braithwaite, you need to reevaluate your staff or train them better. I WAS your patient Ivette Gonzalez, just incase someone replies that am not, like other reviews I seen.

Its ok... They dont seem too educated about their profession.If u make sumone fill out a form and the form asks When was your last period if your last period date says 3 months from today wouldnt a knowledgeable doctor question that? Ask why your period is so late or give u a pregnancy test. They dont care ! They take down information and dont even read it. Plus the system of putting your cup in the window is confusing... No labels on the cup or nothing. I dont even remember putting my name on a cup ... I just peed and put a the cup on theyre desk ...im pretty sure they never even tested my pee super unprofessional wish i never went here .

My appt before this past one i sat in the waiting room for over an hour while the dr was on his cell phone and talking to a sales rep. I was on my lunch break and told them repeatedly and was having an emergency. They then tried to ell me the dr had to leavee for delivery and couldnt see me... not only did i pay an 80.00 copay and wait over an hour but i needed to be seen that day. After arguing with them he agreed to see me and sat in the room on his phone...was awful. Today i went in for a procedure and they tried to charge me for an office visit AND a procedural visit. I work in a medical office and this is not right. They want to bill me for 2 appts in the same day. Their excuse was the dr had to talk to me before the procedure.... are you kidding me. I got my results and left i will never go back They dont care about you and they did not care i left. Do not waste your time going here....

I’ve been here twice in the past two years, amazing staff, my last visit with the OB/GYN I can’t remember her name but she was amazing, such a caring person.

Ive flew in from the Caymans, I had a procedure done. They are non judgemental and supportive. Im now going back a second time. The staff were nice at the time back in 2017 not sure how itll be this trip around. But the process of my procedure was quick and fast and Ive recovered without any issues.

Stay far away from this place! If you have no money they will NOT treat you. The staff does not care about your wellbeing. The staff is unprofessional! There was ONE nice associate and due to their horrible office policies she could no help much. I would NOT recommend this place for ANY type of medical care!

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Went to accompany my wife and they had us waiting hours and forgot we were there. When we approached them to ask them , they hadn’t checked us in, they were chatting and were extremely rude when we asked them why we were waiting so long. No one knows what they are doing, everyone around was complaining about the same thing. We will never be coming back here. Stay away!

The ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!The service and lack of knowledge from the administration is completely terrible. The Spanish lady at the desk spoke to me as if I was stupid and the manager passed her personal opinion on files only a doctor can comprehend just to make me pay $850. I went in 3 times only for them to tell me something different each time.Good luck to anyone going there!

Worst service ever!!!!I have my appointment at 1pm for my first ultrasound after 2 hours and half of waiting i get out so upset and really disappointed about this place and the staff (specially the manager). Bad service we paid $250 for an old system ultra sound that they use to have maybe in the 80s and of course without any picture .... the manager told us that she runs out of paper!! And of course no refund nothing just for answer :you not happy ok ...sorry!!

The clinic is nice, I love that they have snacks in the waiting area. My wait is never long, because I always try to be the first patient seen. But Ive had bad experiences here, and this is why Ive chosen another obgyn. Usually doctors are suppose to check the heartbeat of the fetus at every appt, but here he didnt. I was puzzled when I was given a later due date. When I asked why, he told me that the fetus was measuring differently. Two weeks later, I found I miscarried. I was 10 weeks, but it was measuring 8 weeks with no heartbeat.I always give businesses a second chance, so a year later I was pregnant again. And I decided that I would come back, I was giving them the benefit over the doubt. I booked my first appt, and it was confirmed. I took the day off from work and I was ready to go. I arrived early (as always) after 10 minutes, a nurse from the wellness clinic asked me if I had an appt with the obgyn. I explained to her that I did, and it was booked the previous week. The nurse looked at me confused, and told me that the obgyn clinic will be closed for all of that week due to technical issued.And that was the last time I walked into Women & Teens Healthcare. The lack of professionalism, keeps me away.

My first visit to the office was wonderful, but i want back for something similiar, just with different symptoms, and it was nothing like the first visit. the doctor, i believed her name was arch or ash something, just came an talked about what she cant do for a hundred dollars. I wanted to punch her in the face,(being I paid out of pocket) I was very disappointed and I didnt get pep, just talk. and she asked if I can come back for some sort ultrasound which is 275$ more dollars, I explained that it was kind of expensive and didnt know when or if I will return,and she stated ( like most doctors do) I dont know the cost of procedures for the patients, the financial dep. can explain that...RIGHT..I wasnt born yesterday lady. Im not asking for a hand out, some doctors would atleast try to help and not just tell you what they cant do, I wish the first doctor was there,he was very understanding. so ladies if you have to pay out of pocket, find the best ob/gyn, this one wasnt

Dont ever go there for an annual! The staff is terrible when it comes to customer service. I had to remind them that I wanted blood work done after I had seen the doctor. I dont even trust the results from this place. The girl didnt even put my name on the tube until I told her.

I ABSOLUTLY LOVE WOMEN & HEALTHCARE!!!the staff is amazing!!! the facility is neat, clean, and warm!but most of all my gynecologist Dr, Clone Lans is simply the best!! he is friendly, informative and most of all you can tell he loves what he does and go above and beyond to make sure youre ok, what ever the concern he makes sure he provide the best accurate information!!JOB WELL DONE!!

You will have the best experience at this clinic, it’s very comfortable. The nurses are the nicest and don’t judge you. They actually care about you and make sure you have the best & comfortable experience.

I highly recommend this clinic the staff are very professional and nice. My waiting time was very short and the clinic is very clean. Dr.Agorvor is great with his patients and attentive and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a check up.

Are these nurses Speedy Gonzalez ??? They love being in rush, to get you out their office providing bad customer service, not even time to explain instruction to patients. Disgusting.

Was not attended until hours afterwards and at one point a nurse came into the room I was waiting in to get supplies and didn’t say anything. The doctor was rushed like every other robot doctor in the country. Business is business 👩‍💼.

The doctor is so irresponsable we have to wait for him for more than 3 hours, and the nurses are always with a ugly mad face, its look like if they all are working for free! They dont even have a good space for the recovery area.

Horrible. One MA, Johangelie is a discusting look. I referred many of my friends to woman and teens. No more. And Im spreading the word to everyone Ive referred and to whom they referred. Rumor about her on a personal note is that she was having sex with patients spouses,cheated and left her husband. After a personal investigation, I learned she is now keeping his children from him. Having numerous affairs and endangering the life of their three children.Women and teens have been in support using domestic violence as an excuse with no proof. I saw Johangelie today and it changed my perception of Women and teens. They were the best who chose the best. I will warm anyone who listens. You cant trust someone with a life who cares less about life itself. And also,did a little more digging and found out Ms Johangelie was getting paid under the table during the beginning of employment,the IRS should be notified. Its against the law.

Worse place ever . Went there and the first reception area was rude for no reason. and the other reception area didn’t even acknowledged me. I didn’t even go to my appointment i just left . Save time and go somewhere else because this place is not worth it.

I regret coming here, your appointment may be at 11 am you don’t see someone for hours. The staff don’t know what they doing and one of them think they are a doctor give you wrong information which is unprofessional .

Worst obgyn experience ever , information never accurate , doctor never available to assist you , nurses not attentive and not good at doing blood work . Long waits and very bad communication skills.

I should have listened to the reviews ... Worst place ever... like seriously, unprofessional, , ghetto and have you wait about 30 mins after your appointment time to call you even if your 10mins early. .never going here and dont recommend.

I do not recommend this place, long waits and i am surprised that i had to pay extra for lab tests and for a second appointment to get my results and another extra fee when with my previews doctor with the same insurance i would not pay anything extra not even for lab or other appointments.

Wow!!!!! This place gets nasty! Hangs up In your face! Says one thing another hospital says another I traveled a hour there and I get terrible nasty service will never be back! Go at your own risk!

If I could give them no stars I would I came in here to get an abortion done and the front Dess person was super nice the nurse who helped do my ultrasound was super nice but the doctor and the procedure was life-changing I felt every pain and I paid an extra $75 for anesthesia so I wouldn’t feel the pain I also paid 150 for ultrasound and end up paying 250 for the abortion this was the worst feeling of my entire life find somewhere Where they actually care if you get the proper anesthesia so that you won’t feel any pain

I love the clinic,from the doctor to reception lady, they were so kind and finished everything in one hour.

The wait is ridiculously long and sadly, even when the staff is asked about this, they do not apologize and act like this is simply their protocol...to double book patients and disrespect their time on a consistent basis.

Horrible place wasnt given antibiotics after procedure no follow up given and after 17 months my iud was defective when i called they told me i had to pay 200$ cash to remove my iud when i used my insurance to do it and it was no care or understanding at all with the situation never again

Those people treat patients bad i would not recommend people to go there i have to reschedule an appointment 3 times for a visit every time i went they said they Doctor has an emergency he gone for the day my thing is why they couldnt call people who have appointments ahead of time to tell them not to come in

They are not professionals. They made me wait and spend money on tests and in the end told me that there were no doctors who could treat me! Thats why I dont recommend it, but the staff at this place are very friendly and attentive!

I do not recommend this place. The attention is very bad. They have no feeling to attend to. And you have to wait during the morning for a doctor to arrive, because they are not there. They are not professionals.

THE SERVICE IS COMPLETELY GREAT, THE PLACE IS CLEAN AND VERY PUNCTUAL WITH APPOINTMENTS, I RECOMMEND IT 100%
