The rep that “helped” was pushy and condescending. Possibly she was having a bad day. I was expecting the process to be routine, however she made it a bit overwhelming.

I have never had a fingerprint based background check done before. I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect and of course I goofed something up. My first time coming to wellness mart today & Cheryl was amazing!! I walked in 10min before my appt and was helped right away along with the other 2 women. She was very professional, fast and explained everything as she was doing it.

It was such a pleasure to go there and talk with the nurse. She was very friendly and easy-going! If I ever need my finger prints done again, I will make sure I go there.

The staff member that did my fingerprints was so nice and efficient. It was way better and faster experience than my first time. I will say I got lost trying to find it. Go up the hill next to pick and save and you’ll see it on the right hand shopping center.

If I was allowed to give this place no stars I would. The receptionist was very rude and unconcerned with doing her actual job. She was very rough during my appointment which resulted in soreness of my palms. Please continue with another WellnessMart

The facility has everything you need. They provide a broad range of tests from cpr classes and physical exams, to drug screenings and blood tests. Staff is super friendly and they get you in and out without delay. Highly recommend!!!!

Fast, easy, friendly service. Note: map apps will take you to the wrong place. It’s actually on the backside of pick and save, up the hill on the side of their parking lot!
