Always a wonderful experience with Dr. Farag. I am amazed that she always remembers everyone, every detail and makes you feel special. The office always runs on-time, no waiting. She answers all questions, takes as much time needed to make you feel listened to and understood. And shes an amazing doctor. I cant recommend Dr. Farag enough.

Dr. Farag is so warm and helpful. Front desk staff is wonderful. When I walked in, the waiting room was relaxing and put me at ease. It felt like a spa, more than a doctors waiting area.My exam was smooth, and the doctor really listened to me and answered my questions. I highly recommend you see her. Especially if the thought of going to a gynecologist scares you, she will put you right at ease.

I had the absolute BEST experience with Dr. Farag. I have already recommended her to family and friends. She was incredibly thorough and made sure I understood everything she was discussing with me. She discovered something on a surgery summary I had sent over that the staff at the hospital NEVER discussed with me. I finally have so many answers and I feel so incredibly thankful that I found a doctor I can trust. I have seen many OBGYN doctors and disliked all of them until now. Dr. Farag made me feel seen, heard, and comfortable!

I can never get a hold of the office or be allowed to leave a message.I also received a huge balance for a regular OB appointment. Double check they are within your network. They will not let you know and then surprise you with an $800 bill. They used to be in my network, but then changed.I’m still trying to get a hold of them for a copy of my records and have had no luck.

Dr. Farag is wonderful. She spends quality time with me, answers all my questions and looks out for my overall health needs. It is rare to find both a compassionate and extremely knowledgeable doctor. I cant recommend her enough!

My first experience with DR. Farag and her entire staff and nurses was fantastic. Everyone was very cordial. I was seen right on time. Dr Farag spent a great amount of time with me, thoroughly Listening and explaining things. She was very warm and friendly. I am so very happy to be under her care.

Dr farag has been my OB/GYN for 10 + years . She delivered all 3 of my kids and I wouldn’t put my trust in anyone else . She is caring , understanding and really gives you that relief of just knowing you are in the right care . I love her ! I would recommend her to everyone and anyone .

Dr. Heba Farag is the most professional and caring physician I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Dr. Farag is warm and friendly while providing the best care. She takes the time to listen and share information. The office is warm and inviting, as are the entire staff. The office is clean and well appointed. It is always a pleasure to visit her office and I highly recommend Dr Farag.

Dr. Farag has done a wonderful job of guiding me through both a routine mammogram and a not so routine result that made it necessary to have a breast biopsy and afterward a consultation with a breast surgeon.. At first I was frightened about what all this might mean but Dr. Farag was so encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable each step of the way that I was finally able to relax and get the job done. It wasnt easy but really , really a lot easier knowing Dr. Farag was always there in my corner ready to answer any question, help understand any concern . Dr. Farag is a wonderful doctor and count myself very fortunate and thankful to be her patient!

Being a patient of Dr. Farags feels like being part of an extended family . No matter what day and time I arrive for an appointment I have always been welcomed warmly and put at ease. I know when I go there is business that needs to be attended to but there always seems to be time to catch up on what everyone is doing too. Dr. Farag and her staff show a great attention to detail . It is easy for me to forget what tests I should be taking and when but when I visit they have all of that covered which is really a relief. Dr. Farag and her staff show their caring dedication to the health of their patients in every aspect of Dr. Farags practice and I am extremely grateful for the excellent care I receive there!

Dr.Farag is by far the BEST physician I’ve had the pleasure of being seen by within the entire Orange County area. She is not only EXTREMELY knowledgeable, Dr.Farag has the most incredible bed side manner. She always gives me all the time that I need, never rushes us out of the office, and has always provided me the answers that I seek. I can’t recommend her enough. Dr.Farag is THE absolute top when it comes to providing care.

Dr. Farag was kind, patient, and truly caring. And eventhough Im sure I didnt say much or even half of what I meant to say, I still felt heard. She didnt rush me. Instead, she asked me questions and did an excellent job at explaining my condition far better than it was before. Dr. Farag was never condescending toward me. And she didnt dismiss any of my symptoms. I cant tell you how much I appreciate that. I also appreciate the fact that she spoke with me, rather than at me. I am incredibly shy and become extremely nervous when visiting the doctor. But she was able to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. And I know thats definitely not an easy task with me. So thank you so much. Im truly grateful. This was a far better experience for me.

Dr. Farag is a thorough, health care professional, and caring provider who has worked diligently to provide each patient with care tailored for their unique conditions. Her passion to solve patient’s problems is unrelenting and with that comes sincerity of best practices policies.

Dr. Heba and her staff is always friendly and welcoming! The office is comfortable and clean. I love that it’s a small office you never have a long wait and Dr. Heba Farag always gives you her full attention and takes her time with you. I highly recommend her.

Farag successfully delivered my 2nd child and is very good at her practice. That being said, I felt more like a number than a person. Almost every visit consisted of an impersonable spiel as well as an attempt to sell you a product, whether it be new powdered sunscreen or the latest facial treatment or a name-brand birth control. When I go in for prenatal appointments I want to feel taken care of and like the Dr. is actually interested in myself and the baby rather than checking me off her list and moving me out the door. Unfortunately that is not the case in her office. Again, she is very good at safely and effectively delivering babies, but I do not recommend her bedside manner.

Dr. Farag is extremely thorough. She spends ample time with her patients to ensure they understand their health needs and treatment plan.

Dr. Farag and her staff are amazing!! Dr. Farag is caring, considerate, and goes above and beyond all of the time. I completely trust and appreciate her.

This office is only open 2 1/2 days per week. Impossible to get a hold of them. For a simple routine pap I had to come back twice, because Dr. Farag couldnt do it right the first time. And I got charged $330 for each visit, total $660 for routine pap smear! The whole time she was trying to sell her cosmetic services. I would not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Farag spent time with me explaining my condition. She helped me get comfortable for procedures. She is kind and seems to love helping patients.

Dr. Farag and her staff are wonderful. I was taken in on time and seen quickly. Dr. Farag was kind and thorough and straightforward. On top of that, the office is easy to get to, and parking is great. 😊

I dont recommend going here for any reason, unless you have amazing insurance. This place new what kind of insurance I had and they billed me for unnecessary things I didnt need or ask for. They never once informed me how much anything was and now Im stuck paying an outstanding bill of 722$ . All I wanted was birth control and for it to be preventative, they all were so vague and wanted money. I just recently got a call from the office telling me I have a care credit and that they charged my entire bill without my consent. I never wanted care credit thats just going to be more money in the long run. Go to this establishment if you want to pay a lot of money.

By far the worst exam and pap smear I have ever had. The office manager is a joke. I filled our personal information on their website, and had to do it again as it was not saving the information. As I was dressing to leave the doctor came in to do her sales spiel to purchase her products. Still havent heard back on pap results. Its a NO from me.

Dr Farag is compassionate and takes her time to listen. She is thorough and an expert at what she does. I have been helped in many ways by her
