Why should an appt be made because no one bothers to answer a phone for assistance. Also why isnt there no other lapcorp in Monroe. Why should be have to travel out of there way. This company needs to get it together you wouldnt even be open if it wasnt for people keeping your doors open.

I was required to have a drug test done for a new job. I needed the test done by Friday, so I attempted to call ahead twice the day before to try to make an appointment and/or confirm hours. There was no answer, and I was unable to leave a voicemail due to the box being full. I drove their on Friday just to see if I could walk-in, and despite the hours being listed as M-F, 8:30-5:00PM, they were closed. I attempted to call again, still with no answer. I tried again on Monday, with the same experience as Friday.

This place is horrible. First off, with the blood work I needed, my Dr said I had to test Friday. This says the lab is open on Friday, but they in fact are not. So I booked my appointment via the text option on Thursday because nobody would answer the phone. When I got there, I sat for 10 mins in the waiting room before anyone came to the window. When the employee did come to the window, she asked my name. Then I was told I had to have a mask on, that this is a mask-mandated facility. I kindly told her I did not have a mask with me. She very rudely said that she tells every single person when they make their appointment that they have to have a mask and she does NOT give them out. I informed her that I was not told this and that I booked my appointment via text. She said I could go to the FastMed at the end of the building and ask them for one. Well, FastMed does NOT give out masks. Myself and another patient were turned away because we were not allowed in. I would have gladly worn a mask had I known or been given one. I also paid ahead of time for my lab work in order to get the appointment. So now Im unable to get blood work and have to figure out how to get my money back.

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with ARCpoint Labs of Monroe-Wadesboro. Dr. Osahar was incredibly kind, compassionate, and patient. She took the time to go over every item on my test results...all 15 pages of them! I was blown away by her attention to detail. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a concierge practice.

While experiencing knee pain from an accident that occurred a year ago, I felt hopeless and desperate for a solution. My orthopedic surgeon couldn’t find the cause of the pain, and was apprehensive to perform a knee scope. I was considering moving forward with the scope in hopes to get an answer.After sharing my concerns about surgery with Dr. Osahar, she suggested that I try Alpha-STIM.Wilhelmina Dees has given me (3) Alpha-STIM treatments thus far, and I have less pain and swelling in my knee. The treatments have improved my quality of life, and I hope to soon be in better shape prior to my accident.Overall, my experience at ARCPoint Labs Monroe was superb. The staff actively listened to the problems I was experiencing and provided a pain management solution that’s non-invasive and drug-free.

Appt started on time. Nurse was professional and personable. Later, my prescription was ready to go as promised!

Lab is very clean. The environment is welcoming and relaxing. The employees make you feel at ease and are professional.

They got it done so fast that I should’ve left the car running. Owner is extremely hands on and a quick worker.

Tene was very helpful teaching me about all the services and health opportunities offered through ARCpoint Labs.
