Most polite professional service you will ever receive. Everyone at reception is super patient and sweet(even if you’re late for your appointment) Christina was the nicest ultrasound tech and the doctors are amazing and efficient. This is the place you want to go to receive such a delicate service. From the moment you walk in the building you feel safe and secure, which is the best feeling to have in this type of situation.

At another provider Ive been to, it required 2 visits to perform the surgery. This provider does it in one visit, which I feel that many would appreciate. There was a bit of a wait (probably because it was Saturday?) Everyone working there was nice. The anesthesiologist was very thorough when asking about my medical history. I really appreciated his bedside manner. He was gentle, soft-spoken, and made me feel really comfortable/safe before I went under. Thank you so much sir.My follow-up appointment at Princeton location was quick and thorough. The ultrasound tech and doctor were also gentle, kindly, and make me feel taken care of. I really appreciate the people working here, and the important service they provide for women during difficult/stressful times. Thank you for making a difficult situation a lot easier.

So grateful for the quick, compassionate care from all the nurses and ultrasound staff. The physician was somewhat abrupt, which was startling for someone like me who’d never been in this situation before, but I appreciated his efficiency nonetheless. The office made what could’ve been a really traumatic experience tolerable, and I left confident in having made the right decision.

I had a really nice experience at this facility. Everyone was very patient with me and understanding. I ended up having to come back for a second appointment 2 weeks later than planned. They explained everything to me and it made perfect sense medically. Two weeks later I came back and the process was quick overall, since I did the paperwork and preliminary tests during the first visit. On the day of the actual procedure I had an early morning appointment so there were not many patients. Right before the procedure I had an opportunity to speak with the anesthesiologist and ask the administrator questions. It was pleasant and I felt like a human. The ultrasound tech was also very nice. Everyone I encountered was so kind, even the security guard outside the door. When it was time to go to the OR I of course was nervous and the women taking care of me were so understanding and helpful. The anesthesiologist was very kind and gentle and I felt no pain with the IV. As I was lying there getting set up, one of the women held my hand the entire time and stroked my arm. That made a lasting impression on me. The doctor seemed kind as well though i didn’t have questions for him since I had many opportunities to ask everyone before him. I was asleep for about 10 minutes then I was brought to a recovery room to be monitored. The anesthesia wore off quickly and I was given cookies and ginger ale. And they put up with my loopy babbling which I know is a lot. Anyway, I don’t usually leave reviews but I just wanted to share this positive experience. I appreciate the availability for pain management especially in women’s healthcare and the option to have anesthesia made this a more-than-bearable experience. The only downside is that you will be there for a few hours and you are taken in and out of different rooms for the preliminary tests (which they warn you about when making the appointment). If that’s what they have to do to take care of the many patients they have, then so be it. I’m just happy that this was an available option and again the kindness shown to me by the staff made an impression. Thank you everyone.

Rarely do I make reviews but this was such a bad experience. I have never EVER had to leave a visit mid appointment until today. Dr. Garfinkel was very insensitive, condescending, and rude. I waited 2.5 hrs to be seen and when he came into the room, he did not ask if I was ready and instead barged in, slinging the door wide open. He spoke with a negative tone and when I started crying, he said “why are you crying” and the medical assistant said “it’s your tone” for which he said “yeah I can speak English”. When I spoke to another employee, she also didn’t validate my feelings, didn’t even ask me what happened, and said wow I have never had a patient complain about him. As a medical professional myself, I would never speak to my patients like that nor would I disregard their feelings. I was very upset but after reading negative reviews from other patients experiences with this doctor, I feel validated.I know everyone has bad days but the lack of empathy was absurd.EDIT: the response below is false. I did see that doctor and even spoke with the manager the same day after I left the appointment. I don’t understand the point of questioning my experience. Just another reason to avoid this place..

Going through any experience is tough. But Georgette the office manager. Made my experience a-lot easier and her compassion and kindness for patients is out standing. Excellent care

I recently visited the morristown location. every staff member was so informative and compassionate towards my care. a special shout out to the administration lady and the anesthesiologist (who’s names i forget so sorry) they made my experience so much less stressful. thank you to everyone again!! i really greatly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart

PLEASE pay attn to the negative reviews!!! Please read the entire thing it’s long but worth it. The staff is horrendous. the only times I felt comfort inside the clinic were when speaking to the MALE anesthesiologist and doctor. I had more reassurance from the security guard than I did from almost the entire staff. Before the procedure they rush you around and do not speak to you except to tell you where to go. No one asks you how you’re feeling and they seem to just be punching a clock. The sonogram tech is particularly cold.For something so emotional that most women experience grief over, you should have medical personnel that at the very least understand that this is not just a medical procedure, it is a major life event. After you’re rushed around in and out of the waiting room, you have to wait for hours and pay for services before they’re rendered. The administrator did answer my questions but I found this to be distressing personally. It was the waiting while feeling so alone that really got to me. I understand exactly why they don’t let anyone in there with you for the most part, but I felt so isolated, I wanted to have my boyfriend in there. I wish the staff understood that making patients feel this way creates more stress when you get into the OR.It was very intimidating, and the female staff was pretty much down to business like everyone else had been. The anesthesiologist noticed and even asked if everyone had been nice to me. He held my hand and made me laugh. The doctor reassured me that they would take care of me. I am grateful to them for making the scariest part of the experience bearable.After the procedure I was woken up and given snacks. I was really drowsy and barely understood for a few minutes. Papers were given to me that I barely remember getting and the nurse seemed extremely judgmental while I was struggling to understand what was going on and couldn’t move around easily. To be clear, this is because they do not give you time to recover before releasing you. The only thing good about this is that she seemed to understand I wasn’t going to remember anything and did give me notes on the business card.Following the procedure I did not want to go back to this clinic for a follow-up. be aware that if you want to go somewhere else it may be a pain. I ended up making an appointment because I couldn’t find somewhere else at the time, but as soon as they knew I hadn’t wanted to come back, the receptionist became cold and even hung up on me. I do not recommend this place at all except for the fact that they have gentle touch and anesthesia. You will have to decide if it’s worth it to you. I’m grateful for the medical innovation, but if I had know the staff would contribute heavily to the trauma I faced, I would have found another clinic with the same resources.To conclude, this place is extremely unprofessional. This is even clear in a review where they respond to an escort and state that the person they are referring to in their review has finished their procedure and is recovering in real time. Seriously, save yourselves the trauma.

Awful, just pure evil. I cannot understand how a practice that knows I’m trying to do the safe thing is so unbelievably difficult, but to top it off, Georgette was so rude to me over the phone because she is demanding I do exactly what they requested for my new office visit and I did exactly that and they are still not satisfied. I am a high risk case and clearly they have no compassion. I refuse to come here.

If there was an option to give 10 stars I would ! Every single person made this experience extremely comfortable and smooth for me . From Ashley greeting me, to the ultrasound experience being handled with care and empathy . The phlebotomist being patient and not pricking me a million times . The nurses in the surgery room made sure I was comfortable, gave me a heated blanket. The anesthesiologist was so caring and walked me through everything that was about to happen. I mean these people are heaven sent. They don’t make you feel guilt for your decisions. Even the nurse who checked my vitals at the end. I just want to say thank you ! typically an experience like this can be extremely scary and emotional . This was an experience I’d never thought I’d encounter .

The Friendliest staff ever ! They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and have all the prior knowledge necessary, in the midst of such an emotional process having an amazing staff is everything ! The Front Desk Ladies aren’t obnoxiously loud which is a plus ! And Nurse Georgette was also very informative , friendly and even went out her way to ensure my spouse that I was in good hands ! 10/10

This is by far the cleanest, friendliness, safest clinic to go to when making a difficult decision. 3 people stood out to me, the receptionist who answer so many questions when I had uncertainty. The anesthesiologist who was extremely comforting and made me feel safe. Most important Georgette who took great care of me on all levels she is an Amazing person and also does a great job keeping the place together. I appreciate all of you in this time of need. Visited the location with my girlfriend the atmosphere was friendly, clean on arrival we met the office manager Georgette she guided us into the facility and informed us step by step how the procedure would be. The doctors were great all in all it was a great experience 👍

I had an abortion 6 months ago and I cannot get over it. I went to the clinic and i was in a lot of stress. I thought we would be able to make a final decision with my husband next to me. But my husband wasn’t allowed inside (which I learned on the spot) and the woman during the ultrasound didn’t respond to any of my questions. She even threw the photos away. I was shocked and joined my husband outside the clinic. I called to say I needed more time and the receptionist told me I would loose my spot. I came back, didn’t know what to do, with my husband on the phone, I was crying. I still signed but I was never able to fully understand what I was doing. I was in shock. The next few days were the harder of my life. I almost killed myself multiple times.The worst part is that you have to come back for a follow up visit, you sign for it. I hate this place, you killed my baby, I was not informed. I hate you all.

Thankful that this option exists but wouldn’t recommend or do again if you’re past the first trimester. I had a lot of bleeding and went back for a follow up where I was told I was healing normally and given a prescription for BV. I ended up dealing with continuous spotting and two occasions of extreme vaginal bleeding which left me anemic only to find out there was still small pregnancy tissue left inside. I will not have to have another D/C to clear this out. I will never have another abortion again and have been left traumatized from the entire experience. The staff also has no bedside manners or empathy which makes the entire experience poor.

I usually never leave a review but this place deserved one. It took longer then expected to be seen and my anxiety was off the chart as I waited but the place overall made me feel very comfortable. The staff were very caring and sweet. It’s tough just being in this type of situation and they definitely made it a little better. I appreciate each and one of them and I’m glad I came here.

I wanted to share my experience from start to end. I ended up with a complete mistake pregnancy even though we used protective measures. No birth control is 100% I knew about this place from a friend who went here. The day I found out I was pregnant I called and made an appointment for the procedure. My appointment time was 8:15 was not seen until 8:50. I arrived to see protesters holding up signs many children go to die here seeing that before was not a good feeling. Overall the staff here are really nice. The security guard is such a sweet man and the anesthesiologist was the only person keeping me sane. Being a medical assistant myself and going into nursing, their MAs were lacking basic knowledge. I was stuck with a needle 3 different times with no success. I overall felt there was way too many steps in this process. I was called from the waiting room to do a urine test then told to go back outside to the waiting area to then be called for the ultrasound then to be told to go BACK out to the waiting room to be called again for unsuccessful blood test. Then I had to meet with the administrator for payment. Payment should have been dealt with at the front desk when I walked in after signing the paperwork. I finally changed into my gown and had to wait in a waiting room with other people not in gowns, I did not like this. I was taken into the OR room and the staff from here on out was excellent. The anesthesiologist I absolutely loved him. He was rubbing my arm until i fell asleep. Before I knew it I was in the recovery room and feeling NO PAIN. the recovery nurse was attentive. There were other girls recovering and I went on my way and have not had any cramping just light bleeding. Thank you for getting this procedure done in the least painful way possible.

Got a call back from this place with zero empathy, when I asked for more information the woman said go to the website. Instead of proving information she is only pressing for an appointment. I do not get why this clinic got so many positive reviews while they are so rude at the phone. It’s disrespectful to not provide information and act like it’s the most normal thing to kill a baby. And when I said I didn’t want an appointment with this clinic anymore due to the way she acted she could only say okay good luck then and bye. Rude rude rude be ashamed of yourself

Honestly could not recommend Morristown Garden State GYN more. I don’t usually write yelp reviews on doctors’ offices but since the staff was so welcoming and comforting I felt like I had to let others know about my experience. It was very easy to make an appointment and they never kept me on hold. The waiting room is very clean and comfortable, and didn’t feel like other medical offices. The front desk girls knew I was nervous and instantly made me feel at ease and got me a glass of water. As for the doctor – she was so thorough and answered all my questions, made me feel at ease, and called me right away with my results. It was an all around great experience and I’m very thankful I found them!

I would just like to say it’s very intimidating going in here especially alone but the all the nurses and doctors are super nice and comforting. They walk you through everything and everyone asks you do you have any questions just to ensure your comfortable and informed on what’s going on and believe me was I nervous but they made me feel better. I wouldn’t recommend anyone but them it’s a good team there.

They took such great care of me during a difficult time, and everyone was very polite. Especially the women working in the recovery room, I forgot her name but she went above and beyond for me.

This office is Morristown is in a nice discreet location and it’s very clean and comfortable inside. The staff is very attentive, calm, friendly and helpful plus they have Netflix and you can watch whatever you want while you’re in the waiting room. I appreciated the warm blanket and warm ultrasound gel they use. After the procedure Georgette and Dolores gave me refreshments and explained to me what I should expect in the next few days. They were professional, kind, and made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend this place. Just be ready to wait! The process can take up to 4 hrs, they’re a little busy

Hi, everyone my experience with Garden State Gynecology was a very pleasant one. The entire medical staff was very warm and professional. I had no complications during or after my procedure. I would recommend this facility to everyone who need this type of service. This place is AMAZING!!!!! I was extremely nervous, however the Ladies that work here are so compassionate and caring. The place was clean and ran efficiently. I would like to give a very special thanks to Georgette the office manager. You have that place running just lovely. May God bless you in all your ways. Your Kindness will never be forgotten. I plan on continuing my Gyn care at this office even tho it is 50 miles away. I only meet the Doctor and Anesthesiologist for a few minutes, but their bedside manner was kind and caring. The experience is never fun to go through but the staff, the doctors and the whole clinic itself is just so warming which helps so much. First walking in I immediately became comfortable just by seeing that the had The Office tv show playing (which is one of my favorite shows) which put my mind at ease for awhile. Everyone is there to be as helpful as possible, I personally took the far drive because a friend recommended this place.

Beautiful facility I was so scared when I called the Garden State Gynecology, not knowing what to expect. I was welcomed with a warm receptionist, she insured me everything I needed to know and even confirmed my appointment the day before. I got there and the wait time was not bad at all. I have a phobia of needles and the lab tech called in a worker to hold my hand, at that time I knew I was at the right place. The lady who did my ultrasound, she comforted me as I got emotional seeing the sonogram telling me everything will be ok, giving me the courage to go on. I needed that. Coming into the procedure room I was seated and the procedure was done before I knew it. I couldnt believe how nice everyone was, they had food in the back for the patients as well. The nurse checked on me every 10 mins and assisted me in getting myself together as I was still under a little under anesthesia. I was escorted out and was wished a safe travel home. Im detailing this review because Im really amazed, you dont expect this treatment, especially when you think abortion you think dark, smelly, broken. Everything here was clean, bright & fresh. If I ever need to recommend a place to anyone for this type of situation Garden State Gynecology will be the FIRST on my list. Not to mention, they also provided me with birth control. I left here with feeling of security and trust that everything was gonna be okay. The best decision I ever made.

This place was nice and clean. Everyone was pleasant. The anesthesiologist was the best part of my experience. I literally broke down right before and he was super supportive and assured me that I don’t have to do anything IM not ready for. He was the first person who asked me if I was ok all day and it really helped a lot. Great job !

I had the surgical procedure done & went for my check up on Saturday. I must say that even though the wait is a little longer than expected it is definitely worth it for the level of care you receive. I also think it’s great you can get birth control at your check up instead of having to make another appointment or go else where. The entire staff including the doctors are incredibly considerate & make sure you feel comfortable about your decision. Everyone was so kind from the beginning to the end. I want to give a special thank you to Bridget the Ultrasound Tech who was so sweet & reassuring throughout the whole process. I will definitely be back for any gyne related issues.

Excellent. I have been treated with respect and able to keep my dignity. The drs here were extremely professional and friendly. I was made to feel comfortable and treated like a person. Very compassionate and go out of their way to make you comfortable. They are all very efficient and good at what they do. Garden State Gyno is top notch. Very advanced care compared to the other places I looked into. Choose this place. It is the best option. I saw some reviews before I went here. A lot say there is a wait. Honestly anywhere you go will be a wait. I asked all the places I called. It is not that long, it is way more then worth it to wait here than anywhere else. I can tell you, you will not get the same level of care at a PP or womans center. Take my advice.

I will love to give a five star because my experience with the procedure deserves a five star. However, I am giving a 3 star because of the billing department. I was made to pay in full for my procedure because according to them I still have deductibles and so payment I made will be applied to deductibles. I paid in full on the 7th of April same day as my procedure. The payment was never applied to my deductible but this facility went ahead to make claims from my insurance and got paid. I have called the office several times and they would ask me to leave my number because the billing lady is busy with other clients and they will get back to me. Till date (August 11th) nobody has gotten back to me. Claims were filed using different names and none was for the said amount I paid. I live a very busy and hectic life, but I will still make time to pay a visit to the facility to resolve this since no one will call me to clarify what is going on.Update!So I got a check in the mail today (Aug 13) for $516.07 which is almost $14 less than the actual amount I paid.. Im actually very happy I got almost all my money back. Im still wondering why they held back the rest - no explanation just the check in the envelope.

I want to take the time to not only thank the staff of Garden state gynecology but the doctors & the sonogram tech that took care of me during my appointment. I always envisioned myself being a mother and one day i cannot wait to become one, however my boyfriend and I recently found out that we were pregnant and it couldn’t be worse timing. I unfortunately made the hardest decision of my life to terminate my pregnancy because i knew in my heart that this wasn’t the right time. I didn’t know the first place to look as my gyn told me that she no longer sees pregnant patients, upon searching i came across this establishment & read through a ton of reviews that were really helpful to me as this was my first pregnancy and my first and only abortion, scared and hopeless i called and spoke to someone on the phone who immediately put me at ease on the phone, she discussed what they offer and how the establishment works and where they are located. I made an appointment and went. Due to Covid-19 whoever accompanied you were not allowed into the room because of social distancing however i did not feel uncomfortable being alone because you are made to feel welcome and comfortable. The front is guarded by security which makes you feel secure and the office is very clean and looks like a typical doctors office where many people are seen. The woman who checked me in was very sweet and helped me with any questions i had. At first i thought i might go with a medical procedure since i didn’t know of the other options but after careful consideration i opted to do the surgical procedure once all my safety questions and concerns were answered. The first time i was called in i had to go in for my blood/ urine test and then a sonogram to clarify how far along i was. Georgette helped me with my sonogram and she helped me feel comfortable and at ease during a very hard emotional time for me & we discussed the surgical procedure and she had assured me that my future pregnancies wouldn’t be affected and that i will be perfectly fine as i am not alone and many have and were in my place, it truthfully helped me more then she’ll ever know because during this all this might have been the hardest most alone feeling I’ve ever felt in my life. I went back to a quiet waiting area they had in the back of the office & waited to be called by the administrator to discuss the procedure and finalize my plan. She was very sweet and understanding and they even made sure that this was the best decision before i went ahead and finalized it. The next thing i knew i was changing and being taken back to the hospital room in the back of the clinic for the procedure, the nurse was so sweet and held my hand as i laid back on the bed, The anesthesiologist came in & also discussed how the sedation would work and that they monitor all vital signs and that i was in excellent hands, the procedure takes all of 5-10 minutes and then you end up recovering for about 30-40 minutes where you wake up from the anesthesia. I met the ob/gyn who was doing my procedure she assured me I’d be absolutely fine and that she would take good care of me and before i knew it i was waking up and being offered cookies & juice. I was in minimal pain nothing out of an ordinary period cramp and lightly bleeding. To sum up my entire experience this establishment certainly deserves 5 stars. They were kind, professional and clean and i felt very safe and very taken care of during a time of desperate need. I will be following up in 2 weeks and i am healing nicely. Thank you so much to the staff for all of your help and support. Anybody who is looking for a professional establishment who are wonderful and clean, look no further ! As far as timing went it was busy when i went as they have both gynecology and abortion service, from check in to recovery and leaving was 3 hours, and everything moved smoothly. Thank you again to the staff and doctors for everything it’s truly appreciated.

Incredible staff that will make you feel comfortable & safe. Everything was fast. I drove almost 3 hours out of my way to come to this clinic, if that doesnt say a lot about how awesome this place is, then I dont know what does!

They make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. Jasmine (the ultrasound technician) was absolutely terrible and should probably find a job where she doesnt have to work with patients who are stressed and scared. She was very rude and clearly you can tell she hates her job. Very unprofessional. The reason I gave 5 stars is because all the staff besides Jasmine, were absolutely incredible and wouldnt want to take that away because of one miserable staff member.

The staff are all very nice, but the wait time and overall time it took for the appointment were excessively long. I waited almost 90 minutes past my appointment time to first be seen, and then had to wait over another 90 minutes to go through all the facets of the appointment. My appointment was at 4:30pm and I didn’t leave the office until just after 8pm! The entire time the waiting room was packed with people, which leads me to believe they should space out their appointments more.The most frustrating part is that nobody updated anyone waiting on what the remaining time would be, or informed us that they were running behind. I even went up to inquire about the remaining wait time and was told by the administrator that she wasn’t sure, but would check. Over 30 minutes later I still hadn’t received any update.I hope this excessively long wait was an anomaly but I doubt I will return to find out for sure.

Sonogram techs were unprofessional. She had an attitude and was cold, made no eye contact, and ignored me like I wasnt even there. I had a simple request to receive a sonogram picture in the end, and the techs did not even acknowledge me. The tech informed me after she had finished that I can get it at the end from the administrator. When I spoke to the administrator she told me I should have asked in the room if i wanted a picture. I informed her that I did and the tech said I can get the picture from you after. The administrator than walked out, and told me go with a nurse. She completley disregarded me. For going through such an emotional procedure that most women mourn for after the fact, they still refused me a sonogram in the end. It is not private at all like they say. Youre packed in a waiting room waiting for over 3 hours. Then have you sitting practically shoulder to shoulder with other women recovering. The gynecologist was not informative and rigid. The only positive was the anesthesiologist who was very nice, comforting and informative about the anesthesia process.

Amazing staff, clean location.Great Doctors. Only thing was the waiting but that’s understandable being that they offer different services. I advise to call in advance to book an appointment and get there about a half an hour prior to depending on the day so you can be seen accordingly. Going to the Gynecologist can be an uncomfortable experience for anyone. Luckily, Garden State is not only renowned for its practices but has a highly professional and knowledgeable staff.I searched for local practices with decent ratings and although I was worried about the hour commute..I feel even more know after my experience, I made the eight decision by trusting and putting my health in their hands.I was able to set up an appointment a week in advanced (just being able to set an appointment for what I was getting done was a relief in itself) and the wait was nothing out of the ordinary. Infact, it took much less time then I had anticipated and could ever imagine.The waiting room was comfortable with a relaxing ambiance. Unlike most, there was movies playing in the background that made your wait all the more bearable. You can tell that the receptionists truly wanted to make is patients the most comfortable we could be. I appriciate that.The doctors and physicians, as well as the administrator were patient, attentive and kind.My finance had drove me and agrees that the accountability and professionalism is to be respected to the highest degree.With or without insurance,The prices $ were reasonable and better than most!The equipment and methods were up to date, sanitized and all around top knotch!We were not bombarded with protestors or any sort of conflict from strangers who hold no merit to my situation and what you find around most places that offer a wide variety of practices and procedures.Overall it was a relatively peaceful and overcoming experience.I would gladly seek medical attention from Garden State again for any Gynecological needs in the future.

I was very impressed with the way that these doctors handled my sister with care and professionalism. They are the perfect example of what professionalism in the work place stands for. The facility was very clean and kept up. We had a very easy experience and are very thankful we came to this doctors office.

First off I want to say this place is amazing starting from Lashauna to Jasmin, everyone I encountered here was amazing. I wish I had come here first before I ever set foot at Planned Parenthood. Garden State Gynecology is the place you would want to go if you want to be treated with respect, intellect and like a human being rather than just another dollar sign. From now on, I am only going to come here as they have proven they can be trusted and care for their patients.

While the procedure went well and I felt very comfortable through the whole process, the follow up visit was another story. They scheduled me for a follow up on a Saturday at 11AM. I waited 4+ hours to complete the whole follow up visit. Meanwhile when I was here for the actual procedure I was in and out in 2 hours. It was completely ridiculous how long they had me waiting for something as simple as a follow up. I am extremely displeased after having to spend what felt like an eternity waiting in a small room to talk to a doctor for less than 5 minutes. I understand being busy but it seemed like some serious scheduling issues because I was there for a LONG time and not told much other than, sorry were busy. Well then why schedule follow up visits on the same days that the abortion procedures are done?!?!? I just dont understand.

Everything was great when I was there. All people were caring and so kind. Everyone made me feel really comfortable. Besides that they helped me looking for a funding assistance! I was so glad to choose this clinic.

I highly recommend this place. The staff was unbelievably nice from the receptions, nurses, phlebotomists, anesthesiologists ,and dr. No one ever was judgemental and made sure I new my rights and gave me a chance to change my mind even right before the actual procedure. This is not an easy thing for anyone to have to go through no matter your age or situation, and it was just nice and comforting to be able to go to a place where you were treated with respect and cared for properly.

Georgette is beyond amazing! These decisions are always tough but she made it as easy as possible. The entire staff is also patient, caring and assuring. 5 star experience.

This place is really amazing. Everyone here from the receptionist to the doctors they are so friendly and warm. Really appreciated this because it eased me of a lot of fears I had. I would recommend this place to anyone and its so nice they even have Netflix! Very clean and very welcoming. Thank you to all that took care of me. I appreciated it so much.

I am so grateful for this place and the kind staff. Most of all Dr. Eric Yahav, he is such a compassionate doctor.. I can only imagine how much criticism he gets for what he does, but we need this type of doctor and he is an example of a great one. Warning: This is a very long review but a detailed one. Please read.After initially reading the reviews, I was confident that this was the place to go. Well, I was completely wrong. First of all, they dont tell you that it would take 5 hours, they only tell you how long the actual procedure is. I came in there with a 7:30 am appointment and was not seen until 10:15 am. One of the reviews stated that it was very private, but I was pretty much in an assembly line, with no privacy or whatsoever. In a situation where you must terminate, everything is overwhelming, you feel anxious, and emotional. One would expect in a place such as this, the staff would be accommodating, sensitive, and nonjudgmental. Again, I was wrong. The staff did not make me feel calm nor reassured me that I was going to be OK. I interacted with the ultrasound tech first and she was cold as ice, did not make eye contact, showed resentful and judgement. She told me how many weeks pregnant I was and told me to go to the bathroom and pee in a cup. The second person I saw was the tech that drew my blood. Well she missed my veins twice when my veins were clearly visible and she dared use the same needle! I had to tell her to use a new needle. Gross. Then, I went back to the waiting room where all the women were stuffed as if we were a can of sardines. The third person I saw was the person that collected my money. First of all, how did the Dr. not even see me first and discuss my options. I had to make a decision right there and then from this administrator person and pay the services that were not fully completed yet. Then, I wait for another hour until someone took me into this procedure room. She told me to lie down and placed my legs on the stirrups. Meanwhile, there are people opening the door with no regard of my position. The anesthesiologist was actually the nice one. He was trying to explain to me about anesthesia when the nurse interrupted him by inserting a needle in my hand with no warning. I told her I had a bigger vein in my upper arm and she could use a bigger needle. But disregarded my advice, went ahead with the small vein my hand. Told me it was going to burn, well duh, its a small freaking needle. Then, the OB-Gyn doctor came in and did not even give me any type of reassurance, did not explain how the procedure would be like, did not give me a heads up as to how I would feel after. All she said was youre fine. Next thing I knew, I felt a burning sensation in my arm as the anesthesiologist injected the anesthesia. Again, had you use a bigger needle, it wouldnt have burned. I just remember crying and passing out. I was woken up by another person, stood me up, gave me a snack, and gave me a prescription. Took out the needle in my hand and pretty much told me I was set to go. I was not even escorted out even though I was still a bit drowsy. I didnt realize that they did not even make a follow-up appointment with me until I got home. I had to call them to make a follow-up appointment. I had to make sure it was a female Dr. They said she wouldnt be back until early August. Again, I was misguided as I read in the other review that it was an all female facility. I seriously do not recommend this place. If youre the type of person that does not care about how people treat you and you just need to do what you have to do, then I guess this place is for you. But please, just remember, this isnt just a thing to do. We are women with dignity and respect. I hope that the staff or whoever owns this place reads my review and make some changes. Otherwise, theyre just one of those people that post false advertisement and just in it for the money. I will be posting another review regarding my follow-up. Wish me luck!

Garden state gynecology was nothing but amazing . From beginning to end. Dr.chad, Dr.Hobart ,Georgette and staff was very informative and had great bedside manner. The office and staff were so nice and professional. I had two other abortions in NJ. This is so much nicer and clean. I had the surgery and didnt feel anything. I was asleep. Im taking my friend back next week for the pill.

First time Ive been to this office. I found it on google and after reading the reviews I called and made a appointment. One and only thing I did not like was the wait. My appointment was at 4:15 and they didnt call me in until about 5:30 just to do a urine sample. They sent me out called me later after to do blood work than called me in again after to speak to the administrator. And the 4th time they called me in was to do the actual procedure which they called me in about 7:15-7:30pm. It was a back and forth thing but when it was time for the procedure, they were hands on and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. After the procedure I woke up and felt absolutely no pain just bleeding until about a hour later just cramping all night but so far i am ok and am looking forward on going back for my check up in 3 weeks. Praying everything is back to normal 🙏😕 hope my post helps ❤

Everyone there was very nice supportive team. The ladies and gentle men was very welcoming and respectful. They are clean just like the pictures on google shows .

I had a 10am appointment. Its is not 1pm and I am still sitting in the waiting room to be seen. Yes, everyone who I have spoken to is friendly, I find it ridiculous that 3 hours later I am still sitting here waiting to be seen. With this place being so popular you would think they would space out the appointments more so people are not standing or sitting on top of each other waiting for hours.

This place is horrible!!! Its not safe, protesters outside and no security. While sitting in the waiting room packed with people a protester came in with a fake fetus and started shouting. The staff did not say a word until i said something. That protester could have had a weapon....no security at all. The wait to be seen is 4 to 5 hours, unacceptable!! Horrible experience.

Place seemed professional. My issue was the ridiculous wait time. Its understandable that you dont get seen right away but a 2 1/2 hour wait does not meet the expectations of a high rated medical facility. Not to mention I had an appointment scheduled.

I made a check online and based on reviews i took the trip and took my daughter to GSG and from the initial stage i spoke to Gorgette and she made her appointment she talked us true the process step by step because i told her we were abit scared on arrival at the location i couldnt help notice how clean and organized the place was then i met Gorgette in person she is such a lovely soul my daughter said she held her hand tru the process and reassured her that evrything was gonna be ok.
