I have had such a wonderful experience at RMA NJ. My doctors and nurses are all so attentive. Their communication is so quick. I always get a response to any question I have. All staff is incredible from the doctors, to the nurses, support staff, front desk staff, the phlebotomists, and anyone else I may be missing. I love my RMA family 💕💕

Edit:I noticed I got a response to this review... Only after we complained publically. No one has reached out to us still. Says a lot that only when they get in trouble they feel the need to call, but not before when we left crying... And we still have no received any kind of apology.Original review:My wife and I were recommended this clinic saying it had high success rate for women in their 40s. We were so excited and had our hopes up. I got emotional looking at the mural on the wall and all the words of encouragement, thinking we had finally found the place to help us start our family.Well, werent we crushed when Dr Jamie Morris literally laughed at us in the exam room. Making jokes about how we better hurry. We left our appointment early in tears and we still havent heard from them. No one has contacted us to apologize or even ask why we left.I guess all the kind words on the wall are just that... Word meant to decorate a swallow heartless instituon to trick you into being your most vulnerable.

I love RMA… I cannot even think of my life without them. Dr. Hong was not my regular doctor but I had an egg retrieval with her. She was kind and great. Superb bedside manner.

Steer clear if youre 40+My husband and I had our hearts set on having a baby, and were told that RMA has great success rates with women my age. When Dr. Jamie Morris laughed right at me in the exam room for being 40, I realized I was too old and should just give up! Thanks Dr. Jamie for saving us a fortune in fertility treatments!! Worst bedside manner!

I can’t speak highly enough about the comprehensive and compassionate care we received with Dr Morris and the RMA team at Morristown and Basking Ridge! They were efficient, responsive, and thorough in their evaluation and recommendations that lead to our current pregnancy.

Where do I start? If you are someone who is struggling to start your family, RMA Morristown is where you need to be. I, like may others Im sure, was so anxious for my first meeting with RMA but I was met with the most welcoming and compassionate nurses and doctors Ive ever dealt with. Dr Jamie Morris was my doctor and she was always a pleasure to speak with and see. Dayna Browning, thank you for always being so positive and sensitive! Joyce Maloney was my nurse. If you are ever given a choice of who youd like for a nurse, pick Joyce! She always called me as soon as she could and was patient with my many many questions. She is so knowledgeable and caring. On the way out of the office on my RMA Graduation Day, I turned to my husband and said that I have never been to a doctor/doctors office where I can honestly say I have never had a bad, not even a sort of bad experience with any of the staff or nurses or doctors...but I had that with RMA Morristown. You are all angels. Thank you so all so much for all you do. Future baby C thanks you too!!

RMA Morristown has been amazing, both when we tried the first time and were blessed with twins, and this most recent try. I love everyone in the office and wouldnt hesitate to go there again. They are a family and they treat you like family. I especially love working with Dayna and Dr. Morris!

We joined RMA a few months after working with another clinic we weren’t happy with. RMA met all my expectations of what a clinic should be like. The place is run like a well oiled machine and I wouldn’t want it any other way. Everyone is sweet and helpful and most importantly, knows what they are doing. Doctors are smart and answer any questions, morning monitoring nurses are great, etc. We were successful on our first round of IVF, and I truly believe we owe all of it to the Morristown RMA team.Special shot out to the kindest, most fun nurse Dayna!

I am a physician, and I couldnt have had less faith in the medical care provided here. Factually incorrect statistics. Unknowledgeable staff. Unrespectful practices. We all deserve better.

What can we say but thank you!The Morristown RMA helped us make our dream come true after years of trying.It was a difficult path but extremely rewarding after meeting our son Sebastian on 1/10/2023.We are so grateful for the amazing doctors, nurses, and staff that were a part of our parenthood journey.With the help of science and a lot of love we are finally a family of 3. The team is amazing, thoughtful, sensitive and encouraging. Weve been working with RMA for almost 3 years. Nothing ever felt rushed or forced and we felt supported every step of the way.

RMA made our family dreams come true. We truly owe them everything. Thank you for taking the time during the loss of our first pregnancy. They bully you into doing many unnecessary tests, and refuse to submit certain things into insurance (I was told the Embryo testing isn’t covered- after paying +$1,200 out of pocket, turns out it is covered). Now that I’m trying to have insurance reimburse me, they’re refusing to submit any paperwork in the testing.They Put “experimental” genetic testing through which was rejected by our insurance. I felt they kept us in the dark on a lot of things.

Ive worked with RMA twice now, and both experiences were excellent! In 2017/2018 I had gone to several specialists and gotten a lot of feedback as to what I needed to do. It never felt right. From my first meeting with Lauren & Dr. Bergh, they seemed like they just knew. They never made false promises but they had well researched information and their advice always made sense. Everyone from them to the nurses, to the receptionists, to the financial advisers were easy to work with and made the experience as easy as they could. Ive recommended RMA to several people and know several others who have successfully used them. I highly recommend them!

After suffering a miscarriage in November 2021 (after a successful transfer in October) the staff at RMA was amazingly caring and comforting. They helped me get back on my feet and prepare for another transfer. That transfer was in March of 2022. Every staff member at the morristown location was so caring and personable (even at 5:45 in the morning!!). I am so grateful to my doctor and nurse for being there for me whenever I needed. My nurse Dayna Browning was absolutely amazing. She was my cheerleader and a shoulder to cry on whenever I needed her. After everything I went through I can happily say I graduated today :). Thank you everyone who has helped me these past few months. I cannot say enough about the staff and their friendly smiles and compassion. Thank you thank you thank you!

RMA was amazing through all our ups and downs over our 2 year journey with them. They kept me calm and hopeful. Through their knowledge and skills we finally are pregnant with our little miracle. I can’t thank them or recommend them enough.

From the moment we walked into RMA we knew we found the team that was right for us. The front staff was warm and welcoming, Dr. Morris was informative, reassuring and empathic and our nurse was available to answer any questions we had within minutes. The morning monitoring hours are so well run and organized. Highly recommend to anyone looking to expand their family and needs a little assistance.

For the little over a year that I spent with RMA the staff that I worked with down to the receptionist were all wonderful and compassionate people. I am so happy to have wound up with some of the best doctors in the area to help make my dreams come true! I really would like to thank my nurse Dayna for being there for me and answering all of my questions no matter how silly they seemed to me.

Thanks to Dr. Morris and her amazing team, our daughter came to us and second one is arriving in August.They are always welcoming, caring and sweet.

The staff of RMA are the best! Dr. Hong & Joyce were so helpful and knowledgeable. We couldn’t be more excited to have gotten to where we are now. I’m not sure what I would have done without RMA.

Everything about RMA of NJ was amazing. From our first meeting there we came out feeling so confident about the process, after years of feeling defeated. They just have a way of making you feel like this is going to work. The staff, doctors, nurses are all absolutely amazing. On top of that when COVID hit and everything was shutting down, they fought to stay open because they knew how important it was for the patients. They followed all the precautions to make you feel safe during the pandemic. Would highly highly recommend!

I would recommend RMA to anyone with infertility issues. I went to the main office in Basking Ridge for all of my visits and treatments. When you go, you will see so many other women that it actually makes you feel more normal and realize how common infertility is. The front staff is very professional and they are sticklers about HIPAA due to the sensitive nature of your visit. They run the place like a machine- efficiency between all of the visits and I hardly ever had to wait beyond 15 minutes. Con- you will probably only see your doctor once or twice throughout the whole treatment. You will see a different doctor or resident each visit for ultrasound or the procedure. Pro- you get your own nurse to communicate with and they are always available and willing to assist (they are all great). I especially loved their early morning and weekend hours as I work full-time over 40 hours a week, which allowed me to go in without having to take sick time or PTO! I would recommend RMA to anyone with infertility and wish you all luck!

Having to go to a fertility clinic is not easy. Dr. Morris and the rest of the staff at the Morristown office made it a little easier. I felt listened to and taken care of. I can not thank them enough for helping us have our little man. We will be back when it is time for baby #2.

RMA Morristown is an office filled with exceptional people. From the moment you call the office and speak with someone, you know and feel that you are being listened to. The journey of infertility (of any kind, because there’s so much that could be going on you don’t know about, ie. fibroids, hormone issues, etc.) is a really difficult one. RMA makes this journey bearable and hopeful.Dr. Hong is an incredible physician with the bedside manner of an angel. She’s patient and takes her time in explaining everything and answering every question in any way she can so you can understand it (medicine is a complex and sometimes confusing/daunting thing when not a medical professional yourself!). She’s also down to earth and funny, making you feel so much less anxious after your first visit with her. Dr. Bohrer is an incredible physician and surgeon. He, too, has excellent beside manner. He is lighthearted and makes you feel comfortable as you’re heading into whatever procedure you might be getting.I cannot forget the nurses, Emily & Colleen, (and all of the nurses really bc I spoke to some others along the way) are kind and genuinely care about making your journey as easy as possible by providing constant follow up and actually calling you with results or information when they say they are going to (imagine that!). The phlebotomists and office staff as well, all are kind and up working at the crack of dawn to ensure patients can get their early monitoring done; just an amazing group overall!All in all, the experience at RMA is one I’m grateful to have had. If I could shout this from the mountaintops for all to hear, I would! I recommend RMA for care 1,000,000 times over!!

RMA Morristown threw away my sample! Do not use their service! Im a patient at RMA Morristown I dropped off a semen sample after five days of abstinence labeled everything correctly signed all the paperwork and the receptionist asked to run payment through insurance. She advise me that my insurance may not pay for it but it would be no problem because they would just bill me. When I called the following week for the results they said everything was fine no problem 10 minutes later I get a phone call back and told they told me that they discarded my sample due to payment issues. No one even tried to call me to resolve the issue let alone send me a bill they have all my information cell phone number the contact information of my spouse and our emails. This is beyond unprofessional I have an appointment in 2 days with my doctor that wrote the prescription and theres no way to fix this they expect me to just take off work again do another 5 days accidents because of their mistake. So disappointed in this service please choose someone else.

I have never had anything but a positive experience here. Dr. Hong treated my husband and I gently and with patience. We had been trying for 2+ years before meeting Dr. Hong. We tried all of the conservative methods that we wanted first, but ended up going with IVF in the end - it worked the first time! We are forever grateful to Dr. Hong, Maryellen the nurse, and the entire RMA team for making the process as painless as possible. Our little one is due in 6 weeks and we wouldnt be here without RMA.

Such a great place. I skipped IUI to go straight to IVF (I’m 40). Currently on my second egg retrieval to have some back up (I have a Grade A frozen embryo from my first egg retrieval). My nurse has been phenomenal and the staff have been great. I work in Manhattan so it’s really helpful that the clinics open as early as 5:45am - I get there when the doors open so I don’t have to wait (long lines are certainly a hassle but there are so many women undergoing the same treatment!). My friend is already pregnant from this clinc. Sorry to hear other negative reviews - my friend and I have been super happy with RMANJ. Best wishes to everyone on your journey - take it a day at a time... what’s meant to be will be!

Really shocked by all the bad reviews here. I use Dr.Morris and have no complaints at all! Her and her team are absolutely amazing. My wife did a successful IUI here and Im currently doing an IVF cycle. They are great!Update: My IVF cycle went great. Were expecting twins!

Elizabeth in the blood work area is amazing super sweet, and don’t feel any pain.My nurse Dana is wonderful and super informative

Dr. Hong is the best! Not only is it clear that she’s incredibly knowledgeable, she has a wonderful bedside manner. The nurses I worked with were friendly and accessible. The process of IVF was explained to me clearly so I always knew what my next steps were. IVF is a stressful thing, so having an empathetic medical staff meant a lot.

Rude, unprofessional, and insensitive nurse answering phone. My wife is 44 and I am 43. We were referred to this clinic by our primary care doctor. My wife called to inquire about arranging an appointment. The Nurse asked her age and she said 44. The Nurse said anybody over 43 has to use donor eggs. My wife confused, she asked if they can test or if they provide an exam to evaluate her eggs. The nurse said youre too old and no other reproductive doctor will perform an exam or use her eggs. Not cool...

From the moment I walk into RMA I am always greeted with a smile and a warm hello. Everyone that works for RMA are the most amazing people and I call them my family.

We live in Indiana. And my husband found this place about 2 years ago. And let me tell you trying here in Indiana 3 times with a ivf place that could not have done what RMA done for us! Amazing place to go to!! Yes you have to wait to be called but who cares as long they know what they are doing and give you your angel with the grace of God that’s all that matters! I am now pregnant with my little princess 👸 24 weeks and 3 days and we have a Son waiting on us once we have his sister! This place did what Indiana could not do!! Fixed what Indiana could not fixed! I am so blessed that God lead us in this Direction ! 1st try with them and we are blessed with our baby girl growing in my tummy! Beautiful feeling in the world!

I absolutely love RMA. From the receptionists to the nurses and the best phlebotomist ever (Marcela!) and the doctors... I feel cared for by the smartest and most attentive team.

Dr. Hong and the team at RMA were wonderful! They answered all of our questions and provided reassurance throughout our entire process. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I am FURIOUS! they advised my daughter to do IVI THREE TIMES knowing she was over 41! all experts say it should only be done ONCE least you exhaust your egg supply! UNSCRUPULOUS PRACTITIONERS OUT FOR $$$! STAY AWAY,! she was now told you have no eggs left These people are incompetent! RUN AND FIND REPUTABLE DOCTORS WITH INTEGRITY! They ruined my daughters chances to be a mother as far as Im concerned! I got pregnant at age 45 so they are total BS about fertility chances.

The staff are so kind, supportive and intelligent. They explain what they’re doing and work through the whole process together.

Stay away from this place. Very impersonal service. Purely an assembly line operation. The staff is totally overworked and treat you like a number. Terrible experience at the Basking Ridge location.

Excellent place if you are looking for a place for a process as important as fertility, it is the right place, very good team, they are always looking out for you at all times and their nurses are friendly, the excellent doctors are super!! I did my process with them and today I have my baby who is 6 months old ❤️❤️❤️
