She’s so knowledgeable and kind, and truly cares for her patients’ welfare.The beauty of the concierge medicine model is that she can practice how she feels is right for the patient - not what an insurance company bureaucrat dictates. It’s worth every penny.I’m kind of a PITA patient to many providers because I do a lot of my own research and have strong opinions about healthcare decisions. Some providers can’t deal with that. Ashley is the opposite. She will give me her perspective and the clinical research that backs it, but she always respects and honors my own personal choices without judgement.It’s hard to find a provider for women’s health who will prescribe and manage the real deal bio-equivalent progesterone - which is a miracle for those who need it. The regular OBs will give you synthetic “progestin” which is not the same at all (even though they’ll say it is).Ashley can do so much for women’s fertility that you won’t get at the fertility clinic. The clinic is great for what they do and the tools they have. But it’s not right for everyone, and not everyone is a candidate. Even for those who feel called to go that route, Ashley can still help support your body and its miraculous natural processes. The money you’ll spend working with Ashley is a tiny percentage of what you’ll spend at the clinic, and it’ll make your body feel great in the process.I want to give a nod to her team as well, they are all fantastic! After 2 years of infertility problems, Ashley was the only doctor who wanted to help when I felt there was something off with my hormones. She is a very caring person and I’m so happy I found her when I did. Now I’m pregnant with my rainbow baby!

I started going to Solcara Heath because I was tired of not feeling like my 2019 self. I was going to Orange Theory 5 days a week, ate healthy, walked the dog an hour everyday, had been on hormone therapy for over a year and stopped drinking all alcohol and I still couldn’t loose even 1 lb. Someone at Orange theory, who noticed my heart monitor asked me if I had a thyroid problem because my heart rate was lowResting like hers, which prompted me to go to the dr to have them test my thyroid. The dr replied that my test results were in the “normal” range, however I knew there was something wrong and I had every symptom of a thyroid issue like weight gain, hair loss, and depression. That’s when I found Solcara and Dr. Ashley confirmed that I DO have a thyroid issue!!! She then created a compounding medicine for me and after just a month I feel soooooo much better! My experience at Solcara Health, and with Dr. Harwin in particular, has been overwhelmingly positive so far! The office reception and lab staff are efficient and friendly, too. Dr. Harwin has really taken the time to get to know me and is skillful at explaining the various different approaches and treatments, even the chemistry behind how things work in the body!
