Facility is clean and easily accessed. Staff are all so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr was amazing!! Too bad I’m visiting or this would be my go-to. Highly, highly recommend!

I am so happy to finally find someone who actually cares and doesnt make me feel like I am a burden! I walked in as an emergency and found my new Primary. Michael Johns is top notch! the whole office staff is top notch in fact and they all are very happy people! I left my Dr of 12 years to move to this place! never looking back!

I have been going to first care clinic now for years. They accept our coverage and I’ve had nothing but Excellent healthcare from all their providers! Miriam takes an immense amount of time with myself and my family with every visit. I am Beyond grateful that we have this wonderful practice in our area! Dr. Hobacia,What can I say about this amazing office! From Michael to Wanda to the front desk staff. This office is so efficient, organized, and a very caring office. When walking thru the front door you are not a number, you are a person greeted by first Name. Getting into be seen in this office with no waiting time. If it was not for Michael my husband would not be here. Because of the care and concern Michael listened to what my husband was saying about the symptoms he had been feeling for the last 6 months. Blood tests and scans were ordered right away. Thank you for caring and taking care of my husband!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating of a last minute urgent appointment. PA Michael was very knowledgeable and personable. Within minutes of explaining my condition he understood the situation and did not hesitate to frankly recommend going straight to the ER instead. He was non-rushing and genuinely wanted me to feel comfortable and understand what was likely going to happen next at the ER. It was definitely the right recommendation- at the ER they agreed with the urgency of my situation and admitted me to the hospital for three nights. PA Michael also followed up to make sure everything had gone okay at the ER, again showing his patient compassion.

Absolutely satisfied with my experience her at the My Care Clinic. The location is convenient and beautiful, the office is modernized and clean which is important. I felt welcomes and actually cared for! Mrs.Santos is absolutely amazing! She is the most sweetest and caring nurse, the lady knows what shes doing. She makes sure everyone is taken care of and everything running in order. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending the Clinic to family and friends.

Let me tell you this…These ladies and gentlemen at the My Care Clinic we’re absolutely the most accommodating group I’ve ever encountered in the medical field. From appointment scheduling, to waiting room time, to actual procedures and result reading, everything was done in a timely manner and with the precision and care as if I were a family member. I will be using them as my and my family’s general practitioner from here on out. Thank you all so much for your care, attention to detail and for making me feel like a person and not a number.

FirstCare Clinic has always been very accommodating with my schedule and medical needs. They make my appointments very efficient, however, spend the time with me to answer any questions or concerns I’ve had. Very good staff!

Myself and my family have been using Firstcare Clinic since it opened. The staff and doctors have been amazing and willing to work around my schedule which is hectic. Miriam has seen my children and myself for minor illnesses with amazing bedside manner. She has even put sutures in my stepsons hand at the office after he fell at school and she was awesome. Very little scar and no issues what so ever. Thank you Miriam and FirstCare clinic. Keep up the good work.

I am leary of trusting reviews because everyone is different, every situation is different, and everyones expectations are different. Nonetheless, I read many while searching for an urgent care for my husband last week. We didnt care the cost, just wanted a good provider. We are seasonal and had no experience with any place before this. Many I read on other urgent cares were not good but this one had the most positive feedback. Let me tell you that I see why. We were treated so courteously, and being a walk-in the office assistant went above and beyond to get my husband seen in a very timely manner. He was diagnosed and prescribed the proper meds for his condition and we were on our way. I am so grateful for their service and the urgent treatment for my husband and will certainly use them again but hopefully wont have to. Please continue this same level of service because you are doing a great job and are appreciated.

I have been a first care patient since it’s inception . Dr Hobicia has been my physician sense 2003. No matter what the issue they always manage to work me in to the schedule if I was having a problem. Everybody in the staff is kind and pleasant and seem very proficient at their jobs. Yeah physician assistant Miriam is simply the best. Her patient care is through and Concise. She takes the time to listen and ask the appropriate questions. Her car is help me make a speedy recovery of a respiratory infection recently. I’d like to also mention the ladies at the front desk. There always pleasant and helpful.Rayaza In particular stands out. I hope I have the spelling right. Anyhow just wanted to take a minute express my gratitude for all the hard work you do at first care.

Lovely staff. Ethical billing practices unlike another local urgent care clinic. Staff has accommodated my family on a number of occasions with limited notice (eye infection, broken rib, COVID testing, etc). Happy to recommend.

Read recent review about first care clinic I am a retired NYC Detective also , have been going to first care clinic for years also .My one complaint also never seen the doctor either but the Physician s assistant I have seen is great. Better then most doctors I have ever seen . She really cares her name is Miriam Albritton PA-C , she is the reason I go back and the staff has been very good to me .My recommendation get a primary care physician for your yearly health care . WTC health care is a great benefit , I was at the towers when they came down and two months after . Glad I am alive and receiving great care .I am glad I don’t see Dr Whatever his name is .

Front desk was very rude. It was posted on their door, walk ins are welcome. Walked in and she asked what did I need. Told her what I was needing to be seen for and she told me everyone was at lunch. I replied that I could either come back or wait. She told me the earliest time she would have for me is 4:30 (which is no problem I would’ve left and came back), but then she tells me since I’m a new patient they wouldn’t have enough time to see me bc the 4:30 slot wouldn’t be enough time… At that point it was clear she didn’t care that I was in pain, she never offered me another time since 4:30 “wouldn’t work.” I told her I would go elsewhere and she said ok. Never tried once to accommodate me.

I have had great experiences with this clinic. Amazing staff. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone.

I have been a patient at FirstCare Clinic since it opened as well as a patient of Miriam Santos since she started at the clinic. My experience everytime has been nothing but superb for myself or my children who I bring there if needed for ear infections, sinus infections, or basic illnesses. The staff is nothing but courteous and nice everytime I schedule an appointment or in desperate needs stop by unannounced. Thank you Miriam and the all of the staff at FirstCare Clinic for everything you do for myself and my family. You are all the best!!!

Examined by the practitioner, was my first time, I still had medication from my old doctor. Practitioner told me no problem, call when you need new scripts. The front desk while trying to practice their unlicensed medical skills, refused to let me talk to provider, refused to give her a message, stated that they dont give out medications over the phone even though it had been discussed with the provider. I went without blood pressure and diabetes meds because the ignorance of the the doctors that answer the phone. Thought about hiring an attorney, but didnt. Now my brother(existing patient) has COVID they wont give the doctor a message, wont give medication over the phone and threatened to call the police if he came to the office with covid. Find somewhere else to go.

Excellent experience. I have brought both of my daughters here. We have always got in quickly and have been treated very well. I highly recommend this clinic!

Excellent people and facility. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in even though I came towards the end of the day. I felt very comfortable.

Having been a patient for years,- I applaud the addition of P.A. Miriam (I think). She treated me with kindness and provided excellent care. One day she may attain “Wanda” status!!
