I had a wonderful time from walk in to walk out! Everything was so easy! The staff was wonderful, kind, and caring. They took great care with me and more importantly took their time. Super grateful I was able to walk in and get what I needed to feel better as quickly as possible. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness and compassion.

Dr chiu was an absolute doll, he was extremely thorough, kind, courteous & professional & has the BEST bed side manners I’ve ever seen! He did not rush like most other places. He literally saved my life with all the testing he did. Thank you for being such a caring doctor & making me feel so comfortable & not fearful. I would recommend him to anyone & he deserves 100 ⭐️

I have such a fear of dentists, but this visit was way beyond my expectations! Everyone was so friendly and eased my fear of the unknown visit I was about to have. Everyone from your front desk, to the nurse that took my vitals, right down to the doctor who took care of me.... extremely patient, understanding and helpful. I went to work immediately following my visit and told my coworkers that I highly recommend your new office!Thank you.

Very nice welcoming northwell facility -a large new space for two populations- adults and pediatrics-divided which is good but needs more staff as busier with two populations. Even with an appt i waited one hour. Seemed kids received priority.Once i got carr i was satisfied. The clinician did not introduce herself clearly. She did a history and physical. I left satisfied. Thank you

Went this morning for a possible infection. Staff was super nice - Candace and Dr Herman C. I very much appreciated Drs clear explanation and the generous amount of time both he and Candace took to talk with me. I definitely recommend.

It was a great experience! No lines. We just walked in and they took my son right away after registering him. The medical staffs are amazing!!! The doctor is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had an earache & decided to visit northwell-go health. The space was very clean & modern. The PA saw me quickly ,told me what to do & Im happy to say my earache is all better

I had severe pain in my shoulder and neck yesterday, but after visiting, Im feeling so much better. The doctors expertise and care made a significant difference, and Im incredibly grateful for the relief. Highly recommend!

I received excellent care from the physician and the staff on Thursday for my urine track infection but on Sunday I when I tried to get my results the date was 08/25/24 at 11:50 am the woman at the front desk put her hand up like a guard said I should wait for the provider to talk too so not to embarrass myself I walked out of the office that is a rude sign I walked as a supervisor in a hospital over 80 people no one would ever dare to do such a thing to a patient doctor and any director. I give it 0ne star

Both the Nurse and Dr helped to relax my son who was a bit panicked with the laceration in his head. The Dr gave us two options on how to close the laceration because she saw how scared he was. We went with the old option of twisting his hair and then gluing it to close the wound. It was painless and she kept asking him if he was ok. I am so grateful that the Dr knew this method so that he didnt have to get staples. She was a lifesaver and if he ever needs to go to an urgent care again this is where well be coming.

Everyone is accommodating.Unfortunately when I was not feeling good they really took pride in helping me.The Drs. are great and the staff.I use this location if needed.I go to New Hyde Park, NY Lake success shopping center.I needed to go another time and every time I go there they’re just very lovely there and so accommodating.For me, it’s convenient with parking. It is so clean. Everyone is so nice

Wonderful Experience ! Was well taken care of from the moment I walked in. Warmly greeted by Mary at the desk then in almost no time was escorted to a treatment room where I met with PA RAMANJOT KAUR who kindly and professionally took care of my needs. I highly recommend Ms.Kaur and this facility.

Yes, the office is very nice and clean. However, even if it looks seemingly empty, prepare to wait for hours. We came and signed in online and nobody so much as looked in our direction. No hello, welcome, or have a seat and well be with you shortly. Completely ignored.

Long wait (30+ minutes) despite essentially empty waiting room and two physicians listed as on duty. I presented with what I recognized from previous experience to be an eye infection, but the doc I saw wanted to rule out a corneal scratch and the presence of a foreign object in my eye, which he did. So what about the itch and the watery discharge? All he could say was that maybe it will go away on its own. I would have made an appointment with my ophthalmologist, but it was the weekend. Essentially a waste of time.

I needed a doppler of my leg, i wish tgry could have done it in tgeir facility instead of making me go to thr nain hospital, but it was good thry made tge appointment for me. The PA never called me to discuss results though.

I had a sudden, Unexpected visit to GoHealth Urgent Care in Lake Success and was met by a professional and empathetic staff. The facility is neat and clean. The physician was engaged and attentive.

My son’s pediatrician had an emergency, unfortunately had to cancel but my son needed to be seen. I booked an appointment and when I walked in the first thing I notice was how clean it was and someone was going around wiping everything down besides that we got called into a room . The nurse was very helpful & understanding with my son who is vision impaired I really do appreciate people who take their time with special needs children. Later on the doctor came in and she was very polite went over all the information. There nurse took down & gave him a thorough check up, overall my experience there was phenomenal and I would definitely recommend anyone to go .

Very prompt and efficient check-in process. All staff : reception, technician/nurse and PA (provider) were highly professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. Even though it’s the Covid and Flu season, there was no excessive waiting. Patients were seen in an orderly, efficient and professional manner.Special thanks to Darryl Hercules PA.He is attentive, thorough, caring, has a gentle touch (had stitches removed )and a nice bedside manner. A very positive experience !!!!

I waited for 30 minutes while no patients came in or out. The front desk receptionist was rude and slow. The medical assistant seemed very new to her job and was slow as well. The PA seemed caring and knowledgeable but it’s 2 days later and my symptoms are worse and she prescribed me no medicine to relieve my symptoms. Soar throat cough and chest congestion.

From entering until I left everyone was great! In less than 45 minutes I saw two (2) doctors, my test results were explained clearly and I was on my way to better health. I highly recommend Lake Success for urgent care! Thank you!!

Two people saw me Saturday...first a young man and then a young woman. Assume both doctors. Anyway they were terrific. I loved talking to them. Quick, and honest healthcare. Also the place is spotless. I recommend for all ages.

Arrived here Friday evening with a bad earache and sinus pressure. After waiting close to 40 minutes in an empty front lobby I went up to the front desk to ask how much longer. The girl literally looked confused and said “oh you can go in room 3.” I entered and was greeted by another woman who seemed to be the medical assistant. She took my vitals and exited. I sat waiting for AN HOUR in the room. The room lights literally shut off 2x because I had been in there so long. I finally went out and asked how much longer as the waiting room was empty. Finally the Nurse Practitioner came in and did a quick exam. She told me my ears looked fine and it was probably an allergy related sinus infection. I again expressed how much discomfort I was in and my history of sinus problems. She told me to deal with it for 10 days and if it wasn’t better then come back. Well, two days later I almost went to the ER with the pain I felt. After seeing another doctor I found out I had a severe ear infection which required antibiotics. I’m also 5 months pregnant and very upset because the pain and suffering could have easily been avoided if I was listened to the first time. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

I came here yesterday after work because I seriously was not feeling well. I had a really bad sore throat. I started having the chills, I knew I had a fever. All I wanted was a Covid, flu and strep test. The front of the facility says walk-ins and appointments, so I walked in and I expected a little bit of a wait time it wasn’t even that packed. I go to the front desk and off the bat, The receptionist was a bit rude. I was already feeling stressed and upset because it was Christmas Eve and I just wanted to be seen but she told me that their were other patients ahead of me and if they showed up, I would be seen in an hour and 30 minutes for me to be seen by a physician. I got tears in my eyes because I wasn’t feeling well and the front of the facility says walk ins so I told her aren’t you guys are walk in facility she said yes, but we honor appointments made in advance. She told me to go to the iPad and click on the link that was sent to my phone while I was sitting down I made appointment for excel healthcare on Hillside and Lakeville Road who took me in ASAP and treated me well moral of the story is do not think about coming here go to Excel.

Ridiculous service. Couldn’t give an estimate when walked in, which whatever. Told them I just needed a Covid test. Waited an hour and then they decide to tell me when it’s my turn that they don’t cover tests anymore and would be part of the copay. Terrible service to not be up front with a change like that when initially speaking with them. Would avoid this location.

Visited the Urgent Care. During sign up they asked for my insurance, literal pictures of my insurance card, both front and back, then proceeded to bill me instead of my insurance. I spoke with the billing department when I called up to rectify this issue, which they said it will be fixed and still hasn’t been corrected yet.

Beautiful clean place, able to check in and book an appointment and fill in all details before arriving. Excellent friendly and caring staff and no waiting. Highly recommend

My son had an Had appointments at 6:30 was not taken until 8:30 only to be seen by PA bc the doctor leaves at 8.Terrible sinus pressure and discharge - ear ache- headache- only to be told by PA to take a sinus spray and stay home to not go to family gatherings!!!It is Dec 23!!!If you want to waste your time with incompetent people then go there. If you need medication bc you’re really sick - SKIP THIS PLACE!!!!

There is no way to speak to somebody at the actual urgent care center. Just a rambling long recorded message with no option to speak to a live person. ZERO STARS.
