PhysicianOne Urgent Care Norwalk

I had a great experience here. I want to give a shout out to Jalen; an amazing MA who was very kind, helpful, understanding and we had a great conversation. I was hesitant at first because I felt ashamed for what I was coming in for but I warmed up to Jalen so fast because of their good use of words. Dr. Benson was so good to me, she explained everything in detailed and was so efficient. She has a lot of knowledge and treated me with a kind heart. She took her time with me and saw me as a person, I definitely would 100% recommend her and would see her again. I received today the upmost care and I was able to build trust with my healthcare team which is a very important link to patient care. I was afraid of coming in as I dont always have good experiences at urgent cares but this place is just great. The facility is clean, registration was a breeze since everything I did was through my phone and I didnt have to fill out paperwork by hand.

Registrar was rude.There were 2 people ahead of us. I asked for my daughter to be tested for Covid, they said their rapid takes 20 minutes to show a reading-we were left waiting in the exam room for over 45 minutes for the doctor to come in. I inquired when the physicians would come in and he refused until he had results.I spent close to 2 hours in total in office. I recommend going elsewhere.This was a first and last!

Very pleased. Medical assistant professional and very competent with procedures. Physician assistant who examined me awesome. Knowledgeable focused and thorough, compassionate and reassuring. Materials needed fir testing available (which was not the case in other urgent care facilities I checked into.) Will definitely seek services here again if needed

The high ratings are spot on. This place was great. Quick to get in, friendly front desk staff (Paige), very friendly nurse, and Dr. O’Brien was so cool and down to earth. Also, she was fantastic at taking out stitches.

Other than the long wait to get the attention of a medical caregiver, it was great. Kaitlin, Carol, Elizabeth were all very attentive and explained everything as they went along. Absolutely very caring, professional , and attentive!

I went to physician one urgent care because of severe pain in my left ankle and was diagnosed with tendinitis. After 4 weeks I went to an orthopedic dr because it wasn’t getting better. An x-ray showed I had a broken fibula. I had been walking on it for 4 weeks. Very poor experience and malpractice.

The doctor on duty could use a little lesson in good bedside manner. I mentioned something my chiropractor recommended and she snapped back: “I am the doctor and I will decide what you need”. Ouch! What she needs is to be a little more gracious and humble and to listen to her patients. I guess you don’t learn that in med school.

I had such a wonderful experience at this urgent care. Its rare these days to be treated so kind. I wasnt feeling great at all and every single person there had a smile and could not of been nicer. I will go here always for any medical issues 🙏

I have been using urgent care facilities for many years. They have all given me good care and cured what was ailing me. The care I received at Physician One Urgent Care Norwalk was even better than my previous experiences. Dr. O’Brien and her Physician’s Assistant spent a lot more time with me than I expected evaluating what was most likely Lyme disease but exploring the symptoms to possibly rule out any other infections. They ordered blood tests to confirm or refute their analysis. I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism of the entire staff.

Always nice and relatively quick. Sign in however happens on an iPad everyone touches so that’s gross.

Yeah everything went good except when it was time to leave I was making a business call and the one of the the nurses or technicians yet bright red hair came out and sprayed hospital disinfectant on my service animal stroller and the blanket was folded up and she has asthma and shes 14 years old and I was beside myself I thought my child was going to die just I just bought her to the vet and paid $240 to take care of her I spent thousands upon thousands upon thousands of dollars this is my child this is my my service animal my mother died and all I have in this world is my cat and nothing else and he sprayed hospital disinfectant on the chair right next to the opening of her stroller this is animal cruelty

Wonderful experience. I saw Jalen initially and she put me at ease. Such a good medical person! The Pa was great too! They are very thorough. Short wait time, friendly staff all around I highly recommend this medical walk in place!

I brought my grandson who is autistic in for respiratory issue today. Yes we had to wait which isn’t easy for him but the receptionist and staff, in spite of how busy they were had such patience and kindness. They made what could have been something very difficult for a grandma and someone with special needs feel comfortable and very easy.So grateful to the whole staff.

My experience was excellent. I was able to get seen the same day, there was little to no wait time from the time of check-in to the time the doctor saw me. All staff members were kind and professional.

I made my appointment online, they took me in at the exact time of my appointment. The nurse was extremely friendly and explained everything. When she did my vital signs she let me know what everything was, my blood pressure, oxygen etc, she did the cover test she did the throat culture, she assured me that Im not the only one that dry heaves LOL and then the doctor came in, on a first name basis again very friendly, and explained all my results you gave me a couple of prescriptions and before doing that she made sure they didnt interfere with any of my current prescriptions cuz Im on a lot of them and I cant Express how important that is Ive had other doctors try to give me ibuprofen when Im on a blood thinner they dont even check but these people were awesome I cant say enough good things I love my primary care doctor otherwise I would switch to come here, considering it was a Sunday and I got to see a great doctor and a great staff I cant say enough good things go there if you havent been there

Honestly the best urgent care I have ever been to. Easy to make appointments online, never too long a wait in the waiting room, friendly staff, terrific doctors who actually listen and dont just want to rush away. Billing also handled correctly which is also sadly rare. Highly recommend

It was my first time going here. It was really quick too. I got to check in so fast and only took 3 minutes before I was called again. Nice nurses too. And thank goodness it accepts my insurance. I use to go to ER a lot but now I have the clinic to go to for convenience and it said they do lab testing too so that’s awesome

Had a nice experience. Lots of availability but it took a while to be seen hence 4 stars vs 5. I like that they are in network with Yale New Haven Health which is a plus. The copay was like a regular doctors visit.

I was a walk-in patient and yet I didn’t have to wait long. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr.O’Brien took time to hear my problem and help me out. Great experience.

Everything after the intake is phenomenal. The intake clerk, while very polite, is a struggle. She could not figure our how to bill our insurance company, Aetna, which is the first listed company PhysicianOne has on its list of approved companies. Which was fine as at that point we spent an hour completing new patient registration. They were helpful in ensuring we had all the receipts we needed to submit a claim thereafter.The nurse/PA and doctor were fantastic! Physician Miryam Garay was super amicable, friendly with our little ones, and promptly came to a diagnosis. The medical staff completed an examination at the office, and were clear on the plan and associated costs. They had the prescriptions sent to the nearest pharmacy for us. Overall, great experience made so by the medical staff.

MA and doctor super nice! I think they did a Change of employees because last time I came horrible experience!! The MA super nice and seems like she loves what she does!!! The front desk was very helpful and welcoming I will be coming here if they have the same personnel!!

I love this urgent care it’s quick efficient and you can tell they love there job. Dr.Nicolas was amazing he is very kind and cares about his patients . I will definitely be back thank for the amazing experience.

I was able to schedule an appointment online the same day and within an hour. It was easy to do the advance check-in online. I was brought into an exam room very shortly after arriving. I was evaluated by two excellent medical professionals and was on my way very efficiently. Excellent service!

Front desk was so understanding and thorough. Dr. Daryl McClendon is so understanding, well knowledgeable and patient with any questions and concerns I had. I will 100% be returning to this Urgent Care.

The care was good. The doctor did a full assessment of my symptoms and an exam.

I’ve been here before and everyone I’ve ever dealt with were polite and eager to assist me and I’m delighted that they’re so close by. They could not have done a better job! They are ALWAYS on top of their game - and very thorough.

I am very pleased with my experience at PhysicianOne Urgent Care. After checking me in for billing and medications, I was seen by a nurse who took my vitals and tested me for COVID and strep based on my symptoms. Shortly thereafter Dr. Vanson examined me. After my tests came back, it was confirmed I have COVID. Dr. Vansons instructions as well as the facility instructions clearly provide next steps. Overall, my experience is very positive!

They move fast, I hate sitting at the urgent care for hours and that is not the case with Physician one. I keep going back because they do what needs to be done in a reasonable amount of time. And the staff was great and truly concerned and understanding.

I did not have to wait long to be seen by the medical staff. They treated my injury quickly, professionally, and competently.

Went for deep laceration of thumb. Treatment was prompt, pain and hassle-free, top-notch. Physician explained everything clearly. Wound was well treated and is healing with no issues.

Everyone was incredibly professional and welcoming here. I was appreciative that when I was not feeling well that the nurses and staff there were understanding and helped to keep my mind off of not feeling well!

If Cynthia Vanson is the attending physician I would avoid this Urgent Care at all cost. Once she saw I had an anxiety disorder my opinion and her compassion were non-existent. I was gaslit by her telling me what anxiety feels like, and her telling me I was not actually having chest pain. I have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder for over a decade, which I made clear to her and explained what I was experiencing was different and would like to get physically cleared. Her response was that I need to be treated for anxiety. I had to remind her on my intake form that I wrote I am already treated (a sign she did not read my chart thoroughly). Her response was that I would need to consider taking a higher dose then. I was appalled how she responded and disqualified my health concerns and my experience with symptoms. If this is the standard of care and compassion PhysicianOne provides then I will certainly go out of my way to not go to their locations. The only positive I can find in this experience was the tech who did my intake, De Nea. She was a gem.

The nurse practitioner I saw was great! However, the rest of my experience not so much. I made an appointment for 8:30am and got there at 8:10. There was one person sitting in the waiting room ahead of me. I waited for almost an hour and a half before I was seen as others were walk ins and takin within 10 minutes. I asked the receptionist, who seemed mad/annoyed, as to why others were being seen ahead of me when I made an appointment and being one of the first people there .. all she said was I would be seen shortly. When I first arrived she also took my license, insurance card and cc and said she’d give it back to me shortly, which I ended up asking for back after 40 minutes where again, she took others and they got theirs back within minutes. Not sure what her problem was but this was my first experience and sorry to say left a bad impression.

Made an appointment for select a time to come online. I was taken care of within minutes. Picked up medicine, went home to start recovery immediately. This was a great experience for me.

Grateful for my experience at this urgent care. I would highly recommend reserving a slot. I did have to wait a while (2 hours) but I did not know that I could reserve a spot. But once I got called back my family had a wonderful experience with the staff and the doctor was fantastic. Highly recommend!

I went to Urgent Care with pink eye on Sunday. I asked that the prescription be called into CVS because Walgreens was closed.I went and sat at CVS for 1 hr., still no prescription. I called Urgent Care and was told they called it into Walgreens, and would call into CVS. 45 minutes later I called a second time and the prescription was finally called in. Today I have received 3 calls from Walgreens to pick up my prescription. Question - if I were a drug addict and this was a prescription for fentanyl, would Urgent Care have circled back and cancelled the original prescription, or did I just stumble upon a loophole to get more drugs?

Excellent service. There when you need them. Recommend you book an appointment that’s what did. Took me without a wait. Staff were efficient. Both nurse and doctor were helpful and Dr was able to diagnose issue and get me the medicine I needed to heal. 1 day later I feel better already. Facility was also able to do test on site within 30 minutes to rule out strep. Thank you to the staff. Job well done!

Went to this walk in clinic at 12:30 on Monday and was told they weren’t taking walk-ins. Made an appointment to return at 2:45 and was finally seen by a doctor at 3:45 who told me to go to the Emergency Department at the hospital. A total waste of time and significant unnecessary suffering. I will never go there again.

After finding it difficult to make an appointment at three different urgent cares, we were easily able to make an appointment at PhysicianOne Urgent Care Norwalk. It was our first time at this facility and we were pleasantly surprised by the ease of parking, the large & open set-up of the building, and the very nice staff - especially the doctor! We will definitely go to this urgent care first the next time we need one!

Unfortunately my husband and I have had occasion to visit Physicians One too often However, I cant recommend them enough. The staff is highly professional and we received unrushed treatment. They are our go-to Urgent care!

Still the best Urgi-care I’ve ever been to! The app was a little confusing today as it showed us as walk ins despite having booked, but it was a minor detail. We were still seen to within 45 mins of arriving and were out within the hour with prescription for our daughters ailment! excellent staff, prompt, knowledgeable and professional. As I said before, this place feels more like a full service well-run ER, despite being just a small urgi-care.

Arrived early and was seen before time of my appointment. Very pleasant experience at reception and doctor treated me well and with respect.

They made it so welcoming my son and I forgot we were sick. Jalen was amazing and very informative. The receptionist was very professional, greeted with a smile and kind.

The staff were amazing, however I was very disappointed in the fact that physicianone dont take cash. I almost had to walk away for not having a credit card or debit card. I had cash to pay my $15 copay. Receptionist point blank refused to take the money while my special need son had a temperature of 102.7. Doctors office take cash for sure! Its a shame that it is turning into that even with urgent care!

I was surprised to be seen very quickly and the doctor told me what to do to take care of my tick bite. It is healing fast.

I went in for a simple immunization for Hep B and was turned away after having already received my first shot back in February from the same location because the medical secretary stated they did not accept my insurance. The same insurance used in February 2024. Only to then be called 3 minutes later and told she wasnt aware of the changes that occurred after January 2024, all this after i submitted my complaint to the regional manager via email. It should be noted I had an appointment both times that I scheduled online, even confirming my appointment and providing my insurance and contact details. I am sure this was a rare event but this was a whole lot of chaos and confusion that could have been circumvented.

Feeling sick can be a scary time, however the doctors and nursing staff are very compassionate which helps me to relax and their knowledge is spot on.. wait time is that very short. My wife had an appointment at 2:10 pm. Instructed us to be on time. Me and my wife went earlier then appointment 1:55pm. Counter guy told her to wait 1 hour. My wife had infection pain and suffering. After 1 hours she went to counter for asked she is waiting for 1 hour and see still waiting. Counter lady was rude and asked her if my wife want appointment for tomorrow ? Counter guy told her wait again 40 Min. We’ve seen some of the patients called before her we asked why ? Counter guy said; those people has reservation which is absolutely not fair justice. No one here who can listen to her. Not a good place for to get treatment.

I went here to take a covid test. Check-in was smooth and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The test itself went very well, however the doctor told me he’ll let me know when the results were ready which would be in 15 to 20 minutes after I was asked to wait in the lobby. I waited at least 30 minutes with nobody saying anything to me, so I had to go to the receptionist to make sure it was okay and was told the result was negative. If I hadn’t spoken up I would have been waiting longer than necessary. This experience was overall a good one, but I’ve had better ones in the past. This goes to show you can’t always rely on people to do what they say they’ll do later. They can easily forget.

This was my first time at PhysicianOne on Main in Norwalk, and I wanted a doctor’s office administered Covid test to help determine whether I should keep or cancel my morning flight. When I called at 3:30pm, the receptionist strongly suggested I book an online appointment or risk waiting a long time. I booked a 4:30. When I got there on time, the waiting room was sparse and office quiet. The medical assistant called in me at about 5:15 and prepped me for the exam. If I had walked in without booking, I would have waited longer. Once seen, the Nurse or Medical Practitioner was very attentive and took time to answer any questions I had. All staff, receptionist, Med Assistant, and Nurse/Med Practioner, were warm, caring, and courteous professionals despite seeming to be low staffed and running a bit behind. I would definitely return if I needed treatment at an urgent care site at the last minute.

The service I had was excellent. I was able to make an appointment. I didnt get invite at the appointment time, however I never expected to with urgent care. It just ensures that I get a spot.Once I got called everything was very quick which I like. I absolutely hate it when people call you into a room to wait even longer. Thenurse and doctor were very nice. Explained everything well and I am very happy.On my way out I noticed they have some really amazing stickers. I am 36 years old and I thought that they were so cool. I used to love it when doctors office is had stickers and other things. It makes it special. They even allowed me to take a few home for my daughters.The service I had was very special and Im very thankful.

This clinic has no walk-ins at the moment and Im glad I went with my gut and booked an appointment. The girl that checked me in was kind, the MA was sweet and Dr.Olga was awesome! My waiting time from check in was 20minutes which is OK. Other than that, service was great!

This was my third or fourth visit. I rely on this facility when it is a non-emergency, and I am unable to see my PCP. I like having the flexibility of scheduling appointments when it is convenient for me.

Great fast and easy process. I did try to walk-in, but had to schedule an apt. Thankfully I got an apt. in 2 hours.

Good part: knowledgeable and friendly physician and staff. Bad part: Setup appointment for 3pm and didn’t get seen until a little after 4pm. It’s understood walk ins come but need to limit them to ensure appointments don’t have to wait past 20-30 minutes of actual appointment time!

“The staff is amazing, but the receptionist is always mad or upset. This is not the first time that this has happened to me; every time I go there, she seems really upset and mean. I don’t know if she doesn’t like people who don’t speak English well, or I don’t know. Even when she asks me for a credit card, I tell her all my information is there, but if you need a new one, I’ll provide it. The staff inside the entrance is amazing, all really good with kids and adults. I still recommend this place because I believe the good job of the others shouldn’t be dismissed for the mistake of one person.”

Easy to schedule a time. No wait after paper work was complete. Dr. was so very nice and took his time to take care of my problem. Nurse was very nice. Only negative was the receptionist. I made an error filling out my information and she wasnt happy with me. ( I have to say that she was efficient, just not friendly).

Everyone was so nice. A couple stiches and i was all set. Everyone made the experience actually enjoyable.

This place is terrific! I had an appointment at 9:37 and I got in at 9:40 a.m. Whitney at the front desk is extremely efficient and caring. My health care providers Laura and Maureen quickly diagnosed my eye infection and emailed the prescription to my pharmacy. Highly recommended!!

Outstanding urgent care clinic. I wish regular doctors office were still like this, but sadly they usually are not. This PhysicianOne location (Norwalk CT) was immediately responsive, set up an appointment instantly for same day, was immaculate, professional, buttoned-down from reception to initial check-up work by aide, and then visit with the medical professional, Joanna Sheldon (APRN). She asked many questions, listened intently to my responses, examined me and then discussed a full range of treatment options with me. I left with test kits and scrips as follow up for test results and/or discomfort. I felt heard, understood, and in excellent hands. Happily (and maybe because the whole visit was so reassuring--or my 5 days of intestinal misery had finally run its course?), I woke up today feeling much better. Now I know where to go if I have another medical issue that cant wait for days, weeks, or months to be seen! Thank you, PhysicianOne (BTW part of the Yale New Haven Medical System--who knew?)

I always come here when I need to be seen because I usually cant get into my primary care. The wait usually isnt too long, especially if you make a reservation/appointment ahead of time. I choose this urgent care over others because the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Easy to make an appointment, front desk assistants were very friendly, the Dr’s assistant was very nice and the Dr. who I met with seemed very qualified and knowledgeable. Awaiting test results but not sure how long that will take. I don’t understand why, if you have an appointment, and one person in the waiting room ahead of you, it takes 40 minutes before you see a Nurse and longer to see a Doctor?? This was my 4th visit to this facility snd it is always the same delay!

The staff are very friendly. Everyone is professional, from the front desk receptionist to the nurses and doctors. Extended hours are helpful too. They made my son feel comfortable and he was happy they helped him.

I had the best experience here. Paperwork went fast . Called in reasonable time 15 minutes including paperwork.Dr Nick great kind personality . Maureen took vitals just a doll . I never expected such a positive experience from a walk in, very impressed. The only downside I noticed , all paperwork done on phone . My husband couldn’t do it but I’m sure they have old fashioned pencil and paper .

Everytime i’ve come here they’ve been extremely friendly and kind. I’ve never once felt uncomfortable or had a complain.

Even though the office was very busy, I got into my appointment time just a few minutes late. The girls at the front desk were extremely friendly. The rest of the staff was very efficient and caring.

Visited due to a severe cough and congestion. Made an appointment the day before online for 2:15pm. I arrived 15 mins early and wasn’t seen until 3:30pm. The doctor was very brief and told me I had a “bad cold” prescribed pills for the cough which made me feel worse so I stopped taking them. Went to my regular physician a few days later who tested me for RSV which was positive. I’m now on several prescriptions which are working. I would not return to Physicianone nor would I recommend their care to others.

At check in. The lady was very friendly and professional. Inside the waiting room the nurse knowledgeable, patient and courteous. And The Dr. Myriam exceptional! Friendly one she realized I was translating she immediately began speaking in Spanish. Very detailed and very nice. It was a great visit.,

They are great!I accidentally cut myself in the evening. I was worried about finding urgent care since all clinics were closing for the day. I checked with another clinic first but was told that they do not do stitches. But when I called PhysicianOne, they immediately put me at ease by assuring me that they will take care of the wound and the timing wasnt an issue.Laura K and her colleagues went above and beyond in cleaning and stitching it up flawlessly. She also took the time to thoroughly explain the necessary aftercare precautions and provided me with a printout for reference.I want to express my gratitude for their exceptional work - they truly did a fantastic job. Additionally, the facility itself was impressively spacious and inviting.

The care I received was as good as I get from my own personal doctor. They showed concern and commitment addressing my symptoms. I received great care. I will definitely be back if a weekend or after hours ailment arises.

I spend $75 only got a COVID test. They told me I’m positive again, and no matter how I emphasize I had very bad headache, toothache, swelling nose the doctor refuse to give me a prescription of antibiotics. He just gave me 800mg IBUPROFEN to try to release the pain, but it didn’t help with the toothache at all.Expensive and the doctor seems not want to listen to me and doesn’t really care about my feeling.

Entire experience was excellent starting with Heather at the front desk. Caring and warm personality. Dr Herman and the physicians assistant were both five star as well. Clean and pleasant facility. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I will come here exclusively for all my urgent care needs. Very easy check in process and the wait time was two minutes, maximum.Side note: I started feeling ill overnight, and made an appointment at approximately 0200 which probably made the checkin process easier. So I would advise you to make an appointment online beforehand, if feasible, of course.Rooms and waiting area appeared clean.But more importantly, the rad tech and my provider were excellent!! Again, I will exclusively come here for all my urgent care needs.

The staff was amazing,, great disposition, everyone from check in to the doctor were friendly, Medical assistant was incredib the Docto explained everything and made me feel so comfortable I give everyone 5 stars and thank there hard work and long hours.  O would definitely recommend the provider.

Waited 2 hours, finally got a Strepp test, they said they would call with results, never called. I just called back and hour after I left and they gave me the test results. Poor service today.

I had an appointment and is supposed to attend me on time but they call for my appointment 20 minutes later. One good thing was the nurse was genteel and explaining me what was my problem and how long will take me to hill. In addition she is Peruvian 👍🏻

I walked in needing stitches removed from a minor surgery last week (it was done in Dallas, where I live). A business trip got extended and with the holiday weekend my doctor recommended I find a place where I was to remove them. The staff at Physicians One were divine. They got me in quickly and were so friendly and helpful. Only pain point was they didn’t take my insurance but that was a big ask from Texas to New York.

Saw doctor quickly and she was just great in evaluating the injury, and devising and implementing appropriate treatment. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Nurse Practitioner was very helpful, knowledgeable, thorough. She listened and explained the treatment.

Easy check-in. Wait wasn’t long and both nurses and doctors were helpful, friendly, and efficient.

The app is easy to use. I was able to schedule a visit the sane day and the wait times werent terribly long. The staff there are very friendly and caring. I recommend since I has a good experience.

We had a 1pm appointment and did not get seen until 2pm. What is the point of making an appointment? My 5 year old was not feeling well and getting stressed from waiting there. The staff was not friendly with children and left us in a room after her strep test with no indication of how long it would take for the results. I finally went out to see how long it would take. The doctor and nurses were chatting at the front desk and told me “oh her test is negative.” We left and will not be returning there in the future.

This urgent care is quick and affordable. The space is very clean and still require usage of masks. The staff was quite lovely which unfortunately is not always the case at Urgent cares. The providers were kind and clearly explained procedures. They took the time to make my partner feel heard and it meant a lot to him. Will be out go to place.

They were so great in taking care of the laceration in my foot it needed stitches and some rest everyone was so nice and caring providers were amazing at explaining everything to me I’m very grateful for them all and I appreciate them taking care of me!

We rely on PhysicianOne for same day care for a range of conditions we’ve experienced including Covid and bronchitis. The care has been exceptional and the staff caring and professional. The PAs who deliver a lot of the care are awesome. They are knowledgeable and spend the time needed to provide excellent care.

Loved that I could sign in online and upload my Insurance info and ID. I could view my place in line from my phone and that saved time waiting in the lobby.I had a Fathers Day biking (mountain bike) accident and cut my left ankle, the outcome was 9 stitches.Doctor Laura and the staff were great!

The doctors and staff here took great care of my son and I. They were patient and engaging with him to keep him calm, and took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. Service was timely, check in was a breeze, and service has been consistent across the handful of times we’ve had to visit this location. I would absolutely recommend!

I was very impressed with PhysicianOne. The Front Desk was very helpful, and has a great personality. The nurse that took my vitals was very compassionate, a sweetheart. The fact that she told me to feel better as I was heading out, really made a difference. The doctor was EXCELLENT, very compassionate. I felt like a person when I went there, not a number. I brought my 3 year old in to have a large cut on his chin cleaned and sealed. We were seen within 15 minutes and the whole visit was very efficient. Tyler’s bedside manner was wonderful. Thank you!

Experience was very poor . I scheduled an appt and completed paperwork online . I had to wait 50 mins after my appt time. I was only there for Covid test and stated numerous times Was told to wait in office for 20 mins for test results , why? Had to leave exam room and get another explanation and was told didn’t need to wait and I could call back or look online I was very disappointed in experience ☹️

My experience was great. I made my appointment via the app. The staff was pleasant and the process was smooth. I saw the doctor and was taken care of very quickly.

My experience exceeded expectations. I had a bad case of poison ivy and Dr. Laura was extremely helpful in treating it. She answered all my questions in a very pleasant and professional manner. A great place to seek urgent medical care.

The front desk “lady” was curt, fast, & seemed annoyed by questions to complete forms. The nurse/ PA (?) & Dr Nick were excellent, however: friendly, warm, caring. Both had a wonderful manner.

I was really expecting a long wait, a room full of gross sick people, and rude staff. It couldnt have been further from the truth. I was in and out in 10 minjtes, they took me early, and there was no long wait line. Staff were all SO pleasant and knowlegable.

Went there to get an X-ray done on my finger. The lady at the front desk was super nice and professional. They called me quickly into the back. Everyone from the nurse, X-ray tech and the doctor that drained the blood from my nail where very nice and pleasant. Definitely would recommend this facility if you want very fast and a pleasant urgent care visit.

Dr Vanson was very professional yet very concerned and caring. I felt comfortable with her. She asked me questions and listened to me as well. My stress and worry about my problem was put at ease by Dr Vanson’s kindness. Thank you.

PhysicianOne Urgent Care is the best! I would never go to any other Urgent care. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. Very caring and respectful I highly recommend them.

Dr. Vanison was excellent. She explained everything even though it was not something that is easy to diagnose. The nurse was fantastic also.

Nick and Olivia were delightful, efficient, thorough and all around the best urgent care staff I have ever experienced in a pinch and we have gone here in the past and other urgent cares and obviously pediatricians. They helped make sure that we have everything we needed for our girls to start camp and school in the fall as well. The kids found both Olivia and Nick to be fun which makes even a needle not a big deal. I have never seen my girls as much at ease as this in years since their pediatrician office Park Street pediatrics closed during COVID and they lost the only and best pediatrician Dr. Grevious who they loved. These two were professional and have a great bedside manner so parents and hildren are all happy. This should be expected but is honestly rare these days to experience.The only challenge that reduces my stars was that the one particular front desk staff made us nearly walk right out with our money to the next urgent care. She made us feel unwelcomed and made everything seem overly complicated and impossible like perhaps they did not want to actually help us. Due to the lack of time my husband convinced me not to leave. So I was shocked when we met the MA and PA. They were friendly, accommodating, clearly they love to do this work and care for people. Nick and Olivia are both assets to their company. They both get 10 out of 5 stars !

Everyone was very kind and helpful. My provider was Dr Miriam Feinstein. She was very careful with every detail of my care. Even tho we finished late and it was a holiday no one rushed my care. I really appreciated the medical care and personal attention.

They always listen and address any concerns I may have for myself and child. I really like this office and their staff.

Doctor ascertained the problem (I myself had misdiagnosed), provided guidance and prescription medication. The following morning, I had a side effect from the medication and called the clinic when it opened. I spoke with a different medical practitioner who pulled up my file, listened to my situation and gave detailed instructions. Very happy with my visit.

This was just the first walk-in clinic nearby me that took my insurance and I’m glad I got lucky with my choice. This clinic is full of staff that listens, cares, and most importantly—effectively treats and resolves! First time I went was when I caught bronchitis. Went in, was prescribed antibiotics as soon as possible. Second time was when I stepped on a rusty old screw from 1950–had of pull the full thing out of my heel. Went in to get a tetanus shot, was granted that wish, and my provider even offered to apply extra neosporin to the wound and gave me a fresh bandaid. Coincidentally…my mom has been here too even though we’re on separate insurances! ALWAYS positive experiences for me and my mom here!!

I love this place!! Its funny saying that, because its the last place I want to have to go... but its true. I think the doctors name was Pollani (I had a terrible migraine, all memories are foggy). I was super emotional because Ive been struggling with migraines for 2 months now, I was exhausted. The doctor was very friendly and caring, I could see he was concerned while very professional and calmed me down and how willing he was to seek a solution. If you need help ASAP, I’d go there. I drove 35 min to get there, and it was the best decision! Last time I tried to go to a dif hospital (Stamford health to be more specific) I had to wait for 2 hours, horrible service and $800 bill. Just drive a little more and get a better service!

Have seen Laura Kragt twice recently. She was exceptional both times. Bad accident March 30 leaving accountant-she expertly stitched my lip, gave me advice about other potential issues. And late July, my foot was infected-called to see if she was there. Happily she was! Explained seriousness, antibiotics and advice for next few days-still recovering, but commendation for Laura Kragt! Minimal wait time with appointment. Most of staff good, in March noted issue and got a call from Corporate. Nice to know they are continuing to improve and excel.Thanks again Laura!

Professional and knowledgeable. I arrived early to my scheduled appointment, but was seen fairly quickly.

Booking an appointment was simple. The medical and administrative staff are attentive, efficient, and friendly. Its with traveling the extra distance from my home instead of going to other urgent care facilities that are closer !!

The service here is awful!! Went in at 3:45pm for a 4:07pm appointment they proceeded to take the waiting walk ins before appointment times at 4:35 the front desk girl said I feel bad there are 2 more people in front of you, would you like to wait in your car?? No!!! After waiting an hour for an appointment time I’d like to go home, they should’ve said ahead of time appointment times weren’t being honored. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed, ridiculous service!!

Dr. Cynthia Vanson was absolutely terrific. She took time with me and was very thorough. I would highly recommend when you cannot see your doctor.

I’ve been using them for the past few years for PCR tests and various bloodwork. Always seen relatively quickly. Whitney at the front desk is incredibly helpful helping me navigate what is and is not covered by my insurance. Makes the experience very easy.

Got there 10 minutes before closing with a head gash bleeding. Lady said they already took their last appointment. How long would it have taken to put a stitch or staple?Lack of courtesy. I was there during business hours. Lock the door 15 minutes early or change the hours if you dont want people to come. I drove all that way. I could have made it to another place before closing.

I had a great experience at this location. I spontaneously made an appointment and got treated very quickly upon arriving. Everybody working there was very friendly.

Everyone I’ve encountered here is very kind and helpful. They are my go-to for any sickness because it’s hard to get an appointment with my doctor. I book through the app and it takes like 20 seconds (it’s Solv- def recommend). The available appointments pop up right there. Despite their system being very automated and streamlined, everyone is personable and gives you the time of day to talk about your ailments.

The PA who treated me was amazing. Her name was Laura. She actually sat down and wanted to hear everything from the beginning of my illness. This urgent care was my last hope. Had been to another urgent care, emergency room and primary care doctor prior to coming to Physcians One. Laura tested for everything included a X-ray of my chest. I had bronchitis. She gave me medication and I am feeling better after dealing with this for close to a month. I highly recommend the facility and the PA. THANKS LAURA!!!

The worse place to seek for medical help when you are in need of a doctor. I made my appointment online for 10:00 am and not until 10:20 I was call in. I had already filled out all the paperwork and insurance information online but I was asked to do it all over in person.The person who took my vitals was extremely nice and surprised that at the front desk the ladies did not informed me that they did not have X-rays on that day. I went for a really bad lower back pain. She told me that I could wait for the doctor anyways. I did waited until 10:45 and asked someone if the doctor was coming soon. I was in lots of pain and couldn’t wait any longer. The doctor sent the lady back to tell me that if I wanted to leave I could, that they were extremely busy and all the rooms were full. I asked again if he was not going to take long as I had been there for a very long time, and he said again that I could just leave. I finally left around 11am without seeing a doctor. And today they have the nerve to send me this text asking me for a review!!If you need a doctor please go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time at this place.

I was in extreme stomach pain and I made the mistake of noting that I was having anxiety about it. Got prescribed tums. A week later I was in the emergency room having emergency surgery. My pain was completely disregarded by the staff here and written off. I understand they didn’t have the equipment for discovering what was wrong, but based on the level of pain I should have been told to go to another dr or emergency room.

This urgent care is so quick and efficient! Every time I take my little guy there it is quick and effortless. I’m sure that depends on when you go but both times were usually end of day and went well.

Receptionist at the front desk today was warm and welcoming and let us know they were running behind and the wait could be a bit longer than expected. Also, Dr. Nick is the best! Listens, asks questions and explains processes with details.

My regular doctor wasnt available and I had been here before with good results. I visited on 03/20/23 with a cold and chest congestion and was seen by a physicians assistant. Was told it wasnt very bad and prescribed something (?) yet not antibiotics. Ended up getting much worse and was able to see my regular doctor later that week and was prescribed antibiotics. PhysicianOne texts you to see if your better and/or want to come back? Waste of time, money and health.Anthony Niznik.

I wish that waiting time to see a doctor for walking patients will be less time, waiting for over 1 hr to see a doctor is to long .Also, front desk registration person should inform walking patients that waiting time is more then 1 hr. So patients are aware of the waiting time.
