ID Care Oakhurst Infectious Disease Care

Last week I was having a medical issue. I called ID Care with my concern and they rushed me into an appointment the next day. Everyone there is very nice and concerning with my well-being. Thank you, Lillian for taking all my bloodwork. I’m a big guy, but I hate little needles. Thank you for making me feel calm.

Within minutes of a work incident, Dr Dwivedi not only started the process of helping me setup an appointment for the following day, but started the work up process.The following day, I met with Dr. Mathur who explained the process, medications, lab work, and everything in great length. My wait was short, my appointment was thorough, and the staff were very nice.This was the same experience on my follow up.10/10 recommend any of the physicians within this location, as they are reliable, thorough, and caring.

This is my first 1 start review I have ever left for anything. And full disclosure i never made it to my visit both conversations with the front office staff were appalling.The front office staff in questions name is Kelly. On the first call she asked me for my pharmacy and i told her i use Rite Aid in Neptune her reply was something to the tune of i cant believe rite aid would actually want to be in Neptune Locals will understand that her comment at best can be taken as Classism but i heard it for what it was full blow racism. For call one I called them. I have been suffering and my primary physician recommended an infections disease specialist might help. So i still made the appointment. Just now a week later they called me. Not for an appointment reminder but instead the same front office person (Kelly) called me to tell me that after googling chikungunya virus that i should no longer have it. She continued to read about the disease on the phone with me in real time learning as she was goingChickengunya Virus is similar to lyme disease it causes chronic fatigue with the added bonus of arthritic pain in the joints. I have had this diseases now for two years and eight months. There have been so many lows but having the front office staff of an infectious disease tell me good news i googled it and some cases only last a week has to be the lowest.Hope this is my last 1 star review but it is a completely justified review.

In November 2023 I broke my tibia and patella ( a catastrophic injury )and had a major surgery to repair. 1 month later I was back in the hospital because for a major infection inside the incision site.This was a scary time for me, I met Dr Lee in the hospital and he explained that I would be sent home with a Picc line for 1 month , more scary stuff!Fear not, all went extremely well. After 1 week I went to ID’s Oakhurst office, very clean with a wonderful staff. I met Tracy Dr Dwividi’s lead nurse, she was amazing!Dr Dwvialdi came in for the examination and was personable and thorough. I went back this week and had my Picc line removed, all good and done. Nurse G removed it, totally painless!I am grateful for such amazing care, a big hug and thank you to the entire staff!

Dr. Dwivedi was extremely helpful in providing information on preparing to travel to central america regarding certain diseases and prescribing the necessary vaccines and medications needed for my trip! The care, detail and service he provided was incredible!

My experiences were outstanding. Doctors and staff were professional and efficient. I always received a prompt return phone call and follow-up.

ID Care sent a bill with all sorts of charges I dont recognize, under the letterhead Primarius: Looks like a mail-payment scam.

I took my mom to see Dr Lee for lyme desease and I loved their office and the doctor. The location is so clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Lee was very caring and knowledgable. Highly recommend this office.

Scam. They commit insurance fraud by charging an office visit when no dr is even present Avoid this place. Who know what other crime they are commiting and corners being cut
