Sea Mar Thurston County Walk-In Clinic

Pretty fast for the walk in dental but Im sure that was due to the time/day I was there. As I waited I could overhear the staff complaining about working here. Disappointing but understandable.

I walk in around 11:30 check-in. They tell me there’s gonna be A small wait. No problem. Hour and a half goes by and I asked them If they know if the wait it’s gonna be much longer. They tell me the doctor is gonna be going to lunch. Should be back in an hour to an hour and a half and to come back at 2:30 so I come back at 2:30 and check in 45 minutes go by so I asked they know about how much longer it’s gonna be and they tell me, the doctor just starting his lunch should be back around four. So I left and that’s how I got to spend my one day off

Dr Borgeia and the assistant Diana were amazing today. I had a difficult extraction and he was calm and reassuring while he was working on my tooth. Overall they cared and that showed with his work. Thank you and your team for a great experience.

Im so extremely grateful for DR. Borgeia, as well as the dental hygienist and client care specialist that helped me today! (I am terrible at recalling names and I cant cheat off of my discharge paperwork for theirs.... 😢) Everyone was so compassionate in my moment of desperation over an excruciatingly painful tooth. The doctor did absolutely everything within his means to not only alleviate my pain, but to help me resolve the underlying disease as quickly as possible! He didnt have to do that, knowing that my emergency is brought on by my own self neglect.... Also, the usual judgement over my poor dental health was nonexistent here. The hygienist was so gentle in obtaining the radiographs of a very sore area and the doctor was patient and gentle in his exam and nerve blocks. Words and star ratings are simply insufficient in expressing how wonderfully I was cared for by this amazing team!P.s. For all the reviewers with complaints about wait times; keep in mind that this is a walk-in clinic.... There is no schedule and the myriad of ailments they treat may vary broadly, thus does the time it takes to treat them. These folks are focusing on spending adequate time with each patient to provide best medicine before moving onto the next. When providers are bound by a set of scheduled apts. they are more likely to feel the pressure of completing your appointment quickly to not put others behind. I see the wait as proof that they are giving each of us their all before continuing to the next patient. 🙂

I came from multicare hilltop in Tacoma and I have to say dental wise is absolutely night and day. Dr borgeia is absolutely amazing he is kind funny and patient with his clients and goes above and beyond to make them feel welcome and well informed. I have to say my interactions with all other staff as well has just been overall lovely.

Im always come to this clinic instead of going to ER. Today Don from lab very patient and professional, keep the good work, good ongoing process. Thank you very much. Kudos for staff.

This place is ridiculous. We showed up just about 12:50 just needing eye medicine for a possible infection. They check us in. One person ahead of us. We waited until about 1:30 to be put into a room. Then were told it would be another hour and a half wait until being seen by a doctor and there were 4 people being seen before us. The nurses were pretty rude too. However the frond desk lady was very nice.

I had an appointment mid-late summer that said I had a few cavities but before that I need a cleaning that they break into 4 appointments. I had to cancel my appointment that was in the fall because I do not have the luxury of a regular schedule for work & summer/early fall are the busy times. I called & was told they could not get me in for 4 months but was told I could do walk in standby but when I went in the next morning after being the first in I watched people who showed up for standby after me go before, then I was told since my dentist left I need a transfer of care appointment before they can do my cleanings & eventually fix the cavities. I hope I can actually get this done before the cavities turn into root canals. When I said I needi cant wait so long they said Well that is your fault for missing your appointment.

The worse experience in a health facility in my life. The Dr told me I needed to change the way I was thinking and that would get rid of my pain. I waited for 3 hours and saw the Dr for about a half hour. Maybe less. She had no idea what I needed. Refused to listen to me. Pretty much ignored my health issue. And never took her mask off... it was difficult understanding her. The treatment I received was unacceptable. I will never step foot in there again.

Excellent practice. They are working hard to serve underserved communities. The PA Kwame is amazing. He is being stretched too thin but is still courteous and helpful. Also, Sophia at the lab is great and the nice girl who does the vitals.

The receptionist was nice but they had me waiting in the room to be seen for 3 hours and all I wanted to do was ask them something and take 10 minutes of their time

Arrived at their lunch hour (on accident) they re opened at 3 but now it’s 3:10 & i’m still waiting . a majority of them pull in together & despite being late go smoke for an extra 5 min. now being 15 minutes late they go unlock the door & there was 1 guy in front of me . we get checked in fast but i waited 30 min atleast in the waiting room then a additional 30 plus minutes in the room . why it took over an hour to be seen i’m not sure . also only 1 of the people outside smoking washed their hands . & the place doesn’t look very clean .

The Dental walk in is awful. They just tell you whats wrong and dont fix it. They make you wait until your next scheduled apointment. Or refer you to the root canal specialist where you must schedule another appointment after that appointment.

Reading some of other reviews, I understand there can be challenges with walk in clinics. I wanted to share our experience. My wife has reoccurring acute asthma, our regular doctor was unable to see her. We were in to see the doctor within 30 minutes of arriving at the clinic. We saw Nurse Ullah, she was by far the most caring, respectful and professional experience weve had with ANY doctor in the last several years, including our regular care providers. Nurse Ullah treated us with empathy, knew what steps to take and took immediate action to care for the asthma. Our particular experience for this visit was outstanding. Nurse Ullah was exactly what we needed.

The worst service Ive ever had at any clinic in my entire life. Every other clinic Ive ever been to was helpful and the people seemed to want to care for you. This was the first time Ive ever seen nurses and doctors who were either rude or seemed annoyed that you were there to get medical help. Go anywhere else to get medical assistance, you will be treated better.

Havent come back to this seamar since my last visit after covid, I was seen about to determination if my teeth needed to be pulled and I was sent to come back for a teeth cleaning, in which the doctor said he didnt understand why he would send me for a cleaning where it is apparent they wouldnt last more than a yearCame back to get doctors final opinion and they had me waiting in the chair for more than 3 hours, the nurses kept telling the doctor that I was waiting for him and he would wave me off and go to people that came after me.When he finally got to me, he looked me over, said all my teeth needed to removed and referred me to a surgeon that also had poor reviews and bad history of people coming back with really bad infections.I also asked for antibiotics but he didnt give it to me, I have to leave the building to call my partner and just get the feelings off my chest of the waste of my time, the triggering feeling of teeth being drilled around me, and the fact all my teeth have to be removed.I had to go back in and get the lady at the desk to get him to get me the prescription.Absolutely do not go here, go to anything Seamar

Ive been surprised and impressed by this facility and the care I receive here. Dr. Obeng has vast knowledge in surprising categories and treats me like a friend. The reception are a hard working crew and still make me feel cared about as well. Thank you Sea Mar!

Just know if you want to get seen go early. Even if so you might wait up to 5 hours almost the same as a hospital ER visit it will take long. But yes they will attend you after a few hours and get you out of there after. One of the receptionist was very rude, she is crazy she was outside yelling so unprofessionally wildly like ma’am you represent this place at least go in a corner or in the car to take ur anger out not in front of the clinic😂.

This place is really ridiculous. We filled out a really ridiculous amount of paperwork, and even skipped a few because it was too much. We waited for almost 50 minutes before an assistant called us. After she finished, she said a doctor will see us soon. This soon lasted for an hour. The lady at the reception was really rude and kept saying its not a big deal to wait! We couldnt take it anymore, and left. 😡😡😡😡😡. JUST DONT GO THERE!

Update 2019: review changed from 5* to 1*The doctor I was seeing (who is no longer at the practice) was overall dismissive and constantly rushed. This alone wasnt enough for me to change the review so drastically, but the doctor made an error on my medication which caused me to gain over 50 lbs in less than 2 months. 2 years later and I am still trying to recover from the health issues this has contributed to.Previous review: I was seen within 30 minutes by the medical staff and the doctor about 15 minutes later. The staff was super nice and the doctor was sweet. I am very glad I went and happy I didnt have the negative experience so many others seemed to have! I also like that they listened well and supported me.

They were able to help me and the doctor I talked to was very polite and knowledgeable.

Called 2 times to check availability of the walk-in clinic on 2 different days. Both times I was on hold for 20+ minutes without anyone coming back on the line. They just ignore you. Walked in to be seen and after doing paperwork, I left after waiting for 3hrs in the waiting room. These people do not care about you at all!

This is our first experience at this location. We took our daughter in to get her second COVID shot. Firs they asked us to fill out a ridiculous amount of paperwork just for a Covid shot which is not typical. When we arrived the lobby was empty so we thought it would be a quick turnaround. He proceeded to wait an hour in the lobby. Were they notified we would need to sign a Covid vaccine consent form. Which my spouse asked how much longer the wait would be. That this point they told us they did not even have the vaccine that they had us waiting for!!!! Then suddenly they remembered oh yeah, we’ve been out of that for a few days. Horrible waste of time! Do not recommend.

I arrived and told them I’m in the medical field and already took a Covid test yesterday but was needing to see the doctor for possible respiratory infection. After waiting an hour they came in the room gowned up to do a Covid test and then said wait for 15 minutes for the results and then they will take my vitals and I will see the doctor. They said it may be another hour or longer. I feel like this is a lot of time wasted for something I already told them. I will never visit this place again.

I went at 3pm on a Thursday and it was empty. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and even got me switched over to a closer care provider. It took less than 20 minutes to be sent back to see the nurse and the doctor. The nurse was very friendly and Doctor Fatima was amazing! She was very empathetic and receptive to my needs. I would go back again to see her!

Went here because I had the worst headache I’ve ever experienced. Without checking my ears nose.. ect I was prescribed migraine medicine and given a Covid test after waiting about 4 hours and sent on my way the very next day I had congestion and mucus coming up. Was told by the pharmacist that I needed antibiotics and nothing over the counter would work… after waiting 2.5 hours today for antibiotics I gave up I am now digging through my medicine cabinet at home trying to treat myself. This office is a big insurance scam they do not care about your well-being only want to charge you for multiple visits I will try again tomorrow to get proper medical treatment elsewhere

Brought my mom here because her doctor told her too. X-rays showed a for on one of her lungs.The wait was not to bad but the red headed older receptionist should not be working in a medical facility if that is the way she treats people!I have been in the medical field for 25 years! I have never seen such rudeness and disrespect! She needs to retire!!

This place said they close at 8:00 PM i walked in at 7:25 on 11/06/2023 they did not take me i end up in the emergency room the same night. If any body plan on go to see them dont go 35 minutes before close they wont see you.

Horrible! Went in with my husband at the walk in clinic (who is a first responder and I am a health care worker) with symptoms of COVID as well as a positive exposure. We were BOTH denied access to care and were told that we could be seen for a sore throat but that’s it. I asked if I could have a test and was told no. I couldn’t believe it. I was also told that they’re not a testing site and I’d have to go to a testing site if I wanted any results. REFUSED TO SEE ME! Oh and we both have excellent insurance to top it off. I am appalled. The front desk receptionist who I believe is German was incredibly rude; didn’t let me complete my sentence; kept cutting me off. I’m definitely contacting the department of health tomorrow to let them know the kind of horrendous treatment I was given as well as being denied access to care.

The staff here is very rude and inconsiderate. I called to inquire about getting a coronavirus test and was told to come in after 4pm because they were going on lunch break but before 8 at which time theyd be closing. I showed up at 7:30 and the receptionist told me shed ask the doctor if she would see me because apparently I was there too late for their check-in time. The doctor said no even though I am in a multi-generational household and have high risk individuals that live with me. This isnt very professional if you ask me considering they were all just laughing and carrying on without a care in the world while Im genuinely concerned about returning home without verifing Im virus free

Kwame and Christina were great! Kwame is always very professional and always polite. The medical assistant not so much. She interrupted me while I was asking Christina a question and never bothered to say excuse me for interrupting. I know it may sound petty, but where I come from, we call it MANNERS. Thanks. I had to get that off my chest.

I would rather go to the ER than this clinic, for one very specific reason. The main receptionist is an old German looking lady in her late 40s, and she is literally the rudest, most awful person I have ever seen working at a front desk. She cuts you off, looks at you like your dumb when you tell her youre there to see a doctor... Last time I went there, she said, WHY do you need to see a doctor?! I told her it was to get my medication I needed. She said, And that is what medication? This was in a full waiting room of people. I have been around health care professionals long enough to know that NO ONE but your doctor needs to know about your medication, certainly not the front desk receptionist surrounded by a dozen other people. I was mortified to tell her it was my antidepressant. She made me feel scared, uncomforatable, and shamed in front of all those people for absolutely no reason. I have no idea how this woman has a job.

I went in on a Monday night about 9. I was in so much pain my daughter went in first to get a wheelchair. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. My intake was fast. I got in a room quickly and saw a nurse almost immediately. She was friendly and professional. Doc was in with in minutes. Assessed my situation and not only ordered my ankle wrapped and got me crutches but requested bloodwork to rule out gout. He also ordered x-rays for the following day. Tuesday morning I got a phone call from Dr. Obeng informing me it was gout and to skip the x-ray. I have preexisting problems with my kidneys. He got my nephrologists number and personally called him to cofer and figured out the best Rx for my situation then called me back to let me know where to pick it up. With in 2 days I had relief, within 5 days I can walk without crutches. I am so much more than pleased with my entire visit and the out come. I would recomend this clinic to anyone and will visit again, without hesitation, if Im ever in need. Thank you so much.

Completely reliable and professional. Polite staff and knowledgeable doctors. Sometime long waiting period as walk-ins treat All and waiting room is full of people. Been coming to them at various locations for 30 years.

The receptionist everyone dislikes was A 👌. The nurse was an angel. The lady sitting at the table facing the door as you come in was stand-offish, fine by me, she was probably tired. The Dr was very thorough and treated me A 👌 for 2 very infected ears that has been ongoing for almost 2 months now. Dr. Kwame Obeng , prescribed a different antibiotic the others prior have not worked. I have been miserable for almost 2 months, covid has everything jacked up and I understand that however I have a right to be treated fairly and I was until I asked for, straight up asked, not bashful because I know what agony that I am in and normally I would not ask for pain relief medication, I do not have a drug problem nor do I drink alcohol or smoke Marijuana. I was almost ashamed when I did ask because he told me no and I almost started to cry but said please...let me explain to you what I will have ro go through tonight if what is my treatment doesnt work. He listened, I dont think that he really wanted to BUT he did. I was prescribed Tramadol which sets vertigo off on a teip , didnt know that but was appreciative because of the pain. I am 45 years old, I am not someone who looks for pain medication at ER s and walk i. Clinic, thats the last place a druggie would go. My ears have been doing better, thank you Dr and GOD, 🙏. Today, my right ear has started to hurt with the increasing intensity that is familiar and and not wanted!! I will not go in unless it is worse by tomorrow but I hope that if I do Ill be treated as I was but not made to feel bad about the pain meds, not often but SOMETIMES it is necessary please keep this in mind when someone is in genuine pain. The previous dr gave some hydrocodone pills but like 10 , I told her thank you so much, she understood that I was just hanging on. You cannot fix your ear pain, only a Dr can help you with that, keep in mind that I am a seamar patient and had to go to the walk in clinic because appointments are scheduled out. Mine with my Dr Harvey is on September 4th. Long , long ways away. I hope and pray that I do not have to go tomorrow to this clinic, I have no major or absurd complaint, I just dont want to go, I want to be well, God willing. Thanks for everything. 🙏💛

Im a veteran assigned to sea mar in lacey by the VA and was told to go to the sea mar walk in clinic. I was the there before they opened and first patient I was there for pain in my lower Legg and shooting up to my back. I saw the doc he felt my leg and said there was nothing he could do and told me to go to the emergency room to be seen where I went and spent most of the day there finding out that I had a cracked in my bones . Its pertty sad that a medical facility whos there to provide medical facility that cant give care to people who they are suspose to being providing a service to.

I found myself coming down with a urinary tract infection around 8 p.m. tonight. I am 46, I know what they feel like and knew if I didnt get medication right away, I was going to be in rough shape tomorrow, not being able to take any time off of work. I saw every other clinic was closing at 8 and the only thing open was Sea Mar or the Emergency Room. Both seemed like horrible choices but ER is expensive.Sea Mar was amazing! I have insurance so I typically use my primary care provider. I have only heard bad things about Sea Mar and was expecting the worst. I would say they were better than almost any doctors visit I have ever had, ANYWHERE. I have gone to my ob gyn with the same symptoms in years past and got the run around and the it will take 24 hours for lab test to come back meanwhile, I am in pain. These people LISTENED TO ME. I know my body, thanks.I got there, filled out paperwork, and answered questions from the super friendly Janet at the front counter. No ridiculous amounts of paperwork just the facts. I appreciated that.I got there at 8:10. I filled out paperwork and at 8:15 was called to a room by a very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable Yvonne. Yvonne listened to me, trusted that I knew my body and said she would get my urine tested to confirm and get me out there to the closest pharmacy that closes at 9. I was skeptical but she was true to word.At 8:40 the doctor (Dr. Spilker) came in, was super efficient and kind and asked a few questions. Confirmed I had a uti, said he would call in prescriptions, and I was out the door.I made it to the pharmacy and am already feeling relief.I cannot believe the excellent service I received.So nice that they have a lab on site for fast results. Just wished they had a pharmacy.Whoever is the executive director of this clinic - you are doing something right. Nice work.The waiting room smelled of cigarettes and alcohol but I think it was the people waiting and not the general odor of the clinic. Other than that (and they cant control who comes in) it was a fantastic experience.Thank you.

This location gave me the saddest, most dehumanizing experience Ive ever had in a medical setting. I was assumed an addict from the beginning regardless of my medical history, and treated like an overdramatic liar.SeaMar was my last resort after being turned away from two other urgent cares (Hawkes Prarie Providence and the Express Care on Marvin) due to lack of providers on a Saturday. I had injured my neck the day prior and was in agony. When I arrived at the clinic, the nurse who took my vitals seemed completely careless and was obviously struggling with the EMR system. She reviewed my med list and mistakenly marked my pain medication and muscle relaxants from over a YEAR ago as still taking. So when I explained the pain in my neck that limited my mobility and had me in tears, she immediately accused me of clinic hopping and wanted to know why I was seeking more meds on top of what I had already been prescribed that day at the spinal walk-in clinic (again, my prescription from over a year ago). She was obviously wrong. Which I explained to her through tears. She went to ask another nurse and returned to tell me that she was new and corrected my meds list without an apology. Unfortunately, the doctor who saw me next was just as jaded.As soon as the word pain left my mouth, he immediately reached forward and pushed up the sleeves of my sweatshirt, past my inner elbow. Without even asking my consent to touch me. Without disclosing what he was looking for. Without even looking at the computer to check my medical history. When he was seemingly satisfied with my lack of needle marks, he performed a lazy neuro check and then prescribed me 800mg Tylenol. I practically had to beg for an anti-inflammatory steroid after he made a rude comment about how I definitely wont be receiving any pain meds here.I left SeaMar feeling like my health and well-being was their lowest priority. My medical history is stable and Ive been prescribed narcotics literally twice by age 30, but this clinic completely disregarded my medical history, all physical evidence, and all basic decency to presume me a clinic hopper, and then never even apologized for making such an un-professional and frankly awful assumption about me as a patient.I would rather go to the ER and pay my $250 ER co-pay than visit this clinic again.

Tried to go in after work for an infected finger wound that was eating away the skin around my nail but I never got to see the doctor. There was only one person before me in the waiting room and everything looked slow so I figured I would get in and out in a reasonable time as that is what walk-in clinics specialize in. I got checked in right away and sat in an exam room after about 10-15 min and the nurse said the doctor would be with me soon yet I waited 2 hours and did not get seen, not even one of the staff checked in to update me on when I could expect to be seen so I felt forgotten about which was stressful and frustrating. Once the clock showed 3 min past the 2 hour wait mark I couldnt take it anymore (I had come there from work and I still had a second job to go to in an hour) as I still had no idea when I would be seen and at that point i was estimating that continuing to wait plus the actual time with the doctor would put the visit at an over 3 hour endeavor just to get some antibiotics. I walked out and the receptionist assumed I was checking out after being seen but when I told her I had not even been seen yet she was surprised and asked if I wanted her to check for me, I said it was pointless now and she just gave a weak apology with no explanation as to the long wait and why no one thought to check in on me.

Beware that they do not post staffing issues!!! ALWAYS call before before driving in (we drove in from Yelm). Because they had only one provider, they needed to close for lunch. I have no problem with that part, but THEY should post “to call ahead to be sure they are accepting patients” now we have to wait an hour and 10 minutes just to check in.(Also note that they usually stop taking patients well before closing as well)

First few times I went there it wasn’t bad but today was by far the worst. The doctor was great to me but it was the fact the office staff were ridiculous. I have asthma and today I was having a bad day and my inhailer wasn’t enough so I told them I can’t stop wheezing and I’m having trouble breathing. It took them 2 hrs just to get me a room and I WAS THE LAST ONE IN THE WAITING ROOM! Breathing problems it’s top priority besides gushing blood and heart problems. I was so upset that my chest pain and breathing problems weren’t urgent enough until the doctor knew. The office staff should have got me back right away so I could get my breathing treatment. Very upset and disappointed with them today.

I was surprised that when I saw the doctor for a persistent cough, that he never even checked my throat. They took my vitals and he checked my chest breathing, but didnt check my raw-feeling throat. I did think everyone was nice and efficient getting me checked in. However when my cough continued, I called to get a refill on my cough syrup and I was told Id have to come back in. Go out in the cold, get in line again, all to get a refill? I declined.

I’ve been here probably about 12 times throughout my life. The receptionist are very nice, I love the nurses they are the best and I’m partial to Obeng, he is a very good doctor. He has treated me probably more then ten times. I will say that this is a walk-in clinic with its limitations. They are not a fully functioning hospital. I go here when I know I need antibiotics quickly. They cannot do xrays so if something is broken, if your having a heart attack or you need a brain scan then you need to go to the er or if it’s not an emergency then you need to get a referral. This place has way too many bad reviews because people don’t know the limited resources that they have. I go here when I’m pretty sure that I have some sort of bacterial infection and I need antibiotics. If you go here seeking pain relief you won’t get it.

If I I give this could this clinic a zero I would. Absolutely ridiculous. It is not worth waiting even 5 minutes for let alone an hour and a half (which is what the usual wait time is) or more this clinic is the worst. Just dont go here its not worth it, just dont. Its not just the waiting its the its everything about this clinic.

Went in for toenail fungus issue and spoke to Dr Spilker. My toenail needed removal and I called ahead of time to make sure this procedure was something the clinic could handle. Dr Spilker was extremely dismissive and condescending and refused to help, telling me there was no cure (except maybe antibiotics, which he said would damage my liver, but Id have to talk to another doctor about that somewhere else). I understand this is a sliding fee scale clinic, but we patients deserve competent, compassionate care. I was upset when I left, and called a podiatrist who made it clear that Dr Spilkers analysis was inaccurate. Do not go here.

Didnt have a single patient or anything going on for that matter immediately tried to say that my digestive issues were possibly covid related and refused to see me because I refused a covid test. Whats the point of having a walk-in clinic open 7 days a week if theres going to be stipulations in order to get seen. I know my body and your not going to try to manipulate me into believing that the issues Im having have anything to do with COVID-19. But thank you for helping me with the issue I actually came to see you about!

I just had the most abusive experience ever in a doctors office and walked out of the appointment. I will be reporting the abuse to the State of Washington. I will never come back to this snake pit. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and had every boundary set to protect myself destroyed by a self righteous tech. Trying to force people to perform unnecessary weigh ins just because you are power tripping, and then admitting that they really cant force you is freaking medical abuse. If you are not dying, go somewhere else, in the name of God, anywhere else!!!

Would give a zero if I had the option! This place is a joke. RUDE STAFF!. I waited over an hour and a half to be seen and people that came in after me were seen in 15 minutes. There is no first come first serve here, they obviously choose who they want to see first. Dont bother coming here because they will most likely send you to your family doctor or the ER. Seems like they only see people with the common cold. They even refused to see a US veteran!

I agree with other review. They refused to give me an EKG due to very elevated heart rate. I am 19 weeks pregnant and they told me to go to ER. They said I was risking my babys health by being there, even though there were only 2 people ahead of us, vrs 30 to 40 sick people in the ER. They just do not want to work. The Sea Mar group is a joke all together. My PCP is with Sea Mar and she refuses to see me because I am pregnant and wont even talk to my obgyn! I hope their company goes out of business soon!

Worse experience ever, the doctor couldn’t handle 2to 3 patient’s she just wants me to leave and go to the next patient. I understand that there busy but come on make us feel confortable here, she’s not a good doctor…

Its a walk in clinic, better than waiting 2 weeks with strep to see your PCP. It is a bit slow but nothing like an ER so yeah, head here if youre sick or if you break a leg or whatever. Unless you like sitting for 20+ hours in the ER.

I had to take my son to seamar walk in clinic today, and I have to say, Dr. Kwame Obeng is the best! He was so respectful and helpful today and it was a great experience.

THEY are a JOKE. I came in due to a spider bite and due to the fact that I may have an allergic re6to something and the dr in training Kayla said a couple words and was done. Told me to take some zyrtec and contact a primary Dr. A waste of time and money in this dump. Ive had better services elsewhere!!

I am so upset this clinic is awe full.. They don’t listen to you they just assume your care.. The ladies who work up front are rude and disrespectful.. I will never come back here. I should of just went to the Hospital.. The female doctor was just as rude.. I filed a grievance against her..

I have heard allot about the covid test, how ruff it feels, how people wait for hours for a result, etc. etc. This i can tell you is completely inaccurate here. Test burned a little but not by much, and I dont feel it now 2 hours later. As for results, i came back negative in 15 minutes. Thank you Sea Mar for the wonderful help your giving us in our community of stressful conditions.

The Doctor refused to see me even when I stood them that I really need to be seen concerning my elevated blood pressure. And the front desk lady, who is white and old, is such a rude person. These people can seriously kill people especially when they’re in need of medication. 😡😡😡

Terrible. My son and I were seen and treated like dirt and also misdiagnosed due to a lazy PA (Chad Spilker I believe his name is) who did not perform his job properly or pretty much at all. I took my son in for a possible ear infection the PA pretended to look in both of his ears for less than a second and stated he had some fluid in his ears and that was normal. I am glad I trusted my instinct and took him somewhere else for a second diagnosis. I found out in my second apt. with a better DR. that he could not have possibly seen in his ear due to wax build up, and that my son did in fact have a double ear infection.

Only given this place a one-star because I cant give it to zero! Worst place ever! Dr. Kayla is a joke! Took our Grandson in due to a horrible cough. All she did was give him a breathing treatment and antibiotics. Two days later he was worse, took him to his primary and found out he had croup!

Dr obeng is awesome. Best Dr there. Went today and Dr shah didnt listen. She kept saying I know I know.. but admitted to not looking at my chart. Worst place to go if you have an emergency. Office staff very friendly.. the Drs act like theyre better than you and they know best and how dare you disagree with me. Worst! Dr Obeng, get your own clinic!

Front desk staff is nice. The nurse was not. She was very rude. And rolled her eyes when I corrected my name what she asked for Tonia. Im glad I do not have to come here hardly often.

Although they did not help me when I was sick, they were great with my 17 year old. When we needed to go there. I thought the staff was attentive and the doctors where caring both times I took her there

Ive been here twice and both times they have tried to deny treatment for minor ailments. They will try to tell you to go to the ER or you primary Dr instead. You will have to wait for hours to be seen even if you are the only patient there. Staff is rude and will try to shuffle you out the door as soon as possible unless you challenge them. This place is a joke.

I had a good experience here. Everyone was friendly. The Dr and the assistant made me feel like they cared about me and the pain I was in. I didnt wait more than 30min.

The staff was very friendly, but they were very busy. I decided to go to the ER rather than wait for 2+ hours. The wait wasnt their fault; it was meerly the number of patients.

Befor I was done filling out the paper work they where ready for me. Absolutely no wait in and out very professional very informative thank you guys for taking such great care of me and I appreciate the lightning fast service

I arrived at 1:36pm(2/6/2021) and the staff told me that she can’t help me because their lunch break at 2:00 - 3:00pm. They should just put a closed sign at the door if you can’t help 24 minutes before lunch break.

This is the worst place to go. Customer service is hell. Theyre so mean to patients and very bad attitude especially the black lady with short hair on front desk 🙄. I will never go there again!

I have been here a few times better than. To go to hospital wish it was full of pcp doctors too hate to look for new place these guys have done good by us so far some times long waits but they server a big area

Showed up at 11:50 ish. filled out my paperwork then they told me to come back at 3:00!!!! because lunch was 12:00 to 3:00.

This location is ultra slow. I thought the VA was slow this is much worse. An hour plus waiting time just to get a Covid booster shot. Would not recommend to anyone.

Brought my 94 year old mother who was visiting in. Experience was excellent! The concern and care of staff and Doc was great! Keep up the good work!

I went at 2pm to get virus tested at 530 they tell me it will be other 2 hours ,and I still need to wait in my car .I saw nobody getting tested 1 person in the waiting room and they said continues that they were working hard .Its a lie they were all talking doing nothing when I went to the bathroom..s

Dr. Obeng did wonders for me, and Id see him regularly if that were an option. Thank you.

Horrible place staff were unorganized had attitude and were rude. complete disgrace to the medical community coming from a health care worker.

Have taken my son there last minute they were very attentive. Dr. Kwame (or PA) was great.

Great Doctors office, they take VA Choice, Dr Kwamie (probably misspelling that) is great, and so is the whole staff!

Be advised, if you have breathing difficulties, you must take a covid test or be vaccinated to receive service.
