Joy of Life Surrogacy

If your like me and debating which company to start your surrogacy journey, I highly recommend Joy Of Life. Out of the three companies I looked into for this journey, Joy of Life made me feel the most comfortable and everything just felt right. In the start of my journey I had spoken with Nataly, she definitely gave me comfort to be sure on my decision with this company, She had started my process. I also had a lot of help from Brianna she started as my coordinator, she is amazing. She helped with so much in getting me all the right information and just being there for me when needed. From there I had met Jenny and she became my new coordinator for the rest of the journey and she has been so amazing as well. She’s always there whenever I need anything, that has been so comforting throughout my journey. The great thing is that my previous coordinator Briana is still there for me when I need and they truly care for your experience. Our coordinators can be really busy at times but they always get back to us. So I’d like to also thank Tia and Susie for responding in a timely manner to help cover any payments at the doctors visits so that I could be seen right away. If I wanted to experience this again, I would choose Joy of life all over again.

I started my journey a year ago and everyone that I have encountered has been extremely sweet and helpful. My coordinator Jenny has been nothing but amazing and extremely supportive. She always responds to me quickly even on the weekends. She constantly checks on me to make sure I’m doing okay and if I need anything. Any concerns I have she always eases my mind and lefts me up. Joy of Life made the surrogacy process easy from the beginning. They are thorough and supportive throughout the journey. I never felt alone and all my questions were answered timely. Ive always tossed around the idea of being a surrogate to family and friends and at an event there was a booth from JOL. And let me tell you it changed my life!! I was given so much info, and after talking with my family I decided to apply. I got paired with my case worker Chantel and let me tell you she is AMAZING. From the second I met her, (under sad circumstances) with my intended parents going a different route she immediately stepped in and was a shoulder to cry on, literally. Shes been available for me every single step of the way, at any time of the day! She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is very clear. She truly cares about all her surrogates, making her schedule so full to make sure she makes it to every appt, and makes us feel so comfortable that we arent ever going to be alone. This is my second Journey with Joy Of Life as a gestational carrier. Both times I was lucky enough to have Tracy as my advisor. Tracy is amazing she is always there to answer any questions and address any concerns I have. She and the entire team have always been very supportive and helpful. They take all the worry from you so you can comfortably focus on the beautiful baby you are carrying for the intended parents.

When my husband and I decided to follow through with the hope to be a surrogate, we looked into various companies and weighed the options. Weve been with JOL for over a year and have loved how responsive they are. My experience with Joy of Life has been a long journey! 15 months to be exact! And since I was assigned a success advisor she’s been nothing but great support! Her name is Chantel! Joy of Life is such a great organization! The surrogacy process can definitely feel overwhelming but the staff was very helpful and patient in answering all questions I had, no matter how small. I started my journey back in October 2022 and was matched with my wonderful intended parents pretty quick. It was definitely a match at first sight! Haha. During those months leading up to my embryo transfer in May, I was excited, but also nervous because I wasn’t sure how it would all go. My team of wonderful women in this agency were there every step of the way to answer any questions that I had and to reassure me that I was going to do great. Thank you to Tia, Briana, Susan, and Dianne.. I have been able to feel loved and never in doubt about this journey. I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and feel like a superhero for these powers I have been blessed with to be able to help a family in need. Being a surrogate was the best decision. I cannot wait for my intended parents to meet their beautiful baby in January!

Being into finishing the first trimester on our journey, we couldn’t express enough our satisfaction and gratefulness to Joy and Life! We were assigned two case managers Dianne and Chantel, one for the IP and one for our loving Surrogate mother. Both managers are so patient and helpful, from answering questions, monthly reports and meetings, solving problems to arranging the doctor’s visits and finding health insurance! Day and evening, weekdays or weekends!Here are some examples our case managers have accomplished with taking extra mileages: when our wonderful surrogate mother transits from the IVF to an OB clinic, we were facing an urgent task: the OB doctor was fully scheduled and could not arrange the NT scan in the proper time frame, our case managers diligently called all the nearby clinics and imaging centers and eventually found a perfect solution! Thank you, Chantel and Dianne! For the health insurance, we would like to have the insurance coverage starting from December, instead of new year. Our case managers were talking / emailing to the insurance agent many times and finally getting the insurance enrolled in time!Thank you Chantel and Dianne for your caring and dedication! Thanks to the team at Joy and Life!

We are advanced age and we have been thinking about having a child/children through surrogacy for some time but were worried in many ways. We are so lucky to go through our journey with Joy of Life: they are caring, patient and professional. Joy, Ada, and Nicole have been working on my case. This was my first journey and I didn’t know quite what to expect. I was matched quickly and my agent, Susan Kivett, was simply amazing. Made me feel comfortable, was always one step ahead and made herself available for me when I had questions. Susan made her self immediately available for my unplanned, 21.5 hour labor and delivery. I couldn’t have wished for a more organized agent that always had my best interest in mind. Amazing.

Joy of Life is such a joyful ride for any IPs. The team here is a positive vibe under supervision of Joy - the owner. Especially I had a great team called Warriors including TRACY, ADA, TIA CARLA, DIANNE. Each one of them specialized in their role. I want to thank Tracy/Ada - who started the journey right from surrogate selection process and Egg Donor process AND Tia/Carla manages IP and Surrogates for all the communication and work towards the success of the program AND Dianne who works with IPs closely and is part of success advisor team. To be honest the program is designed in such a hassle-free mode where every team member step in at right time for right solution. I have searched many agencies before I started the process but by gods grace I finally met with this amazing team and today I have my baby boy!!!
