Amazing service!My appointment was at 11, I was greeted and asked to sign in as I walked in. The 2 girls working are very nice and professional! Signing in took about less than 5 minutes and I was taken to the back right away. I left the building at 11:09, so quick! This is a nice location, I would definitely come back.

I always have a great experience here! Fresh AC when you walk it, very clean, VERY organized. Service is also very fast. My TB test took in total 7 minutes from the time I stepped out of my car to back in my car.

I made my appointment Friday night for Saturday morning, which was super convenient! The ladies at the counter upon arrival were very warm and inviting. And they have great taste in music! The test itself was a gentle pinch. The nurse explained the dos and don’ts, advise me when I should return, and it was over. Less than 5 minutes in and out!

I got a live scan today and it tookLess than 15 minutes ! I loved the staff there. Staff are very friendly and they are so helpful. The one in the blond is so sweet and she is hilarious! All staff at the front are amazing!

Very clean establishment. I have thin veins and it’s always hard for my blood to be drawn but the nurse I had or was extremely patient and kind. Most importantly didn’t prick me multiple times. The building doesn’t have the suite number outside so when you pull up to the address it’s the right side door.

The ladies in the office are very nice. The decorations are cute and inviting. Everyone is very friendly and it was literally the most gentle blood draw Ive ever had.

Theyre great! I visited 4 times for 2, 2-step TB tests. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes each time. Staff were quick and courteous.👏🏻Bonus: Witnessed a rude customer whining at the front desk. Like why? Be professional and check your attitude at the door.To quote Prince: Act your age and not your shoe size.It was a quiet Saturday and there was only one staff at the counter that morning. She dealt with customer with an infinite amount of patience.👌🏻

Was scheduled for 11:50am in the weekend but came in earlier than expected (10:50am) and they took me in. No lines, this was the weekend mind you. Staff was nice and very efficient. I did a Quantiferon blood test and pre employment physical for work. Spent about 15mins. Was in and out quick! Def recommend this place.

So incredible, the girls that did my TB and fingerprinting were so kind, funny and made me feel so so so comfortable. I am someone who is so afraid of needles because i always pass out and they were the first people who did it without an issue. Cannot recommend these girls enough!!! they are so so SWEET.

I had an appointment at 11:45 and came early, as instructed. However, I was in and out all within 10 minutes! I appreciate the quick service and the efficient customer service of the staff. I highly recommend their services!

Haley and Prussia were amazing! Honestly, every time I come here I get top tier service. The girls are always so friendly and are happy to assist me with whatever I need. I’ve had Prussia assist me at least 3 times in the last two years. She’s the reason I come back. She makes me feel so comfortable even when I’m afraid of needles during my TB test 😂

Love this place I’m always in and out within 30 mins or less. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Office is always clean and smells good. No complaints whatsoever. 100% recommend.

My experience with Wellnessmart MD. was like no other. Scheduling an appointment was very convenient . They provide many services such as physicals, Drug screening and Mask Fit testing. The Office is Clean and The staff provided excellent professional and courteous care. My wait time in both the waiting room and the exam room was very short. Im most impressed by the professional care the facility offers from start to finish. Onterio location 10/10 !!!! Thank you Lady’s.

Had a great experience for my first time at a Wellness Mart. I was created and helped by both Angie and Angelina, both girls were great and were very friendly and professional.

Prussia was fantastic. I’m a notoriously horrible person to have to draw blood from because I faint. When I did she was ready and so friendly and helpful and made it feel not so embarrassing.

Prussia and Haley did a awesome job. Fast and friendly service. 5 stars. I would recommend my friends and family to come. Great job to everybody working!

All the women working here were funny, kind, and helpful. My last visit here a couple years ago was sub-par with one of the physicians, but these RNs and front desk staff had smiles you could feel behind their masks :) thanks for all you do ladies!

Incredibly nice and quick service. Very helpful and sweet staff. Website very clearly shows services and prices. The Ontario location is in an industrial complex. Enter the door on the right and its the first office on the left.

Would not recommend for a hair follicle test went there twice , first time they lost the hair. Second time the lady had to call her manager to see how to do a hair follicle , then chopped off more than the 1.5 inches they needed and didn’t even cut from root very sad.

I had an amazing visit both workers were dope especially since they love dragon ball and love Halloween! I can’t wait see again on my next visit!

Booked my appointment through online chat... was a little leery, but I called the phone number to confirm my appt and it was answered right away. All we needed was a basic sports physical for my very healthy son. The pricing was way better than my $75 copay at Kaiser and I could get in to see them really quickly. Appt today went well. I will come back for any sports physicals needed. They had a list of other services that would probably be more conveniently done there than waiting for primary care.

I went in for a pre-employment drug test and TB test yesterday and because of my schedule I made it 30min prior to closing and Jackie was very prompt,informative and made me feel comfortable.
