I want to start by saying that Melanie Baez PA she is amazing, very helpful and understanding by far the best doctor if seen in a while. But the practice customer service gets a negative 10 stars. I called 2 weeks ago with a medical problem that had to visit the emergency room and they send me home and told me to call the office for them to see me ASAP. Called more than 15 times and left voicemails and no answer they called me back 2 weeks later just too say go to the emergency room. Safe to say never visiting this practice again and it sucks that such a great doctor has to work there.

This was my first visit for a womans physical in approximately ten years. I was made to feel very welcome by all staff members. I was seen by Marie Baez, PA.C, who was very pleasant and thorough in explaining exactly what would be done. I will definitely be returning to this office on a regular basis.

Dr.Kasper was great! He found the source of my pain was in the pelvic region. Staff was especially attentive to me when making appointments. My voicemail was returned within 2 days

From the front desk to the providers, Melanie Baez PA is very hands on and extremely attentive to my concerns, she walked me through my symptoms and sent me to do 2 ultrasounds to corroborate her diagnosis. once she verified both these ultrasounds and lab work, since my case involves procedures, she referred me to one of the doctors at the practice, Dr.Kasper. Dr. Kasper is very patient and kind also. The Ultrasound Tech Rosie took her time with my Pelvic Ultrasound and was attentive as well. Over all, a great experience.

I did not meet Dr. Spiers till I was 9 months pregnant and I had many complications with delivery and had health issues wrong with my baby that could have been prevented if I would have been tested properly during my pregnancy. Also after I had my baby I tried to speak to the Doctors in the office and they made me feel crazy and practically ignored me.

Ive been a patient here for YEARS and for whatever reason, the quality has gone completely down hill. There are always new receptionists being trained and none of them have a personality (sadly). When they do answer the phone, they customer service is disgusting - how dare you call them with a question, or to schedule an appointment. You hear a lot of sighs and a lot of awkward pauses because they would rather be talking about more important things (example - how theyre going to buy a new cell phone and convince their boyfriend to let them keep it even though they dont have the money for it).They use to take the time to talk to you. hear your concerns and map out solutions. Now the appointments last 10 minutes (at best) and you cen tell they just want to leave the room. Ive been voicing the same concerns for the past 3 years and instead of suggestions, Im given samples of vitamins that have nothing to do with the problem. Umm, thank you??In the past, they would send out pre-appointment paperwork and would check your insurance prior to the appointment day. At the beginning of my appointment, they ran my insurance card and told me I was good to go. Low and behold, I was hit with a $300 bill and was told my insurance doesnt cover the cost of the appointment. Ive called several times to talk to them and to ask why they said I was good and didnt owe anything, just to be lied to.It is safe to assume at this point that the whole location is just filled with scam artists. Unfortunately, I no longer wish to return and, although I know this review will not phase them, hope they get back to the quality they used to be at.

They call and tell us to call back. And then when you call back, theres never an answer. Unfortunately, while the doctor and staff might be kind, it appears I was INCORRECTLY booked /receptionist LIED to me at the time that I required a NEW PATIENT VISIT ($500+) where there is NO PHYSICAL CHECK when I couldve gone directly to a Well-Woman Visit (~$200), A FEDERAL RIGHT (via insurance covering it 100%) IN THIS COUNTRY, and have still gotten the labs I wanted ordered--which I am VERY articulate and detailed when booking.Tell me why I would prefer the 3 hour roundtrip drive (by a friend mind you, because I didnt have access to a car at the time) AND having to go back for the follow up AND no physical check when I couldve got MORE for $300 LESS, OR why I wouldnt have just spoke to a primary over telemedicine from the comfort of my home (again, because I thought I was checking physical check). What am I missing here? This is a modern day epidemic--a scam.

This is by far the worst OBGYN Ive ever been to. Long wait times, you cannot get anyone on the phone ever, and mysterious billing to both me and my insurance - using doctors names Ive never even heard. MY receipts just say miscellaneous services under some of the largest charges ($200??), and unless I want to drop everything and drive to the clinic (not near to me) I cant get an explanation. Absolutely ridiculous.

Worst doctors office I think Iv ever dealt with. They do not answer the phone ever. I have called them for hours and no one answers. It’s a good thing I’m a high risk pregnancy with a doctors office that does not answer their phone. I scheduled my ultrasound after going through extreme stress and telling them I needed an ultrasound to which they said absolutely. I get to my appointment where they say oh no we’re going to do a procedure you don’t need right now and you can come back for the ultrasound you actually made this appointment for. They rushed the ultrasound and did not explain anything. Now I have been trying to get my file sent to another doctors office because I cannot deal with them any longer and no one will answer my calls no matter what extension I use. If I could give zero stars I would.

I feel so welcomed- I felt so at home. They truly make you feel like a person and not a number. I am thankfully and I highly recommend this office. Dr. KASPER and staff are extremely friendly, down to earth and they seem to actually enjoy their career. Thank u for taking care of us during our pregnancy.Chasity & Joey plus 1 coming soon

Very glad I came here! Melanie Baez PA is the sweetest person I’ve ever met. Drew me diagrams and explained every little possible detail so I could know everything. And Dr. Jasper played country music so I would feel more comfortable. The front desk people are also nice and so are the techs (I think that’s what they’re called). Overall great experience aside from having to go to the doctor lol

I have nothing to say about the doctors due to not being able to be seen yesterday when I had a scheduled appointment for an annual. I come in 2 mins late, but had to wait over an hour and didnt get to be seen. Not sure if its the front desk/patient portal/ whoever makes and schedules these appointment.., whoever that is needs to be fired because its absolutely ridiculous that I have been hung up twice today when I need to speak directly with the office. I am sure they are setting up these doctors who are WOMEN & WOMEN OF COLOR for failure.But at the same time I am not surprised I havent had many great experiences with the Womans Center and its sad how these companies treats their doctors. Now I understand why many of these Doctors are stressed and treat their patients like a dollar sign.

If 0/5 stars was an option, this would be the business I would use it for. I’m kicking myself for not reading through other reviews prior to choosing this provider, but I had limited options with my insurance and where I wanted to deliver. They never, and I mean NEVER, pick up the phone when you call (my new OB answers every time within seconds, my dentist always answers, my dermatologist, etc. This is NOT normal!). Front desk staff is INCREDIBLY rude and just totally unaware. We checked in for one appointment and the girl at the front desk heard the phone, looked at another staff member, rolled her eyes, and said “this number has called like 5 times.” How disrespectful, but also, isn’t it your job to answer the phone calls? Appointments are rescheduled all the time (I had one rescheduled 3 times). For one of our appointments, we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for the doctor to come in, and she didn’t even apologize for our wait. We met 2 different doctors and I was totally unimpressed with their bedside manner. I’m 20 weeks pregnant, half way through pregnancy with my first baby, and I had a miscarriage earlier this year (at no point was I shown any compassion from this medical staff). At our most recent appointment, we were expecting 2 types of test results, and the doctor said he didn’t have them (almost a month had passed and the results should have been back within 2 weeks). So half of the appointment involved him tracking down my results, and one of the tests didn’t work, and nobody even bothered to contact me that it needed to be redone. The lack of organization is impressive. I made the decision to switch providers and go to a completely new practice right before our 20 week anatomy scan, and I’m extremely happy that I did. My advice: go to any other OB/GYN in Orlando and avoid Woman’s Health Center at all costs (other locations included).

Dr. Spiers is absolutely wonderful! I have been seen by her for two pregnancies and would absolutely go back to her for future pregnancies. She provides excellent care and guidance throughout pregnancy and birth. The office staff is also wonderful and friendly. Earlier in the year it was impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone- I decided to just walk into the office to schedule an appointment and this worked perfectly. I’ve never had an appointment cancelled last minute, and if I schedule my appointments first thing in the morning there is no wait to see the dr. Recently they seemed to have changed their phone system finally and I was able to contact the office easily when I had an emergency with my pregnancy.

Dr. Spears is wonderful. My mother was very happy with her visit. Dr. Spears is kind and considerate.

I love your office as others have said, but it is incredibly difficult to schedule an appointment.  Or in my case get in contact with someone to figure out what I need to do for a mammogram follow-up.I have called for the past three days at various times during business hours, used the chat robot on the site to request an appointment, emailed an email address someone posted in a review below, and also filled out the contact us form on their website. I am hoping someone will get back to me. If not I will need to find another OBGYN office just so they can write a referral for me for further testing.

The staff could not be more pleasant..clean office and very efficient...felt very comfortable ...Dr.Baez was very friendly and easy to have a conversation with...extremely helpful, listened to me and explained everything to me...LOVE this place!!! Thank you to all of you!!!

Love the doctors, and some of the staff in the back are really nice but like others said, it’s really hard getting a hold of them and they do cancel a lot. I’m 38 weeks pregnant, and I was scheduled for my very last appointment for this pregnancy on a Friday and I got a call that it needed to be canceled even though my c-section is scheduled that Monday morning. Which means I wouldn’t have had any info before hand on what I was supposed to do the day of my surgery, if I hadn’t called back and demanded to be seen.Only reason I came back is because I was seen by them for my first pregnancy and they already had all of my info, but I will not be back for any future concerns.

I absolutely love my doctor and the staff is amazing when you’re in the office. They are impossible to get a hold of. God forbid you have an issue, this entire situation has made my pregnancy and trying to navigate problems super stressful and so unnecessarily difficult. I told the office it was hard to get a hold of them and they said they have a direct line finally so it should be easier. But imagine that it is still extremely difficult. On top of that they are constantly rescheduling appointments without talking to you and then it’s not like you can get a hold of them to fix it. Absolutely terrible.

I am so surprised this place is still open. They keep cancelling and rescheduling my appointments over and over again without letting me know. The staff has a lack professionalism that should be present in a doctors office, especially dealing with something so delicate as pregnancy and child birth. I have being trying to transfer and they will not send my complete records. So I had to pay 25 dollars and wait 40 to 50 minutes for them to print them, even though I called in advance saying I was going to come pick them up. I haven’t been feeling well and I would like to know the lab results to know if I need to make any changes in my diet but how can I if I can’t see them. I am so tired and stressed trying to transfer and they can’t even help me out with that.

I’m a new patient, I’ve have had over 5 cancellations and two rescheduled visits from this medical establishment. Each visit I had a two hour wait time. Each time they would cancel my visits, the day of my appointment. Yesterday I received a voice message from this medical establishment, stating that my scheduled appointment has been canceled once again. But the funny thing is I didn’t even schedule a Dr. visit with them because my intention was to find another medical office to service me. I have high standards when it comes to my health. I do not feel safe or trust these doctors with my heath at this medical establishment. It’s not worth it to come here. I will be filing an official complaint with the board of health against them tomorrow morning. Enough is Enough!!!! Please avoid this place like the plague.

I like your office as others have written, but it is completely difficult to schedule an appointment. I had to drive to the Oviedo location to make an appointment after trying and leaving messages for 3 weeks. I was told at front office “we are short staffed and very busy.” But when I walked in the staff was just standing around. When I call other medical facilities I am attended to or receive a call back within a day.

Thank you so much Dr. Kasper & your amazing staff for making my colposcopy biopsy procedure the most comfortable ❤️. I had a traumatic past experience and I was sooo scared but Dr. Kasper was very understanding and played some relaxing music and was very gentle during the whole procedure. I can finally say I got over a trauma on colposcopies. This means so much. I’m immensely grateful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After I am done with this pregnancy I will never be returning. I am currently 37 weeks and with every appointment they care less and less. You will wait at least an hour for your appointment. Dr Spires is so slow to get to your room, as if I dont also have a job or life. They will not stay on the schedule of how many times you are supposed to be seen every week. I hope youre doing your own research at home, because they will not be informing you of any important information you should know. I can count on one hand the number of times I have found a prenatal appointment to be helpful. They do not care, do not waste your time.

I went to my appointment today and I was told that there was no doctor there! They said that they called me, but nobody left a message that my appointment was unscheduled. Both times I went, I heard the patients leaving saying some unmentionable words. Just went to my appointment for a follow up of my mammogram results and they told me my appointment was canceled, nobody called me!!! Do not go here please, find somewhere else!

EDIT UPDATE!!! I finally received a call back from a triage nurse and she explained that their understaffed, my doctor took a emergency leave for a week and my prescription has been sent. I’m thankful for that because i literally been in my bed all week with severe nausea. However I’m DISGUSTED that’s a public review that’s on google expressing what I’ve been going through trying to reach this office nonstop with back to back calls, messages after messages is what got me a call back! If u have enough staff to take the time to check google reviews then there is no reason a call back couldn’t been expedited as well. Especially the amount of calls and messages I left! I no longer feel safe with my heath and my unborn son health in this location’s hands! I will be switching locations permanently! I’m so hurt it took a google review to get a response! It shows a lot from this office! No care at all!Original post.I can never get anyone on the phone or a call back! I’ve been having severe nause and I’ve been trying to get a new prescription for over a week. It’s a shame I have to go drive to the office to get in touch with my doctor . Thank god it wasn’t a emergency!!! They deserve a zero!

Ive heard such wonderful things, Im sure theyre absolutely lovely....if you can get an appointment. Ive requested one on their website about 3 times now, and have called twice. When I called, someone very obvious answered the phone both times, breathed into the mic, and then hung up on me. Im not sure what to do! I would love an appointment with them but they are actually impossible to get a hold of. Be warned!

Dr. Spiers is really great and thorough. She is very informational. Megan who is the ultrasound tech really made me feel comfortable and updated on my baby. She took so many amazing pictures each visit. Joanna the receptionist is so kind and very welcoming. The whole staff is very accommodating. Would definitely recommend my family and friends here.

Always had a great experience coming here for every appointment, my pregnancy is almost up and they’ve never failed to inform me and give me updates throughout. The front desk lady Rachel always has had a big smile on her face and is so professional and makes me feel very comfortable while I’m here waiting. Love the doctors and ultrasound techs here as well because they always have the upmost brightest attitude and personality. Would recommend for your first pregnancy or any pregnancy for any mamas out there!

Dr. Spiers is an amazing doctor. I recently had surgery and she supported me through every step of the process. She answered every question I had and showed a level of care and compassion that has become quite rare to find in a doctor. Her team is top notch too. It was always easy to schedule appointments and access information through their patient portal. I had many appointments there over the last couple of months leading up to my surgery and they helped give me my quality of life back.

I am a current patient here and it is so incredibly hard to get a hold of anyone or even your doctor for any information you might need. Through the Athena health portal you are able to email your doctor and a response is suppose to be made in 2 business days. There are absolutely no timely responses. I still have been waiting for over a week for a response on a prescription refill that I need. Any time you call the office no one answers and if you leave a number for a call back they don’t call. Super frustrating to be a patient here when you get ignored constantly. I would suggest another obgyn.

I showed up to my ultrasound appointment, for them to tell me that the wait will be long.. so I sat and waited.. then an hour goes by of me still waiting, they call me to the front desk and say they’ll have to reschedule.. I was angry because they waisted my time. Do not recommend

Oviedo Womans Health Center has a wonderful office and staff. From the receptionist to the medical assistants , Victoria and Kayla. They made me feel relaxed before see Dr. Deborah Spiers. My follow up with Leslie NP was very nice. All my questions were answered, they were straight forward with treatment and options.

Under age girls / my daughter was aloud to go inside herself????? I didn’t like that at all ……. It was up to my 15 year old daughter if I was aloud to go in with her ?????

Megan did my ultrasound this morning, & she did my ultrasound when I was at 20 weeks pregnant. I am 32 weeks today, & both times she did my ultrasounds she has made me feel sooooo comfortable & so excited about my baby boy who is on the way. We laugh together & she genuinely cares about you being able to see the baby & get amazing pictures as well! Thank you Megan!! & I believe.. the front desk woman’s name is, Johanna, she was super sweet & helpful! Wonderful staff, wonderful experience!

Edit: I wanted to add that I’m thankful my issue was resolved, however, it is absolutely disgusting that 5 days of messaging and non-stop calling your offices could not do what 45 minutes of standing on a public platform was able to accomplish.I see in many of the reviews that you are understaffed. I understand it is trying times and finding good, reliable staff is difficult. Nonetheless, if you are understaffed, you need to cap off your patient list - only take on what you are able to handle. It does not take a rocket scientist to realize that when a glass is overflowing, your next step is to turn off the faucet. You are working with a more at-risk demographic of patients than your typical doctor’s office, you can’t just choose to be unavailable. Get it together.——Staff is extremely friendly in person, but you cannot receive a call back or reach personnel in a timely manner. As of now, I have waited around a week for a prescription that needs further action from my doctor to be accepted from my insurance. I managed to reach a receptionist twice and explained to them the dire need for this medicine, as it may turn into a hospital visit soon, but they are content with transferring me to the nurse’s station that sends your call directly to voicemail. I have left voicemails for the past few days and not received a call back. Should I bill them for the hospital visit or?

No one ever answers the phone. Got my IUD put in 3 years ago, scheduled appointment to have it removed. I have moved across the state (3 hours away) but still wanted my OB to remove it so I drove. I tried calling before hand to make sure all was good for the appointment to get an automated voicemail 3 times and the third time I called I got put in a phone call waiting room where I could speak with ANOTHER PATIENT trying to call? Got to the office and the front staff stated “oops we tried to call you about an hour ago. Your doctor had an emergency delivery and can no longer take you”. They asked me to reschedule and I refused as I just drove 3 HOURS to get to the appointment. I asked if there were other appointments at other offices where anyone could take me and they stated “no. You need to reschedule”. She did not care at all of my situation. It wasn’t until I started crying begging for an appointment so I didn’t have to waste 6 hours driving on my day off of work until they stated there was an open appointment in Lake Mary. Why wasn’t that stated when I originally had gotten to the office? Absolutely ridiculous. The new doctor I saw in Lake Mary stated she would prescribe me birth control that I could pick up. Have tried calling the office 6 times only to receive voicemails as I do NOT have a prescription to pick up (have been waiting for 3 weeks after my appointment now). DO NOT go here as it is completely unorganized and they do not care for their patients.

The staff is kind dont get me wrong but it is very annoying when I have concerning questions about mine and my unborn babys health and no one seems to know how to pick up the phone. I want to share with you guys what I have been going through the past week and a half because these people dont seem to care as much when you are trying to get a hold of them through the phone. Recently Ive been having nosebleeds almost 1-2 a day maybe even three and Ive had severe headaches the whole time severe neck aches and back aches and every time I get concerned over a small thing and try to call anybody from here to get an answer... Guess what.... I dont receive anything but a voicemail telling me that everyone is busy and to leave a voicemail and they will get back to me which in fact they never do. And if you are ever to actually talk to someone over the phone nine chances out of 10 theyre rude and dont want to hear your problems they just continue to ask you the same questions to set up the appointment and thats it they dont actually seem to care enough for them to be working at an OBGYN place that takes care of unborn babies and mothers health.

They NEVER answer the phone or get back to you after multiple voicemails and filling out online appointment requests. The most unprofessional office I’ve never been to! If you like wasting your time, this is the office for you!

Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Deborah Spiers. The staff and herself were very friendly and very professional. She took her time to listen and answer all my questions. I felt very comfortable. I will be going back to her as my doctor. Thank you for making me feel welcomed.

Dr. Casper is on of the best doctors I have seen, he is more focused on the patients health and quality of life then he is on anything else. I wish more OBs would be as attentive and willing to work with us as he is.

Second time mom here after a 6 year gap so I was a bit nervous going through this again. I absolutely love the staff here. Very helpful, friendly and I’m always in and out quickly. Lesley Randall answers my questions with patience and knowledge. I feel very comfortable going to each appointment.

If there was less than 1, I would give it. It is wonderful that the Lake Mary office is closing, GOOD RIDDANCE! The nurse is rude and had cancelled my appointment twice which caused an annual exam to be on 2 insurances (1 for actual exam in Nov. and 1 to get the imaging completed in Jan. 2022). I was with the doctor before this joke of a health center bought out the original OB/GYN (which had a competent staff). I can now understand why the Dr is retiring, this place would ruin their good reputation. What joke, if you dont have high standards this is the place for you.

Me and my husband so in love with Dr. SpiersDoctors around the world take note from her l should have had her as my obgyn long time agoshes amazing woman very wonderful, always takes her time and explains everything and answers all my questions and concerns super important for me being a first time mom with no mother or support but my husband figure out everything out it can be stressful and worry sum .The staff is also very nice and helpful for appointments they deserve just as much praiseCan’t wait to have safe and successful delivery with this team .

Ive been a patient here for about 2 years I have never had a problem refilling my prescriptions or setting up appointments until this past month or so. I am completely out of my prescriptions Ive been trying to call to get it reauthorized by Dr Spears for the past 2 weeks. I tend to get my prescriptions filled 2 weeks before I need them so Im constantly in stock. unfortunately Im not sure whats happening over there Ive never had a problem until now. its really disappointing that I might have to transfer doctors again because of this. I live over 45 minutes away from the office so driving there to have a conversation about my my medications is not possible for me.

Cons : First impressions are everything. Walk in, no warm welcome from front receptionist, you can overhear all of their conversations in the waiting room. I was made to fill out the questionnaire and give my insurance again after I just did at their other office yesterday and was told I wouldn’t have to. It’s just inconvenient when one person says one thing and another says something different. The minuscule things make a big difference when they add up.Pros: Office is nice. Wait wasn’t very long. Dr.Spiers was veryyyyyy awesome!

You cannot get ahold of anyone, not in a safe or timely manner. While the actual doctors are great, it is no longer worth to come here. For five years I have gone here and at some point they switched to an automated system that is awful with receptionists that are equally as awful (if you ever get to actually hear a humans voice). Since this switch, I have dreaded making an appointment. I have to start about 2-3 months in advance, 2 weeks to 1 month just trying to get ahold of someone. This is especially terrifying for me if something goes wrong. I am switching providers because I can not deal with the stress anymore.

Ive been a patient for the past three years and I cant imagine going to any other clinic. Dr. Benitez delivered my baby at the Oviedo Medical Center back in December 2019 and I gotta say that it was an amazing experience. I even joked around saying that it was a Discovery Home and Health experience because everything went so smooth. Very different than the other two that I had. My 7 yr old daughter asked Dr. Benitez all kinds of questions right after the birth of my baby and she was very loving answering every single one of them (and when I say she asked A BUNCH of questions, I really mean it, lol). Never one time did she act like my daughter was being a pain. She took the time to explain everything to her considering the fact that my daughter was so excited about our new addition to the family.The staff at the office have always been amazing to me. Rachelle, from the front desk has always been polite, respectful and kind. Every time I go there, I have the pleasure to be greeted by Rachelle and she always makes me feel welcome.Catherine, is another staff member that I would like to make a comment about. She has always been compassionate, willing to listen and to help.Honestly, I cant see myself being treated by any other team of professionals.Thank you guys for everything you do!

Amazing staff!! Rachel from the front desk is warm and welcoming and always has a smile!!! Dr.Spiers is a wonderful doctor, she makes each transition of being pregnant feel manageable and just leaves you with a sense of peace. Answers all your questions and has a very soothing voice in my opinion!

Dr. Spiers, her nurses and her amazing front desk receptionist Rachel are all AMAZING! From the second you walk in, Rachel is always there to help you out with ANYTHING you may need from appointments to paperwork. She went above and beyond for me and I appreciate everything she did. Dr. Spiers is an outstanding doctor! She will take her time with you in every visit. She delivered my baby boy in September and was the smoothest process ever for a first time mom. Dr. Spiers nurses were always friendly and very helpful. Its a very nice and loving office. You definitely get treated like Family. 💜

Loved coming here throughout my pregnancy and postpartum care! Rachel was exceptionally helpful from scheduling appointments, billing issues and even made me feel better during my postpartum journey that was long and uncomfortable! Thank you Rachel for always being there and providing me with the support and encouragement that I needed during my pregnancy and after! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a new OB.

UPDATE… I decided to leave this clinic, front desk staff are unpleasant and a bit sarcastic when you bring up your concerns. When I decided to become a patient here they were answering phone calls, not sure what changed. Its okay to be sent to a machine but PLEASE DO GET BACK TO YOUR PATIENTS IN A TIMELY MANNER. If you need to book, change, or cancel an appt you’re going to have to go in person and im sure we dont all have time for that. And Yes im pressing the make an appt option and nurse triage and none get me anywhere. Unfortunately its the one thing so far thats very annoying about this clinic but its a big issue you should consider looking into. Have your staff check the messages every couple of hours and reach out.THE WORST….the staff is nice but unfortunately getting to them via phone is horrible. First they sent my prescription to a pharmacy without telling to where, then after knowing I realized i never got called from the pharmacy 3 days later come to find out that walgreens was permanently closed, after changing the pharmacy they assure me walgreens takes my insurance and no they do not. If you try calling them their office doesn’t receive incoming calls, its a machine and if you leave a message NO ONE gets back to you. My morning sickness has been horrible, I haven’t had the time to go into the office when all i need is to speak to someone on the phone. I’m looking to leave this clinic especially having a high risk pregnancy they are not reliable at all. Also if you’re going in for a sonogram arrive 15 mins prior to your appt because if you arrive at your appt time you’re late

This place has the rudest nurses staff in their call center. Absolutely zero compassion for patients in a tough situation. I’ve left appointments and phone calls in tears more times than I can count. This is also the only medical establishment I’ve ever dealt with that will not renew prescriptions with a pharmacy over the phone. I could end back up in the hospital because they care more about making money off enforcing office visits that helping patients get the care they need.

Dr. Benitez is AMAZING!!! Yes she is but you may ask why I gave a 1 star review because the office staff & Dr.’s are unreliable you can’t get a call thru, no one answers, I had a hysterectomy & shortly after had some complications, I tried calling & no one will answer the phone. Also I’ve had scheduled appointments & in 3 different occasion I’ve showed up to my appointment only to arrive & be told that they had just called me to let me know my Dr had an emergency, which is a lie in all 3 occasions NO one EVER!! Called me to let me know my appointment was canceled because Dr had an “emergency” mind you I know things happen but don’t lie about that they had call me when I never received a call & again happened to me in 3 different occasions. Then they just look at you & smile & say I’m so sorry. When they’re clearly not. Based off all of the reviews. It’s unfortunate to say as much as I liked Dr. Benitez & her professionalism & knowledge I won’t be going back.

Fantastic and very knowledgeable medical staff! Super helpful throughout my entire pregnancy in making recommendations. Dr. Benitez really listened and gave helpful feedback throughout the process. She was really understanding of my wishes and I felt like she really put the health of my baby and me above the norm. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is trying to become pregnant or is seeking excellent prenatal / delivery care.

I absolutely love Oveido Womens Health Center. I met the new GYN Dr. Spiers who was very friendly and knowledgeable. As always the staff is amazing too. Rachel, at the front desk is the best ever. Shes friendly and makes sure the patients needs are met. I would definitely recommend this office due to all my experiences which have been good. I have been going to this office for 2 years and never had an issue. Yesterday Rachel went out of her way to make sure a prescription I needed got to the pharmacy. Which it did. I really appreciate her and Dr. Spiers looking out for me. Thank you ladies!

Extremely disappointed. I am a first time mother and I went to the hospital due to heavy bleeding, cramping and clotting. I called the office to follow up with Dr. Benitez due to the diagnoses they provided and she told me go back to another hospital to get re-evaluated because the diagnose could not be correct. She did not want to see me in the office. I changed OBs and they confirmed what the hospital diagnosed me with and stated I should have been on bed rest. I had a scheduled appointment for a Friday and have been trying to reschedule the appointment since Monday. Called multiple times and left messages. Have yet to hear from the office about the missed appointment. Staffing is never aware of what is going on with the patients. Please avoid going to this office.

Dr. Benitez and the staff are both are all very kind, she does review things very quickly, but also sends you information through the portal. Staff do their best to attend to your needs. All your test done, and conversations with doctor are sent to you as soon as their done on the portal, before your next appointment. They also give any information on any concerns or terms you need to know during your pregnancy.

I am an existing patient and I called last Friday because I wasn’t feeling well. When I pressed the button for the existing patient line, I was given the option to leave a message detailing my problem. No one called me back. I called again Monday for the same problem and left another message since there was no option to speak to someone. Again, no one called me back. Also, there are hidden charges and I have received extra bills for past visits.

Dr Ana is a great doctor, she is caring and answered all my questions even if they did not directly relate to her practice she still advised me on where to go or how to proceed. Dr Ana and all the stuff were nice and helpful.It is very important to feel that you trust your doctor and that he cares about you on a personal level and this is exactly how i felt after my visit today.

The Physician and the offices workers were very kind and proffesional, my experience in all of my appointments have been awesome, the Gynecologist really cares about the patients health and their concerns. The waiting time is less than 10 to 15 minutes because I always arrive early. Im very glad that I found them. They speak Spanish too. The office is very clean, big and comfortable.Greatly reccomend it.

Normally I do not right reviews but I wanted to take the time to write one. This facility is amazing, the staff is super friendly and understanding. Doctor Ana and her assistant was so professional, walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. She listened to my concerns and instead of shooting me down she came up with an alternative.I will be returning here as a regular patient. 10/10 recommend.

These people are always canceling and rescheduling my wifes appointments. shes gone multiple times and when she goes all the sudden they have to reschedule. A waste of time and gas. And coincidentally its after we paid them up front for all the appointments. I cant wait to be finished with these people..... FYI ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE DEAD ACCURATE!!!!!!!! THEY SRE NOT LYING.

While my doctor was fine the staff overall was not, They were late on telling me my results which could have save my partner and I alot of pain if they were doing their job. The doctor did not know of any of this its the front desks job to call. She was great but I ended up changing doctors. They also sent me bills without adding my insurance! Also why recommend therapy help though another company for free for pregnant women when they dont call you for 3 months I would have been going out of my mind waiting for them. Just dont waste your time here granted it may have changed since I have been but their problem is with the women up front while they are nice there job does not get done.

I had an appointment with Dr. Pierre-Lambert on 9/28/2021 to follow up on a cyst that was found on my ovary during an ER visit the previous week. While I found Dr. Pierre-Lambert to be quite pleasant and am very confident in her abilities, I will say that I am disappointed in the lack of organization with the front desk staff and nurses. My appointment was at 10:45 and I arrived around 10:20ish for my appointment. It was 12 noon before I was finally taken to a room. Granted I know that when you go to the doctor’s, there’s going to be a wait time but 12:00 was ridiculous!! When I kept inquiring about what was taking so long the young lady at the front desk kept saying that they were running behind and kept giving me excuse after excuse as to why it was taking so long. Yet everyone kept getting called back as soon as they checked in. Extremely disappointed in their service and am seriously considering consulting with another doctor regarding my situation.

Deborah Spiers is a fantastic GYN. She explained all my birth control options, her concerns for each one considering my situation, and then let me make my own decision. She is patient, gentle, and accessible, and she never makes me feel like Im being rushed out of the room. Once she asked me three times if I had any more questions before leaving. The office has easily fit me in for emergencies. I also greatly appreciate that her office has a transparent self-pay schedule that can be requested. My only constructive criticism is that the main line often goes unanswered, and there is no way to leave a message.

This office and its doctors deserve to know these reviews are read and taken seriously. It reflects how theyre handling the business end of their practice too. A great doctor is very important to me, and so is the support staff. Im searching for a GYN since Ive moved here from out of state. It would appear that the billing staff and possibly the office manager is costing them clients. I for one am not willing to take a chance. I dont need this kind of frustration in my life

Office Staff do not answer phones. I have been trying for nearly a week to speak with them and I even submitted an online apt request form and no reply. Seems as though all calls are routed to one location? Good lord find another way to save money. I left the hospital being told I need to see this doctor in 2 days and 7 days later no one responds to me. This is a significant delay in my treatment and the office should investigate whether this type of delay has effected their current patients.

Staff is amazing once you’re in their office, super friendly and great doctors! BUTTTT they don’t ever answer the phones! It’s almost impossible to reach someone then the message says they will call back with in two days and they have not. Super disappointed on that part only.

Very nice, clean and spacious building. Nice and friendly staff. On time with appointments never a long wait. Comfort and privacy level is great. Easy to be open and honest with the doctors. All questions and needs are answered and met. Always have appointments available within a few days. Most importantly theyre following covid-19 protocol, with social distancing and face mask

Im only giving it a 3 star because when I went to the office the staff was nice and welcoming. However, if youre not face to face or just show up you will not hear back from any one in this office. I went in 3months ago and was given a referral to specialist which is not in network with my ins. I have been calling non stop for 3 months since my ins asked I contact the office to verify what kind of specialist it was so they can find one in network. I have called, left voicemails, spoken to front desk to only be transferred to the nurse that never returns my call. Its an important health situation for me and I have yet gone to get checked because this office does not answer. Its disappointing. They are working with people with health issue they should have more sympathy. IM STILL WAITING TO BE CONTACTED AND SEEN!

I have been searching for a female doctor that understood my issue. I finally found her, Dr. Spiers. I can finally have a surgery to correct my 13+ year issue. She took the time to listen to ALL of my concerns. Addressing each issue.This office is clean as it is still new. There is one nurse there that is elderly and sort of rude. Some of the office staff are also not very pleasant, Particularly over the phone.

This was my first appt with Dr. Spiers. I was with a previous OB for 4 years. So I was unsure. The office is very quaint. Welcoming and warm. Staff is very nice and attentive. Her MA was super sweet. Dr Spiers herself was very kind. She listened to me and my concerns and completely understood my issues. She isn’t one of those Drs who say “you’re too young or this has nothing to do with that” She listens! I have a family history of ovarian cancer and she was very attentive and we made a game plan. She even went out of her way to add a few labs to my script. I’m so glad I listened to others who recommend her and her staff!

I really would like to give Womans Health Center a positive rating because Dr. Spiers is very kind and helpful, and she made sure I was given a sample of the Rx I needed once because the cost through my insurance would have been too high for me to afford. However, the office staff, the use of an answering service, and the lack of communication really impact my experience in an extremely negative way. It appears that office primarily uses an answering service, which the employee at the answering service referred to as a call center. This led to my pharmacy trying to fax and call in an Rx request with no response for a full week (so they tell me). After receiving no response, the pharmacy sent it for a second time. I also called to follow up and ended up leaving several messages at the nurse/triage extension over the course of several days. The recording at the nurse/triage line states that I will get a call back in 1-2 business days, but that certainly was not the case for me or for my pharmacy tech. We both called separately and did not receive any call back to date. I was finally able to speak with a person via the call center by selecting the option to schedule an appointment, which was obviously was not the service I actually needed. After multiple calls back and forth spanning from Tuesday to Friday, I finally was able to get the issue resolved. However, the process was extremely frustrating and difficult. I also take issue with the process because for certain types of patients, it may prove to be largely inaccessible. I have experience in my profession as an advocate, and I am accustomed to calling doctors offices for my clients. Even with that experience, this process was long, stressful, and really difficult to get anything accomplished - I can only imagine how a person with health concerns or with less resources may feel. The inability to reach the doctors office location is really frustrating and proves to be a barrier to healthcare access. At the kind suggestion of the call center representative, I also tried messaging the staff via the online portal, which again said I would receive a response in 1-2 days. Again, to date, I have not received any message in my portal. My issue was, thankfully, resolved by the call center representative BUT the process took nearly two weeks and involve both myself and my pharmacy making multiple calls, faxes, and portal messages. It is incredibly difficult to reach this office, and thats a real problem they need to address. As much as I appreciate and respect Dr. Spiers and her hard work, I am very hesitant to recommend, or even return, to this practice overall.

This place is simply aweful. They are too understaffed. My mom was scheduled to go in for a biopsy several weeks ago. Well the first time there was some miscommunication about the insurance and they rescheduled it. Then the second time they canceled it the day of the biopsy because the doctor had to go deliver a baby and they didnt have any other doctors available to do it(her doctor is Dr Spiers). They had to reschedule it again over a week out. Finally for the third time she goes in for the biopsy and shes in the room with the gown on and they cancel it again because once again the doctor had to go deliver a baby! This is completely rediculous! Who does this to a patient when they are already in the room ready for the procedure?? My mom left the place with her blood pressure through the roof. Completely unacceptable. Now her care has been delayed because of their negligence. They need to get more doctors on staff or they dont need to be doing these procedures in their clinic , its irresponsible. Today she finally got the biopsy done but after she gets her results shes not going back there again. And shes not the only one whose appointments have been canceled at the last minute. Other patients too. They simply dont care about their patients or they would get properly staffed and do what needs to be done to give quality care.

First off, this office is horrible except for Rachel. Rachel is amazing along with Abby and the other MA that was there last year. The last blonde receptionist was a heartless Queen B! I was happy with the docs up until 2 weeks ago. Once you get there, it is pleasant, thanks to Rachel. However, they STILL did not send my daughters script and I cannot get ahold of anyone. I had to go to my PCP for a script that I requested months ago and STLL no response. They dont respond to pharmacies either, just so you know. What good are the docs if you cant contact anyone. They tell you not to leave multiple messages, must be for a reason, they never call back and must get bombarded with voicemails. Never have I ever experienced such bad service. I really cannot stand this office. Dont waste your time, especially if you need to get in right away. Steer clear, STAY AWAY. Call them, you will see.

Best! Place! Ever! Your girl was having a freak out about her health and everyone there was so accommodating and comforting, which is rare for a doctors office. Shout out to my girl Rachel! She was definitely the momma bear I needed today :) 10/10 highly recommend!

I have been with this place from my early pregnancy and I rate this plce an 11/10 . The doctors , the staff ,the front deak office have juat given me positive and happy experiences. Special mention to my doctro Dr Deborah Dpiers , she knows her patients well and is extremely skillful . Also to netiin the front desk staff Rachel who has been extremely helpful and patient with all my requests . Highly recommended !!! I am definitely coning back here for my next baby

Whether it’s an emergency situation or a simple appointment reschedule, no one in this office ever answers the phone or returns a phone call, message, nothing. I cannot count how many times I’ve needed my doctor for something and couldn’t reach her.. it’s RIDICULOUS

I was a patient since 14 weeks and I switched to being under Dr. Spiers care at 32 weeks just due to personal reasons. I wish I had Dr. Spiers since the beginning. She is very attentive, excellent bed side manner, and made me feel at ease with being a first time mom. At the hospital she went out of her way to be there for me even when it was not her actual working days at hospital. I look forward to staying with Dr. Spiers and if I have another child definitely starting with her from beginning of pregnancy.

Megan is an amazing sono tech. Love the conversations and knowledge that she gives patients. I had an amazing time coming to Oviedo Womans Heath. She always give Excellent customer service.

Thank God I found Dr Ana Benitez! I came to this place looking for a 2nd opinion and to clarify doubts about a diagnosis and it was worthy. It is very difficult to find a doctor who gives you confidence and security while you are looking for answers. It is my 2nd visit and from the 1st visit I realized how professional and knowledgable she was. I didnt feel like just another number. Her recommendation gave me the security I was looking for, everything so far has been very positive. Catherine is also excellent, she is very caring and compassionate. Very professional staff as well.

Wow I was very early and was taken in in lessThan 3 min. Staff is so respectful and courteous didn’t speak their native language in front of me (like lots of offices do) made me feel Comfortable. And it was very clean office in waiting area and inside exam room I tend to look at baseboard and corners see if they are clean if not I would go again but this office was clean. And every one wearing their mask loves it !!!!

I love this Doctors office, its very clean and organized. Dr Benitez is my doctor and she is very kind, caring and informative, the ladies at the front desk always have a smile on their faces. Doctor Benitez maybe a good Dr. But her staff is ufull and unprofessionalufull. Last week of September Doctor Benitez and I agree to a hysterectomy, walking out of the consultation that day Doctor Benitez comment to the surgery coordinator since you not that busy today this will be process quick. Days pass, talk to coordinator few time and she said nothing back from insurance. Okay! On September 8 I decided to call insurance and ask why the delay, that advise me that they needed to have a Dr. to Dr. conference. Okay, I call back the coordinator and told her what that person from insurance told me. She said, okay I will work on it. On September 16 send and message from the profile and response were was very unprofessional. September 18 called the insurance to find out that my surgery was approved 10 day prior to this day to be done today September 19. I have been calling since that afternoon asked for a manager and nothing not even available appointment to see Doctor Benitez. I walked into their new office today and walk out with my records without able to get an appointment or talk to a manager or even Doctor Benitez. Made me very sad, really thought I found a great OBGYN Female Doctor.

This place was super Super clean and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The front desk woman named Rachel was super sweet and got me checked in super quick. All the staff including the nurse practitioner I saw was very helpful and definitely gave me the answers that I was looking for.

I’ve never felt so unheard and neglected by a medical team. I’ve been in immense pain due to an infection for over 7 months and I feel that my health and feelings weren’t prioritized. I was told to give my partner my prescription refill (which i believe is illegal) Every visit is so rushed. watched a tech handle a urine sample and then touch me after not washing her hands. Used bandaids left on the table in the exam room. They never answer the phone or messages on the portal. I am utterly disappointed and saddened. If you are a women who takes their sexual and reproductive health, and overall well-being seriously, please do not go here. You deserve the best care and treatment. You won’t find it here, but keep looking and don’t give up. XOXO

This place is pure trash and a great example of how we all get screwed by our Healthcare system. 240 dollars to for a follow-up appointment to be told a surgical team will call. Ever heard of an email,phone call,text??? Obviously that doesnt line their pockets. So frustrating!!!

I had a beautiful, healthy baby girl in August 2018 & Dr. Deborah Spiers made it such a beautiful birth experience for me!! I’m so grateful for this practice! These women are AMAZING. I saw Dr. Benitez for most of my visits and I love how she is very thorough & takes the time to explain things to her patients not in a way as if she is above them but in a way to inform them, as you would tell a friend! She always took plenty of time to answer all my questions. Dr. Spiers was very easy to talk to as well & down to earth. Dr. Spiers was gentle with my daughter and laid her right on me letting us get our first moments together 💗💗🙌. She was such a blessing to us after 1 too many traumatic deliveries with previous doctors. It’s a wonderful practice. I would say Dr. Spiers is more on the natural side than Dr. Benitez cause Dr. Benitez was trying to talk me into to being induced to deliver before her jury duty.😅 Dr. Spiers was just kind of go with the flow, didn’t even check me as much because she didn’t want to if it wasn’t necessary. Great women helping women! 🙏God bless them . Good OBGYN’s are hard to find. This is a jewel 💎

Megan was so amazing today ! I came in for my anatomy scan and she explained every single bone or limb I was looking at and she made me feel so at ease . This was my first time at this specific clinic and this won’t be my last . Now I won’t even mind the 1 hour and 30 minute drive ! Thank you Megan you made my 2021 thanksgiving a memorable one ❤️

Dr. Lambert is, hands down, one of the *best* physicians Ive ever worked with. Shes an INCREDIBLE doctor & surgeon. This doctor not only listens to what you say, but thoroughly considers your symptoms, & any possible diagnoses. Shes incredible at explaining everything, & has an unparalleled ability to calm an anxious patient. I cannot sing this Drs praises enough.

Rescheduling shouldnt be made this hard. I have called multiple times and it always goes to the mailbox. And the mailbox says to allow 2-3 days for them to call me back. There is no online option. This is so frustrating.

If it was possible to give no stars I would . For started over had a sub chronic hematoma for two weeks still no response from my doctor . Then my baby is suffering from fetal tachycardia with a heart rate of 265 bpm and still no help or response got transferred to the high risk specialist (which btw is in Kissimmee and he doesn’t travel) and he took 5 days to schedule me then canceled my appointment the day of ! And pushed it out a week with my babies heart rate being so high already . It’s impossible to get a hold of any one I’ve called 30 times today ! No answer please don’t take your unborn children to be in these doctors care if you want them healthy ! Stay away from this place !

Its very difficult to get someone on the phone. The line is usually busy or just rings and rings. Otherwise, the office is very nice and clean. Dr. Spiers is very personable. Gave two stars for the phone shenanigans.

The entire staff was so nice and being new to the area I was nervous because I’ve had the same doctor for 22 years before moving to Oviedo. Dr ANA BENITEZ PRIETO was very attentive and made me feel right at home! I’m so lucky & happy to have found her!

DO. NOT. GO. HERE.Its not worth the stress of trying to get in touch with this office. Trying to get a hold of someone or make/cancel/change an appointment is impossible. If you need your own proof, go ahead and call the office 5x right now, you will not get through. If you can NEVER get a hold of someone for days and days and days no matter when you call or how severe your pregnancy problems are, it is not worth it. Pregnancy is stressful enough, dont do this to yourself.

If you’re pregnant, don’t go to this office, they will schedule a different doctor every time you go during your pregnancy, I’ve seen at least 5 different ppl and they just read the notes. I don’t feel confident during my pregnancy, I have no idea who will be my doctor when I deliver, it’s scary.

Dr. Benitez is great. She saw me through the full 9 months of pregnancy, delivered my son, saw to both of our health, and were there for me post partum. I felt like I was in very good hands and care the whole time.

The office is nice and clean but that doesn’t really matter considering you can never get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment. Tried for a month and even through the patient portal with no luck. They should not advertise urogynecology services when they have absolutely NO knowledge. Total waste of time.

I initially began being seen by this company at their Hunters Creek location when I lived on that side of town, then switched to the Avalon site for convenience. Today my daughter and I were seen in Oviedo as the Avalon site is closed due to COVID. The staff was attentive, helpful, and wait time was minimal. All my concerns were addressed and questions answered.

I will never recommend going to Avalon office the front staff is very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and a bad liar. I went over there for my appointment was told on the phone that I was able to be billed but when I went she was basically telling me no. Even when I got there early I waited an hour after my appointment, so I decided to request a refunded but only received half, as quick as the lady wanted to get my payment, the slower this front lady was taking to get my refund process started and was rude about it and was saying rude comments that was unprofessional. she kept on mentioning if I was mad at the wait but basically I was mad on how I was treated by her, she shouldnt even work at environment that suppose to show compassion and care, the worst I ever went to.

Dr. Kasper is a great health professional. The Staff is excelente specially Ivonne. Highly recommended.

Love Dr. Spiers shes wonderful, always takes her time and explains everything and answers all my questions and concerns never rushed . The staff is also very nice and helpful for appointments and referrals. They just moved to a new building down the road by publix. The building is beautiful and smells like new inside still.

My visit was very pleasant. The staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Benitez, like in my past experience, was very kind, thorough in her assessment, and professional. The place was clean and they where following COVID 19 guidelines.

35 weeks as of Monday and have seen the doctor ONCEEE since I transferred to this medical center at 27 weeks ! Impossible to get ahold of anyone & my appointments keep getting pushed back or cancelled ! Went to the ER due to bleeding on Saturday, (everything was fine with baby thank God) but I called on Tuesday to see if I can be seen since I’m still bleeding and have yet to hear back from anyone !!!!

Avoid this office. The front office/staff are never aware of what’s going on, super unorganized, unprofessional, they never answer the phone and/or return calls. They could care less about their patients. This is extremely frustrating being 28 weeks pregnant, I’m currently switching OB doctors. I refuse to continue care at this office.

I couldnt ask for a better facility. Staff was friendly. Dr.S was Amazing. She took the time to introduce herself and answered all the questions or concerns I had. I would definitely recommend this office.

Rachelle is amazing ! I’ve been coming the last few years and she’s always been nice and positive at the front desk, going beyond for her patients ! Ana Benetiz is an amazing dr but she isn’t there anymore and dr spires also a great dr .

This office never answers their phone. I’ve called several times to discuss my bill and they have not answered yet they still continue to send me the bill notification over and over. I even tried to email them in the patient portal and the system blocked me from doing so. On top of this my visits this year were unsatisfactory in terms of service from the Dr.

Dr. Spiers is a wonderful doctor. She listens and want to help. But, i am trying to get surgery, and i am still waiting for a phone call. I just want some relieve from this pain. Sadly, i dont know when thats relieve will happen.

I’m new to the area and pregnant no one picks up the phone so I drove here scheduled a appointment and when I came to the first appointment they canceled without even notifying me I’ve had 3 visit and every visit was a different nightmare at this point I’m looking for alternatives because I’m 12 weeks and the further I go I’m scared me and my child want be getting the right care we need my test results from lab been in two weeks haven’t even seen a doctor about what’s abnormal and time I get a appointment to at 9:45 why is it 10:48 and I still haven’t seen the doctor

If I can leave zero stars I would . This gynecologist office is extremely unprofessional !!!!! I needed to pay a bill that I got from them because I switched insurance and I asked if I could just provide the new information from my new insurance and they said no to my face and hung up. I called my new insurance and found out this horrible office was actually an IN NETWORK provider .... My insurance rep and I called the office together and asked for the billing department number and they gave us a FAKE billing department number and extension ..... what the hell!!!!! I’m NOT returning to this gynecologist office EVER !!!! And you shouldn’t either.All they want is your money .

Rachel at Oviedo Women’s Health center was so helpful at helping me with my problem and getting time the proper care I needed. Such a helpful receptionist when I was stressed throughout this time. Went above and beyond!

Worst service I ever experienced! I waited 1 hour 20 minutes for a, rude doctor. The doctor nor the staff didn’t have the common courtesy to apologize for the wait. Her reply was it took her all this time review the 67 pages of medical records I brought in. I wish I didn’t have to give the 1 star they don’t desire it!!

Joanna was at the front desk for my visit today and she was very helpful and friendly! And Dr. Spiers is really great at answering all of my questions and she always takes the time to explain anything I need!

Front office people are useless. I told the girl that I need to see a urogynecologist and was told they dont have anyone there. I told them it specifies urogynecologist on their website and made an appt. I was so disappointed when I got there and saw the dr and was told she is NOT a urogynecologist. UGH! I wish people would hire knowledgeable people not just bodies!

I’ve been sending Dr. Benitez and she’s amazing and today she wasn’t available so I saw Dr. Spiers and she was just as amazing as my doctor!!! I absolutely love this place and the nurses and doctors are so helpful and caring!

Awesome ladies in the office! So fun and caring. Highly recommend Dr. Lambert, she has delivered both of my youngest and amazing!

Nurse Practitioner Lesley Randoll is phenomenal! Shes very patient and understanding and great at communicating my health concerns! I highly recommend her!

Finally was able to find another office in Oviedo area! I really feel sorry for the great doctors at this office for losing business because of useless and unorganized front office staff and billing department. Was a nightmare dealing with this office..what a relief!!

I never have an issue with this office. Staff is always nice. I’m seen on time every time. Some of the girls could be a little more social but other than that always great experience.

I’ve been calling this location and requesting an appointment for over a month now I’m already in the system. You all are supposed to be helping people. My health is very important to me and this facility has been making me stress myself out more and more to the point I can’t handle.

Interesting how they make you sign a waiver that of you are 2 minutes late the appt will be rescheduled...yet waiting for 15 minutes after my appt time is ok?

This is such a great place, the MA’s are amazing and always make you feel like family here. I’m always nervous for my visits and once I walk in everything just seems better.

Dr Spiers and NP Lesley are the sweetest women! I feel very taken care of every time I come to their offices.

Dont go here, the staff is rude and inattentive to their patients concerns and needs, and cut their patients off when theyre trying to express concern. Receptionists like to argue with patients as well. The healthcare in this state sucks.

Not recommended. Cant ever get a hold of them. Takes them a week to respond to me and I’m pregnant. Told them and they never fixed the issue. Switched doctors. The way they do things is unprofessional.

I wish I could give 0 star worst disgusting service I ever had I am in extremely pain and it’s been more than 2 weeks they still didn’t get back to me with the surgery date, everytime I call for update this is what they tell me the surgery Coardinator isn’t in today so we still waiting on her, she will get back to you as soon as she is in the office and it’s been few weeks I still haven’t received a phone call, specially the person on the phone her name was Christina she was really rude and didn’t care about the service at all she was basically telling me go to hell I hope doctor see this post and take some sort of action I hope anyone else don’t have to go through this like me.

No answer phone calls forever. Lots of tests in different days. It can last several months to test different things. They don’t care.
