The front office staff was professional and efficient, as well as the medical assistant that took my vitals. Dr. Kareem was excellent! This is my first visit here and I’m so glad I made the switch from my former gynecologist. I finally found a doctor who is very much interested in my well being. I felt very comfortable asking her any questions including personal concerns that I was too uncomfortable discussing with my last doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Kareem!

Coming in the door I was greeted with a smile and kindness to follow!! The atmosphere is very calm and inviting and the music was great! I enjoyed seeing Dr. Kelly! She is truly the bomb! She answers every question you may have and she does not rush your visit. I would 100% recommend this office to all women!

(they have zero basic knowledge of anything related to gynecology, including whether or not its necessary to take ibuprofen before an IUD insert)👎🏽👎🏽 The office and the call centers ability to communicate efficiently is a 0 out of 5 stars.👎🏽👎🏽 Feeling cared about or validated by staff is a 0 out of 5 stars.❗They will not give you a receipt for the services that you paid for.❗❗They will brush your concerns about pain under the rug and insist that getting on birth control will fix any and every issue.❗❗You cannot reach the office via phone, you will be directed to the call center.❗❗You cannot reach your doctor or a nurse via phone. You have to message them through the portal for any questions or issues.❗❗❗Your doctor never sees these portal messages and theyre answered by someone else. A nurse? We dont know!❗❗❗These messages claim to be confidential but you will have no idea who has access to read or respond to them.❗❗❗ The customer service agents at the call center will do everything in their power to make you schedule an appointment. Each appointment is $250, that is just to show up and ask a question. They charge additional for every other service, all testing, all lab work.I am keeping my appointments here until I can find another provider for TWO reasons. #1 they accept CareCredit cards. #2 during my last appointment I met Dr. Ford-Kelly and for the first time in 15 years, a doctor validated my period pain and called for an ultrasound. She didnt insist that it was normal or that birth control would fix it. She was alarmed that I never had an ultrasound done since I have been complaining about severe pain since I got my first period at 12 years old. Ovarian cysts, painful menstrual cycles, ovarian cancer, and breast cancer all run in my family on BOTH sides. She was the first doctor who has ever been concerned about me having to call out of work four days a month because of debilitating pain during my menstrual cycle. This entire organization is a nightmare. Ive had some horrible experiences but the Womens Center takes it to a whole new level, normalizing the neglect women experience every day in society. As a minority woman, Im used to being treated poorly in these settings. But even the bathrooms are filthy. The attached pictures were taken at 11 AM. Not a single clean pen yet, they only opened only 3 hours prior. But, I mean, who cares about womens health anyway, right? Less than 15% of the NIH budget for funding is being allotted to research on womens health this year. Even though women created 100% of the people on this plant. This entire business is a great representation of how women are treated all over the world, just normalizing the abuse, neglect, and lack of care and concern. But as long as Dr. Forde-Kelly is practicing here, this is where Ill be going. She is the ONLY good thing about this place. And if she leaves, I will follow. I pay out of pocket anyway 🤷🏽‍♀️

Attentive, thorough and diligent👏🏾! Dr. Forde-Kelly is that person you want taking care of you. She takes the time to talk to you and listen to your concerns which is all anyone would want on the road to recovery. Patients don’t want to be in the dark about a health concern let alone have an issue be dragged out until the problem gets worse.I feel more than comfortable in her care, the staff is always wonderful and polite. This office definitely lives by the motto, “If you’re gonna do something, do it right!” I’m confident to say that they go over and beyond every time!

Be wary!I was going to this clinic as my gyn until becoming pregnant and started my OB care through them. They dropped me as a patient about halfway through my pregnancy though the roughly $1500 they charged for OB care was certainly kept. The final payment was taken the week after I was informed of no longer being a patient. They were constantly canceling and rescheduling appointments which is how I found out I was dropped as a patient. I had called to reschedule another canceled appointment but they told me that I was no longer an active patient. I asked why, I was told that they didnt know, couldnt help me, and was promptly hung up on.Prior to this an appointment I was actually allowed to keep, they forgot I was there and told Dr. Kareem they would cancel my appointment. Thankfully I overheard and was able to see the DR that time.The front office staff was horribly rude and I wish I would have gone somewhere else for my OB care early on just as my sister had done (she left this practice due to poor experiences as well). When I was dropped, I was unable to find other care due to the progression of the pregnancy. I only received a letter notifying me of the dismissal after giving birth to my son, still without a reason.Please avoid the stress of putting your pregnancy through this place.

These women are amazing they are kind patient great personality s from the front desk to the back patient rooms A+++ Service.I felt like I was getting royalty service. They provide everything for women from birth control on all the way through our aging years with menopause.So glad I found them.Update had my second visit Dr confirmed with my blood work Im going through menopause and she put together a plan to help me get through this amazing people first dr thats been able to help me. 5 stars thank you Soo much definitely recommend.

Dr. Sherra Forde-Kelly is awesome. I been seeing her for over 4 years. She cares about her patients. She listens, and if her patients have questions; she makes sure she explain in details. When you leave her exam room you are satisfied.

I’ve been a patient of the Women’s Center for three years and have always had a great experience. Dr. Kareem is kind and takes time to explain things thoroughly. The office is clean and the staff are professional. I highly recommend the Women’s Center.

I would not recommend this doctor’s office to my worst enemy. After waiting over 90 mins in my exam room and asking politely for an update I was not only scolded by the very doctor that delivered my daughter 4 years ago but I was very rudely told to reschedule and see my way out. Dr. Sherra Forde Kelly, shame on you for not only being absolutely disrespectful but for also feeling as though your time is more valuable than the hard working patients you see.I left 1 star for the very apologetic, polite and kind front office staff member that saw how understandably upset I was by the way I was treated.

I went there several times. My doctor Dr. Kelly is really knowledgeable doctor. However, I do not like the Womens Centers policies and offices by themselves. First of all, every time that I go there to visit the doctor my wait time is at least 1 hour and sometimes more than that. I think such wait time is not acceptable. Their other policy is that they do not allow your any company of yours to wait inside the receptionist area which I think is not fair especially in their 820 Lucerne Terrace which does not have any other office nearby. Last time my husband waited outside in hot weather of Florida for 2 hours for me because my doctor arrived also late. In total I do not recommend this place

I came here to discuss sterilization options. Firstly, romantic partners are apparently not allowed EVEN IN THE WAITING ROOM unless you attend an obstetrics appointment. Though strange to me, I could have overlooked this if my provider, Yasmin Kareem had not been extremely passive-aggressive about me seeking sterilization at a young age.She continuously asked what my fiancé thought about my choice and seemed disbelieving when I walked her through our discussions. I even told her that he was RIGHT OUTSIDE of the waiting room if shed like to include him in the conversation. The entire appointment felt like a trial that purposefully omitted a key witness, which is not how a gynecologic appointment should ever go. (Sidenote: Kareem also thought it appropriate to sternly question my prescribed medication, which made me extremely uncomfortable)Kareem recommended an ultrasound, so I went and had it, just for her to refer me to another doctor for a SEPARATE issue than what I had come in for - which was strictly a consultation on sterilization procedures. I should also note that she seemed enthused to push me out the door when she printed the referral.In my time at this clinic, I felt very much that my personal health choices and identity were seen as lower value than those who were traditionally feminine choosing to procreate.Then they dared to charge me over $400 (and that is WITH insurance, mind you) for what? A fruitless consultation appointment, ultrasound, and referral for another issue. Though kind and gender-inclusive, the front office staff was also disorganized, charging my card incorrectly multiple times. Furthermore, the wait times were long, considering the uselessness of my appointments.I had originally planned to say nothing and call it water under the bridge. I do not enjoy writing poor reviews. However, last week, I received a call that the office would send my bill to collections. A bill that I have been paying off, but once again, for what? What did I gain from this? Its a hefty bill, wonderful material for talk therapy, and zero progress on my personal health goals.I understand that age can be a legitimate concern for the clinic and practitioner. However, her mind was made up about me before the appointment began. I have done my research. I am no fool and am of age for a procedure such as this. NO ONE deserves flippancy from their doctor, especially for age, identity, or family plans.If you are seeking sterilization and you are young, unmarried, and/or childless, seek help elsewhere. I assure you that most OB-GYNs will outperform the best this clinic can offer -- and at a more affordable rate.

Dr.Kareem was wonderful. Very direct and honest. We just wanted my boyfriend to be able to be apart of the experience as well. Other than that my encounter with the provider was good.They need a new receptionist she was not aware of anything going on. Had nurses and providers waiting for her to complete a task. Was asked to add a patient on to the provider schedule and she said she can but she dont know if they would come. I was shocked when common sense would be to give them a call . The nurse already left a message for them. She was also lazy did not refill the bathroom toilet paper but informed everyone that they would need to do a urine sample ..... Hopefully when I have a follow up appointment she will be off. She did not seem to care.

3 stars for Dr. Forde-Kelly, who is the most amazing doctor and for the lovely staff and nurses. I have seen Dr. Jeffrey Feld twice and I did not find his bedside manner adequate. He does not knock before entering the room to wait for you to be decent. During the pelvic examination, he will grab your bare hips to place you where he wants you to be instead of asking you to scoot down. The privacy sheet was moved to the point that it felt like there was no reason to even have it because nothing was covered. He does not walk you through what hes about to do or warn you before touching you. To be manhandled by a male doctor can be very traumatizing.

I tried calling their office, sat on hold and then eventually got sent to voicemail. I tried making an appointment online and their customer service person ‘Naty’ cancelled it because they don’t accept my insurance. Then when I asked if I could pay out of pocket she replies with just “no”. This office does not care about anyone’s wellbeing. I wouldn’t given them a dime and you shouldn’t either. Not when there are so many other offices in the area with caring staff!

This was my daughter’s second appointment; she was having a procedure done. The first visit was challenging/ but I assured my daughter that all would be fine. I accompanied my daughter into the room for her procedure. The doctor was abrupt and did not explain things fully in my presence; she asked me to depart to the waiting room. She would not allow me to stay with my daughter in the exam room (my daughter’s request - not mine).After the procedure ( which seriously took less than 5 minutes), my daughter was uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there. (I was confused as I was previously told by the office staff that the procedure takes about 30 minutes end to end).Also- the doctor provided ZERO aftercare instructions. I had to do my own research to understand what we needed to do for the 72 hours post-procedure. To that end, based on my daughter’s feedback, most of my research suggested the doctor may have skipped an initial step.I’ve visited this office for several years. I guess I’ve always just tolerated the doctor’s unique bedside manner and abruptness. Now though, when seeing this from the prospective of a young woman with no experience, I could not, in good conscience, recommend this office. Patients wishes are not respected and the lack of information provided is a safety concern.If you’ve been around the block and are adept at handling doctors, you’ll have no issues. But if you require or expect a higher level of genuine care, look elsewhere.

The bathroom had a used urine sample cup on the floor and wasn’t maintained very well. On the bright side Dr. Kareem was professional and knowledgeable. She made my entire visit a positive one. She educated me throughout the entire process; which I found very beneficial.

Dr. Kareem is the best. She Always make me feel like Im her only patient. She cares about me and my well-being. Love her.

I had my first sonogram appointment for pregnancy and Dr. Yasmine was so knowledgeable and informative.

Firstly Dr. Ford-Kelly is a woman, I believe she handles our equipment like it was here own, she has a gentle touch, which is great for people who hate GYN visits. I will never see a male GYN again. She is relatable and takes her time to make sure you understand and have knowledge of every option available to you. You can tell she loves doing her job and she cares.

I’ve had Dr. Kareem since after my first-born, 20 years ago. Many facilities have opened up since then with even more clinicians, but Dr. Kareem is straightforward about your care and what’s going on. She is the only doctor I’ve ever followed around to different locations. She’s great!

It’s hard for me to leave a bad review, but I have to share my experience at this office. I stuck around way too long, late into my second trimester until I just had to leave the office and find somewhere new.After my first visit I was forced into paying for the global plan, it’s the office policy, which is fine, but I was overcharged. Every time I went in for a visit, they still wanted more money, so I paid and paid. Finally I had had enough, I was so confused because I shouldnt have needed to keep paying with my insurance and the front desk was no help every time. I was told to talk to Billing. So I asked for their phone number and was told They dont have one (this is untrue by the way, they do have one). So I said how can I contact them? and was told They will call you. I waited for the call the next week found out they have a number. It took a few calls to finally get reimbursed what I was overcharged.The bathroom is very dirty. Once I almost couldnt get my pee sample in the cabinet because there were so many pee samples sitting in there. I had to move someone elses over to get mine in there.Long wait times. One time in particular I was waiting for my anatomy scan and had a view of the ultrasound room from my waiting room seat. It had been 45 min I was waiting and looking at everyone else waiting I was like okay I should be next. Then someone walked in for a later appointment and was taken into the ultrasound room within 5 minutes. So I went to the front desk thinking maybe they forgot I am here, but was told they should be with me soon. I waited for the new girl to come out and then I was called because the tech wanted to have a word with me. She wanted to take one more person ahead of me to accommodate her schedule. I have trouble saying no, so I let her walk all over me, I went back to my seat and teared up. I didnt feel cared for at all.I was initially told Dr Forde-Kellys schedule fills quick by the front desk, so schedule all your appointments well in advance. I did so, but you may not actually get to see her anyway. I do understand emergencies and such, but I came in to see her for scan results, which I didnt know there was an issue at the time. The front desk said the Dr wanted me to see the NP, and thinking nothing was wrong and not wanting to say no, I said okay. I waited a while as usual, and the Doctor was there I know because she came out into the waiting room talking to a patient. So I felt like I had been pawned off. Then I find out they found something on the ultrasound that needed more testing. I go home after to my husband who had a couple easy questions, and I did what I was supposed to do and used the PORTAL. Well I was told I would have to come back in and see the doctor to have those answered. Annoying. How can I guarantee seeing her when she was right there and didnt want to see me.To sum it up, they overbook, lack of cleanliness, the portal that they want you to use so bad is a joke. Incompetence. Disorganized. On a positive note, Dr. Forde-Kelly is brilliant, and knowing that fact is why I kept going to the office, but enough became enough.It doesnt end there. I find a new office and I am trying to get set up with them mid pregnancy. I fill out the transfer record form, and I know The Womens Center received it because I got an email that they cancelled my appointments, without me asking. I then received certified mail (which I had to go pick up at the post office) stating that they were terminating my care. Did they send my records? No. My current office has tried contacting them, no answer. They have tried sending the form again. Nothing. Here I am at 37 weeks pregnant and they still havent received my records and they started asking in December.I have found a new amazing office. Immaculate, friendly, helpful, organized, low wait times. Oh yeah, and my husband can sit with me in the waiting room now. Glad to leave the bad experiences behind.

Dr Kareem continues to give me the same excellent care she has provided for many years. She is thorough and compassionate and has cared for me through a number of health issues, improving my quality of life. Her skills as a practitioner and surgeon are top-notch.

I only leave 4 stars bc I have found it impossible to actually speak to someone on the phone. Nice office, quick wait time, easy check out, cant talk to anyone afterwards about my prescription. Take that as you will.

Very pleased with my visit! She was very straightforward and to the point and I could not have loved that more. Years and years of all these misc. issues and she was willing to go through my whole medical history and make a game plan.

This was my first visit with Dr. Kareem and she was very personable and took her time with me which seems like a rarity amongst other healthcare providers these days. I look forward to continuing to be a patient of hers for a long time and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new obgyn.

Dr sherra forde-kelly took her time to actually listen to my concerns and made a plan to solve my issues. I had to see dr kareem to get some result and it was not the best experience. she had no interest in explaining or solving my issue. i decided to make another appointment with dr kelly and so far no issue. I have recommended the clinic to other family and friends. I do believe that a bad day can happen and prefer to believe that dr. kareem was just having a bad day and couldnt compartmentalize that day.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Kelly today, this was my first visit. I was overwhelmed arriving but left feeling a sense of ease and relief. She was patient, kind and most of all knowledgeable..she didnt rush my visit. I would highly recommend! Also the front desk staff was friendly and professional

The appointment process was smooth and easy. I liked the doctor I saw but the problem is that after seeing the doctor my prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. To make matters worse, you have communicate through a portal if you need to speak to the doctor which takes extra time. I’ve never been to a place where you can’t call and have them verbally talk to the doctor on your behalf. I think it’s completely unprofessional to completely forget to send a patients prescription! It’s also unprofessional and a waste of time for the patient to jump through hoops just to get an issue like this resolved. They need to pay close attention and have better customer service. I will be finding a new place to go to. Hope this helps anyone who needs advice on where to go.

Dr. Kareem has been my Dr. since I was 16, and I will never see anyone else. She always explains everything extremely well and makes sure to listen to all your concerns and addresses them. She always goes the extra mile to make sure she rules any issues out and makes sure you receive the best care.

Do not go here if you have a significant other you won’t be able to go in to ultrasounds and you’re shunned out even if your wife/significant other wants you in the room. Stay away if you have a supportive significant other they will have them sit outside.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kareem was wonderful! Provided so much helpful information and did not make me feel rushed. So grateful for such a knowledgeable and caring provider.Highly recommend her and this practice.

I always have a great visit when I go to the Women’s Center Oviedo. I’ve seen most of the practitioners there. I am having my 3rd child with them. For my sono Stephanie took care of me and she is always a blast as we see my little guy. Very sweet and very knowledgeable and a newer team member but not new to sonography. Then I met with Christina Torres for my follow up portion and she is also great! Very personable and pleasant! I came during a time when they had a rush so she even came back into the room to take my blood so that I didn’t have to wait! She was awesome and I enjoy seeing her also! Thank you team for your valued care of me and my baby!

Dr. Forde-Kelly, is honestly the best gynecologist I’ve ever had. She really listens to you and makes you feel comfortable in the room. If you’ve ever been hesitant about going to your gyno appointment don’t be, she’s the one to see :)

I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with The Women’s Center, their team, and (especially) Dr. Sherra Forde-Kelley. I’m newer to OBGYN appointments, so naturally I have nerves, as this is a vulnerable place for many women. Dr. Forde-Kelly is a force to be reckoned with. In my opinion, one of the most valuable traits she possesses as a physician is her ability to educate patients, walking them through every step of the process, what medical terms mean, etc. in a way that they would best receive that information. I feel so comfortable asking her questions as well. I wish she could be my PCP! I cannot recommend this practice enough.

Everyone is very welcoming. They are attentive and asks direct questions. You really do not have a long wait. Christine listens and gives good medical advice on what is happening. I love this office and will never change.

2nd appointment, different doctor expecting to be seen on time or wait for just a little while. Appointment was at 9:15, was taken to the back at 10am. Didn’t get to see the doctor until 10:45. Great doctor but not sure if I’ll be returning.

I absolutely love Dr. Kareem. Each and every visit I go to with her she is thorough and very attentive to ANY concerns I have. She takes her time to explain everything and has the most amazing personality that makes each visit comfortable. I also adore her staff from front desk to each nurse I have never had a bad experience, they are professional, courteous and kind. I would recommend Dr. Kareem and her staff to everyone!

Excellent office and customer service is always on point. From the minute you walk in to checking out, they are always filled with joy assisting their patients. Been coming here for a few years now. Dr Torres is friendly and super sweet, as well as knowledgeable. She also explains every little detail which is awesome and easy to understand when it comes to test results. Will definitely recommend this office. I have also went to their Winter Park and Hunter’s Creek location at one point but my favorite is Oveido.

The doctors seem very knowledgeable and smart, however the companys business practices seem illegal and if not very unethical. They have you sign this contract for $1000 out of pocket that they make it sound like its normal and its with your insurance company. However its an optional almost supplemental insurance outside your insurance company. They do not report this out of pocket expense to the insurance company, even though they said they do.They just lump this contract into the large stack of papers you sign for seeing them. Very unethical and would be surprised if what they were was not illegal.They also charge you before you have any services done and refuse to see you if you want to pay after; Which I thought was illegal to bill for medical services before services rendered.They dont appreciate your time and over book. Meaning you might be waiting over an hour to be seen when you have an appointment.You can not ask the doctor any questions outside your appointment. If you forgot to ask anything, they will tell you to ask via the portal. When you ask any question for your doctor to answer via the portal they tell you to schedule an appointment.They care about your money more than you, factor that in when deciding to come here.

Yesterday was my first appointment with Dr. Forde-Kelly and it most definitely will NOT be my last!She made me feel so comfortable!! It was like I was talking to a friend or family member. Even still, she was very professional and knowledgeable! She listened to my worries and gave me a peace of mind.I am super excited to embark on this journey with Dr. Forde-Kelly and I highly recommend her to any and everyone!

Dr Kareem is an amazing physician! Just had an appointment with her today and her warm infectious personality is exactly what I needed for my visit. I never ennjjooooyyyyy going to the Gyno but having a friendly person on the other end of that visit is worth raving about.

As a transgender man, to say Im not the usual clientele here would be an understatement! Its been years since Ive had a gynecology exam, so I was more than a little nervous coming here. But TWC had glowing reviews, so I figured I might as well be brave and check this place out...and I am so happy I did.Dr. Kareem was so welcoming and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable, I was honestly a little bit shocked at how pleasant everything was. She admitted that 99% of the people she sees are pregnant women, and when she messed up on my pronouns she apologized immediately, but she was so earnest and was really trying I didnt mind when she slipped up. Even the nurse who called me in was amazing and used my preferred name as well (which I was not expecting but it was so nice and validating, so thank you!)The pap smear was the best Ive ever had in my LIFE. That might sound ridiculous but listen, Ive had terrible exams in the past and those experiences put me off of wellness exams for almost a decade. But this visit here? Absolutely the best Ive ever been through. It was so quick and painless I legit was like, wait were done? thats it?Dr. Kareem was also incredibly helpful with advice for me as a trans guy, which I didnt expect at all but it was greatly appreciated. She made me think of a mother hen in the best way possible. It was amazing to have a doctor - especially one Ive never met before - be so wholly on my side and care about me and my medical treatment/future plans.I dont normally write reviews, but considering my perspective as a trans guy, I thought it might be worth posting about so others looking for similar help could find this place. Im so glad I took a chance on The Womens Center and Dr. Kareem and definitely recommend their services! :)

Doctor Forde-Kelly is very friendly, nice, personable and Awesome! She makes you feel like youre talking and hanging with your friend not a Doctor. Its always a pressure seeing her. It would be amazing if all doctors are like her. Love you doc!

I adored Dr. Forde Kelly and she was very through. I had so many questions about my form of birth control and she answered everything and more. She also is super personable so I felt super comfortable and left wanting to scream to rooftops about how amazing Dr Forde Kelly is! I would recommend her to everyone.

I have been seeing Dr Kareem for years through my endometriosis diagnosis, PCOS diagnosis and regular OB visits and have always enjoyed her as my doctor. Her office on the other hand seems to be hit or miss although today was a hot so Im hoping theyre onto something better. My biggest complaint is always the wait time. I never see Dr Kareem even close to my appointment window and today it was a whole hour after getting into a room. This is the first or second time and its extremely frustrating especially when you schedule time out of work.

Dr. Kareem is an amazing doctor! but unfortunately her front desk staff are incompetent especially when it comes to verifying insurance. They also have had rescheduled my appointment way to many times and each time is alway a month out. There is no point in coming to this place if you can’t even get an appointment.

Everything with the visit was fine, but Dr. Kareem could really work on her bedside manner and be gentler with her pelvic exams. I’m a nervous first time soon-to-be mom and she did not do much to put me at ease as far as encouragement and kindness. To her credit, she was thorough and informative. This is why I prefer Dr Forde Kelly, who unfortunately was booked.

I dont actually like the womens center as a practice. I do however like Dr. Forde-Kelly. I deal with the mess and negativity the office staff and finance department put me through to see her. Shes knowledgeable, caring with a comforting bedside manner. Shes too good for your practice. If she ever leaves Im right behind her. Dr. Johnson is also amazing.

Dr. Kareem is amazing. Shes an advocate and ally in my changing needs as I grow older. Shes supportive and takes the time to help me understand the steps and expectations with each visit. Shes inspired me to focus on my overall health physically and holistically.

Dr. Kareem is amazing. She delivered my daughter almost two years ago. The care she provided during my pregnancy and the day of my labor was outstanding. I still come see her for my annual visits. She is very knowledgeable and listens well to your concerns. I drive about 45 minutes just to see her

Dr. Forde-Kelly is the first doctor that I have ever had that I look forward to seeing. Being that this is my first pregnancy I have felt anxious, but at every stage Dr. Forde-Kelly has eased my anxieties that come with being a first time mom and making me feel so comfortable and at ease while Im there. Shes amazing at what she does and Im so impressed with the standard of care shes provided me!

This place is not even worth the one star review I’m leaving. My comment and review is specifically for Dr. Ford-Kelly. Never met the doctor and maybe it was a divine reasoning. After relocating w/ the federal government I am back home and was in search of healthcare providers in the area or surrounding. I first scheduled my appointment back in October 2022 when I got my first positive test ever. I quickly searched and asked around and my niece mentioned Dr. Ford -Kelly and me being a woman of color myself I was over the moon with all of the wonderful reviews I read and one good word from a staff member. I was excited to finally have a black doctor. This was short lived, I unfortunately experienced a miscarriage and 5 additional rescheduled appointments last minute sometimes but I still stayed faithful until I got rescheduled for a 6th time. To me coming from federal healthcare this is totally unacceptable and distasteful in any setting especially in maternity. I’m typically an early morning appointment since I’m was traveling from over 50miles away for what I thought would be five star care. What I got was two middle finger care. I scheduled at different times because I tired being understanding of the doctor and her field of expertise but at some point professionalism and courtesy has to come and and it was below subpar here. If you want continuously rescheduled appointments when it comes to your women’s health care then this is the place. Save yourself some time and find a doctor who has bedside manners in and out of the office. Schedule at your own risk. Never again

This was my first visit to this office. From the second I walked in, I was greeted with a kind smile( behind a mask), and efficiency. Dr. Kareem was professional and delightful. She spent an enormous amount of time with me with in depth information and understanding. I was extremely impressed with the Doctor and her staff. I am not a person that normally writes a review, so this statement says it all.

I had an appointment at 10:30, received multiple confirmation texts and emails, including a confirm arrival text. When I got here, the doors were locked, the lights were off, and they won’t answer the phone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kareem since 2006; she is the best. Very informative and caring. I do have to wait some but I dont mind because I like her thoroughness. I absolutely love the office staff they are friendly and professional.

Not only is the facility beautiful and clean. Everyone is so nice! Dr. Kareem is amazing, I have been going to her for about 4 years now and she always knows how to make me feel comfortable and answers all my questions! She genuinely cares and takes the time to talk to you and get to the bottom of whatever is going on. I cannot recommend this practice or Dr. Kareem enough.

Dr. Kareem and her staff are amazing! I’ve been struggling figuring out what has been going on with my body and she has done everything in her power to get answers! Dr. Ford-Kelly is awesome & superb. A bit far away and waited a tad bit, but all the wait nd distance was worth it. I can see myself visiting her practice for years to come. She is also a bit of fresh air and an inspiration. I havent felt so comfortable in a long time visiting a doctor since migrating to this country as a medical personnel myself. I was happy I found her online, nd tried her based on, what seem to be great feedback.

Dr. Forde-Kelly is an exceptional doctor. She made my IUD insertion as comfortable as possible, and she showed a great deal of sympathy when I expressed that my pain tolerance isnt very high. She made sure that I would experience the least amount of pain, explained the procedure thoroughly, and answered all my questions. I think what sets Dr. Forde-Kelly apart from other doctors is that she has great bedside manner and she doesnt strip you of your humanity- shes a great listener and treats you with kindness and compassion. Shes very knowledgeable and highly competent, but has a warm presence that makes you feel safe. Best OB/GYN visit/experience Ive ever encountered.

Honestly a terrible experience from beginning to end. They performed unnecessary tests, would not listen when my husband and I told them that they were running tests that had already been completed. They kicked my husband out halfway through our appointment and wouldnt even let him wait in the waiting room, he had to wait outside. I started crying and trying to leave and multiple staff members came to stop me, at one point following me to the elevator to usher me back inside. It was horrendous.After my appointment, I never got any test results for the unnecessary pelvic exam they forced me to take. I called and e-mailed multiple times and was promised to receive the results but never received them (its been 4 months now). This only confirmed my instinct that there was no medical necessity for what they wanted to do. However, they were able to send me an invoice within 2 days of my appointment for over $600, and then sent me to collections when I told them I didnt feel I should pay for unnecessary tests, all of which had been previously performed at a prior appointment.Ive never been back. I switched OBGYNs. I wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy but I am thankful that whenever I called corporate, I received very kind and empathetic representatives that genuinely cared and tried to help. It gives me hope that its not a problem with The Womens Center as a whole, but just this location with Dr. Kareem and team.

Professional, personal, caring. Dr. Kareem took the time to speak with me and explain everything. He was easy to talk to and understood any concerns that I would have. She made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend the Womens Center to everyone.

My experience with the woman center was a five star rating. Ive been a patient for over 5 years and every time I visit the office it is very professional. Doctor Forde-Kelly ensures that I feel comfortable with the information that is provided before leaving her office. If you are looking for an OBGYN in Central Florida this is the number one center I would refer you to make an appointment.

Still new to this office but everyone is friendly, clean atmosphere and Dr. Kareem was easy to speak with and understand things she was explaining to me. Will probably add another star after a couple more visits. Love the website quick updates and quick and efficiency on the staff during check in and check out.

My wife was scheduled for a Procedure with Dr Kareem. I visited the office 2 weeks prior after talking to our insurance carrier to settle any upfront financial arrangements required. I was told no money would be needed since we were within 100.00 of our deductible met. When we arrived for the Procedure at the Oviedo Office we were shocked to hear we needed $2800.00 to get started. Thankfully Kay at the front desk was able to straighten out the issue; only 116.00 due. I was told, the billing department for the Gynecologist mistakenly billed for a man instead of my wife....

Dr. Kareem is very efficient and provided me with great information in furtherance of my care. Im looking forward to seeing her again. The staff is helpful and always pleasant. Im glad I chose this office. They give the type of medical care I have always wanted to receive.

Dr.Kelly-Forde takes the time to explain in detail different routes that patients can take when on the road to recovery. The well-being of her patients are her first priority. I wish I would have found her sooner.

I went to the Oviedo location seeing the main provider there. It was okay when I was just going for my annual check-ups. Now I’m pregnant and my experience with them has not been pleasant.I’m not going to switch providers during my pregnancy, but after, I will do so. I’m looking for quality over quantity and with this practice constantly opening new locations and adding/shifting providers it’s getting too much. I have had to be seen by a different dr at every appointment. Even with the many locations, their appointment windows are very limited. With so many different providers, I’ve been getting inconsistent care and communication which has caused much anxiety and stress throughout my first pregnancy journey.

I love Dr. Kareem so much :’) she genuinely shows how much she cares for her patients and always puts me at cease about certain things. Wouldn’t want any other OBGYN to care for me!

I have never had a worst gynecological experience at any other doctor’s office. I had several panic attacks while waiting alone in the patient room for 1.5 hours only to find out I was waiting so long because Dr. Kareem was treating her niece. I’m sure they are great with obstetrics, however if you are just a young woman looking for a generic gynecologist, run far away.

Let me just say this! This place has only one good doctor! Whoever Dr. Kareem Yasmine is, is unprofessional as hell! Do not make any appt with this person! Really should be fired. Ive been going to the oviedo office with Dr. Forde-Kelli since I was pregnant 9 years ago. I will continue to go because Dr.Forde-Kelli is the best. I appreciate her.The staff and nurses are amazing. I like the woman at the front desk. She is kind and patient. Its a long wait because they are very busy and I will continue going to the Women Center. They are the best.

I originally saw Dr. Kareem for my annual and then my first OBGYN appt. Unfortunately, I would not recommend using the facility. First, they take at least 30 min to pick up the phone no matter what time I call. My current OBGYN takes less than 5 minutes and my previous OBGYN for my first pregnancy never took more than 10 minutes. I had extreme difficulty with them answering ANY questions over the phone and they instead push you to have an appt every time. During my ultrasound, the tech was playing Spanish music, which I found to be extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. An ultrasound is a very private and special moment and I dont know how many expectant parents would appreciate loud music being played. While Dr. Kareem was very knowledgeable, she was extremely curt and had no bedside manner.

I have been seeing Dr. Forde-Kelly for almost 15 years, she is the absolute best. I have recommended her to several friends who are now all patients.

I love this practice and have entrusted the birth of both my girls to this wonderful team. Drs Kareem and Rodriguez are extremely competent, especially for high risk pregnancies. My C-sections (both necessary and non-elective) were flawlessly executed. I literally have trusted these two professionals with my life and my childrens lives. Following up to these big days, appointments are pleasant and you cannot find the every visit ultrasounds anywhere else. This alone is a great testimony to their care for both the patient and the baby- its reassuring and comforting to see your baby the whole journey. I am very grateful for this practice!

So far it has been a journey. DR. Forde Kelly and Midwife Dr. Lisa Felix are amazing. I couldnt ask to be with a better group of women helping me through my journey. The staff at the Oviedo office is pleasant and on top of there game. I love that if I send a message today via portal I get a response within 1 hr or less. I know places I have to wait days to get a response. They are very caring and work with you by making sure you are getting the best care. Thank you

Dr. Sherra Forde-Kelly not only had a warm and kind bedside manner, she was the most comprehensive OB/GYN I have ever seen. I’ve been dealing with a myriad of women’s health issues for years and years, and in less than 30 minutes she recommended tests that I didn’t even know existed. I am so grateful for finding her. Her front office staff was also very welcoming and helpful. If I could give she and her office more than 5 stars, I would.

The 2 stars are for Midwife Lisa Felix otherwise this place deserves no stars. I was supposed to be seeing Dr. Kareem for my pregnancy but only saw her once on my first appointment. She has no bedside manners and is very unfriendly. I saw Lisa Felix for the remainder of my pregnancy and she was kind and helpful. The front desk staff completely ruins your experience as soon as you enter. They’re rude always gossiping about other employees while you sit and wait in the lobby for what seems to be an eternity.

Dr. Kareem is a God send! She’s very caring as a Gynecologist physician. She helped me feel comfortable with a procedure I was very appprehensive about having performed. She guided me through the process and talked explained everything I was going to experience and feel prior to the treatment. She helped me relax and I was able to have the procedure performed. She talked me through the entire process which lessened my fears and anxiety. I had a very bad experience prior with another doctor and I refused to seek gynecologist attention. Dr. Edelenbos is a very great OBGYN. He is very informative and will take his time explaining things. I get a little iffy with seeing male OBGYN’S but I will continue to see him.

Dr Kareem is compassionate and relatable. I’m pretty sure my blood pressure decreased after speaking with her.

I am thankful to have found this place. I recently moved back into the area and I was in search of a gynecologist to establish care for my annual health exams. Additionally, I have had poor former experiences with a couple gynecologists at air bases. Therefore, I usually get nervous with gyno-related appointments. With Dr. Kareem, she was professional, informative and personable. She is wonderful!

I really liked Dr. Kareem however the very love music about killed me; I don’t do well with loud noises it’s hard to think and focus. Also, good luck getting through on their phones. I called several times over and over and I listened all the way through; pressed the correct prompt and it said it was not a valid entry. I ended up having to drive back to the office to get what I needed and when I tried tell them about it they could care less. Honestly, if I did not like the doctor I would find another office to go to. What happened to old fashion answering phones and actually caring about the needs of the patients or even caring about your phones are not working properly. Very frustrating!!

When I downloaded my medical history and read Yasmine Kareems description, I was unhappy to see numerous chart errors and that I had been profiled and discriminated in my chart, as well as misdiagnosed by another practitioner at this firm.This company has no medical director, risk manager, or management to whom this problem should be reported. This firm is the absolute worst.Ive been trying to report this problem to someone at the company for over a week now.

I can not express my gratitude to The Womens Center - Oviedo. From when being greeted upon office entry, to the Nurses and specifically Dr. Kareem. I have anxiety issues and did not once feel judged or like I was a burden after walking out of my first procedure appointment. They are absolutely the most accepting and caring Womens health center that I have ever been with. Down to earth while maintaining an absolute sense of professionalism. Thank you all at The Womens Center.

Dr. Sherra Forde-Kelly was great! I felt at ease during my first visit to her office and felt that she really listened to me. My only complaint is that the visit felt rushed. I think she was running a bit behind that day.

I Came here with my wife to support her for her appointment visit. They literally make you wait outside the office until the doctor comes. Then you can come in and go to the room. Once im in the room, they dont allow men in with her. Didnt even understood the point of allowing to come back in to basically kick me back out.

While my last visit had a wait time, they are typically very close to schedule. Dr. Kareem has been awesome over the years and i trust her judgement. Despite driving nearly an hour to see her, it is worth it!

Great practice. Front desk receptionist was very friendly. This is a very busy practice, so be ready to wait at least an hour before being seen. Dr. Forde-Kelly is very down to earth and knowledgeable. Would have given 5 stars, but that wait time is no bueno!

I would recommend going anywhere else. First, the receptionist was not helpful. She dodged any request I had and told me to find out insurance information for myself. The doctor and the receptionist are also clearly disconnected in terms of what can be done. First I was told IUD removal would be feasible after doing the annual pap then the receptionist said no. Then I was told I would be able to do both the removal and insertion on the same day and then I received a call saying that would not be possible either without any explanation. Not sure why I have to schedule those on two different days, could be monetary gain for them but either way I recommend going somewhere else.

Dr. Kareem is always friendly, listens to your concerns. She has the convenience of in-house lab and imaging which makes the whole process that much better. She is the best and I have many friends and family members that also use her.

Im currently seeing Dr. Kareem and I love her! Ive been seeing her for two years already and what I love about her is that she takes her time with me... listens to my concerns, my 100 questions and addresses each concern. She is frank, though treats me with respect. I love that she is honest and detailed. She is very approachable and sympathetic. I would highly recommend her. In the past I used to see Dr. Forde-Kelly and she is also amazing. She is very sensitive and real and would understand my concerns and was very familiar with latino culture. I do not see her anymore simply because of her schedule being different to my availability, though I highly recommend her as well.On the other hand, I have visited their Kissimmee location, their St. Cloud location and their Oviedo location. Currently, I solely attend their Oviedo location and have no complaints. Staff is friendly and professional, Im always seen within 15-20 minutes of getting there and I love that Saturdays are an option. Highly recommend the Womens Center and the Oviedo location.

Long wait times, I had a 10 am appointment and its 10:58 am and I have not gotten through and all I came for were test results. Very poor.My MD was Dr. Yasmin Kareem or Dr. Karim and she didnt even give me my results, the nurse had to get someone else to read my results to me when it was over an hr.No social distancing. At one point there was about 8 people in the front desk area waiting and it isnt even a large space. You guys can do a lot better.

Dr. Kareem has been my doc for many years. She is by far the best and somehow manages to remember me even with only seeing me once a year. I highly recommend her.

First, the agonizing wait in the waiting room to get registered, then to get seen by the doctors about 45 min. They gotta make scheduling way better than this. Then I have to listen to the front desk ladies complain about the other employee that had just step out I found this to be unpleasant and unprofessional. I have plenty more to say about this place and its sad... Just to get in again for a referral for a specialist they want to charge me almost $200!? I understand my insurance dont cover but that much? For what? A paper that says yes she should get that kind of treatment WOW this is incredible. Health Systems and insurance are a joke!

Dr. Ford-Kelly is amazing and is a huge advocate for her patients. I love her thoroughness and always wanting to understand the needs and wants of everyone she treats! The staff is amazing and extremely professional.

Im giving the womens center a one star because of my recent experience with Dr.Rodriguez. I had called the nursing staff over the weekend with a complaint and I wanted to talk to Dr.Kareem but Dr.Rodriguez was the only other doctor Ive seen previously that was on call. He called me back and told me that the mind can play tricks on you and making me feel like I was crazy. Ive only ever gone to this location for minor issues and have never had any complaints before. The front desk and Dr.Kareem have always make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The fact that a doctor would say this to a patient is incredibly rude and astonishing. This was my first time calling the nursing staff and this was the response. I hope something gets done about this because it was very unprofessional.

I saw Dr. Kareem for my first time. I was immediately comfortable with her. She asked great questions and offered advice, taking my concerns into account. She is very thorough and communicates very openly.

I’ve been seeing Dr.Forde Kelly since I had my daughter 5 years ago. Before that I had been with my previous gynecologist since I was a teenager all the way up to my first child. When I was pregnant with my second we moved far from my first gyno so I was on the search for another one and it was not easy as I had such an established relationship with my first gyno already. To say that Dr.Forde Kelly made the transition for me so easy is putting it lightly. She was beyond amazing, comforting and knowledgeable at every encounter I had. Once I had my daughter I had PPD and it was extremely tough and Dr. Forde Kelly was there every step of the way and I found my way out of my PPD funk. So yes I would HIGHLY recommend her!!!

Dr. Forde-Kelly is amazing. My gyno moved a few years ago and I was unsure where to go...it is so hard to find a gyno that’s understanding, and makes you comfortable. A client recommended Dr. Forde-Kelly and the women’s center in Oviedo, and I gave it a shot. She was so helpful, reassuring, and took her time to go over my options thoroughly and answered all my questions. She never made me feel rushed and I was completely comfortable with her. So glad I found her.

Dr Forde-Kelly is the best!!. She is easy going, friendly and professional. Her energy is always welcoming and charismatic. The oviedo office is large and clean. All the paperwork and appointments can be done online, easy access and plenty of parking. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Its always a pleasure!!

Ive been at this practice (Oviedo location) for 7 years and with Dr. Forde-Kelly for 3. I never feel rushed talking about my concerns with her and she has always given me (and my babies!) the best evidence-based care. She is not pushy and takes patient concerns and desires into consideration - you feel like a true partner in your care. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the front desk can sometimes be a little disorganized and their phone system recently had some issues. I believe they are working on addressing both of these issues and I expect it will improve in the future.

Dr. Forde-kelly is a great Doctor, she is listen to her patients, she is passionate about health promation and disease prevention. She always take time to provides the necessary education improves the quality of life for her patients.

What can I say about Dr. Kelly other than that she is completely amazing. She knows what my journey has been to become a mom and she is so empathetic and always positive and encouraging. She will be the best OB once we are pregnant!

This place is horrible!! I walked in for my appointment and I was with my 10 year old daughter. The receptionist was very rude and first thing out of her mouth was is this your daughter? I said yes she said well she cant be in here she has to wait outside! I said wait outside? like in the car not even in waiting area? She shook her head and said nope! First of all its 90 degrees and you want my 10 year old child to sit in a car in the parking lot!! What kind of place is this! Some people are single parents or dont have a sitter. I definitely will never be coming back her!!!

Everyone is so friendly! I have never had to wait long! Dr Kareem never rushes me and spends as much time as I need! She addresses all my concerns without judgement and has helpful information for all stages of women’s reproductive concerns.

I was very reluctant to change gynecologists when moving to Orlando and I’ve never been more satisfied in my decision making in choosing The Women’s Center. The doctors and staff are so friendly and welcoming. I never leave questioning anything from my visit because they make sure your questions are all answered and understood. Not allowing more than one person during an appointment is really inconvenient. I had an appt and tried for 45 mins to call and reschedule because my sitter fell through after not getting an answer I went to my appt. the extremely rude lady at the desk told me that I had to leave my 6 year old sitting in the lobby…. I told her she was out of her mind, that I would not be leaving my child alone in lobby near an elevator. This business new management practices. I like my dr but this makes me think twice about this business!

I was seen by Dr. Forde- Kelly when I was pregnant. I ensured she saw me through to my delivery. She was very intuitive, intelligent, compassionate and attentive. She is the one of the best doctors I have encountered.

Hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had. These people are scammers. Came in wanting help post-surgery and all they wanted was money. If I could give them less than one star I would. Somehow I received nothing but 2 consultations that lasted each less than 10 minutes and am out 80 dollars & have gotten zero help. The worst place. Do not go here if you actually want help or birth control or anything of the sort. Very unprofessional & will not ever be returning.

Dr Kareem is by far the best OB/GYN that I have ever known.She takes care of me as if I were family.I would recommend her to any woman I know.

I ended up changing Drs due to a lot of conflicting info throughout my pregnancy from Dr Kareem. I was in pain and labor for weeks and didn’t know because she told me the pain I had was normal and never checked To see if I was in labor.Told me my child might have a neural tube defect when he did not.Told me I didn’t need to be induced when she previously told me I did and my high risk pregnancy Indicated otherwise.Also told me to go to Winnie Palmer for induction and then later told me not to because they treat induction patients terribly.Not sure if she’s overworked or what but it made me never want to go back to see her. This was my first baby and the experience made me not want to have more kids. I feel totally cheated of the joy I could’ve had due to the incorrect info and fear that was put on me by wrong info.Rosie and Dr Oshodi at the winter park office are great. Dr Oshodi delivered my baby and it went well. Rosie is the one I recommended most because throughout my pregnancy, she checked up on me and came to check on me after I gave birth. Unfortunately I chose not to continue my care with the office due to my past experiences

Dr. Forde Kelley is the absolute best. Detail oriented in her work, explains everything in layman’s term, and will have such a great girl talk that you don’t get from any other physician! Thank you!

I went to this office, I have been attending women center for a long time, I had the opportunity for them to attend my first pregnancy there for January 2020 because I honestly loved the service and above all the Kindness. Right now I am one more pregnant with my high risk pregnancy and I am pregnant today Saturday October 9, 2021 at 8:00 am I went to this office - 2572 WEST SR 426, STE 3000, OVIEDO, FL 32765 when I arrive I realize that I left My wallet and the mask in my babys bag in the babysitter because they cant take them, child, so I decide to go in and explain to me that I leave my wallet and my mask in my babys bundle where the babysitter stops to see if she has a mask that He can give me a gift since it is a medical office as it is not used and customary because I thought he would understand the person from the desk he yelled at me, he spoke badly, he did not even allow me to explain my situation and he only yelled and spoke badly I asked him his name he did not want to give it to me It was honestly 8:00 AM for someone to be so furious since dawn honestly I left very sad because I did not let him explain anything I just screamed like crazy my appointment was to see if my baby was okay and give me the results honestly to my broken heart I never imagined that they would treat me like a dog even so I never disrespected I went to the bathroom managing to make a paper towel mask and I just screamed honestly I feel my sad heart I can say that I will never return it was not taken into consideration that I am pregnant that I had to drive more than an hour to get there since they decided to move me from the office, I dont know why. My suggestion do not take this place to go is the worst I asked for the name of the one who yelled at me that it is from the desk, I did not want to offer it but I can say that it is a dark-colored woman, brown hair is plump, it measures 5 feet and 4 inches. I hope you can take action with her. I should clean the bathroom instead of being in a medical office.

Dr. Kareem is hands down the best. She goes above and beyond for her patients. With her, youre not just another patient. She listens to your problems and or concerns and does everything she can to address them.

Dr. Kelly is a phenomenal doctor and person.She enjoys what she does and always has a smile on her face. Takes time to answer all questions and I never feel rushed🙏🏽

I love Dr Rodriguez. I havent had a doctor in a long time & along with that came some issues. Dr Rodriguez takes his time & explains everything in detail all through every procedure. The only issues I have ever had was they had to reschedule an appointment & it took several weeks to get a good date. The billing dept seems to have a small amount of confusion but nothing I cant work though to have such a good doctor.

Dr. Kareem is an incredible listener and has great bedside manner. I found her to have a gentle touch and presence. It was an overall great first impression.

Ive been seeing Dr Kareem for almost 10 yrs now. She is an amazing gynecologist and an amazing person as well. Really cares about her patience and does what is best for them. I trust her completely.

I never have left a review in my life until this one.I’m traumatized by the lack of compassion this place has. I have attended this place for 2 years because it’s the only place my insurance accepts, with a $90 copay. Yikes. After 2 years of 3 different doctors there, multiple sonograms and exams, no one could confirm I had PCOS. After a year I finally got the diagnosis by nurse practitioner Lisa. ( being my own advocate) While the previous obgyns told me nothing was wrong with me previously. Anyway I had other issues arise after the diagnoses of PCOS. So I went back, I begged for a solution going forward as I was over a month of heavy heavy bleeding. She finally suggested a biopsy. I went in for one with minimal knowledge of what to expect of the biopsy. Midway through, I was told I had 4 polyps. The doctor decides to remove them with 0 pain medication!! I can’t describe the amount of pain I was in. I’m traumatized. I have severe anxiety so I broke down in tears. The doctor made me feel crazy that I was crying! I was in so much agony they allowed my husband in, when he got in my pain levels hit a breaking point & I fainted. I was left in the room with no post procedure knowledge. I had to google my symptoms. They wouldn’t even allow me to have a doctors note. 2 weeks later I had my follow up with the same doctor. As I’m expressing my concerns she just blank stares at me and rudely left. Didn’t even care. I am 25 and feel emotionally drained by the amount of strength & faith I’ve put into these doctors to take me seriously. I promise I will never return: please please don’t go here.

Front desk woman named Kay made me rate this place one star. Rest of the staff is great but she has poor people skills and does NOT know how to greet people either. She’s always on the phone with someone when you walk in while you speak about personal information. I also asked her for MY paper work and she said no that she can’t show me. Terrible service from the person you see when you first walk in.

Almost no wait time at all for a morning appointment. Staff was a little brusk, including Dr. Kareem, but it didnt really bother me. Everyone was professional and helpful. I hope to make this my regular gynecologist.

Dr. Forde-Kelly is seriously the best. Shes been my ob/gyn for 3 years now and has helped me pre and post baby. Ive recommended all my friends and they were so happy to find a Doctor so caring. I have since moved a bit farther away but I will continue to drive to see Dr. Forde-Kelly.

I have been going to the Womens Center for about four years now. They are always friendly and informative. Even when I have forgotten information previously explained to me, they have always taken the time to refresh my memory. They have supported me through two pregnancies. I can particularly recommend Dr. Forde-Kelly.

I cannot believe this place has such high reviews! It has been nothing but a headache for my pregnant wife and added so much unnecessary stress to our lives. From day one this place was horrible with communication you can’t get them on the phone you have to go through 5-6 minutes of pre recorded machinery.On our first visit the front desk forgets to give her back her insurance card and ID do I have to go back another day to get it but no big deal that happens.As the husband I can be present for the sonogram but that’s all due to covid. You can not get too close to the actual doctor, again understandable.Little things like saying I shouldn’t have drunk water before getting my forehead temperature check all the way to larger things like the main doctor never being the one seeing my wife and not saying anything until last minute (week 38 of pregnancy) about a change in the hospital where my wife is meant to deliver just begin to show how POOR this facility is at communication.Things are already uncomfortable being pregnant for the first time during covid now all this just adds to it. I will be sure to never come back here for a second baby and of course not recommend anyone here at all. I am a business owner and I know the importance of the customer or in their case the patient and they did a very insufficient job.

Dr Kelly is amazing and staff. Shes through makes you feel so comfortable and gives great service and care. I love that I found her and will stay with her.

I cant say enough good things about all of the staff! Its always a little nerve-wracking, for me, going to the doctor. But with the fact that theyre always so caring, they listen, and they truly have my best interest at heart, it makes me less stressful going in. Dr. Carlos Rodriguez is a breath of fresh air when trying to find an OB-GYN that actually cares for you. Since the first visit, he explained everything and actually took the time to learn about me and my needs. Everything he explains is in detail and he makes sure you understand the good and the bad. I am actually blessed to had found him!!

Just moved to Florida, needed to find a new OBGYN, so happy I was fortunate enough to locate this facility within 5 minutes of my home. From the initial call to make an appointment to the appointment itself, received exemplary service!

The office won’t answer their phones, I’ve tried every extension to get me a person and it won’t go through. It’s even hung up on me before. I’ve left messages and given days for a response but haven’t heard back. However there is one provider that has been absolutely amazing!! She assisted in the removal of a nexplanon implant and was extremely helpful, Dr. Kareem.

Dr Kareem makes me feel like family. Just like her own family. I love seeing her and getting my check up. we laugh and catch up and give big hugs!

Experience was better than I expected. Im new to Florida and before I had been using the same obgyn for over 16 years. So needless to say I was very anxious especially when it comes to appointments like these. I went to see Dr Carlos Rodriguez and he seemed to have a kind heart. He was very personable which helped me trust him a little more. He told me everything he was going to do before he did anything so I wouldnt have to worry about any surprises. He seems very non judgemental which is important to me because I want to be open and honest with him about everything. Plus when reading my age out loud he said I was 35 years YOUNG lol, not old. All the staff was nice as well. They all seem very up to date with technology too. Instead of filling out a questionnaire on paper, they handed me an iPad instead, I thought that was neat lol.

Went to the hospital (Winnie Palmer) over the weekend because of how much pain i was in. “Dehydration” they said and sent me on my merry way. Did an appt on Monday the pain didnt stop and got worse. Dr. Kareem saw i had an infection. My trust in these doctors are 100% . i am so happy to be with these Doctors and to have my 1st and 2nd pregnancy treated by them. 💕 Thank you Women’s Center !

I filled out the pre-registration paperwork online so my wait was not long at all. I was just coming in for an Annual. Dr. Kareem was very knowledgeable, it was straight to the point and did not take long at all.

I love doctor Kareem. She was able to get me a diagnoisis when other doctors gave up. My only complaint is occasionally the wait is longer than desired. Still worth the wait over all

I love this place. I have been concerned with the pandemic about going to visits-but whatever they are doing, it made me feel at ease. Dr. Rodriguez is very professional and knowledgeable, he is kind and very helpful when answering questions during my pregnancy. The only reason why I gave him 4 pts was because at the beginning of my pregnancy he implied that I was suffering a miscarriage, when I was not. This obviously caused me lots of sadness until it was confirmed that I was 8 weeks pregnant. I understand science can be wrong sometimes, but I still think he could have been more cautious when saying this type of news. I will still keep going to him though.
