I worked with RMA for initial screenings and cannot recommend them enough. Unfortunately I was not able to start/complete a cycle due to a cross-country move. The entire team is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional but they also make you feel truly cared for every step of the way. The level of communication and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, giving me confidence and peace of mind. Their promptness in delivering results and personalized approach made a world of difference. If you’re looking for a clinic that’s on top of everything and genuinely invested in your success, this is the place to go. The experience with the clinic I currently work with has been the complete opposite- I am even considering moving back to CA for a few months to complete the process with RMA.

The doctors and nurses (especially Tricia) are great. Unfortunately, the reception experience and their communication skills is 1-star. They dont greet you, or respond to a greeting. They never offered water before a blood draw. They are unfriendly and cold. I thought the receptions job was to smile and make you feel welcome? At the last visit they asked me for a picture ID, sending me back to my car to pick it up, although they never asked for it during the previous 10+ visits. It was not a policy change known to me or widely communicated or known, and they made sure to make me feel even more unwelcome.It seems that doctors think this is the right kind of patient reception experience after I shared my feedback, so dont think they want to improve their staff training.

After multiple fail cycle at other clinics. I’ve heard about RMA from a support group. I’m so happy I found them. The whole experience has been nothing a great! The communications with Doctors and Nurses is outstanding! Thank you! Dr Kort and RMA team for making our dream come true.

I couldnt have asked for a better fertility clinic than RMA. Whether by phone, messaging app, or in person, staff members are professional, reliable, & helpful. My partner and I worked with Dr. Kort, who is amazing in every way--respectful, knowledgeable, & friendly. On several occasions, I was assisted by Dr. Kaser and Dr. Morin, who are also great doctors. Along the journey of exams, egg retrieval, and embryo implantations, my partner and I felt supported, well-informed, & set up for success.

Staff has consistently been fantastic. They were always responsive on Spruce, walked me step by step through procedures and the overwhelming amount of medications. They actively listened and took my concerns and questions seriously and allowed me to come in for non-routine checkups to help reassure me.

5 stars to Dr Kort and all the doctors, nurses, medical staff, and receptionists. Absolutely wonderful medical care. The medical team is so responsive and compassionate, and the customer service is the best. We did 2 retrievals and so far it looks like my transfer is sticking:). We are so so grateful for your help growing our family.Unfortunately, the Finance office was a different story. We were overcharged $12k. That could be understandable, insurance is confusing and math is hard. But they didn’t actually tell me they overcharged us until 4 months after our last retrieval when I requested my account summary for my taxes at the end of the year. How long would it have taken if I hadn’t asked?Then it was another 3 months (!!!) before we actually received the check.I did not appreciate giving the finance office an interest free $12k loan for 7 months.But again, medical team was A1!!

RMA set the bar HIGH. I dont think Ive received such quality care from any of my medical providers throughout my life. Dr. Alice Shapiro and her staff (specifically at the Palo Alto location) were fantastic. They are incredibly professional, detailed, and caring. Huge shout-out to everyone at RMA. I highly recommend starting your fertility journey with RMA.

It was alarming that the clinic failed to realize this omission, and I had to bring it to their attention myself. RMA made our dreams of having children a reality for our family. We had so many bumps in the road over the years but that was because RMA had not been open yet! I was amongst the first patients when the clinic opened and we now have 2 beautiful and healthy children since.I would highly recommend this clinic if youre looking for cutting edge medicine, skilled doctors with compassion, and a wonderful staff that make sure youre supported throughout this journey.

I cant thank RMA enough! They made my egg retrieval smooth and seamless. They give you an app for secure messaging with your team anytime so I always felt supported.

The administrative process at the RMA clinic is often unprofessional. We wait months to get an appointment with Dr. Kort and started the process with him. During the process, sometimes the doctor is changed without notice. Since that experience, Ive even gone to the clinic after specifying that I wanted to discuss with a particular doctor and ended up talking to an NP. And the NP did not diagnose correctly so we had a make-up call with Dr. Kort. My wife is a doctor, so I understand that sometimes doctors are busy and another doctor may come in for the session. But I dont understand why they dont give advance notice in those cases. Having to specify who you want to see at every appointment and having to question the hospitals administrative processes wears a person out. If you choose this clinic, please remember that you have to be very clear about your requirements at every session. Because even if you think your requirements are quite obvious, the hospital doesnt think so.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kort and his entire Staff. He turned my outlook around and made me feel like I can have the strength and positive outlook to continue my IVF journey. It was the biggest relief when I stepped into RMA.I was at a previous clinic and was shuffled around from Dr to Dr. It was a challenge logistically and took a lot more time and management on my end, which added to the stress of the IVF process. My time was limited and my questions were often left unanswered, which at times made me feel defeated. I am so lucky that all this changed, when we found RMA.Not to sound dramatic, but Dr. Kort was a savior. He takes the time to listen to every single question you have and answers your questions thoroughly and patiently. I never felt like he was rushed to get done with our appointment. I felt important and that we mattered to him. I never once felt defeated.Everyone on the staff was so incredibly kind and accommodating. They know you by name and you just know you are in good hands. That goes from simple blood draws, the daily ultrasounds to the retrievals and all the messages in between. Dr. Kort and Dr. Morin would check in just to see how you were feeling and that was so refreshing and really unexpected these days. But, you can come to expect that treatment with RMA.Dr. Kort and Dr. Morin were always reachable either by phone or via their message app. I was always confident they would get back to me and I would never have to worry about tracking them down. When I started a new medicine and had to give myself the shot for the first time Dr Kort offered to do a video call to walk me through it. I get emotional just thinking how supportive him and Dr. Morin have been during the entire process. Even the pharmacies they recommended were seamless and so easy to work with.The care and treatment I have received with Dr. Kort and RMA has been priceless. I cant recommend them enough.

I had struggled to get pregnant and had two previous miscarriages. Now, in my late 40”s I knew I had to turn to IVF. I had done some research and was very lucky to find Dr. Kort at RMA. He was very easy going, understanding and either he or his partner Dr. Morin were always available to reply to any questions as it’s a process. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Kort helped me understand if there were any medical concerns with the donors and finally came the embryo transfer. I am now 30 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl! I know they have made it all possible and I highly recommend them. Thank you for for being there every step of the way. :)

Doctors and nurses from RMA are professional and responsible. Appointments are always well organized. My inquiries are always satisfied within the same day. Highly recommended.

Dr. Morin and all the RMA staff are amazing. Dr. Morin is super knowledgeable and always available whenever I need help or support.Dr. Morin is very responsive. No matter what time (evening or weekend) I send message to him through Spruce (mobile App. RMA uses for communication with patients), he will reply within one hour. Amazing!Appointment at RMA is very convenient and flexible. For routine check, I could simply stop by his office on my way to work.I highly recommend Dr. Morin and his team. You can rely on them and know they will be by your side whenever you need them.

RMA is the best clinic in the entire bay area that I visited. From the absolutly amazing Dr Kaser to all the staff. It feels more like stepping into a family room rather than to a doctor office. They are super professional, treat you like they would their friends and family and I couldnt feel in better hands. If I could I would give them 100 stars.

There are so many other better ranking IVF clinic in the bay area, if you can, try to avoid RMA. You will not feel you have a team here to care about you. There is no personalized care, and all standardized, all rely on your luck~~~

I had great experience with RMA. Dr. Morin and the team (Dr. Kort and Dr.Kaiser) are the best. They are result-oriented, very attentive for the details and with an individual approach for an every case.

When I arrived at RMA for my apt I was instantly greeted with a warm smile. Everyone that works there are very generous, understanding and professional.I highly recommend them.

My partner and I are impressed by the care, professionalism and patience of RMA team. Their app and clinic are very efficient.
