Instant Urgent Care

I’m not one to write reviews, but after my visit with Rajiv Kumar (MD?), I feel inclined to share my experience in hopes that it won’t happen to someone else. Simply put, my interaction with Rajiv was by far the most uncomfortable I have ever been while seeking medical treatment due to the personality of a professional. His rhetoric is aggressive, condescending, and antagonistic. I genuinely felt as though I was being interrogated. I made him aware of my discomfort and his lack of bedside manners, to which his response was “I’m not sure what I did.” No questions, no willingness to understand or do better. VERY uncomfortable. I ended up having to end our appointment by asking him to leave the room.I’m not surprised the last review posted was about him as well.I understand that there’s a nation wide labor shortage, but please, do not knowingly subject individuals seeking medical attention to this kind of mistreatment.However, the young lady at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name) with curly dark hair was very nice and personable.

My visit started out good with a warm welcome from the front desk receptionist/medical assistant, Jacqueline. Tho, meeting with the MD practitioner, who goes by Rajiv, was HORRENDOUS!! I went there because I had some infection on my feet, which both feet were getting swollen. It was bothersome to the point of affecting my walking. I’m thinking I was bitten by spider. As Rajiv entered the room for examination he wasn’t even courteous to say hi???He just blurted rudely from a distance ‘oh this is definitely not a one day, you’re gonna have to come back a few times!!It felt like he was bothered by my Doctors visit?? Like he was disgusted to tend to my feet! He kept a distance never carefully examining my feet(And he had gloves on??) After giving the diagnosis it just seemed as he was just rushing my visit to get to next patient, I really felt as if I was a number, not a patient!! Never considering the fact how my feet feel with the obvious swelling. I proceeded to ask him the possibility of getting a Doc notice excused from work for one day depending on the swelling. He rudely blurted ‘oh you can go back to work, I don’t need to write a note!?? The audacity and terrible care from a supposed Doctor, practitioner Rajiv. He really is ‘the bad apple’ for the Good& Caring Doctors out there!So It was my turn to be rude and I gave him a piece of my Mind and just told he was THE WORST Medical person I’ve dealt with!! I even set up a second opinion appointment 2 days later! Sorry Instacare, if it wasn’t for Jacky, front desk Med Assistant I was gonna give a 1 star!!

Very quick and easy experience. Staff was friendly and easy to talk to. Problem is with getting a prescription. They seem to take their time and not call it in as quickly as some (myself) would like. It’s been 24hrs and pharmacy has no record of receiving it. Shame! Oh well.

Making an appointment was easy except for uploading all the insurance information. They scanned my cards at the desk anyway. I saw the doctor within 10 minutes. I had Covid, and it was good to be able to get help quickly and competently.

The place is alright and we were seen quickly, the staff was kind too. The physician, however, was very rude and impatient, he saw me for 2 minutes and he was rushing the whole 2 minutes. He didn’t provide a full diagnosis, he wrote a prescription but never explained or mentioned what was exactly the issue, nor how long for the medicine to make effect. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Pros - friendly staff, quick treatment of a deep cutCons - impossible to reach anyone on the phone with follow-up questions about post-treatment wound care (no actual response to emails, calls, etc.)Update - front desk team didnt take insurance information down correctly at time of service, didnt notify me until over a year later that a bill was due, and then refused to communicate with the insurance company directly to resolve the issue. Just appalling customer service

Jackin is the medical assistant. She is very nice. As for the frontdesk, maybe she doesnt like her job or it is early morning becasuse my appointment is at 9am. Doctor is a normal doctor, not too friendly not too bad. I ll give average one.

Really slow and inefficient place to get tested. Each sample collection takes more than 5 min. The staff do not seem to have been well trained for the task. The line takes forever and creates traffic problem nearby the block.

Hands down the worst medical provider Ive been too. There was not a single other patient at the clinic when I went in. The doctor saw me for barely 2 minutes and was condescending throughout. As if I made a mistake of feeling pain. And they do a urine test for no reason so that they can upcharge you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Took great care of my daughter!!! She had a burgeoning ear infection, pink eye, wheezing in her lungs. The physician who cared for her was very thoughtful and careful. Tested her for Covid, flu, strep, and when nothing turned up positive ordered additional test. Very thorough!. I really appreciate her help.

I went in for Gout in my left foot.The receptionist was courteous, had me fill out the normal forms to be admitted.The doctor quickly diagnosed my situation and prescribed two different medications for my foot.My only disappointment after I left her office was, I thought she should have given me, a reminder and a list of dos and donts of food to eat, moving forward to staying healthy?

I was given a same day appointment and the staff were extremely helpful in meeting my needs.

The receptionist and the Doctor was so nice. This was a pleasant experience. Thank you both.

The two stars are mainly for the medical team and for the operators who were generally nice and helpful. But I cannot give a higher rating based on what has happened since my appointment!I came here once for something relatively minor, but painful. You are made to give your credit card, even though you have confirmed through your major insurance carrier that says that this place is in-network and covered. I paid the co-pay in person.I DECLINED to make a follow-up appointment with them right away; they apparently understood/agreed and said to let them know, after I got another procedure done, so they can follow up. So guess what this place decided to do?They made an appointment FOR me, WITHOUT my consent, all while they happen to have my credit card on file. Also, I received email after email and call after call confirming this appointment which I never made!! And then this morning, AFTER I already cancelled this non-authorized appointment through one of their emails, I get ANOTHER call from their front desk - from the same person that I had informed that I did not want to make an appointment with - confirming my morning appointment (!)*What is going on here?!?*So we can guess what happens if I dont show up to this appointment. I get charged on my credit card!! Probably for a much higher amount, as a no show. And then it takes me time to call my insurance company, dispute the charge, etc. I know this game and quite frankly, it sucks. No one in their right mind wants to waste any time to want to deal with this nonsense.And, the kicker -- there is no way to get in touch with the front office directly. Even though they are calling you from the office number, you call that same number back and guess what, it directs you to ANOTHER place, which rings a range of 20-50+ times before someone picks up (if they pick up). One time I let the phone ring 60 times and then gave up. This happened twice. When you do get a random operator, you have to explain what is going on. You cannot reach the original office.Im going to have to follow-up with my insurance just in case a mystery charge gets put through.Unfortunately, based on all of this, I have no desire to patronize one of their offices ever again.

Medical personal were great, but facility is very poor. I belive I left my blue-framed prescription glasses at the 3737 El Camino Palo Alto location and had no way to contact them, other than to ask neighboring retail to send them a message. Even drove there during posted office hours and the office was closed -- so slipped a note under the door. Still no answer.

Stay away from this place, their business is based on deception and stealing.I went there two weeks ago for a flu/cold case for my kid. When checking in, they asked for my credit card and when I expressed my surprise they shrugged it off as just a policy. They already had and checked my insurance information. They first wanted to do 3 tests, two nostril swaps and one throat. My kid couldn’t handle the throat one so the nurse couldn’t get a sample. After a few days post visit, I received a bill from my insurance and realized they have even charged my for the throat swap that didn’t work! Regardless, I paid the balance right away. Two days later I got an email from Instant Care saying they have scheduled the same balance on my credit card (without my authorization). I explained that I had already paid the balance and they asked for a proof. I emailed them the proof and they said they would forward it to billing. Fast forward to today, I received another email saying they have charged my credit card for the balance. This is the first time something like this is happening to me and now I don’t know how to get back my money.Just do yourself a big favor and avoid this hustlers.

Extremely easy to book appt day before - got the first time of the next day. Checked in and was seen right away. Nurse and Doctor even explained to me the causes and how my ailment worked. Definitely recommend coming here for the most efficient experience.

I sought care for a deep cut on my leg. At first I didnt think much of it, but it got very red around it and I suspected it was infected. The doctor agreed and prescribed an antibiotic and cream. It looked better after a week, but still somewhat red. I went back at her request and we decided on the next course of action. Im very pleased with the care I received there.

Great service! However, there was no cell reception inside so make sure to pull up all the documentation and information you need before starting your appointment. Also, make sure to advocate for yourself and clearly share all your symptoms because it is unlikely someone will do it for you.

The staff was very friendly and helped me super quickly. I was in and out within 30 minutes and received great care. Definitely will come back here the next time I have a medical issue that requires immediate attention.

I called ahead to check that they were open, and the operator scheduled me for an appointment at 5:50pm. I arrived at 5:40pm to learn they had actually closed at 5:30pm and the physicians had already left for the day. Hopefully they can fix whatever went wrong with their communications system going forward, but until then I would recommend seeking urgent care elsewhere.

I chose this urgent care because of the good reviews. While the people who checked me in were polite and efficient, the doctor who saw me was incredibly rude, demeaning, and condescending. By the end of the short appointment I was in tears. I later looked the doctor up by name and discovered that he is currently prohibited from practicing in Canada due to unethical behavior. I absolutely would not return to this urgent care.

I went here for a rapid covid-19 test for travel and it was great. I arrived about 20 minutes before my 10am appointment and within 5 minutes the staff took my information and did the swab. I received my results a couple of hours later and a formal letter for travel around 4.30pm that afternoon. Note: I was a bit worried when I received a message telling me that it was a drive-thru and I should stay in my car to be swabbed, as I dont have a car and was planning to walk to the clinic. It wasnt a problem at all - the staff took care of both people in cars and those without them, in the order of arrival, and were very clear and helpful in explaining when the results would come in and how I should access them.

The Dr. remove my IUD very quickly, I dont have Pain anymore, she did great job and I will recommend to my friends

I would give 0 stars if possible, visited the website and made an appointment online to save my spot for Thursday at 5pm(website said they closed at 6:30) when I get to the clinic, to my surprise, it is closed and has a sign on the door stating they close at 5pm on Thursdays and that thursdays are for COVID appointments only. I tried calling the place and a machine with a menu answered with no options of speaking to a person. I don’t understand why the website would have wrong information and allow you to make an appointment that in reality doesn’t exist… very poor service

Instantl Urgent Care, Palo Alto took care of me this evening without me having an appointment. They efficiently examined and lavage my eye and I immediately felt relieved that I decided to see them rather than waiting for a doctors appointment. The staff was very caring and professional staff. I am very impressed and thankful to them.

The provider and staff were so great. They really are concerned about your health. They went above and beyond the call of service. So refreshing to see people who care about how you feel. Your treated with dignity and respect.I love this place and the people.

It was my first time using Instant Urgent Care. I was able to get a same day virtual appointment after registration. The whole thing took roughly 30 minutes. I received my referral expeditiously. I wasn’t able to get the app to work, so the doctor called which was fine. I would highly recommend Instant Urgent Care. The staff offered great customer service from start to finish.Thank you,Yuri

This is not an easy time for healthcare professionals and the staff did a great job. From the person checking us in who did so efficiently (and calmly - the place was packed) with all the needed information, to the technician who performed the procedure (swab) efficiently and quickly, to the website that is well setup for patient information-- well done to all.

This medical facility is a hidden gem. The term Instant Urgent Care is a misnomer because it is anything but rushed and impersonal. They are expeditious yet thorough and caring. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly and respectful. When you enter you are greeted with a pleasant smile and a professional demeanor. The front desk staff, the medical assistants and the doctors are all highly trained as exhibited by their depth and breadth of knowledge, their highly developed skill set and the accuracy and completeness of their work. They are always patient in answering my questions and go the extra mile to make sure I am happy and satisfied when I leave. They all take their job very seriously and have an extraordinary work ethic. I was so impressed with the care I received from Dr Hebert Sanchez that I decided to elect him as my primary care physician. He always gives me his undivided attention and answers each of my questions thoroughly. I am extremely satisfied with the medical care, and dedication I receive from this team at Instant Urgent Care and I am certain anyone entrusting their lives to them would feel the same. Thank you Dr Sanchez and all the wonderful support staff at the Palo Alto (and Sunnyvale) Instant Urgent Care locations. I am so blessed and fortunate to have found you!

When I put 3737 El Camino Real into Maps on my phone, it took me to an apartment complex about two blocks away. I lost 25 minutes driving around trying to find where I was supposed to go. When we got there it went fine, and the girls were nice and efficient. But whenever I try to call one of the contact numbers on your website, no matter what location, it just rings and rings. You should remove the phone number from the website. And you should post a map and a photo of what to look for on your website.

Doctor was prompt and thorough. The only issue was that the online registration didnt carry over and I had to manually fill out forms again when I arrived.

The staff is nice and efficient, but the website is bad! Go to multiple tests if you need it for travel! I went there for Covid test for travel and received the link to access my results. However, the link doesn’t work, no way to contact anyone (online chat, email, phone call), so frustrating as my flight is tomorrow. If I didn’t also get tested from another place, I wouldn’t be able to travel. (Can’t believe this happened to me twice in a row)

Ms. Tansuwan was terrific. I came in with a very painful and complicated issue. She handled the pain and investigated the issue over the course of two appointments. It was clear that she had done her homework between appointments. Im happy with the direction were headed and confident well be able to solve the issue. Thank you!

Although they were quick we did have to provide our information a few times when we entered into the scheduling system, then again at check in and then again right before we test. While confirming our name make sense the medical information seemed redundant. The place also looked sketchy from the back of the building with a taped sign on the door. Overall we got our tests and we were on our way just the operation seemed off.

This place is shockingly bad. I had an urgent care appointment on a weekday morning and there were no doctors there when I reached. The one person who was there told me that she had been trying to contact their doctors and none had shown up. They have a sign up front which says go to the back, at the back they had a sign that said walk up to the front desk. I walked to the front, then to the back and then to the front desk to be told by the person present there that I should have come from the front. I was there for a foot injury and had trouble walking. This is an unprofessional place. I am now at an actual medical establishment, where they checked me in, got me a wheel chair and had me treated.

I took a few Covid test at the beginning of the year and was sent an invoice for them recently. This should have been covered by my insurance. I have called the number provided and the one on the invoice with no answer. The final time someone did answer just to sing a little song and hang up. I am truly frustrated by the staff with the seriousness of high school freshmen that are at this facility. Palo Alto residents have so many other options. Do not go here.

I highly recommend this facility based on my experience here. I was anxious and worried, but everyone was nice, empathetic, and patient with me. They could have easily dismissed me as “just anxious” but they listened to me and made sure I had peace of mind before I left. Wonderful care!

I did my covid test here recently. The staff came to my car to swab my nostrils. I booked an appointment, so I didnt wait and the entire process was very quick. I get the result in a few hours. Overall, a good testing experience.

Booked online for a same day appointment. Website took an appt that was during lunch break and they needed to cancel regardless because they only do covid 19 testing at this site. Please update your website to reflect proper services. Took an Uber here and wasted a bunch of time

Had rough start after booking a talented appt, mostly due to my lack of cell phone service. Once I was able to talk to a person, it was very smooth & painless. The people were super nice.

First time patient of Urgent Care and this was our first time using Next Patient App for my moms appointment. I cant remember the ladys name that assisted us but I think she could have been a little more friendlier. I appreciate the medical staff and I understand especially now they might be going through a lot of stress but when you are helping patients over the phone especially through facetime they should be more friendly and not so short with the patient.

Went in to see if I had a broken wrist and checked ahead of my scheduled appointment if they had on-site x-rays. Not only did they NOT have an on-site x-ray, they sent me to a location without an outdated address and did not have any left hand braces.Furthermore, once I finally found the off site x-ray location 20 min away, I was told that I would have the results 24 to 48 hours from then. Let’s keep in mind that if they were a good clinic they would have had the results for me that day. However I’m not at the 72 hour mark with no results despite calling.If I was walking around with a broken wrist and it got worse because they did not diagnose me or provide me with the proper equipment it would be medical malpractice. There is no other way to say it - although it’s unlikely, this could easily result in a lawsuit.Please do not attend - go somewhere else

As I walked into the office I was greeted by a very nice set of ladies and I was forms to fill out. The greeting alone was hospitable and the visit was even better. I passed my DOT Physical from a doctor who’s bed side manner was excellent! I will be going back next time.

We traveled to Palo Alto for my husband’s surgery from Monterey, Ca. I tried to get in with Urgent care in Monterey before we left because I felt I had a UTI but they were packed. I found instant urgent care in Palo Alto and scheduled an appointment on my phone. When I got there, they already had all my information and took me right in. Thank God I went cause I did have a UTI. Fastest service I’ve ever had and very professional.

I’ve been to a few different Urgent Care Clinics, never knowing what to expect. The day I went in I received such warm welcoming smiles and understanding from the nurse. Already a very sick patient was smiling! I waited for the Doctor and was pleasantly surprised at how very kind and professional they presented themselves and the care I received was genguine.I am seriously thinking of changing them to my primary care doctor!

Front Desk Receptionist was very helpful. I waited less than 5 minutes to bee seen by a Doctor. Nurse who took my vitals was easy-going and helped me relax. Doctor was informative and didnt waste my time. I would go back there again.

Needed COVID testing to return to work in a different state. Being from out of town it was very difficult to navigate through different web sites and to figure out turn around time on results, cost etc from options off google. This clinic made the process very smooth for my husband and I. Best of all...WONDERFUL customer service with prompt responses and friendliness. Thank you again!

Very efficient and professional. Used my insurance to get tested. I didnt feel like I was getting scammed (like 2 other places I tryed to visit in Milpitas and Newark, they told me; insurance will cover regular COVID test, but for Rapid test it will be out of pocket $180.00)

I thought this place was convenient and quick when I needed a covid test. Their online website also did not say anything about a copay, unless you dont have insurance. I have insurance with Aetna, and I double checked with the office before booking an appointment and they said they took my insurance.However, a few months after my initial appointment, I got a bill for my appointment, claiming that my insurance only covered for part of the test. This is BS and ridiculous.

I’m not from California and I’m only here for work temporarily. I ended up having issues breathing and was greeted by T and Megan at the front desk. They were both extremely kind and welcoming. I saw the doctor and he help me worth through what I was going through. They suggested some recommendations but I was flying home today so kept taking the medicine I currently had. I’m would highly suggest anyone who’s nervous, looking for a new office or even out of town like me to visit here. It was an extremely pleasant experience

Only 4 cars were tested in the 100 minutes I was in line at 9:30 when they opened. Also it was not clear when I made the appointment whether I was going to get a rapid PCR or antigen test. Apparently you need proof of travel to get the rapid antigen. Never going back.

Very friendly, very efficient, very professional. Also, the doctors dont just blindly play it by the book; theyll take the time to understand your specific case and suggest a course of action accordingly.

The staff was professional, polite and quick to check me in and take the information about the reason for my visit. I got an appointment the same day as I inquired. I had a simple cold that had turned into a sinus infection so that was the reason I contacted them and not my regular doctor. Would never have gotten into my GP that quickly.

Took my 1 year old in. Was attended promptly with a lot of care. The Doctor (Anita) was really nice and thorough in her assessment. They accomodated very well for a 1 year olds needs and tantrums. Thanks a lot. :)

After reservation, you will get emails and txt messages and its very clear to understand. Upon arrival, you remain in a car, then staff will come out to verify information and do the test. Super easy and fast. And the most important thing! NAAT result came out within an hour. Highly recommended!

Asked for note confirming Negative Covid Result, so my teen could re-enter school. Note did not state result of the Covid Test, but indicated patient was at the clinic and could return to school/work. Hoping Public School will accept this note.Covid Testing was quick and results known before leaving the clinic! This was great!!

Not happy with their COVID testing procedure. They are requiring a screening call before a test. Problem is, they charge extra for that screening that in my case, was merely a 10s phone call someone asking me of I am going to come in to take the test. They charge $164 for that alone. Insurance considers this as a regular doctor visit.I called in, left a message, and protested. They took off that charge, but said that was a one-time courtesy.Ah, and did I mention that the phone numbers are useless. You cannot call them. Nobody will ever pick up. You might get lucky if someone calls back.How come I feel ripped off?

Quick response times and clear communication from the medical professional. Way better than waiting at a hospital like kaiser with bad customer service. This place is great for urgent needs and I got an appointment for a rapid covid test (same day results) minutes after I put in my request.

I was glad to be able to be taken care of to get stitches taken out on short notice.The receptionist and Doctor were both understanding and courteous.The doctor did a very good job of removing 10 stitches from my right forearm.Thank you.

Came here for a covid test for travel. 1. Appointments were easy enough to get. 2. They did text me to remind me of my appt and instructions on when I arrive. 3. The website did not save my insurance info. 4. The proctor did not check my ID but only asked for my name and birthdate. Hmmm. 5. The reports of the result was poorly presented. There was not one document that showed, the provider, my name, my birthday, the test provided, and then the result. The best I got was my name, birthday, the test provided and the result. It looked like a spreadsheet report. I also had reports with the provider, my name, my birthday, what was done but no result. Not a very professional report. It looks like amateurs put the reports together.

I ordered a rapid COVID test from here. I signed up beforehand, but I still waited around for almost half an hour for a 15 second swab. They said I would have the results within 1-2, but I still did not have them the next morning. Very poorly run.

Hopeless. Booked online and confirmed appointment at this location. Arrived at location to find a note saying to “knock as we may be up front” and another saying “please call one of our other locations and rebook your appointment”. Avoid, there are plenty of other urgent care providers in the area. This one is a joke.

I went in to do a COVID test requires for travel. Appt was quick and result came out same day. They even filled out the country specific form for me. Highly recommend.

The nursing staff and the receptionist were all very competent and did there jobs well. If I only rated on them the review would be five stars.Apparently the original doctor was out for whatever reason...The acting doctor was an absolute joke! Very confused and Did not seem to know a single thing about being a doctor. She asked if I was currently taking medication, I said “yes”. She said, “okay”. And didn’t ask what medications I was taking. Then she asked me to self-diagnose. I told her, that is why I’m here..... To have a professional doctor tell me why I was having pain in my right lung. She did a quick listen in her stethoscope in only 2 places on my back and said “you’re fine”. I pressed it further and she finally ordered a chest X-ray. I have no idea how she got to the position she is in with being so ditzy and incompetent!?The visit was so bad with her, I don’t feel I should have to pay for anything!It was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a doctor!!!!

As any woman might know, a urinary tract issue means you need help quickly! Instant Urgent Care has competent nursing and office managers to get you in quickly. The doctor that saw me was thorough, polite, and professional. If you need care quickly I recommend this facility highly

Getting the test was quick but getting in contact with this facility to try to speak to anyone is impossible. I was in a running line for 3 hours yesterday and it did not connect me to anyone. I need my results from my test in order to work.This facility is unprofessional and ridiculous. Never coming here again and never letting anyone I know go here.Completely unprofessional.

The doctor and staff were kind, informative, took the time to understand my medical concern, and provided the appropriate and effective treatment to resolve my issue, as well as ongoing care instructions. Very positive experience. No wait time, and the office staff was efficient.

Simply the best service. Staff are friendly and attentive, Dr Sanchez is second to none. He is wise, experienced, and listens with a genuine passion, being able to talk through a vast array of complex issues and solutions in a simple, and humbled mannerism. What is going on with this place 1 day ago, I got recommended by them to get my Xrays, to another clinic. This people supposed to send the request and my information, and guess what? They didn’t, I waited for 1:30hour for me to reach them. Second day I have my doctor video appointment at 9:50am waiting and waiting this people f&/)&:&)king forgot again are you serious, they suppose to have my Xrays information before my appointment, and have no clue, even though I informed them the day before that i got done my Xrays, and with the confirmation that they will call the Xray clinic before my doctor appointment.This not Okay I have a broken finger and may have a broken rips. I will formally summit a complain.

I walked in for the first time without an appointment after being referred by my insurance provider. They were friendly, helpful, and very efficient. Thank you.

We had an excellent experience in the clinic. We walked in at 6:45 pm and got needed help and attention from the staff, even though they were supposed to close at 7 pm. Dr. Herbert Estiu Sanchez went above and beyond to provide care. I was very happy to find the clinic when my mom needed an urgent care!

I showed up at 16:45 on a Tuesday only to find this place closed despite showing open hours on Google map and having availability for appointments. It’s quite irresponsible of an urgent care provider to give misleading information about opening hours.

Worked as planned. The staff member was good at giving toddlers the test (can be tough). Willing to fill out Japanese government COVID test form, which many places will not do. Life saver!

Dr Ankita Vadhia is incredible. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind, friendly and patient. All of the staff was great – they were helpful.

I do like the service and wide range of availability, but the website (portal) is really difficult to use, my wifes account even got deleted for no reason... if they fix the portal issue, will definitely give it higher rating.

Daughter has tendinitis (pain in right hand due to prolonged writing) and needed an attest for school - we got an appointment within 2 hours of calling them. The practice was well organised and clean and all staff: - receptionist, nurse as well as the doctor - were very thorough and kind. Thank you for the good documentation on exercises to do at home to get her to be better soon.

1. Filling up online forms for making a covid-19 test everything was fine till I got to a medical insurance company name. As I dont have a medical insurance, pressed skip it, but at the end app return me to the same issue and didnt bring me to a point of visual interview.2. As I skipped the medical insurance company name, app offered me to fill up the credit card form for making a payment. After I done with that, came to a signature and the date. App didnt let to proceed both of them. Again I couldnt get to a visual interview from that.3. Finally had to finish setting up a visual appointment over a phone.All this took me about an hour and I was late for todays test...

Had been feeling bad for 6 days. Called on very short notice. They got me in to see Dr. Herbert Estiu Sanchez, who was great! Nice guy. He prescribed what was necessary and Im already feeling better!

I have been seeing Dr. Estui Sanchez for over a YEAR now.The efficiency throughout the office is notably conducive to a high functioning, knowledgeable TEAM..The entire team makes me feel comfortable and welcome. They are helping me through several chronic conditions, one at a time. I feel like this is my medical Home BaseI gave this establishment and its employees the top 5 star rating 12 months ago and again, I highly recommend them. They have changed the quality of my heathcare, which has changed the quality of my life. I havent felt this positive and energetic in many, many years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Quick and courteous. Didnt have to wait. The attendant was really nice and printed my results when I went back because I needed my name next to the result for documentation purposes.

Ive had multiple very good experience with Instant Urgent Care. Everyone is always kind and professional, and Ive been treated quickly each time.

They got the star for seeing me so quickly, however the dr was wildly off base in his diagnosis, barely asked any questions and they charged me an arm and a leg. I had to go to a Dr in person to be accurately diagnosed with hives due to allergies, not the random and off base suggestions he used to cover his a**. Waste of time and money.

The bureaucracy and seeming politically-driven limitations on testing options is ridiculous. I could not book getting a test at a facility offering testing .5 miles away. For no clear reason, I have to go to a testing 30 mins away, while I am working full time and trying to be a responsible citizen. I also had to book two separate appointments to be able to book the in person appointment for both me and my 8 month old son. Please improve this process and testing location options!!

The staff is good and they do a great job but I don’t give 5 stars because of the virtual appointments, nothing beats health care in person appointments. Once they do in-person again, I’ll give them 5 stars. So clinic 3 stars, staff 5 stars

The sevice was great, it took only seconds to do a gentle swab just inside my nose, not deep, and I had a printout with my results in less than an half hour but I had to sell my first born to pay for the rapid covid test.

Everyone I’ve worked with has been extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and provided the resources I need to make things a little easier during this time. My meeting was fast, efficient, and most importantly on time with hardly any wait.

Their billing charged my insurance provider and emptied my loaded debit card. This is double charging. I explained to the person responsible for this incident that she emptied my account and no longer could see my son or buy food. After calling my insurance provider as Instant Urgent Care should have done, found my insurance provider is paying the bill. I supplied a direct phone number to my insurance provider to the person responsible and her findings were the same after several phone calls to force this. Even after she refused to return my money. She also refused to give me her bosses name and telephone number. Heartless... still no money returned.

The team was so nice and helpful, and my problem was quickly and professionally taken care of!! Couldn’t recommend more.

I visited for an allergy test. I had a great experience from check in until the allergy test was done. After the test, the doctor disappeared after he saw the results without giving me something to reduce my suffering. He just said I need to see another doctor but dint say why.Very disappointed. Don’t recommend for allergy test

I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and nice this place was. The staff was friendly. I was seen in less than 10mins of my appt time and they were super helpful in helping me find the closest pharmacy since I am from out of town. I got immediate relief for my earache. I would highly recommend a visit.

Do not come to this place. This place is terrible and it is a scam. Similar to someone commented below. They are requiring a screening call before a test. Problem is, they charge extra for that screening that in my case, was merely a 10s phone call someone asking me of I am going to come in to take the test. They charge $119 for that alone.I called in, left a message, and they never reply back in 3 months. This is a total ripoff place

We are all in this together, and URGENT CARE is an absolute god send, in helping me cope with the realization I might have it, and they genuinely care about a patient’s well being. I go for testing tomorrow, and they’re level of care out did El Camino in Los Gatos, by far...! I will sleep easy tonight knowing I am in good hands, and I can’t thank them enough.

I found the instructions about the video conference a bit confusing. It would be good to say there might be a wait for the connection. Also, should I call when I am parked outside your facility or call from home before I leave?

Im glad they offer rapid test but getting set up with them was a real ordeal. Once I finally got the screening appointment the dr said the test is only 50% accurate, What is the point then?

It was a great experience. Quick, clean, friendly, efficient and professional. I would definitely keep this as my go-to when back in town. I was visiting family for the holidays but happy to have a diagnosis before having to travel back.

I used Covid PCR test for International Business trip. She was very kind. I received very fast test result inner 6 hours.

Dr. Oza provided high-quality treatment and prevention information in a very clear and succinct manner, with a high degree of professionalism.

Did a COVID test for travel. Appt was quick and got the result within 3 hrs. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The technician is very nice, however, for 5 cars ahead of me, I had to wait for more than an hour. They should provide more than one technician to do the test.

Walking in and getting seen took only about an hour, but I was misdiagnosed. I presented symptoms of strep, but the doctor didnt perform a swab and the antibiotics failed to improve the infection. I went back several days later without improvement and didnt get any help.I went to PAMF several days later after continued lack of improvement. They immediately performed tests and identified an underlying viral infection and provided painkillers and referrals to follow up on if improvement wasnt seen in several days. However, they couldnt identify the bacterial strain because of the antibiotics I was given at Instant Urgent Care. I wish I had gone to PAMF first. It would have saved me money, gotten me back to work faster and made me much much much happier. Three and a half weeks later, my infection finally cleared up and I was able to get back to work.

I had sliced my finger on a food processor blade. I came in quite upset but the nurse Megan was so sweet and caring and was even able to put a smile on my face :-). The doctor looked at it and knew what to do and they took a traumatic experience and somehow made it pleasurable. Thank you!

I love that you had a Sunday telemedicine appointment available. I am highly disappointed that after three verbal verifications that I needed to go to Palo Alto, my appointment was made for San Ramon. I cannot possibly do that.

Easy to arrange Covid test. Friendly service. The only drawback is that I will have to drive a ways because the closer location could not do rapid tests at this time.

Only reason for 4 stars over 5 was that the system was a bit redundant and inefficient. We arrived with 4 cars in line and it took 20-25 min to get through everything (including mostly wait time).

A friendly environment but doesn’t worth paying the visit fee to not to get the proper treatment. unfortunately we didn’t received the treatment needed and we were offered to go to the emergency room for a better treatment although we paid the full visit.

Dr there is very thorough but not pushy. Listens my say very carefully. The front desk staff are friendly. The service is very good and prompt. I recommend this facility highly.

Misdiagnosed for an eye condition. Wasgiven more eye drop antibiotics when the first round weren’t working, which worsened my situation further. I had in fact an virus and needed steroid eye drops instead.

This is a very small clinic with very limited health services. For our needs, it was a complete waste of time.
