Initially loved the company and had no issues until it came to shipment. Paid over $200 for 2 day shipping and it didnt arrive. Its time sensitive bc it expires after a few days and we are wasting out money. Its day 3 and we still havent received out shipment. Didnt get any shipping info or even an email that stated it shipped until after I called this morning to find out why I didnt have it yesterday like I paid for. I will not use this company again. This is literally the production of my family at stake.

I cant tell you much about their customer service except that it takes forever to get through to them on the phone and they take days to reply to emails. Perhaps theyre short-staffed...
