Einstein OBGYN Associates - Center One

I wish I had looked at the other reviews, we needed an urgent appointment for my mom. So I took the first available, she requested off from work and we drove an hour. They tell me the appointment was at 2:45 not 3:45. So I explained to them it might be a mistake because I called the main office yesterday and I have it written down along with their address. Alexandra blagrave was rude, racist, unprofessional and made faces at me. As another medical professional this is not only unprofessional but very unethical l requested multiple times calmly and politely but they did not budge. It’s absolutely disgusting to see this is how the staff treats their patients especially in difficult circumstances. We rescheduled with a different office, but we wasted our time and drive for nothing. The main office did confirm our time was correct and apologized so it’s this office who messed up

The Manager Dianne here is absolutely rude. My husband came with me so we can sort out the insurance information. She walks in front of us, tells the front desk receptionists to ask him to leave. We are literally 2 feet away from her saying this loud and clear. Where is the respect? She could have easily waited to speak with him, to the side. I also don’t understand why he couldn’t sit in the waiting room anyways. He’s already here! Unprofessional and disrespectful she was. Also my appointment was for 11:45am and I didn’t get seen till 1:05pm

Always messing up appointment times.If u want to get seen this year GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Manage Diana Mathis is worthless and soulless person who should not be in the position to talk to patients.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. On multiple occasions they discussed not only my personal business , but other patients loudly for the office to hear. Unfortunately, I was present when a young female was told some quite embarrassing information.. very loudly. She was humiliated and cried while leaving the office. The doctors are great..They really just need better staff. The eye rolling, lip smacking and attitude is just not worth it to me..

Very disappointed with the service pregnant for the first time, i went there they did not sent the medicine to my pharmacy. keep calling them they keep transferring me and not answering my phone!!!

I have tried to reach this office 5 times for a refill on my prescription. No answer, no one picks up the phone. Go anywhere else for OB/GYN services, they are so unhelpful and unprofessional.

Awful office staff! I was running behind for an appointment. I called repeatedly from the road and couldnt get anyone to answer the phone after repeated attempts. Finally, I got a scheduler on the line about 10 min before my scheduled time. I was told to come in and the doctor would see me. Ok, I made it to the office at the time I told them. The front desk tells me nobody called and the doc has a meeting. They told me to reschedule. I told them good bye. While I was walking I tried another obgyn office whos staff answered the phone.

I use to see Dr. Ko which she is an awesome Dr. don’t get me wrong but I was recently introduced to Dr.Woodman let me just say she is wonderful!!!! She makes you feel absolutely comfortable and is very thural with her examinations, she’ll answer every question you may have. I just love her!!! As far as the receptionist they’re all very kind and sweet. I’ve never had an issue here and I would definitely recommend this office!!

Saw Laura Styles today at Center One for the the first time. Was a great experience from check in to check out. All staff are friendly and efficient and Laura Styles is friendly, efficient and professional. Highly recommend this practice.

Horrible Doctor dismissed my concerns did not answer my questions. Did not do exam. HorriblePushed medication I can not take.

Horrible office staff. Unprofessional, child like and will hang up on you instead of using thier words like big girls. Will also answer thier own personal cell phones while you are waiting to talk to them. Stay far away.
