The Medical Assistant was great, she had a great sense of humor & personality. She was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Yelena was very open and made me feel very comfortable. She was patient and took her time explaining every to me. I made the right choice in choosing this doctor.

Dr. Lubman is the best womans doctor i know. She has been my doctor for years and also my daughter in laws doctor. She delivers both of my grandchildren. She has wonderful people working her.

I have been coming to this office for years and each appointment deserves a 5 star rating! Everyone is always so pleasant and accommodating. I am so very glad that I chose this practice for all of my gynecological care. Such a superb team!!!

Had something extremely alarming and concerning to me. I called multiple times last year during that time and never got a call back from the doctor despite her making the orders. Never got an interpretation of the results or any call backs. Front desk answered and told me it is not a big deal, which turns out it is. Feel very unseen and unheard on top of other not so great experiences. Will not be going back.

It’s impossible to make an appointment. The front desk either doesn’t answer the phone during working hours or never calls back. One time, I was lucky enough to speak to someone, but after taking my information, they asked me to wait and then hung up on me. Amazing service

Love love love her and her staff. She is very personable. I have been with Dr. Lubman for 15 years. My last 4 babies are Lubman babies from 15 to 3. Don’t know what I would do without her.

UPDATE 2/2/24:Dr. Lubman has been an absolute blessing! Its not always easy to find a doctor who truly gets it, especially as an African American woman, but Dr. Lubman isnt just good – shes phenomenal. She guided me through my surgery with such skill and care, it felt like I was in the hands of a trusted friend. Her warmth, understanding, and incredible expertise made all the difference. Im so grateful to have had Dr. Lubman by my side during this journey. Shes more than just a doctor; shes a genuine caregiver who really makes you feel seen and heard.From the moment I stepped into Dr. Lubmans office, I was met with warmth and professionalism, starting with her exceptional nursing staff. Ive been going to Dr. Lubman for 7+ years, amazing OBGYN. I also had the pleasure of her delivering my son as well. For it to be my first child, she made me feel very comfortable and safe. Always answered my questions and did well with my sons circumcision. I have absolutely no complaints!!

Dr. Lubman is dedicated to her practice and her patients. I’ve been going to her for about 13 years she has delivered 4 of my children and i cant imagine going to anyone else!! She definitely gives it to you straight, slight tough love…but she loves what she does and it shows!! Her staff is excellent, personable, and professional. There are so many testimonies but just know you are in great hands.

Yelena Lubman didnt treat me like “just another patient,” , she is very personable and I appreciate that. She is a such a good listener and figured out my problem. She is always willing to go the extra mile to help her patients.

I contacted my insurance company to see how I can find a new care provider and they informed me to go on the website and how to search for the specific care I need. While following instructions after putting in all my information this provider and office comes us, now mind you they are showing up in the network as a provider to the insurance company. I called to make an appointment as a new patient and the receptionist tells me “ Oh we prefer not to see patients with that particular insurance”. That is very discriminatory to say and I’ll be calling someone higher up. My response was she should have her name removed off the site. It makes people feel a certain way because your name and business say one thing but to be singled out and being denied care is not right when you are in fact apart of the network.

I met Dr. Lubman 10 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child. We just just delivered healthy baby #3. Each pregnancy was different and presented different circumstances. Dr Lubman has a plethora of knowledge. During my first pregnancy, as a new mom to be she kept me informed and was thorough in teaching me what to expect with my different body changes and growing baby. During my last pregnancy I was an advanced maternal age, again she kept me informed on how to care for myself in order to keep me and the baby healthy. The experience over the years has always been consistently great. Always available to me to answer questions or concerns. Even the support staff communicate thoroughly and are professional and friendly. I also enjoy not having long wait times when I show up for an appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Lubman to anyone.

I absolutely love Dr Lubman! She genuinely cares about her patients. She was great throughout all my pregnancies (I had 3) and even when I had complications which wound up with an emergency c section in 2020, she still showed up and was by my side when I woke up. and most recently in 2021, she was amazing with my scheduled c section, was always by my side! and even throughout my postpartum issues, she is always there for me and always wiling to listen to me. I appreciate her so much!

I’ve been seeing Dr Lubman for a few years and every visit she and her staff provide top notch service! Dr Lubman took excellent care of me during my pregnancy, each visit she made me feel comfortable, supported and informed as the time progressed. When I went into labor, she was 100% present during the process and showed me so much compassion ! Her bedside manner and expertise has made my GYN experiences and pregnancy journey well worth it. Dr. Lubman is not only a knowledgeable and experienced professional she is also an incredibly personable funny and down to earth human being: she has fantastic “bedside manner skills” she calls you personally with your results and I can’t imagine being with a different doctor. Also would like to say that her assistant was also able to keep things moving quickly with a great sense of humor to boot.

Ive been going to Dr. Lubman for 10 years and I love her! She recently delivered my first child and I had the best experience with her in the hospital the entire time throughout my pregnancy. She is very professional and her office makes you feel very comfortable. I moved about one hour away in 2012 and love her so much that I travel a hour just to see her!

Ive been seeing Dr. Lubman for 12 years. She delivered both of my girls and has taken excellent care of me over the years. I trust her so much that I now drive 200 miles for my annual well-visit!I love her no-nonsense approach to womens care. Her office is lovely, her staff are incredibly kind, and I always feel valued at her practice.

Dr. Lubman has been my OB/GYN for years. She has gotten me through 2 complicated pregnancies and I felt so at ease. I address my concerns and she is always there to discuss them. Her and her team are so professional and compassionate. Dr. Lubman is pretty straight-forward,honest,and so knowledgeable about Womens health, especially women of color and I love that the most about her.

Dr Lubman Is by far one of the most amazing OBGYN I happen to find her on Google due to her good reviews. I came to her for My initial appointment and absolutely loved her she’s very personable and she definitely cares about her patience she took the time to go over everything with me and you could tell she genuinely cared. Halfway through my pregnancy I started having complications with preclampsia. Dr Lubman did everything she could to try to get my blood pressure down stayed up all night on the phone with the ER nurses keeping tabs on how I was doing. My baby wound up having to be delivered early but because of the medication I was given before she was born she is doing amazing and home with us safe and sound. Dr Lubman saved Mine and my babies life I am so blessed that we found her and I will forever be grateful to her for everything that she did for us. She is highly recommended by me and my family we love her

Dr. Lubman is a fantastic doctor with experience over 15 years. I have been her patient for more than five years. All of my visits are handled very professionally by her and her fabulous team. She is a very caring doctor, and she always answers all your questions and concerns. She assisted many pregnancies and helped to deliver many babies in this world. All my friends have been patients with her for many years as well, and all are very happy with her services!

Best Vbac experience ever with Dr Lubman. I switched to her after I had the most horrible experience with Faber, Minkin, Kates And The other physicians there that could care less about their patients. I found the opposite with Dr Lubman she was on board with a plan for a Vbac and keep me informed about my pregnancy and labor the entire time. She made recommendations about which hospital is preferred for my birthing experience and worked well with my doula. Even my doula was impressed with her and together I had a successful Vbac and the experience was wonderful I wish I would of had her as my Ob for my first pregnancy. Another plus is that all blood work was done at the office which saved so much time! Julie the receptionist was great getting my records when switching to Dr. lubman and she also helped getting my breast pump as well. I can’t say enough great things about my second birth with Dr. Lubman.

If I could rate D.Lubman10 stars, I would. Dr.Lubman is amazing she is so compassionate, understanding, and caring. I can tell she actually cares about me and my health and provides me with answers in a very timely manner. I’m so grateful I found Lubman. It was the best decision I made when choose her and I would highly recommend friends and family this doctor.

Dr. Lubman has been my OB for a while now. She has guided my through two pregnancies and successfully delivered both my son and daughter. She is friendly and very caring of all of her patients. I wouldn’t trade her for the world. She will remain my OB until she makes me find someone else to go to! If you have the opportunity you should really give her a chance!

I moved to Harford County 6 years ago, but I have not considered switching doctors. Dr. Lubman is worth the drive. She is kind, compassionate, experienced, and extremely skilled in the delivery room. My husband and I were so fortunate to have her with us when our twin sons were born 6 weeks early.

Love Dr. Lubman. Ive been seeing her for almost 10 years. Bedside manner is to the point without being rude. She will give you her opinion on a matter, but the decision is still yours. Her assistant Julie is wonderful as well.

Dr Lubman delivered my fourth baby. I really enjoyed seeing her my entire pregnancy. She is warm and knowledgeable. The staff is so friendly and amazing. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Lubman was the OB for our first child.  We absolutely love her, and could not say enough good about her.  She is extremely knowledgeable about her field, and we found her to be very trustworthy.  Our pregnancy was not entirely smooth- around week 33 we had an anomalous test result that resulted in a misdiagnosis by another doctor.  Dr. Lubman resisted the pressure to act rashly (an emergency c-section followed by our little girl spending around a month in NICU), demanding patience and restraint against delivering our child early, and was proven right.  Treating the patient and not the test value resulted in our little girl going to term, with a healthy baby and a healthy mom.  We would happily recommend Dr. Lubman to anyone looking for an OB, and will without a doubt knock on her door again should we have another child.

Dr. Lubman delivered my 2 babies and I absolutely love her. She had asked me what my wishes were in terms of delivery my first baby, and we had a plan that she respected until the last minutes when things got complicated and we needed to go for emergency and instead of panicking I felt in excellent hands. I grew up in Lima Peru and my cultural views were totally respected by her. Currently, We moved a little futher away from her offices but here I am still driving to her, i wouldnt change her for a minute. We are very happy with her medical services. I couldnt recommend her enough. For this type of care i believe you need someone honest and someone you can rely your fears , especially for first time moms!... thank you Dr Lubman and office staff for being so great with your patients !!

If I can give her more than 5 stars I would. She is beyond amazing. Any little concern I have she is willing to see me the very next day. I’m pregnant now and she’s been amazing throughout my pregnancy. I cannot forget her staff because they as well are beyond words, they’re extremely sweet, caring and funny. They make my visit feel extremely welcomed. I have no bad comments to give about this woman she’s just amazing. When I lost my insurance i made sure to get my new insurance that covers her visits because I refuse to lose her. She’s extremely professional and she explains every little thing to where I can understand, I truly love this woman.

Dr. Lubman has become an essential person in my life. I did a lot of research after I had my son to find a doctor that can served my specific needs. Surprisingly after all the research thinking Id have to travel far and wide, her office was across the hall from my current OB. I was past 15 weeks pregnant with my second child. I shared my horrible experience with her concerning my previous pregnancy (my first doctor told me I would be able to have a VBAC for my 2nd child, 4 years later he said I would never be able to because of the way he cut me. ARE YOU SERIOUS!?). I just had to have a VBAC! Another c-section was out of the question. She made an exception for my husband and I and she has been a blessing in our lives ever since. We had a smooth and successful VBAC, it made me feel like a woman. I was not afraid because I trusted her and made sure to follow her instructions. The warm bed side manners was on the top of my list and to see her in action during my delivery was amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable, educated, and talented. The office is very clean, her staff is very welcoming and they all actually care. I wouldnt trade her in for the world. Its been 7 years now, always a great experience.

After having some severe lower abdominal pains I was called a silly Latina by Dr. Lubman and made fun of by the office staff for being so upset and returning to her office 3 times to demand further testing and help after being in a ton of pain. She caved and finally granted me a sonogram which was specially scheduled because they dont have the equipment in the office and was conducted by another doctor Id never met. I had to call several times for results and was told over the phone that I had ovarian cysts and was told not to worry about them and that they would go away. Then I was given a huge bill and told it had nothing to do with them and my insurance had to get involved to override the coding they used to bill me as much as they did. I do not recommend her or this office to anyone looking for compassionate care. Havent been back since. What a nightmare!

Best OB/GYN hands down … I’m her oldest established patient, I started coming to her at 15/16… I’m now 32 y/o & I won’t go to anyone else! I have a 15 y/o (c section) & a 2 y/o ( successful VBAC)… I love DR. LUBMAN !!! ❤️❤️❤️

Our appointment was at 2:45 pm. We arrived earlier as suggested at 2:30. Some of the staff members we rude as if they werent having a good day. One tried to enforce mask rule while the other one wasnt wearing it next to her anyways. No compassion towards a pregnant woman. After waiting for an hour we left even without beein seein by the doctor. Very disappointing and unfortunate. Day wasted.

Upon arrival several of the nurses and or people at the front desk were NOT wearing mask. On top of that they made my visit very uncomfortable having two people in the room during my check up. On top of that they urged me to make a appointment because I could possibly have cancer and then they call me back to cancel my doctors appointment. Needless to say I was already anxious and wanted to get this over and they said they had to reschedule. NO THANKS! I’m going to real professionals who take health and safety seriously! FYI I canceled my vacation plans so I could make sure I made this doctors appointment. SoYeah thanks 🙄😤

She is super unprofessional. I foud that I am pregnant with my sound baby and I red a good reviews about her she is in my insurance network so I decided to follow up with her. I went to her office her office was clean and nice I did ultrasound over there. I listen to the baby heart bits and I did all the blood work over there and everything within normal range. I was happy and satisfied with my visit. One week after I found spotting so I call her office at 7:00 am at morning she have an answering call services so they answered me and told me that she gonna call you back. She called me at 11:00 am at that time everything got worse I had a blood clots too. So whe I told her she said I dont have anything to do for you a and she didnt give me any midical advice so I asked her if I can stop by her office to examine me or give me any midical advice she refused. I didnt know what to do so I took a rest and then I found my health condition got worse so I called my old doctor she advice me to go immediately to the hospital I found that no haert bits for the baby and my old docer helped me alot she examined me and she did a D&C for me so I lost the baby because Dr Lubman she is unprofessional nd she refused to gave me any midical advice a

If I could give this a zero I would. Worst experience by far and I will never go there again ! Do not go there the nurse practitioner likes to bill you on a yearly exam for absolutely no reason she puts it in the computer as a problem visit and that triggers a bill from the insurance because a problem visit isnt convered. They are liars.

Poor service. If you are a woman of color do NOT go here. I feel like I was discriminated against. I had a 11:15 app and a woman sighned in behind me with a 11:30 app. She was was greeted in THEIR language (Russian) and was seen right away🤔 I walked out and never will return! I will put in another complaint with someone higher of power. My insurance pays like everyone elses!

Very unprofessional and unethical stuff. Submitted fictitious clames to the insurence company. Forces patiens to use their lab without a prior concent. Once I recieved a rediculousely high bill from their lab, they said that they have nothing to do with this and i have to call them and figure it out on my own.

Check in was easy and convenient and the staff are friendly. Dr. Lubman put me at ease immediately and explained my options for eventual treatment.
