My receptionist was Bernice, M.A. was Ashley, and my Nurse Practioner was Jazmin.All 3 women were very pleasant, knowledgeable, informative, and kind.I felt very comfortable and was quickly seen for my appointment that I was able to book the same day!My only negative is my receipt doesnt have a break down of services rendered. But the price was well worth it compared to my standard doctor bill.I am very happy to have been seen and care door so quickly so I can be comfortable at work again! Sometimes life happens and its great to know there is a simple solution for discomfort without waiting WEEKS for a regular GYNO appointment.The best thing was I felt very comfortable and it was easy to express my concerns to the Nurse Practioner and Medical Assistant.I highly recommend this location!

Everyone is always super professional, yet approachable and kind. Karisma the receptionist is very sweet and helpful and Jasmin the nurse practitioner was so sweet, helpful and informative and patient and just everything you’d want in a health care provider. I come here regularly and use them as my primary gynecologist office , and I feel that my health is truly cared for here, they have a great team working here.

I recently visited this location. Medical assistant Ashley and nurse practitioner Jazmin were so friendly, professional and attentive to my needs and concerns. Receptionist Karisma was exceptionally sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend this location

After moving to Florida and having little success finding healthcare, very grateful to be a patient here. Berline, Ashley, and Jazmin were professional, kind, and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

The front desk staff was very kind, and so was my provider until the provider prescribed me the wrong medication even though I came into the practice, knowing what I needed. When the medicine she gave me did not work properly I called back multiple times and still have not received a provider call back about my concerns. Woman’s health should be taken as a serious concern. If a patient calls still experiencing symptoms, they should be first on the priority list even if you have to call somebody after close. Do not go here.

Best gyn experience I’ve EVER had. 👏👏I was super nervous for my IUD removal because of the awful experience I had years ago when I got it. From the front desk all the way to the removal, everyone was SO kind. Dr. Taylor was SO great, and I felt so comfortable with everyone there. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone. These ladies are the BEST ❤️

I’ve been to this location 2 times and both visits were great. This visit Berline was the front desk associate, she was very kind and efficient. Jessica my medical assistant was also great, she answered my questions and made me very comfortable. Lastly, I saw Nurse Practitioner Jazmin T, she was absolutely amazing, she made me feel very comfortable to talk about any issues I was having and explained everything she was doing if I could not see her hands, she listened to the issue I have been having for 2 years and came up with a great plan to find out what is going on.

Staff was amazing! As well as doctor Richards!! It’s not easy working while pregnant! Especially still taking me after they were closed! Yes I had to wait awhile, but they were down a room and still had patients to see! So patience is a virtue! All the women there are incredibly understanding and I could not have asked for better service!! They were very informative and if you have any doubts about going, do not! They are amazing! Love this planned parenthood and this group of inspiring women!! We need more people like them!

I saw Nerlande, and she was awful. I went in to get help for issues Ive been having for a few years, and she wouldnt even listen to me. She wrote me off immediately in the first two minutes that she was in the room. She was only in the room for five minutes. She gave me the worst breast exam. Did not check my pelvis at all. I went for an annual and pap smear. She commented on irritation and blood she saw but did nothing more to figure out the cause or even discuss it with me. Didnt call me with my test results. She didnt give me the referral she suggested within two minutes of speaking with me. Tried to gaslight me into believing that what Im experiencing is normal, all while not listening to me at all. It was an awful experience.She should be stopped. I genuinely need/needed help. She is a healthcare worker who I paid cash that I do not have to see, and she didnt nothing but try to gaslight me and pass me off on someone else.I have been visiting Planned Parenthood for 17 years and have never had an experience like this one. I left crying, heartbroken, and having wasted money.

Jasmine the nurse practitioner I saw, was wonderful and helpful. She was also impressively gentle with the Pap smear! This facility is so nice and clean, super friendly girls on staff 🤗

Just go somewhere else. They love wasting your time and cancelling appointments the day of.

Not sure where to leave a review for the employees at this location... I think its here! But this location was amazing. I was having an emotional time and they talked with me and made me feel seen and heard (which doesnt always happen at a DOC office) shout out to Receptionist Ashley, MA Alex and NP Jazmin. Thank you for your help and support! I would 100% recommend PP and this office specifically to anyone in the area. thank youuuu

Dr. Nerlande made sure I could get right in with an emergency with my contraceptive device. She & every other staff member I came in contact with made me feel very comfortable. They were very empathetic & understanding. I highly recommend this location for any OBGYN needs.

The nurses were super kind but I wouldnt go back because of Dr.Good, the way he talked to me felt slightly condescending during my visit. I have specific medical conditions that cause me to heal slower than the average person so i asked if hed sign a form so I could be out of work for a week rather than 3 days. He refused because Id only need 3 days if that and he didnt want to lose his medical license. I was out of work for over a week STILL healing (couldnt do my physically strenuous job) and luckily my workplace was very understanding or I wouldve been fired. Took an already stressful visit and made it worse. Other than that he did his job just fine.

As someone who has very bad social anxiety and was feeling super anxious about going to a new health care center for the first time, I felt extremely comfortable and safe here. Everyone was so so so nice, the energy was amazing. I was helped by Chris, Jessy and Sarah and they made my visit wayyyy less stressful than I thought it would be. They helped me out even though I didn’t have insurance and found a payment plan that worked best for me. I definitely recommend and I will be returning. :)

My insurance is out of state so it is out of network. Had I went to a regular doctor I would have paid triple what I paid out of pocket for my visit. I have never had such a empathetic and informational visit. Every single person in this establishment was genuine and made me feel comfortable. I drove over an hour to this location and it is a drive I would easily make again because it is well worth it. Planned parenthood makes you feel comfortable, safe and always make your visits affordable. Do not doubt the PSL location, just go. ❤️

Such a nice and clean facility. I normally go to Orlando to get my Depo shot, but scheduled an appointment here, because its a little closer to Melbourne. I arrived on time and was promptly greeted and signed in. Little did I know, this Planned Parenthood is not connected to the Orlando office. I had to sign in as a new patient and see a Dr. before I could receive my shot. Whoa! Was not expecting that. The lovely woman checking me in took care of it all for me and was extremely kind and understanding. The nurse that took me back and got all my information was so sweet. The Dr. was amazing. The nurse transferred me to the Lab for my shot. I must say, it was the most painless shot I have been given. Usually my arm hurts for 2 weeks, no pain at all today! They got me in and out in less than an hour. Ill be driving here for my birth control for now on. Thanks Ladies!

My well overdue appointment was met with caring & kindness. My anxiety was immediately put to rest. The office is super clean & more importantly to me, the staff is caring, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this location to where I will continue to go for my yearly exams.

I have never experienced being at a doctors office and being put to ease of all my worries until after Dr.Wendy and Dr.Sharon walked in the room. They were confident which made me feel confident and also understood where I was coming from. They actually listened to what I was saying and were such sweethearts. Definitely feel so much more at ease about my next visit.

Nurse was very sweet but the doctor (Dr.Good) refused to treat me over something I watched him google. Rude and very dismissive, basically shook his head in annoyance when I made a mistake about my medical history. Made me feel like an inconvenience and just overall had a horrible experience.

I have been going to the clinic for a couple of years now and ive have a great experience! Love the staff, I regularly come to see Mimi every 3 months for the depo shot and shes done an amazing job. Ive also seen Jessy and Zeli as well and they are always so nice, always have great conversations ! I was given options on which birth control is best for my body and I was able to try different ones. So far the depo has been the best! And making appointments is always easy. The new location in Port St. Lucie is very clean and I recommend it 100%!

Two weeks ago I went to a medical appointment there, the attention at the time both the assistant and the doctor were professionals. When I left there the problem began, after two weeks of constant calls I have not been able to receive the prescription for the medicine.There is no option to communicate directly with the clinic, there is no option for another doctor to attend you (when they offer it they never call you), sometimes they tell you that the system is down, other times that the nurses do not answer, there is no way to know what is happening and they are not interested in solving anything.The times they have answered the call in the center they have promised me that they sent the prescription and that this time I will have it but it is a total mockery. It is disrespectful to the patient, I am extremely upset, more than ten calls, more than 7 trips to the pharmacy without success. I do not recommend this site at all.

The first time I went to this office and I felt like people cared. You didn’t have a wait they greeted you with a smile from the front desk and on.. My Dr Wendy was awesome she made me feel very comfortable at my appointment I was able to ask questions and she listened and was able to assist Dr. Wendy takes her job serious you can tell she love her patients. Went to them 5 years ago and it was horrible, frustrating experience. Not sure what changed, but totally different now. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Wait time was reasonable. Definitely recommend.

The entire staff that I encountered were all very friendly and helpful, my Dr. was very down to earth and very compassionate..often apts are awkward and full of anxiety but I was very relaxed and felt comfortable at this office . Thanks to PP staff for a stress free apt.

I’ve been on hold for over an hour. I was suppose to get a call back which I never did so while im at work, I waited over an hour on hold. They close in an hour and I still haven’t been helped. This is unprofessional and shouldn’t be a problem with a “doctors office” I probably will never use planned parenthood again because of How badly I’ve been disrespected. No one here clearly knows how to do their job why should I trust them with my medical issues.

Office confirmed my appointment 3 TIMES and when I showed up, they had a sign that said they were temporarily closed. Lady at the front said they had called and texted me to let me know - they had contacted the wrong number. Very unprofessional. Site says they take medicaid, but really they barely accept any of the plans.

This place is horrible. They canceled my appointment the day before because they suddenly stopped taking my insurance. How convenient that they stopped taking it the day before. I had already called off of work. Just terrible.

The staff are amazing! Nurse Practitioner Wendy made me comfortable all throughout (thank you so much!).

Picked up my meds today and the new office looks great! Clean, safe and fast service. Welcoming and inclusive staff who remembered me from months ago!Thanks guys!

I’ve called about 3 times on separate days, left voicemails multiple times, never received a call back. I live 30 minutes away, I’d come talk to you guys in person but honestly not worth it if you can’t pick up a phone or give a call back. Really disappointed.

So nice and accepting of trans people! They respect your pronouns and chosen name. Such nice staff, love them.

Really need to work on answering the phone, have been waiting for 2 HOURS!!!! In freak out mode in need of answers about insurance and still nothing. Even tried calling the 1800 number and still nothing

Terrible service, they never answer the phone, they send you medications and they never arrive at the pharmacy, it is a tireless fight with this clinic, the worst I have ever had, I do not recommend it
