Great: second transfer and I couldn’t stop crying, doc gave me a big hug and it was the best thing everNeeds improvement: you as the patient have to be very proactive and stay on top of your plan, too many different forms of communication between different phone numbers and contacts and different web applications, go to Princeton office but had to travel an hour to other office for embryo retrieval and transfers (not clear at beginning), communication about timeline and next steps always confusing, first time shots need wayyy more explanationGood things: Overall good experience; docs nurses techs caring and consistent, always got appts at time I needed, have web portal, feel like a nobody at the start but more well known by the end, protocol worked for me after second transfer (known genetic issue - PGTM)

The experience from the beginning has been lacklustre. The communication starting from our first initial visit with the Dr has felt rushed. We are essentially being treated like a number for the IRMS stats. If one does not pry and ask what the next step is, what we are doing? why we are taking this medicine? why anything is happening at all? no one seems to explain. Very unsatisfied with the whole experience.

Dr. Keegan is a wonderful doctor and her staff. They’re like my family and one thing I love about Dr. Keegan she has my best interest at heart. I love that lady so much. Her & her team are the best

Going through IVF is an extremely emotional process. The ups and downs emotional, the physical parts of the injections and the overall exhaustion. However, one or the things that got me through this was the exceptional staff at IRMS. Dr. Keegan has been a positive support through all the rounds of IVF and even though they weren’t successful she continued to be that support and didn’t give up. The staff at the Princeton location were exceptional. From the moment you walked in and was greeted by Britt, to getting your labs drawn by Kayla or Aubrie, to getting your scans by Sarah or Kathy…the entire staff made you feel like you were home and you’re their friend. They have supported me throughout my entire process and were at times my biggest cheerleaders. I appreciate each and every one of them more than they know.

I don’t have enough amazing things to say about Dr Keegan and her team! She truly cares about her patients and wants to develop a personalized fertility plan and is so supportive throughout the entire process. Her staff are so sweet and truly make you feel comfortable. Having fertility issues is not easy but I’m so glad I have Dr Keegan as my provider on this journey!
