I brought one of my nieces here on Friday with a virus, then brought her sister here on Monday with a fractured ankle and I went in on Wednesday with an infected dog bite. We had a rough week. Every single time, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also very quick. All three of us were in and out in under an hour and I had a text from my pharmacy that they had received my prescription request before I pulled out of my parking space. I would absolutely go back again. And I would, obviously, be willing to bring my family here as well. Thanks for the excellent care!

I appreciate the convenience of the automated registration process, which allows me to wait in my vehicle instead of sitting in a potentially crowded waiting room. The staff members have been friendly, and the physician assistant demonstrated great bedside manner. This was my second visit since relocating to Princeton, and I am inclined to continue utilizing this facility for my medical needs and those of my child.

I am very satisfied with my experience here! The staff and doctors were very kind, and informative. I went in knowing the issues that I had, and through the evaluation, they went through each step with diligence. They were all so kind, and welcoming, and the staff student there, I believe her name is Harley, but you’d never known she was a student, she was very professional, and really put her heart and soul into her work. To the doctor that handled all my paperwork, I want to personally thank you for your persistence in helping me feel comfortable during my visit! God bless you all, and thank you so much. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!

I am new to the Princeton area. My first experience with community med was positive. The online registration and check-in was easy and straightforward. Once I got to the facility they got me in and out within 30 minutes. The staff were friendly.

This place always takes care of me . The front office is very sweet and patient. Bethany is the sweetest ever. Ryan never fails to get me feeling better asap. I usually go in the mornings and I’m in & out within 30 minutes.

They tell you to arrive 15 minutes…and it’s 2 hours later and still haven’t seen a doctor. No one comes to check on you. Walk out to front desk….on their phones….I can understand if it is busy…but we are the only ones in a room…I will not be using them again!!!Ohhhhh but they made sure to collect that copay as soon as you arrive…

Went here for a suspected issue and went in as a walk in with my partner. From the staff in the front desk to the medical experts their service was remarkable. They were understanding, proactive listeners and knowledgeable about the concerns and questions we had. All the paperwork was done swiftly and the testing and treatment we needed at least was available and done with care. I definitely recommended to go here if you have any symptoms, non emergencies/emergencies issues.

Very professional, I was treated with respect, seen quickly, visit was straight forward and to the point. I did not feel mistreated like I have in the past here. I was impressed with the kindness of the staff.

My husband and I were very impressed with the entire staff from first entering the office. The nurse was very friendly and efficient. The doctor was friendly, caring, knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue and started treatment immediately. We highly recommend Community Med Urgent Care.

This urgent care is amazing. I have come here a few times over the years when I was ill and have never had a problem.The staff is ALWAYS so kind and compassionate.They got me in quickly and got me out quickly while being attentive, listening to my concerns, and addressing my illness.The wait time is never long.Everyone is so great about introducing themselves to you and it also has their names, picture, and role on the tv screen in the patient rooms. I love this feature. I had never seen that before anywhere.

Registered online, they got my daughter in the same morning to check her ear. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes with a prescription. Everyone was friendly and seemed to actually enjoy being at work and interacting with people, which is rare these days. Love these guys!

I took a fall on a Saturday morning and they saw me right away. Everyone was compassionate and professional, I could walk but was moving slowly and they were very patient. The X-ray techs were gentle with helping me get into position for the X-ray, which helped it be less painful than what I expected.I would happily go back next time something like this happens.

I keep seeing the same people working at this facility, that’s a sure sign of good management.The staff are always pleasant even though I refuse to check in on line. They are always efficient, caring and direct. Very clean facilities.Ryan, Jamie, Tiffany and Rebecca, I hope y’all win the complements contest. Y’all work hard and have earned it.

Check in easy. Friendly and courteous staff. Results are fast. What more can I say? I have a regular doctor, but when I want to be seen quickly with answers, I always choose Community Med in Princeton TX.

I moved to Princeton last month and needed to find a doctor for a physical for my two middle schoolers. They were able to help me instantly and got everything done within 30-45 mins. Highly recommend. Also the front desk, the medical assistant, and the doctor were very polite and fast. Thank you again. 😇

The practitioner and nurse were fantastic— friendly and professional. The med tech Tiffany in particular was wonderful.That being said, I made a 9 AM appointment early in the week and arrived on time.They said they’d call me in from the parking lot when ready for me. Finally at 9:40 I went back in and asked for an update. They said they had shot me a text a while back— unfortunately, they never actually contacted me. working mom of 4, it’s a big ouch for your time to be disregarded because you got forgotten.

I wish I could give them more than five stars. Absolutely impressed with the facility and the staff. They were quick and efficient and very friendly couldn’t have asked for better service. I would recommend them to anyone

Dr. Bonnie is the best! I had symptoms that resembled COVID-19, but my test results came back negative. I had visited this clinic before and was seen by a different doctor, but this time I was fortunate to be treated by Dr. Bonnie. She was exceptional, conducting two thorough tests and even having me take a urine test to ensure I received the best possible medication. Her attention to detail and dedication to my health were truly impressive. Thank you, Dr. Bonnie!

BEWARE!!!I scheduled an appointment over my lunch break due to extreme ear pain and face paralysis on my left side. The appointment was very quick: they took my weight, blood pressure, and checked my breathing. After examining my ear, I was told I had Eustachian tube dysfunction and that everything was fine. When I expressed concern about my facial paralysis, I was again reassured it was just due to allergies or weather changes. They offered me a steroid shot, but I felt uneasy and declined it. After paying $170, I left with no real answers, still in pain.The pain and paralysis persisted, so I spent another $180 to visit Care Now in McKinney. There, I was listened to attentively and diagnosed with Bell’s palsy, for which I needed immediate medication. They also confirmed there was no fluid in my ears, making the initial diagnosis of Eustachian tube dysfunction completely wrong.DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU REALLY NEED CARE! I deserve a refund, but more importantly, I could have gone untreated for a serious condition affecting my quality of life.

I made a well check visit for my daughter. It was basically a physical for school sports. We were checked in in twenty minutes and in a room. We waited about 5 minutes and the nurse practitioner came in. She was great, very thorough and helpful with my questions. They were very busy but everyone was kind and professional.

Scheduled an appointment for 3pm arrived 15 minutes early and its 4:37pm and we still havent been seen by a provider. Not sure what the point of an appointment is or why you can schedule an appointment if theyre so backed up or behind. Never used to have this issues but the last two times I came its been like this.

Wonderful experience always! Super smooth checkin and everybody is super warm and helpful. We come here with our 4 year old who always leaves with a smile on his little face!

This place is trash. There is a male nurse practicioner that is amazing. The female short practitioner is short, bleach blonde, butch body and uncute with a stink attitude. Most of the staff is trash. Paperwork says conflicting things and when you show up they tell you different and that the paperwork needs to be updated. Ive been here several times and it has always been a bad experience. The only reason I go is the convenience of it being not even 5 minutes away. Needless to say I will NEVER go back. They dont care about anything but MONEY. They need to fire everyone and start over.

Jamie the receptionist was spectacular! Very helpful and very friendly.The tech Becca was absolutely over the top and did an amazing job making me feel comfortable in my visit.The physician who worked on me was very smooth going and walked me through all the steps from the shot to fixing my issue.Very great service from all involved! Great staff!

Everyone was super. Front desk not overly friendly but very efficient. Folks providing the care could not, let me repeat, could not, be more attentive, compassionate and thorough. Ryan Hawkins, PA, was professional, kind, and listened. The medical assistance I received from Meleah was exemplary. I am a retired RN and I know what I am talking about. Ryan and Meleah not only were efficient, but they smiled! Love Yall. Thanks. 10stars.

My husband just saw a doc here and had such a great experience. From the receptionist to the doctor, every staff member was courteous, had excellent listening skills, genuinely cared and is highly skilled in their field. Thank you so much for everything - also for a speedy diagnosis.

Showed up, completed online paperwork and boom! Got me right in the door. Everyone was so kind and seemed genuinely to care. They didn’t leave me hanging in the room like most places… so many good things to say… Tiffany and Ryan made me feel heard and cared aboutThank you so much!!!

I’m 9 months postpartum and was having a mental health crisis. I was told verbatim by the PA R. Hawkins, “Well, you look fine.”, offered a styrofoam cup of water, charged my $50 copay and sent on my way. As a woman of color and being in the vulnerable position I was in, I felt ashamed and embarrassed that I even went in. I was made to feel less-than deserving of the care I desperately needed. Thank God I got the help I needed, no thanks to this horrible place. I hope that PA never has a family member in need of medical attention and is turned away the way I was. However, Desire the tech and front desk were very kind, but overall negative stars.

Great customer service!!! Everyone there is so nice and accommodating. Although we go there when we are not 100% they still make us feel complete.....

I had the pleasure of working with Beth, Jamie, Becca, and Harlie. My 6 month old was treated with such love and care. They were super patient with my questions and even went out of their way to print me off information! Will always return.

Very fast service we where in and out made the appointment over phone online and when we got there filled out consent form and will be seen literally shortly after. The ladies were super friendly and helpful with every question asked!!!!

I’m not happy with our visit today. Checkin in with QRC code at 4:25, walked in at 4:45 to see how much longer we had to wait outside.This is the second time I’ve used this facility and was told the checkin service didn’t capture my sign in.We’ve been here 1 hour for a physical and still waiting. Literally no one here.

If all you are needing is a physical please look somewhere else! I’ve been here a hour and a half and still in the room waiting to be seen!

If I could post without even giving a star I would. But I feel like I should warn other moms who have an emergency last minute and really need to get their kiddos see. To skip even considering going there. I called in yesterday 10 min to closing (when you have doctors or a healthcare team who care they will take them in last minute). I told her my child’s hand was cut by a piece of glass and was gushing lots of blood and would most likely need stitches. She said they were closing in a few and basically go elsewhere. I live in Farmersville and that was one of the closest urgent cares to my family. I went to another urgent care in McKinney and they took great care of her and stitched her hand up. Will never go to this urgent care if I ever need urgent care services.

I went to CMed twice in a week,because I awoke congested and felt symptoms of an upper respiratory infection. I was tested for COVID, Flu & Strep not RSV. When Ryan the provider came in to examine me he was polite but not thorough. He rushed through the ear & throat exam so quickly the light never made it to my left ear. He did offer/provided tylenol for my headache. He came bk in to advise my test results were negative but stated I presumably had COVID and he couldnt give me anything but suggest over the counter meds.But my paperwork stated I had an upper respiratory infectio . I trusted what Id been told and left. The next two days I was miserable w/fever, headache, ear pain,loss of appetite coughing & chills. I returned to CMed b/c my symptoms worsen. I was tested for RSV and COVID again at my request. Ryan was the provider again. The ear & throat exam was the same, rushed. He came bk to advise my COVID test was positive but that there was nothing he could prescribe me for the covid but would prescribe meds for the cough. He never offered an antibiotic or Plaxovid to assist with the recovery..very disheartening for me. In my opinion he failed to provide me the necessary care based on my symptoms. I felt stereotyped and treated like a pain pill addict/seeker.. Every other visit to CMed prior to these have been great. Ill be sure to check the provider before my next visit.

We’ve been here more times than we want but they have always been great with each visit. From the front desk to the exam rooms - always kind and friendly.

Prompt service. Helpful and kind from front desk to check out. PA R. Hawkins was thorough. Its helpful to do mobile check in online. I wasnt feeling too good when I got there, and had to review the process but overall it was pretty seamless.

We just moved to the area and had to quickly find a place to go when my husband cut his hand. We called Community Med to just see if they did stitches, and then went in and they brought us right back (due to him currently bleeding). They have the loveliest staff, Tiffany was so helpful and sweet! Bonnie did his stitches and was really helpful and caring while doing so. We had a great experience and will definitely go back for any urgent needs!!

Every time I’ve visited CommunityMed in Princeton, my experience gets better. Today, the ladies were exceptional. They were kind, patient and educational. From the moment you reach the front desk until you leave, the experience is pleasant. Tiffany was wonderful and respectful, loved her! Also loved the nurse practitioner. She was very educational, explained the procedure, the why behind the what, she was respectful and also shed light on my issue. You really do leave feeling much better. 10000/10, highly recommend!

I like the people at this clinic they are nice, very knowledgeable and take care of you right away and take you out for everything no stone unturned I appreciate them so much

I had a very positive experience today at Community Med Urgent Care in Princeton. I really appreciated how thoughtful the Med Tech, Tiffany, was during my visit!

I was ckd in online and arrived 15 min early. I waited for 40 minutes before they called me back. waited in room for over an hour. Finally I got a prescription. Poor management of time. But people were nice.

The front desk receptionist was super friendly and the staff was holding it down considering how tired they were after a busy day. Great experience!

This was my first time visiting here. I needed to get things done for a new job. I set up the appointment online for the next day. Arrived and checked in with the QR code outside. Had no problem with any of the process, and communication was clear, and easy. Once inside, ALL of the staff was amazing, and pleasant, and happy with all guests inside.I got everything I needed done in a quick, and timely manner with no issues. This is the first time I’ve ever given a negative review.. If I take the time to make appointment and get there early it’s means I’m not feeling well..I was told if I was treated it would be a disservice to me.. I have never heard anyone say that.. the reason I go to a clinic is to get treatment.. good lord..

Visited the place because of kidney stone pain and they made me wait for an hour and suffer just to tell that they are not even able to provide IV fluid. Left the place with a worse pain and $200 less in my pocket.

First time I have EVER had someone in the medical field tell me that i am “frustrated” just because i asked a simple question. If you were in the medical field and a document requires you first and last name Rebecca…. It’s not professional to mark it out with a sharpie.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I took my boyfriend here because he was having a horrible asthma attack to the point he could barely walk. They told us they could help so I brought him in then once we got sat down she asked for the insurance and in the midst of rushing to get him somewhere I realized I forgot it, so he was calling to get the claim number when she told us we need a photo of both the front and back of the card after already telling us she would help. It was that or pay $199. All while my boyfriend was gasping for air. So we decided to leave and go to Baylor in McKinney. They got us in right away and even told us upon me saying that urgent care denied us they are not aloud to do that. The doctor told us if we had been a few minutes later my boyfriend would’ve had a brain aneurysm.. so if you are having an actual emergency I would avoid this place at all costs.

They are amazing! Best experience from the time it takes to the attention to detail.

This place has always been pretty good. Till today.Visit window 1030–1111 comes around and I’ve not been called in. So I decide I should go in.Check in takes my copay and says I’m after one more.I set another 20 min.I hear the check in person tell the nurses twice I have been waiting and should be next. Two more people come in and go back.Being I’ve heard them say I was next and keep getting passed I go to window and ask.Check in says you are next.Then a nurse decides to get attitude.And says” I was about to call you back, do you want to be seen or not? We are busy!”(She clearly didn’t know I could hear the front check in tell them I’ve been waiting and should of been next twice) it’s a window I could hear them say twice I was to be next and they kept messing up.I decided with the attitude I was given instead of acknowledging the mistake and already late as is. I’d take my business elsewhere.I understand things run late. I understand mess ups.What I don’t put up with is attitude given when I’ve booked your service at a specific time and paid to be seen.Acknowledgement and a simple apology goes a long way!With this attitude I expect this place to start losing a lot more business.And reviews to reflect it.I suggest you look into your staff. This is not the only review with the exact experience.Who runs late, then when ask about time booked get attitude with a customer?Whoever answers these reviews. Save your generic response. Use that time to correct your staff.

Staff was really nice and professional. Harli was my tech and Lauren was the provider. Both were very nice.

Every time I have an emergency, they take care of me and my family. I love this place. It’s also cheaper than other urgent cares, not sure if that has to do with my insurance but, the one time I didn’t come here I paid 50%more.

Absolutely wonderful people, and check in process. Broke my finger and everyone was helpful and thoughtful. I appreciate you all!

Made an appointment online, checked in waiting in the car 30 mins past my appointment time, then was called in, waiting in the room for another hour in the room for them to do absolutely nothing. I’m still in pain and will most likely need to go to another emergency care to be taken care of.

I paid $50 and got nothing. The provider did nothing for my back pain and sciatica flare up. I waited for the longest time for nothing!

The staff was nice and confident, time in check in was short but waiting for Dr took a bit of time. Expected at an urgent care this isnt an emergency room. So the wait is longer than an ER.

My first experience here was great. They took care of me. I am a veteran. They did not process veteran before and they help me through it and got the help I need. Today was even better!!! They checked me in quick and easy. Everyone that help me specially Becca and Daniel was very thorough. They walked me through everything it made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Even the shots. They are always willing to help here. I know that this facility will take care of your needs. Thank you

Brought my kid up to community med. Becca was my nurse and did a great job with my daughter.

Tried to bring my father in for diarrhea and they turned him away! They said they could put bandaids on wounds and that was about it! Some urgent care!

Everyone here was absolutely amazing. As sick as I am, I expected to be treated like a walking hazard, and rightfully so, and every single person I spoke to was caring and compassionate. I usually hate doctors but i wouldnt hesitate to go back and see these guys! Thank you for being SO THOROUGH!

Don’t waste your time unless you’re there for the sniffles they don’t do anything else they’ll send you to the hospital

Every time Ive made an appointment here, they have never seen me in that time slot. Booked one today for between 2 and 2:30 pm, checked in at 1:45 or so, and I am still sitting here at 3:05 waiting for them to call me. Should have just gone to CVS Minute Clinic.

It’s ridiculous that even with insurance there’s an upfront cost if $140 just for the visit and i have great insurance have met my deductible only have co pay now i would rather go to the ER pay nothing and it’s covered under insurance instead of being charged upfront $140 then still getting a bill at the end of my visit..

Great care offered here. The entire team has always been helpful and so accommodating. Appointments are quick and convenient. If you can’t see you regular Physician this location is a great second choice!

Entire process was great! From check in to discharge. Front desk staff was lovely. Nurse amber and dr Ryan were amazing!

Made an appointment to be seen at 2:30 and went to talk to receptionist after trying to checkin because it was showing error while checking in through the QR code, the receptionist was pretty rude while i mentioned that it was showing error and wanted to check in to see if my check in went through, she was legit yelling saying go stay in the car we will call you , i said sure i just wanted to make sure. The rudeness is the least thing I’d want to encounter when I am sick and waiting patiently. You work in healthcare industry and I know sometimes it’s tiring but just being a decent human smiling and just responding and giving a good customer service would make someone’s day. I waited till 4:00pm in my car but still no call, so I called in and asked she then mentioned there is 3 people ahead of me and I said can you cancel today’s appointment please she said ok and cut the phone, I was shocked because I was going to ask her to reschedule it for me. Also what’s the point of making an appointment and reserving the time if you have to wait more than an hour, i didn’t mind waiting if the receptionist wasn’t rude and if she had let me known before that there were already 3 people ahead to be seen before me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this clinic if you’re receiving this kind of treatment when you’re sick. I usually don’t write reviews because I understand you have bad days but this kind of treatment while you’re sick and trying to get checked in is just awful.Please train your staff to be humble, people are going through a lot in daily life you never know your customer service can make someone’s day. I know everyone has their bad days but you’re at a workplace and in an healthcare industry the least you can do is be NICE.

Wait time is always long and you have to sit in your car. Community med family urgent care is expensive and I have insurance.Teledoc is more affordable and a doctor will take care of you faster.I have strep throat. Urgent care only gave me cough medicine. I called to see about getting antibiotics a day after seeing them because my symptoms worsened and they wanted me to come back in and I’d have to pay again.I saw a doctor on Teledoc instead and it was way cheaper, faster, & easier.Positive points- nurse was kind and doctor was kind.

Great first time experience with Urgent Care period and this one in Princeton,TX. After doing the registration and checking in via the QR code I was in and out in about 15 minutes total. Good reception and friendly service.

Update to my first review.I wasn’t feeling well so I made an appointment and went to there today. The receptionist was nice and attentive. The nurse and the doctor that saw me were very good, and very helpful in determining my issue. They quickly called a prescription in and I felt they were both caring and informative.I would recommend to anyone that visited and maybe didn’t have the best experience, to go back and give them another try.The reason I’m not giving them FIVE STARS just a four, is.I still don’t understand why they have to make you sit in a car when they have a waiting room that just sits empty. So not sure if it’s still from all of the Covid pandemic issues ,but it’s time to get back to normal!But maybe that’s just me.

Princeton community med urgent care is wonderful! There is hardly ever a wait! The staff is always super friendly, and kind! We had Jeff as our provider today, and he was great! Very funny guy! Almost makes being sick bearable.

While I have definitely gotten frustrated here by the long wait times, twice now I’ve let all that frustration go when the assistant, Beth, took me back. This review is for her, she’s seriously the sweetest assistant I’ve ever had at a doctors office ever, even while the clinic is so busy. She is empathic, she looked me in the eye while I was talking, and made me feel like she cared even though I’m sure she needed to run and take back the next patient. Y’all are seriously lucky to have her. Thank you, Beth!

Absolutely fantastic - got in quickly and they actually cared to look for what I had. Care Now wanted me out of there, but this doctor was amazing and kind.

Will not be back with my grandsons. My almost 5 yr old grandson was seen on Tuesday. Was told it was viral even tho there was green drainage coming from both eyes.Was tested for Strep, Flu and Covid; none were positive. His lungs, ears and eyes were not looked at by the DR/PA. Wasted my money and time.Got in to see the pediatrician 2 days later and was diagnosed with the following:Strep-might not have been positive 2 days priorSinus Infection-should have been caughtEars-both infected-should have been caughtAsthma- should have been caughtEyes had infection- should have been caughtThe last 4 were there with the initial visit. This place is not equipped to diagnose children illnesses.

Had a great experience at this urgent care, brought my toddler once for ear infection then for myself for strep throat. The nurse who brought me in and did my vitals was very kind and made the experience great. I didn’t catch your name but you had dark hair, thank you!The check in process is easy and quick, I also love that you can make an appointment in advance.

Quick,proficient and not a typical ER setup. Very friendly and caring staff. They take co pays and even x-rays. They have taken excellent care of my family when we need them. So thankful to have this place. Highly recommend! They have saved the day so many times in situations where we werent able to get into her primary doctor.

Called and asked if I could get an EKG and was told yes. After waiting. 1.5 hours i was told it is only for emergencies and they dont do physician requested ones. Had I been told this I would not have come in for a visit. Complete waste of time. I had better not get a bill in the mail as they did absolutely nothingI received a bill almost 1 year later. I have filed a complaint with the Texas medical board.

New to the area went because of the great reviews. Was told to wait outside after they got my name/info and then after about 2 hours they turned off all the lights and locked their doors. They closed their facility without seeing us! No call, no email or a simple text! Could have just call to reschedule instead on leaving us outside without saying absolutely nothing. It’s a 0 for me.

I wasnt going to review but I felt like I didnt matter; first off I waited over 2 hours to been seen after my appointment (when I would call to check the status I would hear the lady sigh or sound frustrated); now the guy who took my vitals sweet as can be; the nurse practitioner was nice but when i said I had questions she replied that she had 11 other people waiting. I had just waited over 2 hours and that was the response I got. In the end I was told they dont know just to go to a ER. Im giving 3 stars because I have come in the past with great service and was seen quickly...I understand times are busy but have some compassion we are busy too.

This facility was quick and easy to access. I was able to make my appointment and complete all the necessary forms online. The office staff was pleasant and the the nurses assistant was very informative and helpful while recording my vitals. She was also very experienced with taking my blood sample for the antibody testing. Finally, the nurse/practitioner followed up with questions to ensure that I didnt need any medication and to check my lungs, ears, nose and heart rhythm. I was extremely impressed and pleased with my visit today!

This place will do anything to NOT see you! The last 3 times I have tried to go here they take my copay, look at me or my kid and refer me elsewhere. All 3 times Ive been to the referral clinics or hospital that I was sent to, Ive been told it wasnt necessary for me to have been sent away from this Urgent Care. I wish we had other options close by that we could go to for urgent needs because this place is not it.

I made an appointment online, and with the COVID protocols, you still receive the best standard of care while being safe. My “triage” was done over the phone while in my car, I did my registration online, and once inside, I was in the lobby less than 60 seconds before going to the patient room. The nurses, doctor, and office staff were amazing, kind, and personable. They listened to me, my symptoms, knew how to treat me, and addressed all my concerns. Although I have a primary care doctor, their offices are about a 45 minute drive away, so I love having somewhere to go, close to my home where I can still get great care, without sacrificing quality! This was my 3rd visit in 3 years, and it’s been wonderful every time. Thanks to everyone who worked and assisted me today. I truly appreciate everything you all do!

Medical team was very professional, friendly, and good at easing the anxiety of my injured 11 year old. His injury was an emergency-- there was a lot of blood. Though they werent sure they would be able to treat (it was not clear how badly my son was injured), they said they could absolutely assess the situation and tell me where I needed to go if necessary. They immediately brought him back, cleaned him up, and were able to assess that--despite the blood--a few stitches was likely all he would need. They stitched him up, and we were on our way in very little time. We had a great experience with every staff member we encountered. Its been a really long time since I have had such a positive experience in any medical facility.Hopefully we wont have another need for an urgent care anytime soon, but if we do, we know where we will be going!

Kieisia was so welcoming when I checked in with her after completing online paperwork which was so easy from my car!Stacy and Charisse were the techs that day who took good care of me. Blair was the nurse practitioner and she was so sweet & concerned.They fixed me right up. I was in & out in 30 minutes. Had a very pleasant experience.

Made an apt for a non dot physical online. It had a place to check for this. Get there and PA cant do it. Said he needed a MD & that he didnt make the web page for apts. Very poor on ethics & professionalism! Just a FYI Rockwall location is amazing!

Ive visited this Urgent Care several times here in PrincetonTx. I was very hesitant about going, because of the employees, and how you are treated. Its the closest clinic to me. My family doctor is in Greenville Tx, He couldnt schedule me untill. Today was a very sweet and special visit. I was treated with respect and dignity, like a human being. They have a whole new staff who was very friendly, down to earth, and customer service was great. My appointment was at 9:20 a.m. by 9:48 a.m. I was in my car headed home. Thanks to all the employees on this day that was there. You all made my day and made me feel better. On this day, I count you all as one of Gods blessing 🙏 🙌THANKS

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Community Med Urgent Cares Princeton location. Despite preregistration, I have consistently experienced wait times of 1 to 1.5 hours without any communication or explanation. Patients come to urgent care centers when they are sick and in need of medical attention, and it is unacceptable to keep them waiting for hours without any information.I urge the management to take immediate action to address this issue. Improving communication with patients about wait times, increasing staffing levels, and streamlining processes could all help to reduce wait times and improve the overall patient experience.As a patient, I expect to be treated with respect and care. Unfortunately, I have not received this at the Princeton location of Community Med Urgent Care. I hope that the management will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements to provide a better service to their patients.

My wife took my kid there this morning, after one hour of waiting. They told us ours insurance is not working here. So we told them we can pay in cash, we just wanna our kid to get check up! Then they told us if we got insurance, and we pay cash for the visit, our whole family will lost ours insurance coverage! What is that? Are y’all working for insurance companies? Or saving people? Insurance companies pay more than you charge me in cash when I very need y’all help?

DO NOT COME HERE!No urgency. Dr denied my care. He offered me care that is safe for me and my breast milk. Then denied once I mentioned I was nursing cause it will “dry out my milk” . He said I can see my physician to get the care and that “HE won’t do it”. This isn’t the 1800’s. Women should have the right to choose what is best for their body & their baby.!!! Ever heard of formula?? Never coming here again. The sexism and misogyny!🤢🤮

It was an amazing experience! I called before to get info. Made an appointment online for an hour later. Filled out the necessary paperwork online and waited in their virtual lobby for less than 5 minutes! I was immediately seen and in and out within 20-30 minutes! They treated each ailment with prescriptions! Everyone there was SO nice! I dont have insurance and the price was a bit steep compared to what Im used to. However, it is very reasonable for this area. I will continue going there for my urgent care needs! And I definitely recommend them to anyone with urgent care needs!

Waited for an hour and 45 mi s without any notification it would take that long. Several texts were sent to ensure we stayed in the parking lot a full hour before we were seen. Notify us when we can be seen and we’ll drive up at that time! We live 5 mins away.

Very bad service. After appointment waited for 2 hours and people who came after us went in first. Someone called after me waiting for 2 hours of waiting in car par and said that we can go to McKinney. Please don’t use these services as they are not legitimate in treating patients.

I’ve been to this particular Urgent care a few times since they opened for everything from a job-required physical to strep and a possible broken foot. This is by far the best around. Always exceptional customer service, never a long wait and you can tell they are diligent about caring for you. It’s high quality care at a reasonable cost. Everyone there is super friendly and attentive.

My daughter hit her head on our coffee table and lacerated her eyebrow. This was a very scary situation for a seven year old. But the entire staff was so kind, caring, and quick to fix her all up! She was laughing and smiling by the end of it! I am so thankful! Highly recommend!

First of all I would like to say that the staff was great!! No complaints with any of them.But... I had to wait out in my car for 30 mins being 100 degrees outside. I left my car running the whole time but it was hard for my ac to keep up. When I got the text message to come inside, there wasn’t any patients in there at all. I understand social distancing but there was nobody in the waiting room.

I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the staff’s quick actions. I called on the way to see if they do stitches and luckily they did. When I ran in with my 3yr old son with a head injury, they immediately brought me back to a room, checked him, cleaned him. We literally were in and out in 10min tops. They put 5 staples in his head in 10seconds and extremely encouraging and comforting. If I was from here, I’d only ever go here for urgent matters. Can’t thank them enough!

I HATE going to Urgent Care offices for the most part, but my primary care was booked and I needed to get in to see someone. I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome this place is. The worst place I found in Princeton. I came here after seen so many good reviews, but it is not look genuine. I book appointment for 5 PM and waited till 5:40 PM outside in the car. When I go inside to check they said there are 5 persons before me and I need to wait 1-2 hour more. They are not even gave proper information. I highly suggest people to look other plece.

Do not go here if you have an actual emergency such as stitches. Highly unprofessional. Front desk associate was rude and no sense of emergency. Same place that laughed at me for asking a question about insurance. How this place has 4.8 stars is beyond me. We were told to go outside and wait in the car, we were fine with that. They didnt tell us, however, it would take 45 minutes to be seen. Otherwise we wouldnt have wasted the time waiting to be seen.

Dont go here if you just need to get a covid test. Otherwise, they are probably just fine to visit. Clean and organized front area. I unfortunately did not have a good experience. I needed only a rapid covid test, but they require a doctors visit, which of course costs money. I found it unnecessary for me to see the doctor. This information was not given to me until after waiting for an hour to be called to the front desk. I dont want to leave this kind of review, but I also dont want others to have the same experience.

I received a text letting me know they were ready for me to come in. The staff was very polite. After I walked in and paid I was called to the back in minutes. The NP was very reassuring.. It was a very short stay. This was the quickest encounter ever at an Urgent care clinic. They really put the U in urgent.

Nurses were very nice and quick to get me roomed for covid/strep. After they swabbed me and took my vitals ….. I was left in a patient exam for 45-hour waiting on Valerie- the provider. It was not very busy and the parking lot was relatively empty. The provider was nice and straight to the point, would not recommend community meeting due to the wait.

The worst urgent care experience I have ever had. By myself, with a toddler and a 7 month old baby. Both sick.They tell me that I need a referral for Urgent Care with a HMO plan. Absolutely not. If I could get a referral from their PCP right now, I would just go to their PCP. I call and sit on the phone with insurance for 20 minutes just for them to tell me the same thing. And the woman at the front desk still argued it.I was unsure at this point what my cost is going to be because I dont believe that they will file correctly. So I ask them to just send me a bill for everything so that I can pay once I know what I owe. This has never been an issue at any other urgent care, Ive always been able to be billed the copay. Not everyone has $150 right away.But thats absolutely not a possibility here, and I have to take my sick children home due to their lack of care and inability to understand the insurance. They refused to see my children. I would never go here again. Not a shred of compassion.

This place is great. New facility as of 12/4/2017, I visited on Jan4, 2018.I’ve enjoyed using the CommunityMed at Melissa a few times, but when i went to book online the Melissa location was full, listing a 45 min wait. I saw the listing for Princeton and it listed a “4 minute” wait, plus plenty of open slots to set an appointment.I got there faster than i thought i would, arrived at 3:10 instead of my 4:00 web appointment. Walked right in, did my paperwork, saw the doc and was back out within 30 minutes; Rx called in to my pharmacy and now I’m ready to get better.Staff is amazing, i highly recommend this place if you’ve got something that they can help you with.

I cant speak more positively about my experience. My young son has autism and a series phobia of doctors. They were able to help keep him reasonably calm and address our needs. They had terrific staff that made him comfortable more than ever. They have an online check in that thanked us to walk in and immediately be seen eliminating waiting room struggles. Great experience.

The office and room was very clean. I felt comfortable with the PA and found he is very knowledgeable and he prescribed medications that started working right away on a problem I had been dealing with for a while.The office staff is very friendly. 💜

Staff are gentle and sweet. Made my COVID test quick and painless, much better than swabs performed at other clinics. Online scheduling is simple and fast, made my first time making myself a medical appointment very hassle-free.

Horrible experience. Scheduled an appointment for the sole purpose of being able to schedule my life and pick up my children from school.Was a simple 5 min deal, waited almost an hour and a half to even get in the door. The excuse was they had too many walk ins. That is the reason appointments exists....TLDR: if you absolutely have to go here, just walk in and dont bother making an appointment. Its all the same here.

Unfortunately, we have been to see these great people several times this flu season. The wait is seriously like 5 minutes, and the whole staff is warm and friendly. They are very thorough and explain everything. This is our #1 go to urgent care when we cant make it into our family doctor.

I am a truck driver and needed to get my dot physical renewed so I got on line and set up a appointment. Got there 15 minutes early and checked in and in no time they got got me in and took care of it and I have to say they felt like my family doctor. They were very polite and professional at the same time. I would recommend these ladies to anyone.

This was my first time to visit CommunityMed and I was very happy with everything. I used the online check-in, filled out all of my paperwork online and was in and out very fast. Everyone was so nice and seems very knowledgeable and they are in my insurance network. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

They make you schedule an appointment, yet keep you waiting for at least an hour in the parking lot past your appointment time. Then they call you inside, where you have to wait another 30-45 minutes to be seen.

Worst visit ever. DONT GO THERE. Went in because I was having a serve anxiety attack and the doctor told me to Calm Down. And when I told him that I had eosinophilic gastroenteritis he responded with Ive never heard of that if you go here just expect to through all your knowledge out the window because the doctors there think they know everything.

Providers were great. Billing is atrocious. We have provided our insurance multiple times (at the visit, emailed to the billing facility and the call center). They are still trying to direct bill my wifes treatment. Would not recommend based on my billing experience.

Known of this location for sometime, today I really needed help. It was not busy, quick check in & seen within 10 minutes. Got an an accurate diagnosis & treatment on the spot! Even got my prescription sent to my pharmacy & ready for pickup within an hour or so. Highly recommend if you live in the area. My drive was only 8 miles.

Great place to visit for your medical needs. The staff is kind and courteous. They treated my infection and got me a fast turn around on my Covid test. Just be patient with the sign inn process and waiting in your car. They will get to you and it will be worth it. They have also treated other members of my family with good results. I highly recommend this place.

I had a laceration over my eye, bleeding still, and needing stitches. They got me in immediately, and i saw a nurse and then a PA named Robert immediately. He stitched my eyebrow and I was in and out in about an hour. I am very pleased with the service and the treatment.

Went in this past week for both my son and myself two different visits. Both visits went very well and in the case of my son the pharmacy we normally use was already closed. The NP called and told us to bring him back in that she would give him his first dose of antibiotics instead of waiting until the morning. I thought this was very thoughtful and kind of her to do this. Both experiences exceeded my expectations and we will definitely use them again as needed.

She was very thorough and took time with me, I did not feel rushed.I am happy with her assessment and the Meds she prescribed. Every time I’ve been here, with kids or for myself, the wait time has been very minimal. The provider is always very compassionate and explains things well. If we HAVE to be seen for something, I will absolutely choose Community Urgent Care again.

My wife went in to go get check for her legs and had to wait out in her car for an hour and finally got a call to come inside and then didn’t get seen for another 2 hours. How are you gonna advertise “little to no wait time” and then have a patient wait for 3 hours?

DO NOT GO HERE!! Their office staff in Princeton TX is horribly rude. Their website says little to no wait, but I waiting over two hours before going back in to get a status update on the wait time. I was then told that they didn’t have me in the system even though I received a text confirmation number. The receptionist with dark hair was rude and short with me and said that I would be placed at the bottom of the line with over an hour more to wait very unapologetically. I asked why I had to be at the bottom of the line if the issue was their system I’m guessing. I was then screamed at by some blonde haired girl, “you have to wait like everyone else!”. Clearly, I was willing to wait my turn, but simply wanted an explanation of why people that came after me were being seen first. I left after that, a company that treats its patients like this doesn’t deserve a dime from me.
