Keirsta was awesome!! She listened to all of my questions and concerns and truly cared and was very compassionate. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful! Each time that I called them during my miscarriage I always had someone who cared and was helpful. I highly recommend these ladies to anyone looking for quality care! I will definitely be coming here for my future pregnancies.

I have a hard time understanding how the 1 star reviewers were at the same office that I experienced today. The customer service I received was exceptional—everyone was so friendly and worked FAST yet efficiently! We waited for only a few mins to be called back and then to be seen and the care & knowledge of medical staff was great. All of my questions were answered with genuine concern. Even phone calls prior to my appointment were answered promptly. The office is clean, and somehow even comforting. I cannot WAIT to begin my pregnancy journey here!

Ive had such a wonderful experience going to Dr. Buehner and his team, everyone is so nice and caring! From regular gyno visits to going through my entire pregnancy I knew I could count on them to take the best care of me. I am so thankful!

I cant express enough how wonderful this practice is. Knowledge, compassion, and care go into each and every appointment. Each provider has characteristics that make them stand out above other clinics. Diane exudes confidence and easily connects with her patients. Cassie is clearly a womens advocate and cares deeply about your mental health and your rights as a patient. Kiersta is decisive and intelligent, keeping answers straight to the point and clear. Dr. Beuhner is thorough and obviously reads your chart well before visiting with you, ensuring he addresses all issues and concerns. Even from previous appointments. The front desk will remember your name and face. And lastly, the nurses are sweet as pie and never seem rushed or bothered. It seems to be a healthy work culture for them as well, as I havent noticed any turnover whatsoever. If you are looking for a practice that will care about and listen to you, go here. They arent lazy and write off worries and they seem to love what they do!

I love the midwives and OB here. They are kind, comforting, and experienced. We had a great experience from our first appointment through postpartum. Zero complaints!

Lindsey at the front dest is absolutely amazing ! We love seeing her! She is very knowledgeable and has a the best attitude and personality! Keirsta Ragels has been my favorite CNM ever! Truly love this office and recommend it to everyone!

I have loved every second of my experiences with this office! The staff has been nothing but wonderful and caring. The front desk ladies have always been welcoming. I have been seen by both midwives and the doctor, and I have zero complaints or concerns about my care with them. 10/10 would recommend this place to all women and mamas.

Drove here from Sundance to evaluate having our child in their sister birthing center. Called for the appointment and were made to believe that we would meet with the midwife and be able to tour the birthing center. Instead we found out no you need to come back on Saturday to tour the center but that they would go ahead and get us started with the OBGYN including starting blood tests.We returned on Saturday and toured the facility.A week or so later we found out through unrelated parties that oh did you hear the birthing center closed?!This is called fraud folks. Your midwife KNEW when she met with us that the facility was closing, KNEW that we were only there because of that, and proceeded to get us in their patient flow anyways!We have tried calling and emailing to speak with Marrissa or Rhonda... no response.No way will I ever trust them with my wife or babies and you should run too. Very unethical.

Completely disturbed that being a patient of theirs for 10 years and seeing them for all 3 of my pregnancies, how they treat a returning client. I have never been treated so rudely by the front desk when trying to set up an appointment. Also with my concerns and issues that I have going on, pushing me out for 3 months almost was insanely ridiculous. Patient care is not their top priority and its really showing. DO NOT RECOMMED THIS PLACE AT ALL.

The staff at Black Hills OBGYN are amazing. The kindness and compassion was very evident from the nurses, lab techs, ultrasound tech, and even reception were very kind & welcoming. I spoke with Keirsta Ragels who is a Certified Midwife, who was so informative, kind, compassionate, caring, and sensitive to my situation when I was having a miscarriage. She was amazing and answered all of my questions and did not rush at all and truly cared about me. Dr. Beahners nurse Christina was very nice & informative too. They were all amazing, and I would highly recommend going their for your OBGYN care.

We put a down payment for our childs birth and ended up having to go somewhere. We only received 25 dollars back of the 400 dollars we put down. We were told that it would help pay for the birth of our child, if insurance couldnt cover it. They ended up using that money to pay for the few visits we had, without giving us a receipt for the charges.

Thank you Thank you, Lindsey. You were the first out of three places I called to help me out and answer my questions, plus more. It is rare to have customer service anymore but you get a 200% from me. Thanks again for all your help.

Dr. Buehner and his staff are so amazing. They were always very patient and kind. They took time to answer all of my questions and never rushed. Dr. Buehner is such an amazing doctor. He always listens and explains things thoroughly. Even while being as busy as he is, he always had a genuine conversation with me. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Krohn is an amazing woman. I have had the roughest pregnancy and she is so caring and she sees me whenever I feel like something is wrong. She has so much patience and has the kindest heart. She knows exactly what she is doing and does whatever is necessary and goes out of her way to take care of her patients.

This facility is very nice and all the staff are very helpful. Dr. Kroon is awesome and the lady who did my ultrasound was extremely patient and willing to explain everything and go above and beyond her job duties. This is my second pregnancy (first was a miscarriage and Dr Krohn did my DandC) and I have enjoyed going to every appointment. They are almost always on time too.

Dr Degan and her nurse Lindsay cared for me through my pregnancy. They are extremely knowledgable and accommodating. They speak to you in terms you understand and are honest people. My daughter was delivered by Dr Degan! I adore her. God bless the staff here, they are always so pleasant.

I have a high risk pregnancy and they ignored me and my needs for my baby they are rude and have terrible service they say they say they will call you back then they never will. Even if it’s life or death for you or your baby.

Keirsta provided me with wonderful care! Very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable.

Horrible experience, nurse had me sobbing when I got off the phone. Do yourself a favor a find somewhere else. Plenty of other places in the Black Hills that have more compassion.

Dr. Degen delivered my son, and was super nice. Best staff in town. Nicest people in the world and treat you like you are at home.
