My partner and I felt well taken care of with our recent journey at Reproductive Partners.We were referred to this fertility group after working with another doctor without success.Dr. Huang took the time to help us understand all of our options based on our data, test results, and comfort levels. He took the time to understand what steps we were willing to take along our fertility journey and was supportive of our decisions.Once we were seen in the office, all the people you interact with are very efficient with their system. The online portal message system and phone calls keep you updated regularly from your team so you are never left wondering about next steps.In order to work around our work schedules we often saw NPs and other doctors and had positive experiences with all the medical and office staff we interacted with. My husband and I were referred to RPMG Redondo Beach after having had a very negative experience at a different fertility clinic. Overall, our experience at RPMG Redondo Beach has been extremely positive. They were able to schedule an initial consultation for me within two days of my first call to them and the physician (Dr. A) spent an entire hour reviewing options with me and answering questions. The clinical staff have all been warm and welcoming. Additionally, the practice runs extremely efficiently - the front office set up my patient portal the first day I called and checking in for appointments has been easy. Additionally, the clinic runs on time! I can’t empathize how important this has been to me - I have been called back for each appointment within 5-10 minutes of my appointment start time. The clinic has also been very accommodating of my work schedule and really has tried to ensure my appointments are scheduled at times that work for me. I have felt well-cared for throughout the process and have also felt as though the clinical team is on my side and supporting me. We just completed our first round of IUI with this clinic today but regardless of the result, are happy to have been introduced to RPMG Redondo Beach.

Dr. A and her whole team are absolutely amazing!!! They are angels and made me feel so taken care of. They are with you every step of the way in whatever your journey may be and approach what they do with so much love. There aren’t enough words to express how wonderful they are. Reproductive Partners Redondo Beach, is somewhere I will ALWAYS recommend to anyone struggling with infertility!We were referred by our OB after 3 years of infertility and a having a stillborn. When we got to RP, me and my husband were completely broken and felt so defeated. We went in so hopeless and this was our last resort. From our first appt with Dr. A and her staff we have had nothing but such a great experience! The hope and excitement we left with after one visit, was what we needed to start on the journey to grow our family. Every visit we were always greeted with so much care. Every single nurse there is AMAZING! They are always so sweet and caring for every single patient they deal with. If you ever get to work with NP Shavontae, just know you are in great hands! She cared for us so wonderfully! She was with us the entire process. Dr. A is so kind, and explains all the steps of your fertility treatment in detail. Without all of these amazing women, we wouldn’t be able to start our little family! We are finally pregnant after 3 long heart breaking years! We are having twins after a successful IUI ! Since my initial consultation with Dr. Ho, I felt like she was very knowledgeable and caring. When I started medication (stimulation injections), she had me come in nearly everyday and each time, she assessed my blood levels and/or my ultrasound results in order to determine whether to adjust my meds. She really took the time to make sure I was getting the best treatment! On retrieval day, she checked in on me before the procedure, after the procedure was over, then called me later in the afternoon to see how I was doing, and again the day after. The care and treatment at this clinic is exceptional. They are open 7 days a week and there is always an on-call doctor in case something urgent comes up. I highly recommend this clinic and especially this doctor to anyone going through a process like egg freezing, IVF, etc.

The team here are absolute angels walking on earth! It’s an emotional Experience and requires so many doctors visits, and I never dread having to go there. Sincerely the best group of doctors and nurses and human beings.

From our initial consult with Dr. Huang (who took our call on his day off and gave us his personal cell number in that first meeting), to the amazing extended care we have received through 3 rounds of retrievals in the span of 9 months, to our eventual pregnancy last fall: we could not be more pleased with the care and attention we were given and our outcome. We are now 25+ weeks pregnant with a low mosaic embryo and I should mention I am 44 years old. There is hope for you and this clinic will do everything in their power to ensure a successful outcome. ALLLL of the staff, nurses (shout out to Ally), and other doctors are all top notch and take their commitment to reproductive health seriously and you NEVER feel rushed. They answer all of your questions, lay out your options in a way that is easy to understand, communicate through the patient portal quickly, etc. For anyone who complains about the long wait time you may experience from time to time: keep in mind they are taking great care with ALL patients and they need the proper time to do so. Wish I could give them 10 stars!!Even now: we have graduated from the clinic and I still text or chat with Dr. Huang 1-2 times a month as he wants to ensure things are progressing and that we are doing well. Over and above is the name of the game here :)

After trying to get naturally pregnant for over 10 years my husband and I decided to try IVF. We met a couple of doctors, even started the process with one of them and soon lost any hopes that we can have a child. All of them told us that it was impossible to have genetically our child and we need to proceed with a donor. We were very upset and heartbroken, and nobody was trying to ease it on us or show any empathy. I was so stressed that in the end I told my husband I did not want to continue at all. A year after, Dr. A was recommended to us by our friend who had a very good experience with her. Recalling the experience we had with other clinics I didn’t want to call her, but then we decided to give it a last try. And I thank God we did. When we first spoke to Dr. A, my husband and I immediately realized that this was the right choice. Not only Dr. A is an in incredible doctor who gifted us with our twin boys, but she is also an amazing person, which is so important when you are going through this kind of a stressful journey. She is a very knowledgeable, confident, caring and thoughtful doctor who provided an excellent care during the whole IVF journey. I am thankful to Dr. A endlessly, as she did something nobody was able and willing to do. She performed a miracle: after two weeks I got a call from her personally congratulating us with getting pregnant. That day I will never forget. And even after her part was completed and I switched to my OBGYN, Dr. A continued to be in touch with me during all my pregnancy making sure that I am ok. She was the first person who I sent my baby boys’ pictures to when I delivered. The team in this practice is also incredible as I had an experience and could compare with other medical practices I attended. Very caring, accurate and responsive staff who eased my worries and answered my questions in no time.If I could give more stars to Dr. A I definitely would! We highly recommend her to everyone who needs by all means a great doctor.

My husband and I are very grateful to Dr. Andy Huang and the Reproductive Partners Team for our 2 miracle babies. Dr. Huang’s continuous belief, support, optimism, and deep expertise of reproduction gave us the confidence to pursue growing our family. We decided for kids late, and on top of that, I got a uterus infection from my first and only natural pregnancy that resulted in a miscarriage. After not being able to get naturally pregnant again, my OBGYN recommended Dr. Huang. After doing a full assessment, Dr. Huang discovered I had the uterus infection and resolved it. He then worked his magic, and we had our son. After we realized we didn’t want our son to grow up alone we decided to go for another baby. By this time, now older, nature took its course, and it seemed even more impossible to have another child. But somehow Dr. Huang figured it out again and we had our daughter this last November. I highly recommend Dr. Andy Huang and the Reproductive Partners Team. The wait to see him is a bit, but so worth it! Special thanks to Marisela at the front desk that always greeted me by name and was so friendly and nice.

Dr. Huang is an expert in his craft but he is also very passionate about his work and it shows. The nurses in this practice exceed expectations of any medical practice I’ve ever attended: they are professional, caring, go the extra mile for you to feel informed, safe and supported. Every milestone feels so grand because of their reactions! 🤣the excitement is truly genuine.My journey was 12 months exactly, from my virtual consult to my (1st and only) transfer. Every single dollar spent, every shot I’ve had to administer, oral medication, trips to Los Angeles (I live in NorCal), tests and endless doctors appointments = all worth it!!!I’m 34 weeks, my baby is perfect, I’ve had an amazingly healthy and pleasant pregnancy and can’t wait to meet my baby boy in Aug 2023.#expecttoexpect

I have been to 5 IVF doctors in Los Angeles and Dr Carrie Wambach and Dr Andy Huang are the best in the business. They are patient, accessible, caring and compassionate. Not to mention - successful! The nurses and staff at both offices became my best friends on this long, bumpy journey and without their support I don’t know if I could’ve done it. I still keep in touch with them even though my journey is over! I cannot say enough good things.

This team is a dream! They are so smart and welcoming and make the experience much better than it could be. ❤️

We are thrilled to be Expecting parents, and the doctors at RP are nice and knowledgeable, however, Every time we have come, weve had to wait over an hour in the waiting room. 1.5hrs the time before and nearly 2 hours last time. The service is nice, but the waits are excruciating. Trying to explain to my work why a quick check up took over 3 hours has been difficult. I guess the first lesson expecting parents should learn is patience, they teach it here at Reproductive Partners.

Three weeks ago, Diane was very helpful in clearing up a lot of miscommunication between myself and the administrative staff at this location, but when it came time to make a payment with OLGA, I did NOT have a pleasant experience. Im extremely shocked that they have her at the front desk dealing with people as she did not provide good customer service whatsoever. I was standing there waiting for a long period, as she was trying to find the code to punch in for payment, and NOT ONCE did she acknowledge me. There was no greeting, no my apologies for the wait, no one moment please, no, thank you for your patience, nothing. When she finally charged me, she handed me the receipt, and all she said was Here you go! She barely even looked at me. Again, no have a good day, or thank you,... nothing. Just cold. So I said to her Thank you, have a good day and smiled, hoping to prove a point. I then asked for OLGAS name and walked out.Infertility is devastating and the last thing patients need is someone who is insensitive at the front desk. I will definitely be calling and bringing this to managements attention as well, though Im sure they are already aware of her mannerisms and attitude.

Reproductive Partners and Dr. Amin have brought us our rainbow miracle baby. After 9 years of infertility and 5 other cycles at 2 other previous clinics, RPMG helped us get pregnant in just 1 cycle. Dr. Amin took the time to test for everything and monitored my follicle growth in detail. I wish I would have known about RPMG when we first started looking for fertility help. Thank you for personalizing my treatments, for listening and for helping us reach our goal of growing our family.

Redondo Beach RPMG has been a great support in our journey!!

My experience at RPMG was memorable and fantastic in every way! Dr Carrie is the best in her field and my results were outstanding. I was recommended here by a friend who now has a daughter and a boy ‘on ice’ thanks to Dr Carrie and Dr Huang. Now most people wouldn’t say they enjoy IVF but I loved every part of it and missed it when it was over. All of the staff at RPMG couldn’t have done enough for me and allayed all of my uncertainty through every step. I would never consider going anywhere else in LA for my fertility needs!

What makes this fertility clinic different is that they arent driven by their statistics, so theyre a great place if youve got a trickier journey than the standard. They give you different options and try different techniques, unlike most clinics which use one or two methods and then give up and kick you out if it doesnt work. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but this isnt a cheeseburger that youre waiting for. Its the baby that will change your life.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I saw Dr. A in Oct still waiting for doctor to call with lab results and next step in my journey. It has been months now. I call once a week to check in keep getting the run around even told I need a MMR vaccine made an appt with my GP just to be told I never needed one. The nurses tell you the wrong information and doctors do not return very important calls. Its very unprofessional and if you need a caring attentive doctor DO NOT go hereUpdate: to top it off they kept sending me bills for services NEVER done. Harrassing me for payment!! This place is unbelievable. Money hungry and careless!!!

I wish there was a 0, 1 is too much, Worst place to go to, Doctor talk to you only on your first visit, he offers you with his number and he never reply back to your messages. They ask you start with Comid medication and then you discover that they provided pharmacy with different medication, then when you ask them they say the same. after that they will ask you to do 4 ultrasound sessions before they suggest IUI, and they never mention that its not covered with the insurance until you do it. they suggest genetic test and they convince you that it is covered, but guess what ? it would be more expensive with the insurance because if you dont have insurance its $350, with insurance you pay 10% from 16,000 which is $1600, the answer for most of the questions, everybody is different you choose what u need to do. and Im sure if you have the answers you wouldnt visit them. Bottom line find another place that can help you.

My husband and I started working with RPMG about a month ago and they have been so wonderful. All of the staff here is great. They have helped us through all of the testing and all of our questions. Thankful to have them be apart of the whole pregnancy process ❤️

Ive been working with this company for almost two years now. The first transfer wasnt successful but the second one is! I come from out of state, I actually reside in Texas. I cant stand California, but this company and the people who work for them are amazing. Theyve always kept up communication, always checking up on me, keep me updated on anything thats going on in my journey. Great environment!

We are so glad that we decided to go to Reproductive Partners as we just welcomed our baby boy into the world this Summer! From the doctors to the entire staff at Reproductive Partners everyone was incredible and we can’t thank them enough!

Dr. Reistenberg and the whole staff were wonderful and so helpful. Dr. Reistenberg has an amazing bedside manner and always makes you feel at ease, yet also informed. I highly recommend working with her!

I had my twin boys 15years ago with Dr Meldrum and Dr Yee. I love them both. Very good in what they do.

I could not be happier with my experience at RPMG. They were always very supportive and answered all of my questions whenever I had them. Very grateful for the four babies they helped me have.

Rude front desk, hard to get accurate statements and high patient/doctor ratio. You will never see the same doctor if you see a doctor at all.

If it didnt cost so much to transfer the embryos to another facility I would do it in a heart beat. They never pickup the phone when it comes to billing. They keep billing me twice. They charge my card and they send me a bill. Stay away.

Beware of billing department very tricky in collecting payments and billing insurance. Also when requesting medical records they WILL NOT send your records out to others clinics for 2nd opinions. As if they try to keep patients hostage.

Bill yee said he couldnt see while inserting my embryos, then he said it didnt matter which a nurse argued with him about during my medical procedure. this really happened. of course, all failure: it was a waste of time, money, dreams, life.

Dr.Meldrum, and Dr, Wisot are the best in the business. Educate yourself before you enter this journey and know when to stop. Set a plan, join support groups.
