Entering a beautiful office, the receptionists greeted you and were delightful. All paperwork was done online, so the next step was the medical assistant & taking vitals. Then off to your room, where the Doctor was there within the next few minutes. Dr Ernst is brilliant! Asked great questions & answered yours completely. At the end, she kindly asked, is there anything else I may help you with. It was not rushed, she actively listened & discussed her plan, with your agreement. I highly recommend FEM.

Have had a great experience with Dr. Rajamand and her staff. Ive had some terrible experiences with other providers speaking down to me and not answering questions, but Dr. Rajamand took the time to address my concerns. The staff will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. I appreciate a doctor who is thinking about the entire health of the woman - not just for my reproductive parts. Highly recommend.

Dr. Rajamand deserves five stars. Although it should be expected to receive good care with a gynecologist, it has not been my experience with other providers in Reno. I felt heard and respected. Dr. Rajamand wants to do whatever she can to come to a resolution with my problems. The office is clean and modern. And most importantly, the female staff at FEM Womens Wellness treat the patients with kindness and sincerity.

From scheduling an appointment to my annual exam, this was the best experience for such a personal matter. I felt comfortable and at ease, more so than anywhere I’ve ever been. Even though I was there for a simple and quick annual check, I never felt rushed or made to feel my appointment wasn’t important. I feel fortunate to have her as my new gynecologist. Would’ve given them 5 stars, but my I had 40 minute wait.Staff please respect the time of your patients and inform them of issues regarding lag time.That being said the rest of my experience was excellent. I have complicated health issues, including highly advanced vulvar lichen sclerosus, which exacerbates the major depressive & anxiety disorders i already live with. in my numerous visits with dr. rajamand, i have never felt rushed & have always been her sole focus when we’re in the room together. she takes an holistic approach to women’s health & sexual wellness which, in my opinion, is the only way to effectively treat and care for patients. dr. rajamand is the most excellent doctor and surgeon i’ve ever been treated by.

I sometimes get nervous going to the gyno because its not always a pleasant experience but coming here really put my apprehension at ease. Once in the lobby, I was immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist. I was still checking in when I was called to the back. I loved I didnt have a wait. However, had I had to wait in the lobby I will say the lobby is pleasant and welcoming. Once I was taken to the back the medical assistant was extremely sweet, professional and patient when I couldnt remember answers to questions about past medical procedures and doctors Ive had. I was then instructed to change into a very fun black robe! Like a spa robe! This made my day because who likes to wear the paper napkin you usually get handed to you to wear? Dr.Rajamand was absolutely the best! She listened, didnt rush, asked my questions to try to understand my main area of concern. I was seriously impressed by her beside manner as a doctor but also by her caring and compassionate demeanor from one woman to another. I truly applaud this medical office as a whole! Seriously restored my faith in gynos and gave me a pleasant experience for an appointment that makes most of us women feel nervous. I definitely recommend them! They get it.

First gynecologist i’ve ever seen, and i’m not interested in ever looking for another one! Dr Ernst is the BEST Dr i have ever met. She’s thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, has wonderful bedside manner, and LISTENS. Theres something so comforting about an all woman staff for a feminine doctor, and everyone is so unbelievably kind!

I loved Dr Rajamand. She was WONDERFUL! The admissions staff was also nice, professional and the waiting room was elegant and had good music. I arrived a few minutes early for my 2:30 appointment, had completed all of my required paperwork online, but I sat and waited for 30 minutes before I finally asked to verify my appointment time and ask for an estimate of how much more time I would be waiting. There was limited cell service and when I asked, they could not.provide me with a wifi password. That would have been nice considering sitting and just waiting with magazines or a book I would have brought had I expected such a lengrhy delay.Luckily, I didnt have to return to work, but I think it would have been a more elevated customer experience to have been told that things were running behind and.given some kind of estimate. When I politely asked, the staff let me know it would be another 15-20 minutes and offered me water. After another 25 minutes, I was taken back for my appointment and then sat and waited for another 10-15 minutes for the Dr. to arrive.As a newly establishing patient, I felt a bit upset that my appointment started essentially a full hour after my scheduled time.Dr Rajamand made up for it with her warm demeanor, thorough evaluation and personability. I felt like she is someone I could hang out with and enjoy conversation with.The only reason I leave such a lengthy piece of feedback is that I also work in healthcare and value customer service, so the nebulous wait time was my only sore spot (and not having any wifi access while waiting). Otherwise, I am happy with my new gynecology doctor!

Dr. Rajamand is always so nice and friendly. She takes the time to get to know you so you feel like a person and not just a body. She is very knowledgable and is always great about answering any questions.

This place has been so very accommodating, understanding and absolutely professional. I feel very heard and supported by the doctors and staff of FEM. After years of feeling neglected by doctors over my feminine health, this facility goes above and beyond for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have been a patient of Dr. Rajamand since she moved here to Reno and was happy to follow her from Renown to the launch of her private practice.FEM stands for Female Empowered Medicine, and Dr. Rajamand believes in her core that patients should be listened to, and given the time to explain what is happening to you without having to wait forever and then be rushed out.Her bedside manner is kind, and she takes thorough notes to put in the chart for accuracy. She explains the pros and cons of treatment and encourages women to be a partner in the treatment plan for best patient outcomes.

Dr. Rajamand is by far the best OB-GYN I have dealt with in my almost 25 years in Reno, in fact the best period. Also her new office has great support staff.

Probably the worst gyno experience of my life.I went in for an annual, pap smear, and sti screening.I also wanted to discuss endometriosis but that cant be done in the same appointment which is insurances fault not theirs.The first healthcare worker who took all my information in the room was great, she was lovely and thorough and friendly.Dr Ernst seemed very frazzled and busy when she came in. She was nice but definitely felt like she wanted to be in and out and not discuss anything with me. She did the typical doctor dismissal of my concerns. I have been having right sided pains off and on, really nothing specific causing it and she didnt like that I couldnt pinpoint exactly what caused it or when it happens. But its so random theres no correlation to anything. I have a family history of ovarian cancer so I was concerned. She did feel around my abdomen but didnt find anything which is fine and probably a good thing but she said since I had a salpingectomy the doctor wouldve looked at my ovaries and deemed them healthy..... My surgery was in June of 2022.... So yeah, things can change in two years but whatever. I said I had urinary changes and she didnt even ask anything about that. I said I was having bloating she didnt say anything. I wouldve liked to even discuss the option of an ultrasound or a CA 125 blood test but whatever.So the other reason I came in was for my STI screening. They never sent the sample for that. They just sent my pap sample for cervical screening. I checked my patient portal and it said I got a pap and the results were fine, nothing at all for sti screening, and that I had a yeast infection.I called them 8 days after my appt to ask about the STI screening and the yeast infection I have no symptoms of. Weird I had a yeast infection and they didnt call me? I had to call them first?The woman I spoke to on the phone was super nice but did indeed tell me they never sent my sample for sti screening just the cervical screening. She said shed call path and see if they still had the sample and call me back but I doubt they still have the sample or that its usable this many days later. Never called me back.The one plus was Dr Ernst seemed to be in a rush and it was the quickest pap smear of my entire life.Will never go back.

My first experience in Fems Wellness was nothing but incredible, literally. The whole staff showed me love and respect. Dr. Ernst is truly amazing, she was patient and gave me the care that I needed.

Dr. Rajamand was so incredibly attentive and informative I wanted to skip for joy leaving this appointment. After years of trying to figure out why I felt stuck in hormonal purgatory she helped map out a plan of attack for starting to feel a bit more normal and the relief I feel is immeasurable. I think most woman can attest that a common female experience is feeling unheard or dismissed at the doctors office and this was the exact opposite. The team here has done an incredible job creating an inclusive space for women to feel heard, understood and collaborated with and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Hands down the best Gyno I’ve ever been to. Dr. Rajamand takes as much time as the appointment needs, listens to your concerns, comes up with solutions, and throughly talks through them with you so you can make the best educated decision for yourself. I never leave confused or questioning what just happened. She’s set a new bar for doctors for me.

I was referred to this place by some friends and I was so pleased with my visit. Dr. Rajamand was so thorough, very gentle and comforting. The office was very clean and upscale and spa like. I love that they take care of women in a whole variety of ways.. anything from gynecological care, to laser treatments, Botox, mental health, vaginal rejuvenation, and more! My old gyno office I think got too busy and overloaded that I couldn’t make an appointment there anymore so I kept putting my check-up off and I am so grateful to have been referred to this office. Night and day difference between offices. I feel very taken care of there!

Dr. Ernst is the first gyno to listen to my symptoms, and is willing to find a solution to the problem instead of masking symptoms with hormonal birth control. She was very kind and made me feel comfortable.

I felt welcomed the minute I walked into the office. I appreciated being able to complete my health information on the patient portal in advance. Dr. Rajamand listened to my concerns as well as researched my HRT medication my Mexican doctor has prescribed. I felt seen, heard, and validated.Some physicians have great knowledge but lack social skills. I didn’t feel that with Dr. Rajamand. She was kind, thorough, and attentive to my needs. She spoke positively of the health care I am receiving in Mexico. My only suggestion is it would have been nice to receive a hand shake at the end of our time together. I saw Mariko C Rajamand Pllc and it was SUCH an amazing and affirming experience. I feel like I’ve found my lifelong gyno! She didn’t need me to clear the barrier of explaining how women of color are treated in the gyno space, so that alone was reassuring.She was also the VERY FIRST doctor of any type that was willing to address the ways that lifestyle will impact my chronic health condition instead of looking at medication as the 1st option.

I became acquainted with FEM through the referral of my urologist. In 2022 I had 12 bladder infections. I did not know until I came to FEM that there was another way to be treated for this condition, as well as, many other conditions that we women experience. I am very thankful to have come to FEM and especially to be under the care of Dr Mariko Rajamand, a doctor who truly understands women whether young or old and enlighten them. Dispelling the myths, empowering with knowledge, treatment and care. So thankful!

I called multiple times 15 mins prior to my appointment to notify someone Id be 5 mins late. No one answered. Once I arrived, I was notified there was no grace period & I had to reschedule after already driving 30 mins out. Unfortunate for those who live far & run into traffic issues thats out of their hands. I told the lady I kept calling & she had nothing to say.

I’m so glad Drs. Rajamand and Ernst have starterd their own practice. Dr. Rajamand is wonderful, she listened and offered solutions for my issues. And the best part explained the differences in the solutions.

I cant recommend this practice enough. As soon as you walk in the door the front office staff members are wonderful and welcoming. The nurses are equally amazing. The doctors are attentive, thorough and take the utmost care during your time with them. They take the time to answer all your questions and you never feel rushed. I love that it is an all women run clinic and they take womens needs and concerns seriously. I feel validated and that my care is in the best possible hands. Dr. Rajamand has been exceptional and I referred a friend and she says Dr. Ernst is equally great!

FEM has been absolutely amazing through my entire experience with them. I came here to get a salpingectomy, a sterilization surgery, and from the moment I stepped through the doors they have been nothing shy of truly amazing. The front staff is so friendly (I believe their names are Izzy and Lauren), and the back staff are just as nice and accommodating. The surgeon I had, Dr Ernst, is a gem. She didn’t haggle me about my age, marital status, or anything. She said I know my body best and if this is what I want she’s willing to do it. I’ve never felt so seen and respected before. The surgery went amazingly and she is so caring, making sure you’re well informed and comfortable before and after the procedure. I HIGHLY recommend this place. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
