Dr. Lim is my favorite doctor. She takes her time and really cares about her whole patient. So happy to be able to call her office and not be sent to central scheduling like so many hospital practices.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wilsch for many, many years (and she delivered my now 9 year old) and prior I was a patient of Dr. Burkhart in my early 20’s. I highly recommend the practice, which is part of Highland Hospital. Professional, personable, caring, always showing concern and compassion. Dr. Wilsch is great, it always feels like she is part of my family when I see her—always checking in on me and also my family during our visits. Highly, highly recommend!

The staff I met in the front desk was nice and friendly. The one who professionally did my ultrasound was very helpful in guiding me through the process and answering my questions. The clinic at the Highland hospital location is smaller than the one in Penfield, and there is a fee for parking.Dr. Lim and Dr. Wilsch are exceptional. They are very caring and thoughtful, helping me to be better prepared for my pregnancy. I am very fortunate to have them in my care team.

I switched to this practice when I became pregnant and was informed that my GYN was no longer delivering. My friend raved about her doc (Dr. Burkhart) for both of her pregnancies and I called to get their information. I am so thankful that I switched to this Doc. They are awesome! I havent met ALL the doctors yet but from my first few appointments, I know Im in the right place! I also love that I can get in and out, they are very organized and efficient. I have never sat in their waiting room for more than 4 minutes. Dr Burkhart is hilarious and ultra informative - he makes me feel really comfortable! I would absolutely recommend this Doc and practice!

I love the Drs here. I started coming to this practice when I was pregnant with my first child. I had great prenatal care and a beautiful birthing experience. I definitely recommend this practice, especially Dr Lim and Dr Welsh ♥️

Front end staff is dismissive and doesnt listen. Didnt find it to be much different with the providers, aside from Dr Carey and Dr Wilsch who are compassionate and invested in their patients. Practice as a whole is not impressive. Would not recommend to anyone looking for OB care.

Dr. Oona Lim is a sweetheart. She spent quite a while trying to get acquainted with my menstrual history and medical diagnoses. She let me decide my care without pressuring me into a decision. She also cares about making sure she provides roundabout care.The receptionist was also extremely understanding as I was rushing and left behind my new patient paperwork despite arriving just in time for my appointment.

Don’t go here if you’re black or a person of color they don’t respect you! I took a friend here to make an appointment. She looks Latina, but she not. I’m black. When we came in the so-called receptionist was talking to this white girl for about 20 minutes while my friend and I waited. A white couple came out of the doctor office after an appointment and started to wait too. When she finally got done with the white girl the receptionist ask us what we wanted, we said to make an appointment for a new patient. The receptionist told me to wait while she waited on the white couple. I was livid! Her excuse was that it takes a long time to make an appointment for a new patient. My friend and I had just waited 20 minutes to her to wait on this white girl, why couldn’t this white couple wait for us? They got in line after us. The couple took about 7 minutes to make an appointment, just about the time it took my friend and I to make one. It appears white peoples take precedence over people of color. Maybe this place also give people of color substandard healthcare. Many of times I have came out of an appointment looking to make a future appointment and I never have been pushed to the head of a line because someone in front of me would take too long! This is a racist place with a racist receptionist!The next day my friend canceled her appointment and went to another OB/GYN that respects her and won’t slight her to make it convenient for a white person who stands in line behind her.

If you loose insurance, they will drop you and wont let you come back when you get insurance. I kept in contact with them they told me it was ok, they would take me back when I got insurance. When I called to make an appointment I found out it was in my chart to no longer accept me.

Dr. Lim is a gem! The office staff is wonderful. Such a good experience.

Great visit after four years! Dr. Wilsch is wonderful!
