Had a 930 appt. I arrived about 10 minutes early. I was checked in, completed and walked out the door before 930. Technician was very friendly snd efficient. Location was very convenient and clean.

First time here, went for blood work and three times my veins rolled so had to come back the following day and success!! Both experiences while not pleasant physically due to the vein having issues was made tolerable by the professional and caring staff. I have a serious fear of needles and they were very understanding and reassuring. I would highly recommend ARCpoint and will return every 6 months for my required blood work. Thank you ARCpoint staff for being so kind!

My husband needed STAT labwork and we went to many places and only got the run-aroumd from rude front desk staff full of crowded waiting rooms. However at ArcpointIn Rocklin the staff was friendly they welcomed us and helped us. The office clean and we were in and out quickly. The service was fantastic.

What a wonderful experience it was to go here after leaving a Quest that was going to charge me 2k more for the same lab work. Wonderful staff and easy scheduling!

Overall everything went fine but was really annoyed when I showed up with a very full bladder and the whole staff was on lunch. Ever here of a staggered break schedule? Not everyone needs to go on break at the same exact time.

Not a bad place to go and get a employment screening done. I didnt have an appointment but they rushed me through anyways. Must have been there for a total of about 15 minutes. 10 minutes of wait time and a 5-minute process for screening. Plus the front desk receptionist was a really pretty Asian lady who seemed to have a good heart and friendly demeanor.

I went in for a pre-employment drug screening. The process was quick and easy.

The Locations is an hour away. This lab would do great in Grass Valley,ca.The lab technician was outstanding. VERY PROFESSIONAL, also great customer service. The lab tech is what made this the best.They accomidated me walking in and was out of office in 15 minutes.

While the people were friendly, it took multiple pokes to draw my blood samples. My appointment was at 9:00 and I left ~45 minutes later. A very long appointment for such a task. They explained that they were having difficulty due to possible dehydration through fasting. Very true, and yet the number of pokes and time seemed quite excessive.

Service was phenomenal with walk-in service. I needed a drug screen test for an employer, walked in, scanned the QR code at the desk and was able to sign up for an appointment. I was out with my completed test before the appointment time even started. Great service and would recommend to anyone near the area.

I had very good service the girl at the front helped me tremendously all while teaching the other girls there that were new how to perform their job successfully. This was such a welcoming facility, it was the last place I went to I had tried 3 other collection sites that wouldnt take my electronic form I was forced to use through CastleBranch. They made it possible for me to enroll in EMT school.

Everyone who works at this lab is so helpful and friendly. Very pleasant. Nice clean office. Never have had a bad experience here as I use this lab once every 3 months. Im a really hard stick due to my small veins. But the phlebotomists at this lab are amazing at what they do!

I had the best experience here, probably the best I have ever had at a medical facility. The lovely lady who was working the front desk was the sweetest, most welcoming/comforting person. She gets an A++ for customer service in my book! Her extern was also very nice and did a great job drawing my blood. Front desk lady(I wish I could remember her name) did a fabulous job coaching her extern while also making me feel at ease. I left thinking- wow that was such a great experience! I believe that how experienced staff treats/trains new staff is indicative of the amount of professionalism and knowledge a company possesses. Mark helped us with drawing blood from our 19 month old son. He was so gentle and had such a calming presence. We really appreciated his calm demeanor, kindness and gentleness with our little guy. He pulled out all the stops to make a difficult draw become achievable. No one wants to take their little one in for a blood draw so our anxieties were high and he helped us through every step. We cant thank him enough!

They were kind, fast and efficient. They saw me without an appointment for a pre-employment drug screen as I was on my way to my other job.

Unfortunately, the staff was not trained to administer a DOD drug screen and I had to wait almost an hour to get tested. Staff was friendly and apologetic but if the company is offering a service, there should be someone there able to perform this service during business hours. Just saying.

Very good experience, excellent service. Made appointment online, easy paperwork to fill out and I waited less than 2 min before I was taken back to have blood drawn. Then the process was finished in 5 min, so entire visit took less than 10 minutes, even though the business is quite busy due to COVID.

I had two negative experiences at OTHER labs the same day I finally went to ARCpoint Lab. I spent maybe a total of 8 minutes at the lab in total. The staff was kind and efficient. I had my toddler with me and had been turned away from Labcorp because of this. ARCpoint lab was accommodating and patient with us. I would recommend this lab to anyone needing their services.

The check in was somewhat confusing! On the website it said walk ins for drug test when I got there they weren’t very helpful ! I used the QR code to get my appointment time which should have been done prior then there was no communication unless I asked the person at the front when it was 12 minutes past appointment time when I could be seen then she helped me! Overalls a ok experience

Once I found the office I was greeted at the door by a very charming gentleman. The phlebotomist was genial and kind and walked me through each step. The only thing I would have differently the next time would be a more confident poke that does not result in a blown out vein. I am happy with the service I received at ARCpoint Labs, and will use them again.

We went in, not really knowing what to expect with food allergy testing kits. All of the employees were super helpful, informative, and thorough. They made sure to check the paperwork from our testing kits several times so the testing process would be smooth once they send in our samples. Very nice staff. My only thing is I bruised very badly after my blood draw. Atypical response from me. Venipuncture itself was fine. I wore the bandage for my drive home (40 min drive). Painful to touch when I got home and dark purple bruising by the nighttime. But I know these things can happen. Overall a good experience

Unfortunately I have to be honest the flabotomist was literally the sweetest thing on earth so it was hard to be upset but she hit my nerve while trying to get my vein and now I cant bend my arm without shooting electric pain. Good thing I dont work in something physically demanding however it is still debilitating as I cant lift at all with this arm now.

So professional, so quick. Made an appointment and they were able to take me in early. Got my test right away, and was able to get the results by the time that I got back home. They are a bit pricy, I would love to pay less. But at this point, you are paying for quickness, and accuracy.

Got in same day, arrived early and the place was empty-in and out in 5 min. Very professional, much less painful method, and results (rapid covid test) within 45 min! Better price than others and didn’t have to wait in a line, totally worth it for the peace of mind.

Found this Lab on Yelp. I did the Sneak Peak test and from the moment I walked in to when I walked out, it was the best experience. Staff was extremely nice and helpful and the place is clean inside and out. I felt really good about choosing this place for my test. I would def recommend it.

Our story is different. We had in home service.The Flobotonist was EXCELLENT! Punctual, professional, caring and drew all the blood- first go. We were most pleased with the home service. It saved us paying for non emergency medical transport for my 97 year old mom, as well as the travel time from Auburn to Rocklin which can be exhausting for her. Thank you. My husband and I arrived about 10 minutes before our appointments. We were there to get the antigen test for travel purposes. Cheapest of the area rapid test options that I could find. Same day appointment available. Quick service and results in about 30 minutes. Needed test results to send child back to school and was happy to not have to wait 2-4 days for results like many other lab tests require. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

We used the Yuba City facility. It was a simple process and overall very satisfied. Hopefully soon theyll be able to accommodate Alcohol testing as well. Currently we have to drive to Rocklin for these and its very inconvenient.

We had an awesome experience today. My 6 year old son was getting tested today for covid and I wanted him to do the saliva test requiring you to spit in a vial which he could not do. Cory came out and sat with us for 45 minutes until he was able to obtain enough saliva for the sample they needed. He used multiple different strategies to get my son to cooperate in getting the sample. He was personable, kind, patient, and generous with my son. When I left I felt compelled to immediately call his supervisor Luis who I had already had an amazing experience with in the office to tell him how wonderful he was with my son. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you!

I needed a same day Covid result. I called and was able to get an appt within 30 min. They were closing soon - the gentleman gave us the address, emailed me a required questionnaire and required legal agreement. When I arrived I paid the fee and the testing was in a close by building. There were 2 stations in a very large room so social distancing was no concern. Very professional staff.We were driving home when the results were securely texted to me! Instant peace of mind.

The rapid Covid test was five stars all the way. The facility was empty except for myself and the three people operating it. Staff was friendly and efficient and I was in and out in less than five minutes. I received my PCR test results in about an hour. Easy process. My daughter was hesitant at first to take a rapid COVID-19 test. The Tech was very patient and friendly. Through this friendliness he was able to get my daughter to take the test. Had the results within about 30 minutes

I am diagnosed trypanophobic. Very prone to passing out with needles. I needed to get a blood draw done. The lab techs made me very comfortable and were engaging throughout the whole experience. Quick and easy with no pain or discomfort. Would recommend!

I had a good experience, the staff is great! The only thing that I didnt like is that I couldnt open my results that were sent to my text message and my email. I had to forward them to my daughters email address on her phone to be able to open them and see them.

As far as pissing in a cup for an employment drug test goes it was great.

I was able to register online which I thought was helpful. Everyone was courteous. The office was clean. I would definitely go there again.

Arrived early but was taken right in. Very pleasant staff. Received results in 20 minutes! It meant Christmas with my grandchildren with everyone feeling comfortable.

It was quick! Verification to your destination was something I did not expect but did an excellent job to confirm the specifics on the tests required on that particular country. Staff are very nice and respectful.

Very Quick....less than one hour emailed my results..Neg! Needed for Pre-Op clearance tomorrow morning! No Brain Scrape!! test through your nose. Very mild test. Compassionate staff. In and out..10 mins. It does cost but less than other labs. Highly Recommend

This place exceeded my expectations. Very clean, friendly and quick. I was looking for a place that had someone that was good with kids knowing my daughter was afraid of blood work. They let me know prior to making an appt. that they did have someone and her name is Michele. Boy were they right, she was fabulous and got my daughter to trust her and we were out of there quick verses when we had her blood drawn somewhere else that ended up scaring her even more. This place is my go to from now on. My daughter has another set of blood work and she asked me please take me to Miss. Michele, i dont want anyone else to do this. This says alot coming from a kid whos afraid of this process. Love this place and thank them for a wonderful experience.

The staff were pleasant and professional. The cost for my test was ridiculous. I am grateful I was able to pay for one as free testing was unable to be found within 40 miles. This is a government failure and not necessarily the fault of the ARC point lab.

Got results in about an hour--and I showed up a day early and they got me in with no issues. Super-friendly. If a choice between them and Covid Clinic at the Galleria and this clinic, would choose this one every single time! Waited 10 minutes here. Compare this to the money grabbers at Covid Clinic--they charged twice as much, made me wait in my car for 2.5 hours, and then told me they shut their lab and couldnt provide the rapid results test. The employee--nice person--even admitted the supervisors booked appointments without regard to process. ARCpoint Labs is the ONLY choice in Roseville/Rocklin

We were in and out within 2 minutes with the test results under an hour. Having ore filled the intake form online and getting a text QR code there was no endless paperwork, no phone calls needed. And the report came to my email with a link that was texted to me. Very easy and a painless swab!

Hate paying for this stuff HOWEVER I love these people! I am a healthcare worker and required to get routine testing, also did antibody testing here. The nurse was amazing who drew blood for the antibody test, I didnt feel a thing. The COVID test was flawless. Walked right in and immediately had the test. They do NOT use the cheap tests that get shoved up into your brain! They barely touch the lower part of your nose and done. My results were emailed to me before I even got home. Everyone was friendly and took great care of me. They were gentle, kind and on time. I will never go to a government free test site again!

I have been here twice now and both times, they have been very helpful and very gentle. I have had COVID-19 tests done with other companies in other locations and they were unnecessarily aggressive while asserting the test and had no regard for anyone with special needs. I highly recommend thefolks here at ASCpoint, specifically at the Rocklin location off of Blue Oaks Boulevard.

Had to be tested for COVID-19 for my work. Professional staff. Process was quick and very easy. Simple to book an appointment and fill out the necessary forms online. The testing location was next to the lab but was well marked.

I prepaid online, which in turn got me a QR code. when I got there I went & checked in for my appointment and was promptly directed towards the testing building across the way, where everyone being tested is spread far apart and the people there are quick, and efficient, they scan your QR code, hand you a sticker to hand to your test provider that way they’re able to mark your sample and if you get same day results, they’re usually in by the end of the day though I got mine just an hour after testing! Super reliable! Will definitely use again! Only thing to note is it is a NO INSURANCE LAB! OUT OF POCKET ONLY! I know that is inconvenient but when you’re in need of a quick test it can be convenient for those matters also different tests to pick from based on your criteria that needs to be met
