Instant Urgent Care

During Covid I went there to be tested. The told me that Medicare covered the test. Months afterwards I was billed by them and harassed for more than 6 months. Be Careful if you go there. What they say and what they do my be two different things. Dave

I went shortly after they opened. I opted for Urgent Care as it was a 3 day weekend and didnt think Id get in to see my doctor and didnt want to wait. Also 3 miles from my house which was another bonus. I was a walk-in but this early in the am there was no one else. The staff were very friendly, prompt and efficient. My Doctor was also great to work with. Knew what to prescribe for my issues without going overboard but also listened to my concerns. She was very personable and we shared some hiking trail ideas. Would definitely recommend if you dont have a doctor at the moment or need to see someone that doesnt require a 3 hour emergency room wait.

Very fast. I was in & out. Walked in, front desk asked me immediately what brought me in. I explained. Front desk was kind 😊 filled out paperwork and right after, they called me back instantly. Talked to the medical person, she told the NP I was ready. NP came in & prescribed me meds for my issue. Was in and out in under 20-30 min! Nobody else was there other than the 3 ladies working. Please with my visit.

I was extremely happy and satisfied with the care I received. From the front office personnel to the doctor who treated my infected eye, the time spent examining my eye and explaining the prescriptions ordered calmed my fears. Another plus is that they billed my insurance and I only paid my regular co-pay. Definitely a 5 star plus facility for Urgent Care!

I was able to call this place AND get an appointment set up AND get a new medical prescription AND get said prescription from the pharmacy I use, all in the same day, within the span of only a few hours! It was so easy!The receptionist and doctor were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, too. Highly recommend!

The staff was friendly and helpful at checkin. Our wait was short the day we were there. The NP we saw was very attentive to my son’s needs and listened to our concerns. We will definitely go back here when in need of urgent care.

3 day weekend and I’m pretty sick so I decided to visit Instant Care (urgent care) because my regular doctors office was closed. Very prompt and knowledgeable care. I will definitely use Instant Care in Rocklin again in the future.

Been going through a lot of pain can’t find a doctor. My doctor was very compassionate and caring on my visit to see them. I would recommend this place for anyone. She’s willing to help and provide the care that you need.

This office is awesome! They were so kind and quick! I was easily able to make an appointment online the day before and was in and out in 30 mins! The staff is great and the office is very clean & organized.

My husband and I are from out of town and were leaving our kids at their grandparents house to travel out of state. The night before our flight, our 5 year old complained of ear pain. I was able to make an appointment online for my mother in law to take him in the morning to be seen while we caught our flight. They treated him for an ear infection and my son had nothing but happy stories to tell about the nice lady doctor. Easy to use and happy with the outcome.

Went in because I think I broke my finger. Doctor came in and asked me what was wrong. explained my situation that I was helping a family member reroof a shed and smashed my finger. The doctor goes on to tell me how she’d never miss work, even if she was throwing up, had a fever, nothing would make her call out. I wasn’t really sure how to take this cause it kinda felt like a jab at me for going to urgent care instead of staying at the house to do the roof. She then says she wants to be fired and doesn’t want to work here anymore but her company won’t fire her because she makes all the money for them and she’s too valuable to lose. She then complains about how the new Indian IT guy downloaded new software on the computer and that’s why it was taking so long to request an x ray for me. After complaining I told her the item I shamed my finger with was a slap tacker and a staple might’ve nicked my finger causing all the bleeding. She finally looks at my finger for a split second and asks about a tetanus shot. Her speech was extremely slurred and she couldn’t speak right or keep eye contact and I genuinely felt like she wasn’t in the right mindset to be working or was perhaps under the influence of something while working. Hopefully this review gets seen because I wasn’t actually treated and I don’t feel as though I should have to pay $25 to have been insulted, complained to and not treated. Hope this review gets you fired Doc, since it’s what you want!

They accept Kaiser insurance which is great, but they do not have X-ray facilities, so they send you to Sutter, and you have to pay full price. Staff was friendly and rooms clean.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, was seen quickly and efficiently and given some useful information. Will definitely be coming back and I recommend to any one who has had bad Urgent Care experiences before. They take good care of you :)

The staff at Instant Urgent care in Rocklin was friendly, professional, and efficient. The clinic was clean and organized. I recommend this facility!

In and out in a flash. Took no time at all to see the nurse practitioner who took no time at all to diagnose and send me on my way to pickup meds. Great overall experience. No long wait. No lectures. No huge stack of paper to fill out. Same hour appointment. Took my insurance. I would have come in sooner if I had known how simple and easy it was going to be.

Brought my daughter in with an earache today, and service was great. We were asked the right questions prior to the exam, and were back home in very little time. My daughter was very pleased with the experience.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had with a Dr. She was so helpful and genuinely cared about my well being. I will be using her as my primary doctor from here on out. I’ve never felt so cared about by a person who doesn’t know me. I came in with a lot of stress and tension and left feeling like I could fix my issues and have someone I could trust. I wish I knew of this place a lot sooner.

Helpful and kind staff but could use a more warm and welcoming vibe. Efficient process but very impersonal experience. Came in with a laptop, not much eye contact, asked a question or two and didn’t feel as though my question was fully answered. But still, in and out, quick to get an appt. Served its purpose.

I had recently switched medical providers and was not aware of this spot. Mt primary care physician was not available and I needed to be seen immediately. Instant Urgent Care saw me and the staff were great, and I felt very comfortable and cared for. I even see they are taking patients on as primary care and I am thinking about possibly moving over.

Very easy to set up an account online and make an appt. Check in was fast, and I was seen in a timely manner.

I finally found a Dr Ive been looking for. Dr Renata went above and beyond my expectations. She is like one in a million. Ive delt with many different doctors in the last few years due to multiple things that have gone on with my conditions and they all never seem to disappoint me with there lack of caring. From over bookings of patients and never trying to hear what I have to say or not having the time to get things right. She took the time to make sure everything was taking care of before my appointment was done. I would highly recommend her and her office!

I did nor have my card yet. Front desk kept asking the card despite I had every document. Did not even ask for temporary. Front desk person was rude and incompitent.

I have been coming here for over a year for myself and my family. They are always amazing! The staff is extremely smart, they know exactly what they are talking about and they don’t ever rush you out. They take time to make sure they’ve helped you as much as possible. Lastly, I am never there too long! The wait is almost always nonexistent. Highly recommend!

Everyone was nice, but the doctor I saw offered no potential reason as to why I am experiencing extremely swollen and painful lymph node. Simply just shrugged her shoulders and said while typing “I can give you an antibiotic because otherwise….”That was it, didn’t finish thought, didn’t throw out any ideas as to why I may be experiencing this, etc.

Renata and everyone at Instant Urgent Care is absolutely fantastic! My son has special needs and has difficulties going to doctors appointments and he feels so comfortable here and Renata is so patient and gentle with him. Renata also helped me with refilling a couple prescriptions when I was waiting to establish care and needed my medications. They are always friendly and very quick, even for walk ins! I cannot speak more highly about them and I have recommended my family to go there as well.

Please be cautious before taking your child to DR. HOLLIMAN. Her disregard for my 8 year olds pain tolerance dealing with a head wound was shocking. The wait time and time left unattended in room was a matter of HOURS. The trauma my daughter will have to deal with after this “treatment” is a reality now. The end result was DR. RENATA HOLLIMAN looking at her watch, seeing it’s 5pm and leaving my daughter with a cut open wound covered only with a bandaid. It was actual torture. She then had to experience further treatment at the ER to remedy this issue. As a mother I would warn other mothers against ever putting your child in this situation.

I was a walk-in. The wait wasn’t very long.Nice and helpful woman at the counter. Renada (NP) was very caring and listened to my concerns and ordered the medication I needed. She was absolutely delightful❣️I’m finally feeling much better and I’m truly grateful.

I highly recommend Instant Urgent Care in Rocklin. Our family has been to this location a few times for various reasons and I am so grateful to have them so close. Clean, speedy, and they always take good care of us.

I absolutely love this place! The front desk ladies are nice and quick getting us checked in. I have been twice. Once for myself and once with my daughter. Both times I’ve booked online. They always have many of same day appointments. Both times I’ve been I was literally in and out in 15mins. I had a spider bite, and my daughter had an air infection. Dr. Renata Holliman seen me and my daughter. She has a great personality, caring and patient with us. I will continue to use this place when my primary doctor can’t see us. I highly recommend if you need urgent care or just a check up. They are nice, caring, easy to get an appointment and you will be out in less than 20-30mins. Mine was 15 max both times. Ive been overly impressed with this location. Not only do they stick by their name instant but their staff is wonderful. Always welcoming and very professional. Renata the physician weve seen three times there is absolutely outstanding. The fact that she asked for my daughter to return from an urgent care walk in appt to make sure her ear infection was improving, to me is the definition of superb patient care. She is very good with my daughter and speaks to her like the patient and not just to me as the parent. This is our go to place since we moved to the area and I definitely recommend it!

Renata is the best Nurse Practitioner and is a genuine human being that does so much for the community taking care of us. Im glad I was able to get my issue checked out, get my prescription, and talk with her - she is holistic and explained why I was in pain. Called at 10a, they got me an appt at 11....pleasant environment, welcoming staff...Renata was delightful to speak to about my care, figured out what was going on, got some meds phoned in, and I was out the door and back to work in less than a half hour...if you have to be sick, this was about as painless an experience as possible.. appreciated this place and the staff and if the need arose, would go back again

I feel so blessed to have found this practice and NP Renata Holliman. I’ve never had a primary care doctor that 1.) I can easily schedule appointments with (let alone in person appointments), 2.) I can easily get a hold of through calls and messages, 3.) Actually listens to my symptoms and orders tests to see what’s going on, 4.) Actually takes the time to explain things without making me feel dumb, and 5.) Has an amazing and friendly front office staff and team of nurses. HIGHLY recommend this practice!

This was by far the best urgent care experience Ive had. I was able to book an appointment online for the same day. When I arrived, the appointment time was honored and I was quickly seen. The medical assistant was quick, attentive and thorough. I saw the doctor quickly and was informed of all of the next steps. I also received great communications via email and text.

Can’t express how grateful I am that another office referred me here. I couldn’t get into my primary and did not want to have to go the emergency room. The staff was kind and quick to get me in and the Dr truly listened and cared. She ordered imaging, got me on meds and scheduled to follow up and see me the following day. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks for saving me a trip to ER when medical care was immediately needed and provided

My 96 yr old mom could not get in to see her regular doctor but am I ever glad we went here for help. She felt so bad and in a matter of 12 hours she is definitely on the mend. Slept through the night for 1st time in a week! Very thorough. Wow! So relieved.

The entire staff was very professional, prompt, and friendly. I was able to make a same date appointment for the time I wanted. I only had to wait 1-2 minutes before being roomed. The NP Renata was thorough and very helpful, and provided great care!

Second effort. I think my first submission accidentally went astray. My bottom line was this. I was more than happy with the service delivered. I made my appointment online with no problem I completed my entry level paperwork that the same way. I was probably admitted right on time Add quickly served by nurse practitioner Renate Holliman. She was a complete professional in every respect. Very friendly and patient and thoroughly walked me through the symptoms I was experiencing. Efficient, friendly and convenient! We were able to book a same day appointment, and when we arrived we only waited about 1 minute before being called back. Another 2 minutes to see the NP, who was kind and took care of my 1.5yr old. Total time there about 20minutes tops. Thank you for the service! We will be back for any other urgent care needs.

The doctor came in, didn’t tell me her name. She came in showing me someone else’s chart. Showing me the medicine they were taking as well as what they were diagnosed with. Seemed a bit unprofessional.

I had a great experience coming to the urgent care. The staff was very kind and personable and the doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. I have had a hard time adjusting to California and finding healthcare so as a last resort I came to this facility. They made me their priority and were empathic to my needs. I would maintain them as primary care if it were possible. Thank you all again for all your help.

This review is based on my experience with online booking and trying to contact the clinic itself. I have not been inside the clinic or received care here, so please keep that in mind when reading this review!I made an appointment online for a minor issue. On their website they have appointment slots available to book until 6:15pm, and because of my availability I chose a slot past 4pm. I received a call that let me know I booked an appointment that wasn’t within their hours of operation and to call them back for a slot earlier in the day. When I called back I was on hold for six minutes, and then someone must have accidentally picked up my phone call. I heard a woman typing and saying the words she was typing out loud, which hopefully wasn’t patient information. After a few hello’s I hung up to prevent hearing anything I wasn’t supposed to. The second time I called I was on hold for 12 minutes before I was disconnected. Then I called a third time and was finally able to reach someone after about 6 or 7 minutes.I ended up rescheduling but later in the day decided to seek help elsewhere because I was in pain and needed to find help asap.I called again to cancel the rescheduled appointment and luckily this time I only had to call once, and waited about 15 minutes to receive quick help from a friendly masculine voice.TLDR; being able to book an unavailable time slot doesn’t make sense and it was difficult to get in contact with someone via phone call.

It was easy to make an appointment online and I was seen ALMOST on time. The front office staff was nice and the NP seemed to really care about my issues

People were nice enough and was seen quickly. Biggest issue though was that they never sent my prescription over to my pharmacy, had to call to remind them, extended wait at the pharmacy due to this.

So this turned out to be one of the better medical experiences I’ve had in years. They were a little busy, which is expected, but we’re genuinely apologetic about the wait.Perfect customer service. Great care. Felt like I was talking to a person not just a doctor.Hopefully I don’t have to come back for anything, but if I do, I’m glad it will be here!

The young lady that helped me was the sweetest person, very helpful, kind, patient. I was having a problem with my phone and she assisted me in resolving the problem so that one of the staff members could call me as part of the preparation. Extremely Sweet, loved her attitude. I would give her 10 stars. It was very fast, painless, and was able to get the results in a matter of hours or an hour.

It was fast and easy. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. The NP was great and friendly.

Waited in line for over two hours in my car feeling miserable and the results didnt come until the next day. Initially I was very angry and wanted to leave a scathing review but they were obviously overworked and the lady that ended up testing me was very pleasant. In these times weve got to be understanding and appreciate the little things. I do feel like they could have had another person helping out to move things along a bit but thats my only real complaint.

-Great staff member!-Easy process.-Under staffed.I would have given 5 stars if we didnt have to wait in line for 2 hours. The women working on 12/27 had a great attitude and was hustling, but she was the only one there. You were definitely understaffed and the women there had to take on all of the work making our wait 2 hours.

Our provider was amazing. Good communication, very polite, very gentle with the COVID test.Organization at the drive through was non-existent. People coming in from all different angles, arguments as people cut in. Need some form of signage or something to better direct patients.

The Instant Urgent Care experience was excellent. The scheduling process was fast and easy. The line was manageable, but more importantly the line on communication options to obtain your result was easy as well. The nurse performing the swabs was amazing as well😄

Great, fast and efficient!!! Wasn’t feeling well and needed a quick COVID-19 Rapid Test. Went online made the appointment that was 30 minutes out and arrived and never had to get out of my care. The entire process was easy and I have my results and peace of mind. The best defense against COVID-19 is vaccination 💉, Boosters and masks. Let’s all stay safe out there.

Staff is welcoming, nice, and the NP was exceptional! I went in to get my TB test and it was a quick and easy process!

Really great and fast. Only downfall I wish they took walk ins. You have to make an appointment online to have a webinar with a doctor then drive back to the clinic if they suggest you to get additional testing. Drive back and forth a few times. They false advertise on the website they take walk ins. Other than that everything was great. Staff was very nice, quick and helpful. They helped me set up my online appointment.

I made a same day appointment and was seen within minutes of checking in. I was given various tests and results were ready before I left. NP and assistant were polite, attentive and caring.

The staff was sweet, but they were completely overwhelmed. I waited in the drive thru for over 2 hours. Once I was helped they were sweet and professional and I had my sons results a couple hrs later. The young lady apologized and told me they were experiencing staff shortages. A two hr wait with an appointment was unexpected and frustrating. Felt more like a walk in situation and that was not what I was expecting, nor had I planned for that.

Great service from check in to seeing the doctor. Staff & doctor so friendly and extremely helpful! First time visiting and all my questions were answered. So convenient and definitely will come back for other urgent needs. Highly recommend!

When I called regarding a bill they say that theres no record of me and that they wont charge me but I continue to recieve a bill from them and on top of that they never told me I would be charged when I entered the facility.

This place was very professional clean and quiet. My visit was a smooth process

My son (9 yrs old) needed a COVID test to watch a sporting event, and I was referred to Instant Urgent Care by a pharmacy. Setting up the appointment online was a breeze, reminders were sent and Victoria was just awesome. She was very friendly, explained the process in detail, careful and efficient! My son felt so comfortable during the process. Results within 30-40 mins. Definitely 5-star service!

Not very personable.Sign outside facility should not say walk-ins welcome when theyre not. Someone walked in and asked to see a doctor and was told they only did covid testing at this facility.Receptionist took a long time filling out whatever she had to fill out behind the counter while I just stood there. It would have been nice if she had said what she was doing would take a little while and to help myself to a seat.

Was feeling bad , but the temp is what made me take a “ home” COVID test , sure enough positive . I was able to make a fast , convenient COVID testing appointment and they were extremely nice and understanding .Could not ask for better out come.

Understanding there is high demand for Covid-19 Test, I was provided notice ahead of time, to plan for a long than usual wait because of short staffing. The two staffers I interacted with were very apologetic for the extra wait time, detailed in explaining what to expect with the swab process, with a very pleasant and attentive attitude. I would choose this facility again.

This clinic was excellent in terms of administering the Rapid COVID Antigen test and fast results in a highly efficient manner. I drove up and they came to the window of my car, a clinician called me to review my symptoms and they swabbed my nose. 15 minutes later, they gave me the results. Easily the best COVID testing experience I’ve had. Highly recommend this pleasant and effective staff!

I scheduled online and was seen quickly an hour or so later. Office was small and nice, staff was friendly and no waiting. Dr was great. No complaints here!

Pulled Up behind the building to get a Covid test, the gal was very friendly and quick! I was Pleasantly surprised she did not have to go very far in my nose with the Q-tip swab for my Covid test and there was no burning. I will Definitely recommend this place

The gentlemen that assisted us today at the Urgent Care in San Ramon was knowledgeable, and extremely helpful w/ details regarding what type of test we needed to go to a concert on Saturday. They are very fast, friendly, and efficient at this location, and Ive been multiple times

Making the appointment online was easy. You click here and there, fill out the needed info including your insurance and thats it. Right?I show up in the back of the building for my assigned time slot. Waited one hour just to get swabbed. I also had to scramble for my insurance info again because providing it online was useless. I was told to sign up for their app which supposedly was emailed to me initially. It wasnt. The initial email only informed me to cancel or reschedule. I had to request the nice gal to send it. Now, here I am 2.5 hrs after being swabbed and there is no results on the app. I was informed by staff, results will take one hour. I called them regarding the results and was placed on hold for 20mins. After realizing they either lost my test or forgot about it and are trying to scramble for some results. I logged back into the app and there it was. Since Ive lost trust in their competence, Im not even sure if the test is mine or not.Overall, the process needs more work. The girls were sweet.

Both women who met me were warm and professional and quick. The appointment was set 50 minutes after requested, the test was quite easy, results were in 40 minutes, and I highly recommend Instant Urgent Care.

Fast, simple, and accurate, I am thinking of switching my primary doctor with this.I am pleased with the services.

Took my child in for being sick. Doctor only looked in ears and said ear infection. Never listened to the heart never listened to lungs even after expressing that he was making a weird grunting breathing sound herself. I asked her for testing for influenza, rsv, and covid since hes been exposed. She said sure then forgot to order them. Nurse came in to test and was only ready to test for rsv. I kept having to correct them to test for all three viruses. Nurse told me results for 2 test would be ready in 5 to 10 min. Its now 24 hours later with still no results online. Ive tried to call for test results but the phone just rings non stop (10 min and still just ringing). My child had to be retaken to another doctor because they were very concerned about his breathing considering he has heart disease (which the doctor also knew about) overall very disappointed in the lack of care and communication.

Renata, NP, was absolutely amazing with our son’s care! We will be coming back for future urgent care needs! Thank you, Renata!!!

This place is great! I have to get tested before each of my daughters doctor appointments and the staff here makes it SO EASY and gets results back to me way before I even need them. Theyre working so hard, especially with everything going on nowadays. Keep it up! :)

Staff is very friendly and efficient. PA Renata Holliman has been very diligent about prescribing appropriate medications based on lab results.

My tester came to my car immediately when I drove up and I was early for my appointment. She was very kind and did a thorough yet gentle swab. Will keep using this site for Covid tests if I need to.

Victoria was great! There was a line and an extended wait period, even with an appointment. Victoria came out and took neccessary details for the visit, gave updates and was very informative, kind, and cheerful. Made online appointment today, got a confirmation text, then drove my wife who was in great pain from a fall. PLACE WAS CLOSED-sign on the door said we closed early today! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Well I think the process went smoothly.I waited for about 3 hours, however,I liked that you kept me posted about the longer waitime via text alerts. I do understand since Im in the medical field as well. The staff was very friendly and well worth the wait .Thank you for all that you do!

I received a confirmation with address. Went there and was told they no longer did tests due to low manpower. This had been for the previous three weeks but were still in the system and patients were sent to them daily! They were nice called another facility and set me up an immediate appointment. Went there on Stevens Creek, got a test and told I have test results by 5:00pm. NO RESULTS RECEIVED. I have to have the result in the next 24 hours, cannot get hold of a human!! It appears this is a scam. Im contacting Medicare for fraud.

Very nice staff, very clean office, and I loved the Nurse practitioner Rena. She was very kind and helpful in addressing my nieces needs, and got us seen very fast.

Was able to schedule a Covid test within an hour. Waited about 30 min in-line then they came to my car to swab me. I had my results by the end of the day. I reached out to them via text with questions several times and they responded quickly.

I made an appointment, they were able to serve me quickly. The staff was very kind and informative.They emailed me a summary of my visit after a little more than an hour, except the summary did not state whether or not I had covid. I tried to call, could not get thru, tried to text, no response. Im still hoping someone will get back to me.

If I could give this Zero stars I would. I have never had such a bad experience at a medical office or Urgent care in my life.On Wednesday, Aug 24th I broke my elbow due to a bicycle accident. Trying to stay out of the ER, I went to the Instant Urgent Care in Rocklin. When we walked in they wanted us to make an appointment. We had to use our cell phone to make an appointment and to fill out all the information. The website says they do xrays...they dont! They say they can handle fractures...they dont. They do not have any splinting material.I had to drive to an imaging center to have xrays done. They were not ordered Stat so the rays were not read until Friday afternoon. The xrays were inconclusive so I had to take more xrays. The weekend passed without the xrays being read. Only because the imaging center had their own portal, was I able to find out about my scans. Now I required a CT scan. I didnt even hear from the NP at the Urgent Care regarding my results until Wednesday afternoon.... 3 days after it was read by the radiologist. I actually heard from the imaging center before the treating physician because they were concerned that I hadnt been in to receive at CT through them.I ended up going to an ER to get my CT scan and found that I had not only fractured my elbow, I had chipped the bone completely off. It was floating. And it was right by a major nerve for my arm.For 5 days I was left in only a sling.... No splinting material. My entire hand was blown up like a balloon. When I showed it to the NP at the Urgent Care she completely blew it off.I ended up requiring emergency surgery. 3 screws to hold my bone in place, a potential movement of where the nerve sits on my arm.I am hoping they didnt cause irreparable damage because of their lack of urgency.I will never return to this facility. I do not trust that they have the best interest of the patient at heart.

Arrived for my appointment about 10 minutes early. Thought I was going to wait a while before a staff member came out. A few minutes later someone came out to assist me. I didnt catch her name, but she was super kind and friendly.

So misleading! Booked the in person appointment online for COVID test. Rush to get there. Turns out it’s a virtual meeting first and have to wait for over an hour to actually get the test. What a waste of time and misleading! Virtual meeting staff promised to get them out half hour early. No response. Had to walk up to the clinic to find someone to confirm that they cannot do it early. One of the worst experience. When they start doing it, not going by the order of appointment but by how the cars are parked. Completely lame.

Pathetic! Wanted to get a rapid PCR test done and had talked to customer service about the same and just to be sure booked a 1 day before appointment, when I talked to the doctor on call at 6 PM appointment, they said the tests close at 4 PM and opens next day at 11 AM and results will come in 1-2 days. Poor communication, in spite of talking to them beforehand.

My mom and I were there this morning. It was a very pleasant experience. The lady that greeted us was very kind and the nurse that screened was very clear regarding what information she needed and what was necessary for the purpose of our visit.Thank you, do much.

Each time got appt quickly, not much wait time in waiting room, Holliman has been good at listening to my health concerns & has prescribed meds as needed. The only issue I have is I needed nebulizer machine, sent it to my pharmacy & they did they dont have them. I called office, said they sent it to Walmart pharmacy which said they have them in stock. When I arrived at Walmart said they dont carry nebulizer machines & I need to go to medical supply company. Frustrating especially when Im sick with double viral infections.

To our big surprise and despite we paid roughly 250.— US$ for each PCR Tests, we didn’t get the results as agreed on time, no one is returning several calls or email. We are more than disappointed with this specific institution. However the person who treated us in Rocklin was very friendly and supportive

Great customer service. Friendly and super quick.But the results were mixed up. It said within normal range and if you clicked on the See Results, it came back as positive. The dates were put in as 5/4/22 as well. Makes me wonder if my other tests were accurate.

We came here for a Covid test prior to travel. Ashlyn (I think that was her name) was so friendly even though she was the only one there at the time with a long line of people doing tests. We got our results when promised.

The staff were very friendly and professional. But I did not understand the various covid tests. I needed a PCR test but didnt receive this test. I have a fever, achy joints, cough and headache and it sounds as though the test given has a faulty rate or requires a time line of symptoms for a diagnosis. I thought I was going to professionals.

It was very poor in instruction and stteps setting up an appointment for covid testing. We set up a date and time 12 hours before at the web site that was suppose to be for Covid testing in Sunnyvale. Next day an hour before the appointment a text said confirmed, then follow by text immediately say appointment cancelled. Try calling the numbers available many times no one answer. Instructions through out was bad. Only good thing was the people at the Santa Clara test site. Much more professional and organized.

The service is not suitable if you re a visiting tourist and needed help. Staff were not knowledable in how to help us but they were trying.The system and the online forms are not good for foreign persons’ info. A covid pcr test costing a lot of money but the service is bismal. Had a lot of trouble getting the test done and getting the results.

Overall it’s a good service - available and timely. Their communication needs an upgrade - impossible to tell from the site which COVID tests are available when, where, & with what delays, not what their exact procedures are. When that’s settled, the services and experiences are excellent.

This experience has been a nightmare! The process I had to go through setting up a Rapid Covid Testing and the Video call with Dr for Urgent care was a nightmare. I was told by the 866# that I would receive a call and I never did. You must find a way to make this experience with you easier.

I had a morning appointment for a covid test. There was no wait since apt.and all info was filled out online ahead of time Quick, polite staff waited 15mins got my certificate and was done.

Quick and easy. got results in less than an hour. The video appt was smooth, the swab was done well. They were helpful in answering my questions on insurance, billing, results and all that.

Im happy to take 30 seconds to review my experience. I spent 40 mins in a video chatrrom waiting to hear my test results. Nobody ever showed up. I received a phone call apogizing for the delay. A further 20 minutes later i receive d another phone calm saying that no test results existed because no test was ordered. This beig a saturday i would have to wait until monday for a refund.An hour later i receive a phone call saying my results are available

No one answers the phone. I was supposed to have my test results back yesterday and have not received them yet which on its own is not a big deal as I understand there are a lot of people getting tested. However, no one answered the phone at any of the numbers I called just forwarded to voicemail. Then, I texted the number I was told to text and still no response.

No wait, friendly staff, sent my prescriptions across the street at Walgreens and was back home resting in less than 45 minutes!

I dont see where everyone had all these issues 🤔. Maybe its location(im in fairfield,Ca)? My experience with them was great. The virtual thing was a bit painful, but they called me when no one connected. After i set up my appt, went there, parked in the back, less than 10 mins later someone comes out and swabs me, hour later BOOM got my results 🙂

Quick, efficient, reasonably priced RT-PCR travel testing close to home in Rocklin. Results with needed QR codes were received via email within 2 hours.

It was the first time to do the Covid test, the location I registered was in San Jose, but it was closed when I arrived there, then I got a phone call to Santa Clara location. My point here is IUC should inform me the change of location earlier then I don’t need to go to the wrong place. And finally the test at Santa Clara is very smooth and fast,

$219 to NOT see a doctor (only nurse practitioner saw me), just to tell me they don’t know if I have a virus or bacteria. Useless.

My antigen test and rapid LTF test did not convert to positive. I was sick, though, and seriously exposed.Husband, son, his girlfriend had all tested positive and were all sick; everybody sick, everybody positive but me.My local clinic had dodged doing a PCR more than once. At ER last night told me it was too late for a PCR to qualify me for monoclonal antibody therapy within 5 day window requirement.Step daughter, N.P., suggested rapid PCR — had to track it down —and found it about 20 miles down the hill. This place is awesome — so accessible / easy to get an appointment / results were fast / no medical systems or insurers erecting barriers, putting on the brakes.Thank you to whoever developed this medical business model. Really helped me when all the standard institutional stuff failed me..

I went to Instant Urget Care after I found no answers or 2nd professional opinion. My VA doctor gave me his diagnosis They took labs and I got the same diagnosis but much more details. I want to send my thanks for the referral to actually find out more and get treatment needed. Thank God for them

Scheduled a Covid test. had to do a web call with the staff first. Sat on hold for 40 minutes and nobody ever joined the call. I called the office and no answer. Called another number in my email and had it ring about 30 times but no answer.

Overall pretty good. The nurse didn’t ask what testing method we want. We wanted to do PCR but was given antigen.
