Roberta is incredible! My husband and I tried for 8 months to conceive my son and within ONE MONTH of seeing Roberta I was pregnant. He’s now almost 4 and I thank everyday for Roberta who is not only a miracle worker but also an incredible confidant and friend. She’s hilarious, super knowledgeable but most importantly has the gift of giving people hope when they need it most. Forever and ever grateful to her and this practice. Also cannot say enough wonderful things about Karen who works with Roberta. They both really make me feel like family.

I started seeing Roberta 8 years ago when I struggled to conceive and was experiencing loss after loss. Within 2 months of starting with her, I was pregnant with my daughter. Roberta helped manage my nausea throughout the first trimester and calmed my nerves and anxieties each week during the pregnancy. She also helped jump start labor at the end! Three years later I was back in her office with the intention of turning my son who was breech. After one session of moxibustion he was head down! Just a few weeks ago, I saw Roberta once more in the hopes of turning one more very stubborn baby into the head-down position. Once again, one session of moxibustion and he turned as well! Roberta has been the best advocate, ear, and trusted source for all of my pregnancies and I couldn’t recommend her more!!!

I’ve been a patient for two years and Roberta played a significant role in the success of my first pregnancy and I continue to see her as I prepare for my second pregnancy. I’m considered high risk with a number of issues and was on a ton medication. The first time I saw Roberta she knew exactly my diagnosis from the doctor and was familiar with all my medication. I was shocked and impressed at how well versed she was from a medical standpoint. They say it takes a village to raise a child but I say that it takes a village to HAVE a child. While going through my fertility journey, I went to Roberta at South Shore Acupuncture and Fertility Wellness and it was a game changer. She helped me through the process of going through IUI, IVF and was there for me during the hardest times of my life. She was part of my village and her guidance and treatments really helped me have my beautiful son. Not only is Roberta wonderful but so is Karen - so loving and supportive through the whole process. I can not express how happy I am that I found Roberta and her practice. I went through two rounds of ivf that resulted in miscarriages before I decided to try acupuncture. I was broken and depressed over not having my dream baby. When I told my family I was going to try acupuncture they thought it was out of my character (strong Irish family). My first sessions really helped me heal with the hurt and disappointment of my miscarriages. I often cried and prayed once the needles were in and Roberta closed the doors. After awhile I looked forward to my sessions. Roberta and Karen became my friends we laughter, told funny stories. Well three months later I was hopeful and ready to start trying for my family again. I was all set to schedule my last ivf (insurance would only pay for 3 cycles) but to my surprise I got pregnant naturally. I fully believe it was because of Roberta and her practice. I stayed with her through my pregnancy and now I’m sitting here watching my two year old run around the house and waiting for my second to arrive. I have the family I always dreamed of thanks to Roberta.
