I was feeling like I was about to die..I thought I had covid came up here and the nurse and doctor got me checked out extremely fast. They are very patient and kind and made me feel like they really wanted to help not just sell me drugs..I came in feeling like death and came out feeling better and more hopeful. They provided a fast covid check which I was negative for and ran some tests to determine I had the flu..while waiting They had nice music and offered me a water to drink. Everything is spotless and clean. I have insurance but prefer to come here! I would recommend to see Dr Romeo he was cool and knowledgeable and got me feeling as good as possible!

This urgent care was the best urgent care I ever been too. They were very friendly on the phone. As soon as I walked in, I felt like family. They had a very personal touch. If I had any questions they were quick to answer. If you look at their prices they are very affordable. I couldnt believe how cheap they were to remove my stitches and look at my wrist. The nurse and doctor were amazing. I really Recommend them. If you want a quick in and out place to get to you better this is the place. I couldnt believe how quick they got me back and fixed up. Please tell your friends and family that this place is quick, clean, friendly, caring, affordable, and a place that makes you feel like family. I enjoyed my time here. If you are looking for a place to donate money for an amazing organization that really takes care of Fulton County this is the place. They really help out this community. They are open so please come see them for everything from a cold to needing to get stitches out this place is the place to be. We avoided a trip to the ER, thanks to Dr. Sanders, Brittney, and their team. We were able to be seen quickly. They had the ability to x-ray on site. The response time with results was very quick. Great professionalism and quality medical care. They always take the time to really listen, evaluate thoroughly, and think outside the box. We’re always in good hands with Dr. Brian Sanders and his team.

The front desk Chris and the provider Christina were great. No wait. Transparent pricing. Friendly. Knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. If I was a permanent resident here, Id definitely be coming here for primary care. They have comparable self pay rates and provided the medications i needed in house.Thanks so much! They are implementing a self pay model.... let me explain.With my insurance my copay (JUST COPAY) is almost $800. Todays visit with all this...-A full physical-EEGAnd all of these tests....-CBC-Liver function tests-Thyroid function tests-Lipid profile-Coagulation tests-TIBC-Vitamin B12-Folic acid-Blood typing-UrinalysisALL THIS FOR JUST $135!!!Are you kidding me???This team is amazing! I had an amazing experience here! Dr. Romeo was friendly, personable, and answered all of my questions and concerns right away. No one likes going to the doctor, but this was the best experience Ive ever had. His medical assistant was also very friendly and took great care of me. It felt like visiting old friends. This urgent care is also very reasonably priced and didnt hurt the wallet like I expected. I highly recommend them and will continue to refer back to them whenever I have a health concern.

I had a fantastic experience at Here to Help! I have spent hours waiting to be seen at an urgent care before, but this facility was different. After completing my paperwork, I was able to be seen very quickly, which is wonderful when youre not feeling great. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and I felt very well taken care of. Dr. Romeo is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what issues are going on and how to manage them. Also, I love the transparency with pricing! Having everything there right in front of me puts me at ease. I will definitely be returning!

Dr Romeo is one in a million. This was the most unique urgent care visit I have ever experienced, in the best way. My boyfriend came in with a deep cut on his finger, we were seen promptly and Dr Romeo was very professional in his medical care but made the experience unforgettable! He has a great sense of humor that I’ve never experienced in a doctors office and is truly a joy to be seen by. Additionally they have a great wellness program that I am considering for myself. We will definitely be back for our future medical needs.

A great first experience with Dr. Romeo and his team! We felt welcomed by the attentive staff as soon as we entered the door until we exited. Thrilled to find an urgent care who is GREAT with young kids! Dr. Romeo and his nurse made my daughter feel at ease while giving me confidence that she was in excellent hands! It also was very convenient to be able to purchase medication on site so I could get back home to my other kids as quickly as possible. Grateful to have an urgent care option that offers professional healthcare, clearly communicated fees, and an added bonus of lots of smiles and laughs with the engaging, down to earth staff!

This was the best doctors visit Ive had in my life. Immediately upon entering the door I felt like more of a friend than a patient and the care I received was fantastic. Both Dr. Romeo and Nurse Alice were very thorough and answered all of my questions. The atmosphere was welcoming and calming and the price was great as well. The whole medical team had an awesome sense of humor and attitude. Not only have I been treated properly, but I left the office with a moral boost and a smile on my face. I recommend that anyone go here for care and Im positive I wont be going anywhere else in the future. Exceptional!

I have been to several urgent care facilities in the past and by far, this has been the best experience I have had with an urgent care facility.The facility is clean and bright and there was ample parking.Dr. Romeo and his staff were super kind and welcoming. Was trying to install a shower door at the house on a Friday evening. It shattered leaving a laceration that would require stitches. Was 8 pm and every urgent care I could find was closed except for here. I called and found out it’s self pay. The amount less than my deductible for a visit to the emergency room. We were there maybe 35 minutes tops. They got us in and out quickly. No pain during stitches. Looks good. Glad they were there.

Hands down one of the best experiences Ive ever had with any doctors office! The entire process was so efficient from start to finish. Dr Romeo and his staff were amazing....they were so friendly, informative and on time. I wish he saw patients for routine care because he would definitely be my primary doctor... but I am so glad that I found this practice and I definitely recommend it anyone who needs urgent care, this practice is truly a hidden gem!!!

Dr Romeo and his staff are the BEST! I came to See Dr Romeo at his new office as I was not feeling well. He is so kind and gentle And reminds me of my childhood pediatrician. The space is very clean! I appreciate the fact that he talks to me and not over my head. I always leave knowing I am well taken care of and not just another patient who was prescribed something unnecessary. Glad to have found him… I highly recommend!

I brought my 4 year old daughter in to Here to Help for what appeared to be just a cold. I was extremely pleased with how Dr. Romeo and all of the staff members took care of my little girl. Not only was everyone extremely friendly and accommodating, I dont think you can find a better value in the Roswell area. Furthermore, they are open late, so theres no need to inconvenience the rest of your life for a doctors visit. We didnt need to make an appointment, we just walked right in and were seen within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend anyone in need of an urgent care visit to consider Here to Help.

It’s usually not a pleasant experience to be sick and have to go to the doctor… but Dr. Romeo changes that! We’ve gone twice now and had pleasant experiences both times. Everyone at the office is really friendly, and Dr. Romeo is pretty funny and jovial considering he’s an Alabama fan! We live close by and it’s very convenient and also pretty affordable. Definitely check them out- bedside manner is hard to perfect and you will definitely leave this office laughing and also feeling better!

I went in after work and I have to say I was surprised by the friendly greeting by the staff at the front desk. She offered drinks and coffee, the check in was fast and simple. I saw Brittany Kinser she was very nice and friendly. She answered any questions and asked all the right ones. Best urgent care Ive been to and they have a pharmacy right there with excellent prices. I will definitely recommend them.

I came in feeling so sick and defeated- when I walked in I was greeted with friendly faces and a smile. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. The building and rooms were clean too. They got me what I needed quickly, necessary tests etc. I even got my prescriptions handed to me there. The NP Brittany K. Was knowledgeable, professional, and honest. This is a self pay clinic everything was a great price. Would go here again!

I had worked with him before he opened up this practice and he made such an impart I was so excited to live a few min away! I went in and was welcomed so warmly and treated like such a priority by everyone there. It felt great knowing I not only was getting the care I needed but I felt Dr.Rocco really helped me understand exactly how to not only help in the moment but continuing from home. I recommend the practice 10/10 for any concerns you have, and knowing you will be in the best care and staff that really enjoys what they do!

This was my review before Dr.Romeo left. Apparently the prices have been doubled by the new owner. Which means you pay twice as much not including whatever the appointment determines you need.So, in all honesty.. I ended up at Here to Help by total accident. It was past 8 o’clock and I had 2 options or the hospital. The other option was a place I had already had a horrible experience at. So I decided to give it a shot. I was in serious pain and in tears when I arrived to the smiling face of Dr.Romeo. I had never been to a place like this and was seriously skeptical but after only a few minutes I knew I was in the right place. During the past 2 weeks I had been to Wellstar Urgent Care three times. Each time I waited over an hour to be seen, just to spend 15 minutes with a “doctor”? (Maybe) and get little to no help. Dr.Romeo helped me more than I could ever explain, I am a difficult patient (the easiest way to explain), I’ve had lots of bad experiences, I’ve got a needle phobia, etc. Dr.Romeo made me feel safe, heard, and comfortable; something most urgent care (last minute doctors) typically don’t offer (think cold, poor communication, uncomfortable). I hope that I don’t have to go back any time soon ;) but if I need a doctor Here to Help is where I will go from now on.

Here to Help Urgent Care is the one place I recommend to anyone in need of care. The entire staff is warm and welcoming and Dr. Romeo is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in getting his patients back on their feet! The variety of services offered at a great price point and the ability to get patients in to be seen without delay make this office truly a one stop shop when it comes to your wellness.

I came in having a panic attack, and I was treated so well from the moment my spouse called to when we left. Dr. Romeo and Lybia were so kind and patient and considerate. The prices were phenomenal. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. I walked out feeling much better about my situation.

My husband and I were feeling rough and, with 2 young kids, it’s hard to get out of the house and go to the doctor. We called Here to Help and Dr. Romeo helped us out via telemed. This was a HUGE convenience to us and he was able to prescribe us medicines to help us get better quick. Dr. Romeo was extremely professional and has an excellent bedside manner. He truly cares about each of his patients and makes them feel warm and welcome. The pricing there is unmatched so we saved a lot of money in the end by not using insurance! We will definitely be back!

I cant say enough good things about this practice. My mother has has such great experiences the office staff and their exceptional kindness. Dr. Romeo has such a wonderful bedside manner, as a fellow medical professional I am really appreciative of the attention he was able to provide her and addressed all her concerns. I highly recommend this facility!

I had been dealing with a severe sore throat and other subsequent problems after a week of treating with OTC products that weren’t helping. We drove out to Dr. Romeo’s clean and organized clinic and I was able to be seen right away. He determined my diagnosis quickly and made a plan. I was able to relax with the help of a sound machine in my room while my shots were prepared. My wait was very short and the cost was incredibly reasonable for the visit, 2 shots and medication to take at home. Today, my throat (and other symptoms) are MUCH better and I am on my way to recovery! Thank you, Dr. Romeo & Addison for your knowledge and expertise in treating my Strep! If we (or anyone we know) might ever need to be treated urgently in the future, we are ‘happy to help’ and recommend you!!

My husband and I thought we might have been exposed to Covid so we went to Here To Help because they were open and because we know Dr Romeo (he is awesome!). SO EASY! We walked in, had the tests, got the results (negative, thank goodness!) and were out the door in less than 30 minutes. What a blessing to have this facility near us with the services they are able to offer and hours that beat any other place. Very easy to get to. I highly recommend Here To Help for all your urgent care needs!!

This is by far the friendliest, most professional and attentive urgent care, with the staff they have, that I have ever been to. Never has a Doctor been as quick acting and caring as Dr. Romeo, along with the other excellent members of his staff. Could not recommend this clinic enough to friends, family and everyone else.

Walking in to this urgent care was not like any other urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I felt safe and comfortable and like I was going to get the exact help I needed! The self pay program is extremely reasonable and comprehensive and totally worth the value of Dr.Romeo and his wonderful staff +++. Everyone makes you laugh and feel okay, even on a day when you don’t feel okay. :) one stop shop with a pharmacy there to boot, you couldn’t go to a better place when you’re needing help.

Dr. Romeo was thorough, kind, and very knowledgeable. He was able to assist me for my facial swelling after being stung by a bee. I received such care and attention from both Dr. Romeo and his nurse. Quick, courteous and very reasonably priced. So relieved I could get all the medications on site and very affordably priced as well! Thank you to all of you!!

I went in around 8 pm on a Sunday. The fact that they were open at that time was incredible. Dr. Romeo and his assistant were so nice and helpful. The doctors bedside manner is great! He’s hilarious and very kind. I haven’t had an interaction like that with a doctor in a long time. I would 100% go back there if needed. I’d even drive out of my way to choose this place for help than anywhere else. Thank you sooo much :)

This urgent care is AMAZING! I didn’t realise it was self pay when I booked but I I was willing toPay whatever was needed because I was able to get straight in at my appointment time. Well it turned out to be incredibly affordable - around 120 dollars and I had a shot and walked away with medication in hand. If I had needed an X-ray that was only 40 bucks!! On top of the affordability the service and care is wonderful - Dr. Romeo is kind and thorough - great treatment and great bedside manner - thank you!!

I highly recommend Here to Help. This establishment truly lives up to its name. The staff were kind and comforting, and the office has a calming atmosphere. Dr. Romeo was fantastic all around. He listened thoroughly to my concerns, provided detailed information, and left me confident in the quality and accuracy of care I received. It was around 8pm when I needed to go to an urgent care and this was the only office open. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I got seen quickly and left with my prescription since they have them on-site. Dr. Romeo is the best! He helped me get an itemized receipt so I can send to my insurance. They are a self pay clinic but very affordable. Will definitely go back if I need to go to urgent care in the future

Dr. Romeo had one of the best personality when going to a doctor or urgent care. His sense of humor was great. Even the ladies at the front desk was nice. I love they saying when leaving. Dont just be well.... Be Roswell.

Dr. Romeo is the absolutely best urgent care doctor in the Atlanta area hands down. If a caring, very patient, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable physician who provides follow up calls and makes you feel like both you and your health truly matter is what you’re looking for, book an appointment, walk in, or sign up for a telemed visit! Brittany, his nurse practitioner, is extremely kind and caring and provides excellent medical care, and I highly recommend her as well. This practice is a rarity in urgent care. They are true to their name, they ARE here to help, are affordable, and take the time necessary to truly help. I cannot recommend them enough. Google doesn’t allow more than 5 stars, but this practice deserves a galaxy of stars!

Here to Help was amazing! I went to an urgent care a few days before seeing Dr. Romeo after the medicine i was prescribed was not working. Dr. Romeo took time to listen to my symptoms, and after taking the medicines he prescribed, I felt almost 100% better in 24 hours! I also was in and out of his office in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Romeo next time you are in need of an urgent care clinic.

This is my second review for my third visit.Let me just say, this place is wonderful. The doctor here is super kind, smart, and completely understands the.... Sticky situations one might get into from time to time.I shared an injury with him(I honestly had spent most of the day trying to figure out a lie to come up with to say how I had gotten the injury) but when he finally came in the room I just told him the truth and we had a laugh about it. Its really wonderful to have someone that cares about a patient with no judgment. Hes also pretty funny.I have a primary care doctor but have come here late in the evenings because I have such a hectic schedule with school and work three times now and every time it has been such a wonderful experience.They offer lots of different things here but I really think the urgent care they offer is eons above the other urgent cares in this area and the surrounding areas. They are also open the leader than any other urgent care in the greater Metro Atlanta area and outside the perimeter.I really cant give higher praises than I already have. I appreciate the doctor just being what I would call a solid dude in my book.And they literally give you your medication here. You dont have to run to get something filled , they have their own pharmacy on site.So once again they get five stars.And Ill try not to come back with another f***** up injury.And again, thank you.

The staff here was very welcoming and accommodating. They were able to work me in without an appointment with no hesitation! Dr. Romeo was more than happy to provide useful recommendations in order to stay safe moving forward in such uncertain times. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a new doctor!

These guys are awesome! My back went out pretty badly on Christmas Eve and I was in agony. I called my doctor and they couldnt see me until 4 days later and refused to prescribe anything at all for the pain. Thats when I found Here to Help Urgent Care. One shot in the butt and I was in and out in less than an hour with pain already subsiding. Dr Romeo saved Christmas!These guys are great. Their fees are more than reasonable. They are personable and really seem to want to help folks. Plus, if youre good you get a lollipop after your shot!

Dr. Romeo is the best doctor that I have ever been to, and I can’t thank him and his staff enough for the way they helped me. I showed up 45 minutes before close, but I never felt rushed, and they genuinely cared about how I felt, even checking in the following day. I am really rooting for Here to Help and hope they remain part of the Roswell community for a very long time!

Dr. Romeo and his team of clinicians were wonderful. Roswells best kept secret! We will be visiting for all urgent care and minor emergency care also. Their self pay model works out cheaper than if I used health insurance. Instead of $1,000 out of pocket for Emergency Room, it was $125!!

I was in need of medical attention late one evening so I called around to see if any Urgent Care facilities were opened well did not find one until my daughter found one close by home so we have a call and sure enough they were opened so we stopped by and explained my situation to Brittany and she stated that she could help. At that moment I was relieved to hear those words, she was very attentive and very professional in the way my medical situation was handled. Brittany and her assistant were great and what is most appreciated is the hours that they work when most medical professionals have gone home for the day they are there. Was really thankful to find Here to Help Urgent Care. Dr. Romeo was super knowledgeable and thorough and he was very kind to my 4yo who needed staples in his head. The staff worked so nicely together and this saved us from having to wait in a large pediatric urgent care in town. We will be back!

He takes new patients/ Covid patients! I got a positive test and strep, other doctors wouldn’t see me, but Dr. Romeo accepted me immediately! No appointment was needed for me, took less than 30 minutes to get diagnosed and get medicine! Prices are also great, will definitely recommend him to everyone! If you want a kind, affordable, and fast doctor, Dr. Romeo is who you’re looking for!

I sprained my ankle playing basketball and Dr. Romeo, Brittany and the staff did a great job with making sure i got the imaging and care I needed. As a Physical Therapist, I was very impressed with the quality of care and how reasonable the cost. This is my first choice for an Urgent Care!

He was very helpful and nice. He made me feel really comfortable and relaxed while I had anxiety about my condition. He was nice and helped my boyfriend as well with his prescription even though it was my appointment lol. So I will definitely have him as my doctor from now on.

I had a great experience at this Roswell located urgent care branch. Dr. Romeo impressed me with his thoughtful techniques when approaching his patients. He puts himself at the front lines in the midst of a pandemic, and does so with a smile and positive attitude. I’ve never left a review for a medical facility before, that’s how you know this one truly went the extra mile to get me everything I needed.

I had a great experience tonight at Here to Help Urgent Care. I was in and out quickly even without an appointment. I feel like I got great care from Dr. Romeo and the staff. I left with everything I needed, and for the visit, treatment, and medication, I still payed less than I would have at my previous urgent care location.

Definitely impressed. Mostly with the pricing if you can believe that!Im from VA and have been in GA for a few years. I havent seen my doctor since moving here and so I wanted to check everything. This place has an AMAZING lab that they use and because of that, the prices are unbeatable! Trust me, I shopped all over Alpharetta / Roswell. So on my very first visit, I tested for everything on the planet and literally spent less than $250 cash and that included my visitation fee and an EKG/ECG (They evaluated my heartbeat!)Its just good people. The ladies at the desk are personable and not overworked. My nurse was experienced and not stressed and so when I met the doctor I wasnt surprised that he was caring and professional. I mean, what else could you ask for? No wait. No one even knows about this place I dont think. Im pretty sure it just opened in the last year. Just my two cents Roswell. Love ya -Dan ❤️

This place is top notch! I brought my son in as he had a very high fever that we could not get under control. Dr. Romeo was quick and attentive to our needs and not only diagnosing and getting him treated quickly, he and his staff kept us informed and kept my son at ease the entire time. We stopped in Thursday evening after my daughter injured her foot at gymnastics practice. The after hours was a huge plus. We were able to get an X-ray to confirm that she didnt fracture anything. Dr Romeo put my daughter at ease and assessed her foot quickly. He even sent the X-ray to a foot orthopedist to confirm that she didnt injure her growth plate. We were so pleased and would recommend this place to anyone that needs to be seen for an injury or even an illness. His front office manager Libia is great too. Shes friendly and answers any questions you have.

Dr. Romeo was incredibly warm, professional and expertly laid out to me all of my options for treatment. Lybia at the front desk was warm, inviting and very personable. I’d highly recommend Here To Help for anyone looking to get medical care in Atlanta and surrounding areas but now wanting to deal with a hospital or emergency room.

Went for a rapid covid test after exposure after hearing from a friend how great they were.I arrived and was greeted by a very friendly nurse, seriously nice. She walked me through the process and performed the test. I inquired about having the doctor listen to my chest as I’ve been coughing ( bronchitis) since thanksgiving and my doctor would not see me (Laureate Medical Group) because I had respiratory symptoms. Once my test was negative, I went inside to see the doctor. He listened to my chest, reviewed with me what I’d already done for my symptoms and said he wouldn’t recommend any other treatment. I was happy he didn’t recommend any additional treatments but did give me some ideas on how to hopefully knock it out with treatments I already had.That was all to say this place is great. Super chill, really friendly and not afraid of upper respiratory symptoms!!!!

The display of empathy and compassion is unmatched to any Urgent Care.Miss Brittany is their Nurse Practitioner. With difficulty breathing and a non-smoker I had great concern. Plus I am a cancer survivor. Miss Brittany gave me a full exam, in less than 5 minutes a diagnosis was made. I was given a shot and my pharmacy was call. Within 24 hours my breathing difficulty had improved.Miss Brittany knowledge of the human body one would expect from a Doctor, not a Nurse Practitioner. Not only is Brittany a skilled in her profession but she in the military. A true Patriot!Today I had another emergency. Miss Brittany came to my rescue with a telephone medical support. I’ve been to Here to Help twice since January 2022. My first experience was comfortable, quick and professional. I would up sock for a few weeks and went to my primary cared doctor (for my insurance). I did not get treatment and was very disappointed with the lack of cafe of concern in my dragging health. I woke up last week with nausea, dizziness and what felt like an ear infection and vertigo. I needed help and needed to get better as soon as possible. I called Here to Help and has an appointment within 30 minutes. Dr, Rocco Romeo wasSo kind again and professional, he listened and did my exam and was able to correctly diagnose me. I got a rounded set of medication and otc treatment protocol. By that day my nausea was gone and second day of my vertigo, ear ringing were also gone. My father was scheduled to get a hip replacement and the night before the surgery Emory called and said he needed a rapid Covid test. I called 7 different urgent cares and none of them even bothered to help. Alice and Dr Romeo immediately got him in that night and were by far the most pleasant individuals I have been around in this space. High class people who take pride in helping patients in need. Incredible experience. My family and I needed COVID testing. I had made an appointment somewhere else, but after hearing horror stories of 3.5 hour wait times, we went to Here to Help Urgent care close to my job. This urgent care is literally the best! Had both of my ears impacted with wax and they got it fixed within 10 mins! I can finally hear after a long 3 days of not hearing anything. They are super clean and friendly :) thank you once again for a great service! Will definitely come back for any services in the future.

Dr. Romeo is very thorough and respectful of his patients time. He is willing to assess patients and not make it feel like it’s just an urgent care as he goes out of his way to establish a provider/patient relationship. He’s also one of the few places to always have access to after hours Covid testing which definitely helps in a bind!

I really enjoyed my experience at HereToHelpRoswell. There was hardly a wait time, no random paperwork, and the front office staff were so kind and welcoming from start to finish. Dr. Rocco is super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He does a really good job and I could not recommend this clinic enough! A perk I didnt realize was a perk, but turned out to be a HUGE plus, was having the prices laid out like a menu. There was no guess work, you knew exactly what you were paying and you didnt have to deal with any of the I wonder if this will be covered by insurance game.. which is amazing when youre sick and you just dont have the brain power to do that mental gymnastics. I have insurance and chose to forego that mess and pay OOP for the ease, incredible experience, and excellent care. Cannot recommend this place enough!

My son broke his arm at 9:30pm on a Friday night and we made it just before they stopped taking patients. My son was in so much pain and they could tell. They tried to get him in very quickly and they could see he was in pain and they were trying to get done with the other patient as quickly as they could but still being thorough with them which I totally respect. Once they were done aprox 10:15pm they took my son in and were extremely patient and empathetic with him. They didnt make him take too many xrays at first just to see if they can get a good enough image (which they did and it was easily shown that there was a break). Once in the room we waited about 30 min and then they were able to help him and I know they must have been so tired since it was so late. They still did a great job and the doctor noticed that the splint might be a little sharp so they fixed that and made sure he was completely stable. They gave us a copy of the image and called 6 days later to follow up and to give the results of the imaging. Which not even the referred dr noticed that it was not one break but a break and a slight fracture on his other bone. So it was great to get that even if it doesnt make a difference in the treatment. Just FYI they do not take insurance but they dont charge a crazy amount of money for the visit. And you get what I feel better care here then at any other place.

Dr. Romeo quickly took care of my prescription needs as I am currently sick and needed some refills. The pharmacy needed more information about one of the meds so he called them to clarify/clear it up. I’m truly grateful to be in his care during this time when I’m not feeling my best, while going in to a holiday weekend.Dr. Romeo has literally saved my life before — from an anaphylactic reaction. Signing up for a monthly membership is the smartest move. Even outside the idea of avoiding paying a “visit fee” each time, the blood tests they offer are very cheap ($27 to get lipids, a1c, complete blood count, complete metabolism). They also have steroids, antibiotics, etc. on hand, so you avoid a visit to the pharmacy. They have a great team here!

Really nice and helpful urgent care center with simple out-of-pocket pricing, not a long wait when I was there. I came here after staff at another urgent care center told me to go to the ER because of how I got sick and did nothing to treat me. I would rather go to Here To Help UC anytime & plus now, thanks to their kind follow-up and advice regarding my health I expect to be healthier going forward.

Brittany (nurse practitioner) and Libia were great. Very cordial and no stuck up doctors office vibe. The place is self pay (no insurance) and the up front fee to be seen is 99.99. Pricing is super transparent with every normal service being listed with their prices under the check in sheet. I had a minor cat bite and got seen and antibiotics for about 110 total and was in and out in 40 minutes tops (i came in about an hour before closing on a thursday). Really cool thing for those without insurance and will save you a boat load of money compared to peachtree and piedmont urgent cares. Definitely recommend this place for any non ER needs.

Dr. Romeo and his staff here are just absolutely amazing. They were able to see me on a walk in basis. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff is very professional and made my experience feel personable. Their prices are also very reasonable.

Im so grateful to the staff at Here to Help for extending their hours to make is possible for all of those like myself who needed COVID tests on short notice to get them. Along with getting a booster shot the next day, Here to Helps availability and quick, affordable testing methods made the difference in my being able to safely host relatives for the holidays. Dr. Romeo is absolutely amazing, the guy is one of the best doctors in Atlanta region. Plus the fact he is doing a great urgent care clinic is amazing. This guy goes the extra mile and is a very caring Doctor.

If I could give this “doctors office” 0 stars I would. All I asked for was a copy of my receipt and the manager was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Proceeded to tell me I cussed at her employee which NEVER happened and hung up on me. I called back and Brittany picked up and proceeded to be nasty to me and talk over me and then hung up on me. I work for a plastic surgeon and we would never ever treat our patients with this kind of “care” and lack of customer service. The doctor here needs to do a clean house or his establishment will go out of business.

I owe my life to Here to Help Urgent Care. If it were not for Brittany FNP listening to my concerns, treating me seriously, and using her knowledge and instincts to take action, I could have died. For two weeks, I was having pain in my right calf. I was just taking ibuprofen and ignoring it, figuring it would go away eventually. Then my right foot and ankle started swelling and I would become breathless just doing simple things like walking around the house or walking out to my car after work. After doing some Googling I was a little worried and decided to get it checked out after work. I do not have health insurance and Here to Help had great affordable prices so I decided to go there. The staff was wonderful from the start, their medical assistant made me feel comfortable and at ease, he had such a sweet spirit. When Brittany came in to do an examination and listen to my symptoms, she sprang into immediate action. She had an x-ray and ekg done to make sure my heart was ok. Then she said I needed to go to the ER right away because I may be experiencing a DVT and Pulmonary Embolism. Now I am not the usual DVT patient. I am in my late thirties and relatively healthy. But Brittanys knowledge and instincts were telling her something was seriously wrong. She called an ambulance and typed up a description of my symptoms and the tests she wanted performed for me to give to the ER nurse. She recommended an excellent hospital and the ER nurse followed her testing recommendations and sure enough they found a DVT in my right leg and a pulmonary embolism in each of my lungs!! Brittany was right!!! They started treatment right away and thankfully I was able to avoid a stroke, heart attack, or even death! I am forever grateful to Brittany and Here to Help Urgent Care. Many people would not have been as lucky as I was. Having a place that offers affordable health care is so important and I am living proof of that. Thank you Brittany, Thank you Here to Help Urgent Care!!!

We would highly recommend this practice. Our three year old got a bean stuck up his nose and they told us to come in so we wouldn’t have to spend an exuberant amount at the ER. Unfortunately it was too far up to remove but they tried free of charge. They also made calls to see if someone could help us out after hours to once again save us money. I can’t say enough about our experience and the way they treated us. We will certainly be back and recommend everyone to visit their practice.

The team at Here to Help is nothing short of AMAZING!Lets face it, no one wants to go to an urgent care facility for any reason. Lybia and Dr. Romeo provided top notch service with a welcoming attitude. They make you feel like youve been friends with them for years even if youve only known them for a few minutes. Ok, so lets start off this review by saying that I pre-existing issue for roughly about a year before I decided I actually needed to do something about this. I was unable to hold down food or water for up to a week at a time. Causing me to lose weight rapidly. The first time I got sick I went to the hospital, resulting in $3200+ in bills and absolutely 0 answers. Which was lovely and really made me excited to see the next Dr. However, I didnt know it would be Dr Rocco Romeo, and the kind, friendly, and professional people at Here to Help Urgent Care. The entire experience was easy, quick, CHEAP, and again... professional. After listening to my symptoms and competing a check the Dr was able to prescribe a medication for temporary relief, which allowed me to eat a meal for the first time in 2 months. Also, the Dr got me an appointment with an Gi facility that wasnt going to break the bank, and was close to my house. I would have to say the people at Here to Help Urgent Care really are there to help. Plus I got a sticker, and a lolly pop. Way better than a hospital, and their waiting rooms.

Went here the other night on the way to the ER with a fever of 101.2, major headache, and body aches. Was in and out in less than an hour with a negative flu test (already took covid rapid before going) and two prescriptions. Dr Romeo was nice and tried to make the situation the best he could for all the pain I was in. I’d recommend going here instead of the hospital if it’s something like what I had. I paid $125. Last hospital visit was over $1,200 AFTER insurance.

Excellent place- its quite a bit less expensive than other places, plus the open hours are very good: urgent things dont stop happening at 6 pm! And the staff is also very friendly and helpful: everyone had a good rapport and there has never been an extended wait time during any of my visits. Cute office, very conveniently located.

My entire family had COVID between Christmas and New Year’s. I was at day 6 with a fever and getting worse. My PCP responded to my email 3 days after I sent it, telemedicine couldn’t get me in for 48 hrs and I felt awful! I called Here to Help and Dr. Romeo said he would meet me IN HIS PARKING LOT THAT AFTERNOON! My issues weren’t COVID but undiagnosed strep, sinus infection and bronchitis. He made sure my lungs were clear and oxygen sats were good and gave me proper meds. I’m grateful he is truly committed to the oath taken as a physician to help and treat us like people again! What a true gift this place is to Roswell. We have avoided other urgent cares in the area after a few bad experiences but heard amazing things about Dr. Romeo and his staff. After dealing with tons of frustration of trying to do something slightly outside the norm (refill a prescription I originally got overseas), I got referred to Here to Help by my local urgent care center (who couldnt/wouldnt help me) and they were amazing, cut through all the issues and were able to help me the same day. I hope I dont need a doctor anytime soon but if I do this is where I will go. The care was exceptional and the price was amazing. Most urgent care centers will jack the rates up on Sunday evening but not this place did not. I would definitely recommend

Over the weekend I had an emergency. I wasted my brand new prescription and wasnt able to get it filled. Came in at the last minute and was able to get a refill for a cheaper price. I really appreciate the help and the staff was great and polite.

I went to get an X-ray on my hip. I was in and out and didn’t have to pay an extreme amount. They were every sweet and make you feel welcomed and at home. They offer a range of services too! Definitely would recommend this place!

Here to help is a wonderful urgent care facility. Dr.Romeo is very professional. He and his staff offer excellent care for the Roswell community.

My family has been to this clinic several times and they are amazing. They are super fast and affordable and Dr. Romeo is awesome. This is the only clinic I would go to in Roswell.

We had to take our 11 months old son to emergency room since he was throwing up water.But I preferred going to this urgent care.The nurse practitioner was very patient and the receptionist was very responsive.They spoke to us very patiently and did thorough check up of my kid and she gave a medication that helped with nausea.Thanks a lot for looking at our baby around 12AM.

Made me feel as comfortable as possible in a very embarrassing situation. This is by far most accommodating clinic Ive ever visited, and they actually give the sense that they genuinely care

These people are amazing I love them to pieces they are reasonable they are extremely friendly they go above and beyond and I rather go to these people who are way far away from where I live and get taken care of then go 2 minutes down the road anyone that needs any kind of urgent care stuff please come here you will not regret it dude

Was in a bind super late and thought I’d have to go to the ER but they got me in & out quickly and even re checked my issue a few days later. Thank you guys for helping me out! I appreciate all the time that was taken you don’t find that often anymore.

This place is awesome. Our son had an ear ache late at night and all other urgent cares had already closed. They were nice enough to take us 10 minutes before closing and were patient the whole time!

My visit was through teledoc. Everyone was courteous and professional, quick response to all my questions. Far easier than going to the Dr office and waiting indefinitely. I would definitely recommend them

Testing for covid 19 was super easy and there was no wait because you get your results on your phone. Great staff. Thanks for being open during the holidays! I know that must be hard on your guys
